I had a great arrival experience with Meka at the front desk! She explained all the hotel had to offer and was kind and accommodating.

Great experience from start to finish! The gentleman at the front desk with locs provided excellent service, and Rhonda, the housekeeping supervisor, gave me such a warm welcome. My room and the entire property were clean and well-maintained. The staff really made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I’ll definitely be back!

Front desk and housekeeping staff (only staff I interacted with) were incredibly friendly and helpful

Small cleaning spots in the room, such as a smear on bathroom vanity/shower. Nothing significant that I felt the need to report while staying there. It would also be helpful in the future to make a note for parking options for those driving from out of town who may not be familiar with this area.

Could have been cleaner. Sheets were stained so we used the back up ones in the closet. Have stayed in past Home 2 suites by hilton and were much more updated. But you do get what you pay for.

What can I say about my new home away from home. I came into Atlanta for 5 days as I began my Doctoral program. My room was clean and extremely comfortable. I upgraded to the Queen Suite and it was like having my own dorm room. Every morning as I was running to catch my Uber Ms. Sonya and her team made sure that I didn’t leave without a hot breakfast, a smile and a blessing for a great day. No matter where I was in the hotel the staff greeted me warmly, ensured I was not in need of anything. And finally I have to give a shout out to the front desk staff, including Meka. I may not remember all of the names but I will remember how they made me feel. They all helped to make any extremely stressful and scary week feel like peace.

Staff was wonderful, rooms clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast was complimentary and good. It was in a good location with walking distance to some restaurants (which the staff gave us a list of). Would stay again!

It was downtown, so it was a little noisy (not hotels fault).

My husband and I attended a WNBA game at State Farm Arena on Sunday, August 16th. We enjoyed our (1) night stay and were welcomed by friendly valet staff outside, as well as by the front desk clerk at 2:30 that afternoon. This morning (Monday) we enjoyed a well organized, delicious breakfast. The breakfast staff ( Sonya and Zella) were so friendly and welcomed us and every guest that entered the dining area. What a pleasant way to start our day! We will definitely come back on our next visit to Atlanta!

We came here a year ago to move our daughter into college and have came back multiple times since. This place truly makes you feel at home. The rooms are clean, we love the suite amenities that the rooms provide, and the staff is wonderful! The breakfast crew, those ladies are truly the best, we love them like family and they remembered us.

Had an issue with hot water not working it took about 2 hours for them to fix and the fridge in the room leaked all over the floor

Perfect location, friendly and welcoming staff, spacious rooms, goods beds and great bathrooms. The hotel is just a 5 mins walk from the Centennial Park and downtown Atlanta. The staff was warm and welcoming, thinking along and providing with 2 adjecent rooms, without a request from our side. The rooms had a walk-in shower, not a bath; a great plus for me. The beds were good with different pillows to choose from. The hotel also has a rooftop patio. We enjoyed the sunset there with a cold (bring your own) beer.

It feels a bit outdated here and there, but that's all.

Sonya at the home2 suite hotel Hilton everything was lovely. I ms..sonya is a very lovely person. She made us feel at home breakfast everything thank you we love you so much the Watkins family.

My son and I stayed here for a few days in July. Kim at the front desk was wonderful!!! Jordan was also great--super friendly, responsive and professional. Zella in the kitchen was also the bomb!! I watched her handle a situation with 2 young kids in the kitchen masterfully. Go Zella! Our room was also just what we needed and the location was great!!

We stayed here for the Ariana Grande concert, and the location was convenient for the venue. Unfortunately, that’s about the only positive. At check-in, the front desk gave me a key to a room that was already occupied. When I went back, she got annoyed with me over her own mistake instead of apologizing. The room we were moved to smelled so strongly of cleaning chemicals that it gave me a headache. It wasn’t a nice room, and the sliding bathroom door doesn’t even close, so there’s no real privacy. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Great location, good breakfast and friendly staff!

Property was conveniently located for the Aquarium and the Coke a Cola museum.

A/C didn’t work properly, set the thermostat to 68 degrees but the room never got below 74 degrees. Hotel didn’t have another room compared to what we paid for and could only offer us a fan or to contact a sister property. No hot water for showers. Room was not up to standard and the pictures are beyond deceptive.

The 3rd elevator to your right doesn’t seem safe at all the squeaky sound it makes it needs maintenance

The location was perfect for downtown events. This one of of the most friendly staffs I have seen in a long time. Great customer service.

I had an outstanding stay in this hotel specially for the great attention I got in the in the front desk through the receptionist Kimberly. I had an issue with my reservation, the hotel was fully booked and she did all efforts needed to make sure I could find a room. And everything was so smooth and nice in this stay. Very comfortable room, great breakfast. It was a very nice stay. The staff generally was so kind! I arrived in USA almost 2 months ago because of the fifa World Cup and I stayed in a few Home 2 Suites hotel. The Atlanta downtown is my favourite

Mo and miss Kim were so kind! Through the business they were still joyful and got us checked in as soon as a room was ready. Made the experience here in Atlanta so easy. Great central location a block from centennial park.

My experience was amazing!! Zella was great in the kitchen! The valet workers were amazing (I can't remember their names) and Montiga Allen was 5 star!

Went here last minute after our original hotel fell through and we loved it!! Great staff, great prices, & clean,comfortable rooms!! Located right next to the State Farm arena which was perfect for us!! Will definitely be back if I find myself in town again!

Very friendly front desk staff. We were greeted nicely and asked if there were any concerns. My room was very neat and clean also. The cleaning staff was also very friendly and helpful.

My entire stay felt like Home away from home from the time I checked in until leaving.

Downtown Home2suites Atmosphere was great Montiga, Zaire,Mrs Zella, Marlon, and DJ made it extra. The Valet crew was superb!

The lifts and hall areas need an upgrade

The staff is what made our stay excellent. Darren with valet was courteous and patient while Taysha at the front desk was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The lobby is beautiful and bathrooms are nice with generous amounts of lotion and soap dispensing. Good location and value.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my trip to Atlanta for the FIFA World Cup. The location was perfect—within walking distance of Mercedes-Benz Stadium and many downtown attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast was good, and the overall atmosphere made me feel safe and relaxed throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Atlanta, whether for business or leisure, and I would happily stay here again.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful staff member at Sony. She is incredibly kind, professional, and always greets everyone with a warm smile. She makes some of the best coffee I’ve ever had, and her attention to cleanliness and detail keeps the hotel looking spotless and welcoming at all times. Good hotel with great staff. So accommodating and friendly. Love coming here. Not a lot of amenities, but great location to the convention center and arena, as well as restaurants and activities.

Every June Our CT team looks forward to coming Home2 our Georgia home at Home2Suites. The employees are our family in Georgia! We met one of their employees when they just began and although she has been promoted and works at a different location, she comes to visit us during our stay here! It is truly a family reunion to come Home2!

The hotel was very nice with energetic, outgoing staff taking care of us every day.

Stayed here for a week for NLSC. I had a very pleasant time here. Breakfast was great, the staff was kind and respectful, and it just felt like a second home. By far one of my best stays at any hotel.

The customer service was phenomenal, whenever I need something to enhance my comfort and experience they provided. Staff is amazing.

My stay at this hotel was by far the best out of any hotel i’ve ever stayed at, including other hilton’s and marriott’s. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, quick at their jobs, and happy to help. The breakfast included in the stay was a fantastic well stocked self serve counter with many great options. Overall my stay here was just absolutely perfect.

We were going to a concert at a venue called The Tabernacle, the hotel was maybe a 5-minute walk away, it was a perfect location. Everything was modern and clean, and the hotel staff was professional and friendly.

Level of street noise at night when trying to sleep was HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!

I booked my stay through booking.com. which i always use. I get to this hotel and they do not have my reservation. Staff said I had to contact booking which I did. Booking had reservation. Now keep in mind after 45 minutes at 11pm with a tired 3 year old. Your staff continued to say it was a booking.com error. Offered no solution for me. Until the second call to booking and booking stating why doesn't she offer you a room? You havent paid yet. You pay at hotel. So 45 minutes later I get a hotel room at 11:45pm. Keep in mind my reservation was $200 now I had to pay $300 for the same size room.

The elevators having to require the key to operate it

The front desk person when I checked in. She saw me struggling to go inside to check in and the door wasn’t opening for me. She didn’t give us information on how to use the key with the elevator. Did not tell us about the breakfast or the times it’s available. But my check out was amazing, she was pleasant, helpful, kind and generous. Gave me the correct answers to my previous questions. You can see the pride in her work and she is a wonderful asset to your company. She made me feel the way I should have felt coming in on the leaving side.
