Hilton Los Angeles Airport

It was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. The shuttle service was very convenient.

The were no amenities in the room (water, shower cap) but they were brought to us in request

The room and the bed.

Well cared for facility. Room smelled good when I entered. Bed very comfortable, firm but with a topper. Fast easy check in. Elevators fast. Airport shuttle prompt and pleasant

location

nothing in particular

Great location. Really crowded hotel and the area though. Room was good. Nice pool.

Bathroom is super small. Also they had old used towels in the room for some reason.

Shuttle drivers are the best, do helpful.

The staff was very helpful. And, yhe room was large snd very nice.

this is a mediocre hotel, it has only one advantage - it is not far from the airport, though they don't communicate transport options when you book, you have to figure it our by yourself

after I had checked out, the hotel charged my card for $120 for no reason. I spent hours with them trying to figure out what happened, and nobody there can help me. They just ignored my numerous requests in Booking and couldn't do anything on phone. I even went to them in person, and talked to staff - concierge, manager, some finance specialist, they pretend they just don't know. But seems like they just don't care. I have never met such attitude before, really disappointed. All I was offered is a free beer from the manager, even not a transfer back to LAX - I spent $50 just to get there and back Besides that, breakfast is far below average for $40 - probably the worst value for money, rooms were not clean enough: dust on table and in the bathroom

Near the airport, good structure

There is no parking to check in. I had to park in the underground floor and carry all the luggage to the main lobby to check in. Parking extremely expensive. There is a public parking beside 1/3rd the price

It looks amazing. Front desk was helpful and happy place completely cleaned

The parking situation if we are already paying for parking there why should we also pay for parking it make no sense and at a 70+ rate is even more crazy well to me at least

Excelente localização

Very convenient location for traveling through LAX.

Parking is very expensive.

the ground-floor bar was pleasant and I found the staff to be nice and helpful.

my room was not as I had expected it to be, it was smaller and the view that I had been looking forward to was actual nothing like the advertising photographs and was not at all pleasant.

Shuttle from airport and back again was excellent

Not enough milk 😔

Location was great, and the self serve parking was nice. Also enjoyed the elevator system.

Air conditioning in room didn’t work, and room temperature wouldn’t go below 77°F. Not a lot of outlets for charging devices, and no smart TV in room with limited channels. Bathroom in room was very small, and shower wasn’t up to Hilton standard.

Quiet, Value

Exxpensive Bistro

Great location and shuttle service from the airport.

I was disappointed that they don't have room service anymore. As I was travelling alone, I would have liked to be able to order something to my room.

It was clean and comfortable very easy to get too

Price was a bit steep for one night

prezzo esagerato

Location was good.

Lobby was dirty, over crowded, food was not good and only had one location to eat.

Staffs were friendly. Elevator system was easy to use efficiently.

None

Close to airport and venue

Parking was really rough at times. Dates we visited had little to no parking leaving us driving around for 15 plus minutes

Hotel was great, location was super handy for the airport and my son loved the view of the runway. Staff were very friendly and the hotel was very convenient.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing for the price but otherwise the stay was good.

It was very clean and the staff were awesome!! I loved how close it was to the airport and to SoFi Stadium. There were also so many walkable places to get too especially for food options

N/A

Lovely modern hotel close to LAX with a convenient shuttle bus service. 20 min walk to car rental centre. Nice buffet style breakfast.

Long line for check in when I arrived, but understandably so as we had all arrived by shuttle bus.

Convenient, clean, airport shuttle, 24 cafe

Check in process was very long, we were in line for 30+minutes.

The room had a beautiful view of LA and it was quiet. The hotel shuttle worked well.

The reception desk did not have enough staff to cover all the incoming guests. The line and wait was long.

Hotel comodo per la vicinanza all’aeroporto raggiungibile tramite navetta gratuita.

Nulla

Proximity to airport and 24/7 food/drink facility Bed comfortable

The hotel itself was good but expensive compared to alternative accommodation near by , and the prices at the bistro/shop are way too high and when paying for things, there appeared to be no skip option for the tip. I didn’t like the tip being imposed at 15% minimum on things I take away.

they don't provide water

Clean Room

I paid for an upgrade and runway view, and got a room at the rear corner of the building, NO Runway view. Room was far to expensive for what I received.

Staff very helpful, very clean and welcoming

I only got to have a short stay

Transport

The little restaurant was open 24 hrs. Staff was nice. Clean. Close to airport with Shuttle service to entertainment venue at a price.

The tv remote menu and guide didn’t work. I would have liked to hook up my phone to the tv, but the menu didn’t function. I don’t watch much regular tv

Nice location and facilities. Super duper easy to get to LAX.

The room was not clean. The dust and other hard-to-describe micro stuff on the desk was repelling.

The convenience of this spot can’t be overstated. The airport shuttles are great, and the proximity to both LAX and SoFi / Kia Forum / etc. are hard to pass up. It’s just not worth the trade-offs — at these prices, you can find much better in the area without sacrificing convenience (or cleanliness).

This is the worst stay I’ve had in a hotel in years. My room was downgraded upon arrival (not an uncommon occurrence when booking third-party, but disappointing regardless; I was told the hotel was completely full so it was my only option). I’m not sure if there was construction happening on the floor above me, but there was loud, constant banging throughout the day that was impossible to drown out. My room also had a bug problem — both flies and larger insects — and I sustained large welts on my back and face after sleeping here a couple of nights.

Great shuttle service to the airport.

A/C off until you enter the room. 90 degrees - took three hours to cool down. Needs a big time refresh.

Kurzer Weg zum Flughafen

Abgewohnt

Buffet needs to be upgraded

Good quality

Shuttle Aeropuerto GRATIS

The property is clean and the staff is friendly.

The hidden/not widely advertised surprise charges. I do understand that the property is located near the airport and you’re essentially going to pay airport prices for virtually everything. There’s a $100/night refundable additional deposit per day for however long you stay, and to even park in the parking garage at the hotel they charge you $62-65 per day! Nice hotel but next time in L.A. I’ll probably decide to stay a little further away from close proximity to the airport to avoid the parking charge.

Room, gym and pool were good. Transfer service was excellent. The drivers even carried the bags.

Restaurant options on Monday night were very limited.

The staff's hospitality ans willingness to help.

I saw a roach on the food delivery pick up table.

Clean, staff very friendly, location from airport.

AC wasn’t working properly the hallway was cooler than our room.

Location

Being charged twice for the room of a one nite stay after I already checked out . Hopefully my deposit gets returned promptly.

The location for the airport is excellent and the bar was quite nice for an evening drink.

I was expecting and looking forward to a room with a view, as seen in the advertising when booking and was very disappointed on seeing the view I had in my room which was dreadful. As I had booked early this was surprising. The bathroom was shabby and old fashioned and rather bashed about.

L’ensemble

The beds and pillows were super comfortable.

Cerca del aeropuerto y servicio al cliente

The main consideration was the hotel’s proximity to the airport. To my surprise, the hotel also provided a free airport shuttle service. The staff were polite and friendly. I was satisfied with my stay.

It was clean. Its proximity to the airport and the shuttle service are superb. The staff was welcoming and attentive. The gym was satisfactory.

There’s nothing near the hotel except the airport.

Very comfortable and quiet.

They don't allow you to phone order for food from bar/grill in lobby for pick up. You must go down to the bar and order food for take out in person.

Close to the airport, have a free shuttle bus from/ to the airport. Great choice for overnight transit before continue my next flight.

NONE

La vicinanza dall aeroporto

Il costo elevato del parcheggio

Convenient location

The King bed was good to sleep in. There is a refrigerator.

I wanted a bottle of water in our room. It was better to know the timeline about shuttle bus for airport.

Very convenient and close to the airport.

The staff. That is it

The bar and restaurant didn’t open until 4 and 5 pm No glasses in the room. Bed was angled down at the head.

the lowest rate that i found in a short notice and location wise to airport

parking is not free, EV charging is not free plus very high rate and slow charging

La ubicación y el servicio

Nada, todo excelente

Close to the LAX airport with the free shuttle

The check in young lady was amazing. Also the staff was great, and kind, Big Thank you!! to the house keeper’s for having great service in the rooms.

The under construction was a big delay for me.

Beautiful and great location to the airport

No water

Große, geräumige Zimmer. Sauber. Bequeme Betten. Gute Lage zum Flughafen. Leicht erreichbar.

the shuttle service from the airport and back.

Bathroom is getting old

The best part about flying LAX is that I can leave my car at the Hilton and actually spend the night there. It’s very convenient. It’s great

Very clean

Modern room

The parking cost, the cost of the room, surprise fees

All very impressive, clean ,modern , staff were all friendly.

Nothing , just that It was the weekend and choices for eating were limited considering how busy they were .

Perfect location for a one night layover. Very smart hotel and helpful, friendly, attentive staff. Comfortable beds and smart, simple decor. Would stay again.

Filled our requirements

No issues

Location and clean

The dining options

The room was a little bit noisy.

bathroom was so small. the bed was too old and so soft. pillows were so small, old and flat.

location and hotel bus shutter

Modern, clean and comfortable and very close to the airport. Free shittle
