Open concept area inside

Valet parking daily fee No bellman available for checkout Room was not ready when we arrived after 5pm

Breakfast Bar

I didn't like the fact my 2 rooms didn't have an inside door to the joining rooms. The could have served more than chips and salsa for dinner.

Breakfast Bar

I didn't like the fact the rooms wasn't joining room.that has an inside door in-between them. The dinner bar could have been better than chips and salsa.

Breakfast was nice. Cameron was very professional and friendly enjoyed talking with him

Location and breakfast!

It is nice the property. It has a very good breakfast. Omelette excellent. It also a nice happy hour in the afternoon

The lady at reception wasn’t helpful at all. Didn’t gave a room that we asked for far from elevator although the hotel was huge and looked quite empty. She lied when we asked for another room. Also never mentioned about complimentary happy hour. Fortunately other employees were helpful. Also at checkout they were charging more than what booked thru Booking

Location, clean room, happy hour and breakfast.

Only one server for happy hour and breafast omlets- causing lengthy wait lines.

Had breakfast at Starbucks

The location and the breakfast

Taking a shower and the tub wasn’t draining

The location was great, proximity to various attractions. Breakfast was excellent with variety of food to choose from.

Everything was great

Very nice stay

Walking distance to the venues we wanted to visit!

Loved the swimming pool and the breakfast!

Everything was excellent!

Bathroom needs updating and cleaning, a lot of hair. The blankets for pullout felt like a thing old used towel, carpet need vacuuming

Bathroom tub was not cleaned with multiple hair in it..

I liked the location. It was close to State Farm Arena where the WNBA game was that I was attending.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. Everything was awesome.

Excelente ubicación. Buen desayuno

Clean, convenient and the staff was so friendly. Breakfast was very good.

I loved the location, near the Georgia Aquarium, Coca Cola World, restaurants.

Seguro vuelvo, centrico, tranquilo, confortable.

Their computer systems were down and took over 2 1/2 hours to check us in. It was absolutely ridiculous. No one there knew how to check in on manually.

Era céntrico y de fácil acceso

El horario del desayuno muy corto

Great place, nothing to complain about!

Very professional staff. Very polite and helpful. Clean room and hotel.

The comfortable atmosphere

We loved our stay in centennial park! There wasn’t so much within walking distance we hardly had to use the car. I will say there is no guest parking— you must use the valet which is pretty dang expensive each night. The hotel was incredibly well kept/clean. We didn’t have any noise complaints, even with staying on the 6th floor with children(my toddlers are loud). The rooms are all a great size and definitely were worth the rate. Breakfast and a complimentary cocktail hour are provided daily— loved the daily cocktails the bar staff came up with. The snacks could do some buffing up. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Cameron in particular stood out. He was very warm and welcoming at the omelette station and had a bright demeanor. Overall the atmosphere was very pleasant and we will definitely be back!

Cameron did a wonderful job caring for his customers and making omelets with a smile despite the long lines.

Cameron L at the omelette station was absolutely phenomenal. He made up for the noise I heard outside my room. Cheerful, welcoming, and attentive.

Mannnn these people are amazing. So helpful and kind. One of the best hotel experiences i've ever had. Breakfast is to die for. Cameron and the breakfast and afternoon snack crew are great at their job and make you feel at home. Will definitely come back soon.

Cameron is the goat with the Omelettes, such a cool and nice guy!!

Location was amazing my daughter & I went to the State Farm arena for a basketball game literally walking distance . Atmosphere was amazing felt like home also had Ruth Chris and star bucks on property. Rooms where very clean me & my daughter literally missed breakfast because the beds where so comfortable I heard good things about their breakfast so I was alil mad I missed breakfast lol roof top pool was clean Thank you Joseph for getting me check in early thank you for your great hospitality .wish I could have stayed longer

Everything. There was breakfast every morning which was amazing. There was an afternoon happy hour with snacks which was also amazing.

The staff was very good! Friendly and accommodating.

We hosted our family reunion at this property. There were other reunions and celebrations going on that weekend as well. There was room for all of us. The staff was welcoming, and on point. The happy hour lines went fast and the food on the breakfast buffet was tasty and plentiful. Shout out to the chef that walked around with a tray of crispy bacon to serve guests. My husband’s dream! The rooms were spacious and well appointed. Sadly, lotion in the restroom ran dry and housekeeping did not have refills on their carts. Hmmmm We will be back. Thank you.

He was very sweet and kind. Camren was sweet and took our plates and was not complicated like some others. Please give him a rasie.

The hotel is clean. Staff was very personable. Breakfast was good. Cameron, Brandon, and Adel were so helpful with keeping things tidy at breakfast. Thanks for a great stay.

This was the best experience I ever had and they were so helpful and attentive. Everyone has a positive attitude and the rooms are extremely excellent and everyone deserves raise because their customer service is excellent.

The location was convenient and walkable Everyone was professional and accommodating. The room was ready upon our arrival, neat, clean, and comfortable. Daily breakfast and evening drink/snacks were served with smiles in a large common area, so no one felt rushed to get in & out. The price was reasonable.

We had a wonderful stay, and I especially want to recognize Patrick, the front desk clerk, Patrick, for providing exceptional customer service. From the moment we arrived, he was friendly, courteous, and genuinely welcoming. Throughout our stay, he checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel like valued guests. Thank you for helping make our visit such a positive and memorable experience.

My family and I had our family reunion at this location and this location was lovely. One of the best parts for me was meeting Devante. Him and his team went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome. Geno made the best crispy bacon and amazing grits. We will be back

Jamarrei, Patrick and Denzel made our hotel experience very memorable. They were most helpful with all with all my family’s needs. They made me so comfortable that I could not see any flaws. Thank you for having such great employees. David was great also.

Everything was Great here! Enjoyed my stay so much, the staff especially Patrick who made sure everything was Excellent for us, also Jamarey was as excellent in hospitality too making sure even upon our arrival being very accommodating, also Denzel and Davante were excellent in their service in making sure we well taken care of any way they could! Thanks for a Wonderful stay here ❤️ loved it thanks staff !! It was some others but I didn't remember their names! Excellent Stay!!!

Great location

Clean

For the amount of traffic, this tailgates, it is extremely clean, the staff could not be more accommodating and friendly, the complementary breakfast was absolutely excellent, and the omelettes were delicious. It is so convenient to State Farm Arena, the world of Coke, Centennial Park, and many other attractions. I highly recommend it.

Good, just the lines were long.

Excellent loation for our stay as well as other sites. Breakfast fantastic! Pool was great when it was open. Unfortunately, it was closed on our last day but they did offer for us to use the sister hotel pool. Communication was excellent!

Ruth Chris restaurant was just ok. The steak was excellent but the sides were not up to par. Service was very slow especially with children.

The hotel goes out of their way to ensure you have a nice stay which is so important these days Spend more time promoting your magician. He’s awesome and deserves more advertising from you all at the desk

I hate food substitutes. So while I appreciate they do an amazing breakfast I wish it was real food not “eggs” - or turkey sausage and bacon subsidies. I want real eggs, real bacon and real food. I can stand the substitutes that cheapen food. We didn’t like that part but do appreciate they made an effort to serve something hot. Even the omelets are made with fake eggs and fake butter, would rather have real food and pay for it than have food companies substitutes for commercial hotels

Nice

The valet service was crowded.

Room was great, breakfast was great, location was wonderful!

Arrived 1.5 hours after scheduled 4 pm check in. Room was not ready; was told they were "putting a few finishing touches" on the room. Was never notified that the room was ready, went back to the desk around 40 minutes later and the room still wasn't ready. Left our luggage there so we could grab dinner and get to the event we were attending. As we were walking back to the hotel from the event, got a call asking if we were planning to check in...just a little annoying since we had tried to check in twice earlier.

Breakfast was awesome and location was good .

Good and awesome experience, right in the middle of Atlanta

Clean and comfortable. Great location, close to everything. Excellent breakfast

Parking $60 per night. The entire parking process

The best location in town. Great food quality, with excellent service.

Good location, nice suite

Low light in room, no advance warning of FIFA impact (transportation access blocked on 7/14). No daily housekeeping (had to request),

The room was very clean, space for multiple people to spread out, the a/c worked beautifully in the hot temperatures. The staff was amazing and accommodating to all requests. The egg/omelet station at breakfast was great. The hotel was centrally located around everything near Centennial Park. The parking deck across the street was convenient and easy to use.

There were a lot of areas closed due to Fifa, which would have been helpful to know in advance. The body wash in the shower was empty, so we were not able to use it. The showerhead pressure was not strong.

Breakfast was great!

None

The staff was very friendly.

There wasn't nothing not to like.

Eigenlijk alles perfecte locatie vriendelijk personeel top valet parkeren

Great Place! Staff was great and thoughtful. The location is great for the atractions as well as for the stadiums. We will definitely come back for my next visit.

From when you arrive to checkout, all staff were friendly and attentive - this includes valet staff, front desk, staff who worked for serving and cleaning breakfast, and housekeeping when we were leaving!

Loved everything about this property. Staff was the absolute best. Very considerate, personable and helpful.

Clean

Not much, everyone was nice and it was clean

Price for parking

Close to the Aquarium, Within walking distance to a lot of local thing. The Breakfast was good. The Complementary snack in the evening was good. The staff was very Kind and Helpful in looking up addresses for me to local eatery's.

The Valet was different, Price on Booking says $55. But was charged $60 per night and they parked my rental in the public parking? The Pillows were thin. And the cleaners only made one bed and did not fill the Coffee, Creamer or Sugar and left 3 cups and no lids. Only had enough towels for 3 people when the room was booked for 4. Read reviews about being able to watch the fireworks from the roof which we could not see from the trees.

I got double charged by booking and the hotel while during FIFA rate is very high. Only once I checked the transaction realize this. Do make sure you double check your transaction record.

The proximity to the aquarium.

The free breakfast was terrible lacking good selection, the fruits were not replenished the muffins were soggy. I wouldn't do breakfast again. The common bathrooms were dirty.

I loved everything the location.security front desk personnel was awesome. The valet personnel awesome and everything was so clean and my king size bed slept so good I got no complaints about this place will definitely be staying again

Location

Delay in cleaning room and changing bedding.

Nice breakfast and Denzel my man came in clutch with our bags and took care of everything. 10/10 service for the whole staff🫱🏻‍🫲🏽 also shoutout to abul with his omelettes

It has great amenities and lives up to it’s rating. Great location too.

Nothing.

Great location as we were at the Mercedes Benz Stadium for the FIFA Match! Breakfast area gets a little crowded at peak time but everything else was great and the food, good!

Excellent experience! Short walk to the Georgia Aquarium.

Fantastic location walkable to everywhere, breakfast and evening reception were great! Thanks to Jon for all your valet help and tips for local places.
