TownePlace Suites Nashville Downtown/Capitol District

nice sized room enough space for 4 people. we all enjoyed the breakfast which had a good selection of hot and cold food Good facilities inthe rooms if you wanted to cook. Liked the free coffee ortea available from the lobby 24/7

nothing

Très bel hôtel, pas trop éloigné de Broadway et juste à côté du Capitole qui est sympa à visiter. Le roof top agréable pour prendre un verre.

Le train de marchandises à proximité, mais acceptable.

All clean - spacious rooms - ok breakfast

The noice around - we stayed in 1st floor and you heard the traffic all the time

Location was good

Ground floor (LL) was noisy

Everything

Nothing

The dining

I thought the bed was too soft, but that’s just personal preference.

The room was spacious

No parking or pool. The shower door wouldn't close.

Jorge and Alex were great! Huge helps

Great location with friendly staff. Alicia with Valet was a bundle of joy and so much help with getting around the city, definitely will visit again!

Location

Got double charged for Resort fees. Paid thru Booking. com and was charged again to my credit card by hotel. Poor support when I called.

Reasonable location

Breakfast options

Wyatt at valet was amazing! He was so kind, fast and helpful!

Had a great time in Nashville. Hotel was great to stay in. My parents and I did valet and Alex was great and extremely helpful with the valet process.

Keith was cery helpful and nice

The valets were wonderful and polite especially Alex. The front desk staff both shifts were very attentive, friendly, and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was perfect and had great variety.

Alex was amazing! His customer service is top notch.

An excellent hotel with good roof top bar not far from many excellent restaurants and bars

Alexander and the other one.... max? Were great and so was Braden I always feel very welcome at this hotel, everyone seems happy to be working here.

Alex with the PMC valet really went above and beyond for me! The other valet staff and front desk staff were also super pleasant and helpful. The room was nice and the whole experience was convenient and comfortable. This is now my go-to hotel when I'm in Nashville for work.

Enjoyed our stay here - well appointed room that was clean and had lots of great kitchen amenities. Friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff. Used the valet parking service and Alexander was prompt and respectful.

Comfortable bed Love the roof top restraunt Good food

No pool to swim

Loved the terrace and restaurant and coffee bar. Beautiful property

The pillows sucked

Alicia the Valet for PMc was awesome!!! She really gave me directions and helped me tremendously. Thank you

Location and quality of the establishment

Breakfast was good, some fresh fruit and pastries. Good coffee.

We had trouble with the valet parking. They couldn’t send a text link to my phone or my wife’s either. We tried repeatedly for an hour on check in. The valet service is a contracted service that they couldn’t resolve. We were told that we could park across the street or on the street. Which was unacceptable. So we just went down and asked them to bring or car around. $53 for valet parking for one night. The rooftop area was nice except for the view of the 2 huge red cranes hanging next to the hotel. The area next to the hotel is a construction site for a new apartment building.

Alexander was a great valet driver. I had a great time and it was an amazing location.

Breakfast was excellent. Your a 10min walk to lower Broadway, plus close to all major attractions.

Loved this location, very easy commute around the city! Alicia with valet was the BEST! She helped me carry my luggage to my room, provided great directions, and would always be willing to randomly have talks while I got time away from the kids. Front desk was amazing as well!

Clean, nice rooms

Parking proximity; had to change rooms due to faulty water temperature controls in the shower

Alexander with the valet was wonderful. He was very attentive and quick. Such a sweet, polite young man.

Alexander with vallet services was extremely kind and professional. He was patient and helpful with answering some questions we had. He made our visit enjoyable.

We have had a really great stay! The hotel is clean, breakfast was good and staff is so nice and helpful especially Alexander (valet) Very awesome young man!

Very nice and welcoming people. Alex was extremely helpful and even took my bags to my room for me. Will be staying here during me next meeting in Nashville

Alex was so amazing! She provided us with excellent customer service and always had a smile on her face! The property is beautiful, and all of the front desk staff was wonderful.

Alex was sooo professional and kind.. she went out of her way to help.. I would definitely come back because of her

Clean and convenient. Great breakfast

Great location to explore Nashville by foot. We were only there 2.5 days to visit family, but our time there was great and the hotel was a great asset to our our time in Nashville.

Breakfast could've been better with more variety, but it was ok. Also, the toilet ran a long time after flushing. Wasn't awful, but slightly annoying.

Everything

Nothing

Everything..location, cleanliness, comfort and shower was the best ever. Staff extremely accommodating!

Alex was Great, the weather, not so much...

Everything....it was the perfect location for downtown Nashville.

Valet only parking with daily fees was absolute BS.

Perfect location. Kristen is professional but also comfortable to deal with. Valet Carla was wonderful also. Free breakfast is always fresh and hot. Would definitely stay here again.

Aesthetic, clean, many services, comfortable

Staff is not super professional and can be friendlier. Any request is met with a rude reply or defensive attitude. They are pleasant but could do a lot better to fit the hotel.

Great location and beautiful hotel nice that it has a restaurant loved my room wish room I rented had a kitchenette.

Very pricey for parking and a pet. I didn’t see anything in the information about having to pay a 50+ dollar parking fee and that they only had valet. Also did not include information about $120 pet fee which is super high in my experience.

Friendly staff

Everyone was friendly. Clean hotel.

Nothing

After 9 months, we finally came back—and we were really happy to be here again. We were especially looking forward to seeing Carla from park service. She is a wonderful, very kind, and helpful person who truly makes a difference.

We have already visit this hotel last year in June and we just came back to this hotel, cause the hotel and the people here are great, especially Carla from the Park Service !!!

Clean and very friendly staff

No complaints

Everyone was very nice and helpful

The rooms are fabulous

Staff was friendly. Took great care of the car. Carla helped load bags up when we picked up the car. Definitely would recommend.

Great spot! Great people! Clean facilities and rooms, friendly, helpful folks. Awesome location!!!

Carla was amazing. She was very kind, helpful and personable.

Location and quality

Parking very expensive

Carla was very helpful. Nashville

Clean and reasonably quiet hotel. Nice accommodations with small kitchen. Front desk and breakfast area staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The rooftop bar was nice. The rooms were clean

The way we were greeted was very uncomfortable. The person checking us in was a manager and not very friendly. It felt like we were a bother. The elevator was a joke! Nobody could figure it out!! Needs to be more of a variety for breakfast.

Carla provided exceptional valet service!!!! She went above & beyond helping our group.

Modern, had everything you could want and was so close to broadway and centre. Rooftop bar was fab too. Breakfast was fab too

Nothing, breakfast could just be extended by another hour or so if possible.

Carla was a pleasure to work with when it came time to retrieving our vehicle! Extremely polite and just a ray of sunshine.

Carla was fantastic in valet!

Derion Haynes took great care of us, gave excellent suggestions on where to go and always had a smile!!! Highly recommend the hotel and the staff all the way around were super nice!

Derionhanes at the valet is wonderful and very helpful.

Derion Haynes was very kind and helpful. He greeted me when I arrived at the hotel. He helped me with my bags when I left.

Carla was extremely helpful, accommodating, and above all friendly!

We had a wonderful time visiting Nashville during Spring Break. Carla was a wonderful friendly face that greeted us as soon as we arrived and she helped us throughout our stay. We will be back!

Had the best time in Nashville, the hotel and staff were amazing. Carla with the valet parking was so sweet and wonderful. We will definitely be back.

We loved the Townplace Suites! Everyone there very friendly. Carla out by the valet was fabulous!! So kind & helpful!! What an asset to your hotel!!

The valet Mr Derion Haynes is a top tier employee. Between greeting us throughout the day and hustling to get our vehicle quickly he kept a smolw on his face and was always postive! Avi at the top note bar is also an incredible employee. He was always happy and quick with drink & food recommendations. Over all such a great experience- tremendous staff all around

Excellent staff all the way from the valet parking , front desk , house keeping , breakfast area, and rooftop restaurant and bar . Everyone was courteous and helpful . We will definitely be back

Valet (Derion) was awesome! So reliable. Very fast. Thank you!! I don’t have 200 words to write. The minimum it is making me do. So I am repeating. Valet (Derion) was awesome! So reliable. Very fast. Thank you!! I don’t have 200 words to write. The minimum it is making me do. So I am repeating.

Darion Haynes was awesome and helped out with the car and luggage. Great gentleman!!

Having coffee shop and restaurant on property

CJ is a great Valet! Wonderful job. Hotel is great, close to the Capitol. Clean, the friendliest staff.

Very clean and the staff was accommodating and friendly.

Slightly pricy but as to be expected in Nashville!

Great location, it was a walking distance to Broadway.

The breakfast area was small and there was a lot of guests staying at the time since they just had the snow storm, also the breakfast didn’t have a lot of variety of food

From start to finish it was just a great visit

Nothing

Breakfast was pretty average . Better eggs and a potato dish would be nice

Friendly staff.
