How cold the room got, staff was really friendly

Bed was to high, especially for us short folks, to many lights that shine bright at night that cannot be turned off. Bed was hard as a rock, Im disabled so the high up bed was hard to get in, the hard mattress made it difficult was me to sleep.

Overall, we had a good stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and when we discovered a leak under the sink, they fixed it immediately. The breakfast was excellent, although it could have included more vegetables.

The main downside was that the room only had a small interior-facing window, so there was no source of fresh air.

No parking except valet parking. Grrrr. The price quoted at the recommended was inaccurate. The hotel across the street has free parking. Had I known I would have gone there. The elevators are very small, hardly able to accommodate three people The rooms are like a small collage dormitory rather than a Holiday Inn Express. In short, I'm not a fan nor will I use this facility again.

It needs updating, flooring wasn’t level, ac in room wouldn’t get below 72 and you could hear people and their conversation from the hallway into our room

Son pequeñas las habitaciones para 4 personas.

La ubicación bien aunque para desplazarte por Atlanta todo esta bastante lejos, pero en esta zona tienes cerca el museo de la coca-cola, aquarium, parque centenario y estudios CNN. Desayuno completo.

El baño era muy pequeño y para una estancia de 8 noches no es muy cómodo, por lo demás todo bien.

Deposits and parking caught me off guard. It might of been on the website idk im just a small town guy so all that got me off guard

The evening receptionist didnot pass on information to his colleagues which caused an issue at 05.30 am when our third person arrived. There wasn't water in the room. The morning receptionist wasn't informative on the local area, not even knowing the name of the next street where the car hire was located!

Loved proximity to Olympic Park with Aquarium, Football, Coca Cola and Human Rights museums, Marta, Ted’s Montana Reataurant. Excellent breakfast and Great Staff!

A bit musty in my initial rooms with heavy plug in sprays. I asked the staff and they were really quick to transfer me to a much better room with no smell. Older rooms but clean furniture. Good for families and young. Quiet. I had a great rate booking early.

At the breakfast, why are all the plates and silverware made out of plastic? Sustainabiltywise a nightmare, moreover the breakfast was good but with plastic spoons everything tastes worse.

Comfortable bed. Room was very large. Breakfast was the highlight of the hotel.

Asked for late checkout and was told the best they could do was 11:30 am. When another customer checking in same time as I was, was told 2:00pm was the latest they could do. Thought this was unfair.

The staff were super friendly and professional. The valet service was fantastic and the facility was clean. My room was nice, clean and it had all of the amenities I needed for the trip.

My room was very humid and sticky if I turned the temperature down, but I understand the hotel doesn't have control over the weather. The lobby/ check-in area should be remodeled and organized better. It is a little bit cramped and cluttery.

The parking information is not disclosed . You may valet park $ 40.00 a day which is the same as the garage 2 blocks that I walked to 2 blocks to the garage down the street. I was not informed and I should have called the property prior to my visit. My past experience with this hotel chain, parking was provided .

Muitos moradores de rua por perto, mas não nos incomodaram, mesmo que tenhamos andado a pé, inclusive contando do Cinema Cosm às 10 da noite. Mas esse é um problema de política pública.

The breakfast was wonderful. The location was great. One complaint was the billing at the end when staff could not process a split payment for my bill. Another complaint was the awkward shape of my qeuun suite bathroom. The toilet space was too small and narrow. I had too small a space to sit comfortably on the toilet in Room 816

An hour before check out, the staff repeatedly came to the door!!! Overly annoying

Location was perfect, walking distance to the Aquarium, Coca Cola museum, The Olympic Park, and the Skyview wheel. Room was very clean, but had windows that were opaque and could not see outside, breakfast was really good. Parking was expensive at $40 USD per day, but it was valet parking at least. They charged me $50USD for early check in, which I thought it was very steep. But staff was very nice and helpful. I'd stay there again.

Overall, the property wasn’t too bad. It wasn’t a great location. I just don’t like the fact that I got scammed.

It was the fact that someone charged things to my room and they didn’t check your ID. They just charge my room for these things.

The location and cleanliness was exactly what I expected. The breakfast was good. Car Valet service was good.

The room was tiny with no space to move around and no where to lay or put luggage during stay. The beds were not queen size and 2 adults could not sleep comfortably in one bed. The beds near the window was right against the wi do and air conditioner and street traffic was heard all night. I needed the front desk assistance at 11pm and tried to call the front desk 4 times and no one answered except once when they hung up on me. I had to out clothes on and walk down to the front desk for assistance.

My only observation is regarding a little rectangular table that I needed to use to work in the bedroom. The space was uncomfortable, between the bed and the wall, a very tiny space. The rest was good. I decided to go down to the mezzanine to work a bit.

We were lock out of room, It took the staff 2 hours to get in our room. very uncalled for. Took staff for every to find the original key to fit key hole. Because none of the plastic card keys work. Wanted a refund but they said they couldn’t give us one. That’s uncalled for.

Location was within walking distance to the Georgia Aquarium, world of Coca-Cola, etc which is why we were there. Enjoyed the breakfast options during our stay. Room was small, but clean. Pleasantly surprised that the noise level was minimal considering it is in downtown.

$40 a day for what they consider vallet parking. There is a public parking garage nearby, but wasn't sure if our car would be safe there. Tiny elevators that people would try to get in with you, even though the max capacity was 5. The homeless lady who sits out across the street, always asking for water, cigarettes, food, etc.

Very centrally located. Really close to the Georgia Aquarium and multiple venues for concerts/games.

The cost for parking there is a bit steep at $40 for valet. There is are a ton of parking garages in the area though if you prefer to self-park. As for the hotel itself, I was disappointed in the quality of the room. I understand it’s Georgia and mid-summer but the humidity inside of the room was uncomfortable. The carpet and the bedding felt wet to the touch the entire time I was there and that caused a smell. There’s no exhaust in the bathroom which only adds to the humidity when you shower. I ended up leaving a day earlier because I was worried I might get sick. Walls are thin so you can hear everything going on around you.

Wir wurden nett empfange. Das Zimmer war sehr gross mit Gang, kleine Küche mit Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Tee- und Kaffeemaschiene, sehr bequemes Bett. Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls riesig mit Badewanne. Alles sehr sauber, jeden Tag saubere Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, sehr lecker. Super Lage, Cocacola Museum, Olympiapark fussläufig erreichbar.
