Nice, quiet place to stay. During the day

When someone arrives at a hotel they expect to check in and go to their room. They're tired. However, I checked in and was directed to go see another person for a welcome package. A salesman?!? I was staying literally 1 full day in Nashville. He didn't even explain who he was so by the time I figured out what he was doing, he was taking to me about getting me an Uber to go sit through a sales pitch at another hotel. Was NOT happy. Also, a warning of being in a construction zone would have been nice. Had no knowledge of a new stadium being built. Heard construction noises all night long.

Room was clean and well furnished. Staff was helpful. Great location if you are in the city to catch an NFL game!

No other eateries in close proximity. At time of writing - the new stadium was under construction.

Super gute Lage. Zu Fuß ist man über die Fußgängerbrücke in 15 Minuten direkt am Broadway. Das Hotel an sich ist in einem guten Zustand, sehr saubere Zimmer, freundliches Personal. Frühstück war typisch amerikanisch, aber dafür eine sehr große Auswahl. Den ganzen Tag war Wasser und Kaffee zur Verfügung. Ich war beruflich dort und habe das Wochenende dann noch mit angeknüpft. Sowohl zum Arbeiten im Zimmer, als auch für die Wochenendaktivität ein wirklich gutes Hotel.

El desayuno, como en casi todos los USA, bastante regular. Es su idiosincrasia. Las habitaciones decentes. A 15 minutos andando de Broadway street.

Le pregunte al aparcacoches que si había algún sitio cercano para aparcar y me dijo que no sabía. El parking del hotel era caro. Cerca del hotel hay un aparcamiento muy grande y gratis. El del estadio.

We were attending a college football game at Nissan Stadium. It is the closest hotel in walking dostance.

Hotel doubled daily rate for weekend. O.k., but...pool ICE cold. So cold even kids couldnt get in to play. Towels... none at pool. None in our room, not even a facecloth. Chased staff both days for towels (which were low quality) just to shower. Noise..Our room was on highway side. You hear constant road noise, sirens, motorcycles, and semi trucks. All equal no rest. Final insults? No back elevator to our car parked in the $30 daily attached garage, Lucky us, no carts available for luggage, so lug them back down the hall to front elevators. Daily breakfast? First day, but Monday? Nope, nada.

Location was convenient to the event we were attending.

The place felt like a secured government building; needing to scan room card to use the elevators. One elevator was broken, causing long waits. Having to scan the QR code and inter al the information in the prompts the get out of the parking garage is absurd! Did they ever consider that the customer might not have a phone?

Breakfast was delicious. Many options to choose from. Place was very well kept and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Close to everything. Great location

If i had to say something negative i would say parking could be discounted a little.

It’s very near to broadway, music scene and happening places in Nashville. Little bit of walk from hotel to broadway.

Attached parking is charged and self parking on floor don’t have luggage trolleys, that was bit inconvenient.

Sehr sauberes und schönes, modernes Hotel in super Lage, um Downtown Nashville zu Fuß zu erkunden. Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Fitnessraum war sauber. Gigantische Aussicht auf Nashville und direkt gegenüber dem Neubau des Nissan Stadions.(Achtung, wegen des Stadionneubaus haben nur noch wenige Zimmer Aussicht, viele blicken direkt auf das Stadion auf der gegenüber liegenden Straßenseite). Personal war ausnahmslos höflich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Breakfast had many delicious items to choose from. Hotel was very clean, very well maintain and in a great location. Walking distance to downtown. We didn't have to use a car at all. Room service and hotel attendants were very friendly and helpful.

We can't think of anything. Everything was great. Please, just keep up your great work.

Check in only to get directed to staff trying to get you to purchase vacations. After traveling all day last thing you want to do is listen to a sales pitch. Also having to pay to park..: should be included in very expensive hotel rate already paid. And good luck with any sleep…. The noise from interstate is terrible!!!

I like that is it close to downtown

I don’t like being told to go to the travel and leisure desk. I will not go over there anymore but just straight to my room and they should let the customer know they have that option. There was a very long line to get checked in on this last visit which I thought was very unreasonable time to have to wait. I was over 45 minutes getting checked in. It caused us to be late for a reservation.

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel was nice and clean, and I felt very safe . The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent! We would definitely stay here again. As a family traveling I highly suggest this place. And I have to mention the soap 😂 It smelled SO good! Honestly, I wanted to take it home with me. Whoever picked that scent deserves a raise! 😂

The only thing we didn’t like was having a connecting room. The guests on the other side let their alarm go off for almost 2 hours, and it was VERY loud. It woke all of us up around 7 AM

La posizione dell'hotel era molto buona per localizzazione e raggiungere i posti strategici da visitare. Purtroppo la vicinanza con l'interstate 40 (ci hanno assegnato una stanza praticamente sopra la prima corsia dell'autostrada) ha disturbato tanto il soggiorno. la stanza era di buone dimensioni , pulita e dotata dei comfort necessari. La colazione è risultata soddisfacente e variegata, seppur non avevamo esigenze particolari.

No alcohol till three p m on game day. (Sundays) Breakfast ends at different times on different days so on checkout day I've left without breakfast because the kitchen had closed sooner than the previous day. The bartender on Saturday and Sunday had a very nasty attitude.

I did not get an invoice and asked for one several times. I am checking my email now and I do not see it. I will be calling the hotel soon.

Even though it was extremely hot outside the A/C took forever to cool. We call maintenance 2x before getting relief. And the refrigerator was warm not cold.

Close to Nissan Stadium, we were going to a concert. Beds pretty comfy and AC was super cold, so we really appreciated that!

Bathroom had hair on floor and toilet., but cleaning crew was crazy busy this weekend. I’m sure they did their best! Wish we’d had a bathtub and not shower only.

I can't remember the young lady's name who checked us in, but she was amazing, and the entire staff was great. The food, the view from the room, and the overall service were all above my expectations. The location was also perfect, within walking distance of the city, which made everything very convenient. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The bartender on Friday night was GREAT! She was by herself and worked hard! The concierge/travel assistants after checking were very friendly and informative. Thanks for letting us check in early!

Next to freeway and construction (you can't help that). Air conditioner made noises but none of the noises were terrible. Also the cooler ran out of sports drinks after concert on Saturday. With this heat, may be a good idea to order extra on concert weekends!

Ce que j’ai aimé : les équipements de la chambre, l’hôtel non loin de Broadway, le petit déjeuner assez complet, certaines personnes du personnel (dont Tony super serviable)

Ce que j’ai moins aimé : le parking hors de prix 30 $ par nuit, le ménage fait de manière succincte, les gels douches et shampooing en quantité médiocre pour 3 occupants … Le check out (personne pas du tout sympa …) et enfin j’ai payé pour avoir la vue sur le jolie stade de Nashville et je découvre en arrivant un immense stade en construction juste devant et qui gâche toute la vue vendue lors de la réservation ! Je me suis sentie volée !!!! Je suis extrêmement déçue !

The staff was supper nice especially Larry I believe that is his name. The location was excellent. Room was in general nice.

Some of the towels we received were dirty and I wish the hallways had air conditioning because it was pretty hot since it’s Nashville in the summer.

About a 20 minute walk from downtown, not terrible, but in the heat it’s not the easiest of walks.

No es la primera vez que me hospedo en esta cadena de hoteles. De hecho, siempre la elijo por el diseño y la modernidad de sus habitaciones, por lo que esta experiencia fue especialmente decepcionante. En esta ocasión reservé una de las habitaciones tipo suite, principalmente por la espectacular vista hacia la ciudad que se promociona como uno de sus mayores atractivos. Sin embargo, los ventanales estaban extremadamente sucios, con múltiples marcas de manos y manchas que impedían disfrutar de la vista e incluso tomar buenas fotografías. Tuve que intentar limpiarlos yo mismo, algo que definitivamente no debería hacer un huésped. Además, las sábanas presentaban manchas que parecían ser de fluidos, y tanto la ropa de cama como la habitación tenían un olor desagradable. La situación fue tan incómoda que tuve que bajar a recepción para solicitar un aromatizante, ya que el olor era muy evidente. Había reservado esta habitación con la intención de brindarle una experiencia especial a mi pareja, pero lamentablemente no fue posible debido a las condiciones en las que se encontraba la habitación. Considerando que se trata de una de las habitaciones más costosas del hotel, siento que la experiencia estuvo muy por debajo de lo esperado y no justificó el precio pagado. Me gustaría volver a hospedarme en este hotel porque siempre ha sido una de mis opciones favoritas, pero después de esta experiencia me queda la duda de si el hotel podrá garantizar que una habitación de esta categoría reciba el nivel de limpieza, mantenimiento y control de calidad que corresponde.

Der Parkplatz war gut, aber unser Reifen wurde beschädigt. Die Lobby war toll.

Der Empfang war okay. Das Frühstück war sehr simpel. Die Küche war nicht gut. Wir haben abends dort gegessen. Es war richtig schlecht. Im Badezimmer gab es eine Kakerlake. Das Personal war nicht vertrauenswürdig. Die Kissen waren hart.

Parkplatz war vorhanden.

Badezimmer, für 4 Personen nur ein kleines Haarshampoo, Kakerlaken, Gebläse Klimaanlage zu laut. Stromausfall und wir waren im 11. Stock....Frühstück war nicht gut.
