Los Angeles Airport Marriott

Typisches Flughafenhotel mit viel Verkehr, aber alles war sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war geräumig, hatte ein sehr schönes Bad. Pool haben wir zweimal genutzt, war okay, eher in die Jahre gekommen und müsste mal renoviert werden. Liegen gab es genügend und Handtücher auch. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt aber okay. Gastronomie haben wir nicht genutzt da überteuert.

Parkplätze kosten USD 87 pro Tag (Valet), also horrender Preis. Self-parking wäre nur ein paar Dollar weniger pro Tag. Eigentlich gilt auf dem ganzen Areal ein Marihuana-Verbot, aber an jeder Ecke wird gekifft was das Zeug hält, sehr unangenehm, wenn man mit Kindern reist.

After staying here and weighing out true of pocket expenses, there isn’t anything I liked the property. Beware if you book your stay through a 3rd party, they do not value your experience as much.

The convenience of getting to the hotel from the airport was nice and quick. The pool is cool. The salmon with risotto was the best I have ever had. The ada accomidations were great. Big bathroom and a delay on the door so I could get through in my wc without rushing or hurting myself.

Parking was costly and changed rates from 74 to 85 during a week day. These totals are without tax added. Honestly for 2 days I paid a great deal more than I had expected even with all the discounts from use of booking ect.

Clean and swim pool great.

The location was very convenient. We went for a Rams game at Sofi Stadium, which is just up the street a couple miles. The hotel was nice but the entire staff was very friendly and extremely nice to us. The room was nice, clean and was comfortable. The only complaint, which had nothing to do the hotel, was Booking.com, offered and "booked" us a room that was non existent at the property. We thought we booked a king room with pullout couch, but that room doesn't exist. The staff at the Marriott explained that third party booking companies do this often, and then the hotel gets blamed. They were quick to offer a rollaway bed, which was very comfortable. The king bed we had was a dream, and we all slept well.

Comfort. I liked that I had my own space, even in the lobby. All the individuals who work there and I interacted with where exceptional and very helpful.

Price was more than anticipated when booking. It would have been pretty awesome to have breakfast and wifi included.

The M Lounge was nice, but it wasn't very clean. The coffee machine didn't work the way it was supposed to either. But if the hiccups are addressed it will be a very nice benefit.

Rooms have old carpet. Some finishings are dated. Beds not so comfortable.

The lobby looks nice and your staff was great but

The furniture had lots of spilled spots on it and it was warn and dirty. I know this is not your standard but maybe you changed and this is what you do now. I was really disappointed. This was motel 6 quality. The carpet was dirty as well. The room I stayed in was 2125. You should be ashamed of the quality of rooms you rent to people.

I liked the location, was very close to the venues and plazas. This particular Marriott is nostalgic.

The rooms were very subpar and unsatisfying when it came to cleanliness. The curtains in particular were unvacuumed, windows couldn't crack open to let in fresh ventilation. The lower rooms with balconies smelled like cigarettes in mind you, non-smoking rooms. I called for turn down service when I was out for the evening, and no one ever came to provide that service.

We booked the hotel because of our later arrival at LAX on the first night of our CA vacation. Pros 1. My family loved the large heated pool! We had a lot of fun swimming. 2. The gym was large and well-equipped. 3. The M club worked well for an easy breakfast on site. 4. The hotel airport shuttle was quick to get us after we arrived. The driver was very friendly and hardworking. 5. Our room was clean. Cons 1. Long line to check-in. Would’ve been great to have even more staff working the front desk. 2. The pool doesn’t open until 8 am. With kids still on Eastern time, an earlier opening would’ve been great. 3. Some people appeared to have slept overnight in a pool cabana. Not sure how that happened but wish hotel security had been on it. We reported the sleeping people in the morning, even worried they’d ODed. 4. Elevators are kind of slow. 5. Don’t have two queen rooms — just two doubles.

Based on a 3 night stay (over 2 time periods) in 2026, this Marriott has good and not-so-good features. The front desk staff works well and obviously handles a TON of people every day. It's overwhelming. The rooms are OK (I stayed on high floors) but the air conditioning needs updating as the compressor makes a terrible squeaky noise off and on all day/night and it disrupted my sleep. The microwaves available for use were all absolutely disgusting and had not been cleaned in what seems like years. The room carpeting could also use cleaning. Importantly, the executive lounge was super disappointing. I've stayed at Marriotts all over the world and the U.S.-based Marriott hotels are the worst TERRIBLE in terms of food options. Snack items at the lounge were pathetic - Cheerios, Froot Loops, Raisin Bran, mini pretzels and banana chips and apples? Surely, you can do better. Breakfast is also disappointing, with store-bought highly processed bread, pastry and bagels and limited options beyond scrambled eggs, sausage and fruit. The fruit, at least, was good. I wish Marriott would up its game.

At check I was welcomed by Brenda and she was great! Her customer service made me feel welcome and although there was a long line she maintained herself at composure!! This is the second time I stay here and bring my family because the place is great!! Although it’s so close to the airport you can’t hear the planes inside!!

We arrived due to an international flight cancellation and hoped to enjoy a peaceful stay around a pool area enjoying a few drinks.. On arrival, the reception staff allocated a room to us on one of the higher floors , that hadn't even been cleaned from the previous guests. We then had to come all the was back to reception with our luggage, where they then allocated us a different room on the 14th floor, and hardly even an apology. The lift was dirty with mould in the corners. We then went to the pool area only to find a sign saying no food or drinks allowed. There was music blasting over the speakers , and contrary to reviews stating the pool was a highlight, it's actually a very claustrophobic space surrounded by 7 floors of apartments ( approx) on all 4 sides. The food in the shops was very overpriced. We had just stayed at the Marriot in Orlando prior to coming to LA , and you couldn't find 2 more different Marriotts. Overall very disappointing.

Comfy bed and close to the airport

We stayed here overnight for a family event and it worked great for us. We took the free shuttle to and from the airport and we were so happy when our room was ready when we arrived early in the morning. It’s a big hotel in a square so we had to walk a long way to our room, but we eventually figured out some shortcuts. The M lounge upstairs was really nice and a great place to have breakfast and snacks. Would definitely recommend.

Needed lodging for one night prior to my outbound LAX flight. Chosen at random, this proved to be an excellent pick! Everything you'd expect from a great hotel, e.g., amenities, spacious well-appointed rooms, room service, free airport shuttle, gracious staff, etc. In the event I ever have the unfortunate need to fly into/out of LAX again, this hotel will be my go to place.

Arrivé au lobby, ils nous annoncent que le wifi est payant. Sauf si nous prenons la carte de fidélité. Sentiment de prise en otage. Alors que partout où nous sommes allés en Californie, même dans des motels et campground, le wifi était gratuit. De plus, ayant un véhicule de location, possibilité de parking soit par le service de valet à 85$ la journée, ou sur un parking privé à côté à 79$. Sentiment de racket important. J’ai pris 2 nuits avec le service lounge. Aucun intérêt, puisque disponible seulement 2 soirs par semaine ( le jeudi et samedi soir) entre 19:30 et 21:30 pour le buffet salé. Le reste du temps, que du sucré et les boissons alcoolisées payantes et très chères. Donc finalement, le surcoût payé pour le lounge a été inutile.

Booked a Club M Room with private access on the 18th Floor. I was given a basic room. I booked via Expedia and was told the incidental hold was $75 per night when I arrived at the hotel they wanted $100 per night and the manager would not budge on this. Avoid this place they try to cheat you.

Hotel was big and beautiful with a great heated pool and spa.

The light in the hotel by the bathroom was motion activated, so every time one of us got up during the night, the light clicked on BRIGHT.

I understand it’s near the airport. However, parking is $85 + $8.50 tax for valet ($78 for self parking, not much of a difference. We got a double bed balcony room for $250 with a bathroom smaller than my apartment. You cannot comfortably have two people at the sink without risking tripping over the toilet. Definitely a single use bathroom. We were expecting a view since we picked a balcony room, but they only go to the 5th floor and the rooms start on level 3. Plus, all the balconies are facing each other and the pool, sometimes directly into someone’s room if their blinds are open. Also, the balcony was poorly maintained - lots of leaves and spiderwebs. Lastly, the beds are squeaky. Small movements like waving your arms make them squeak. Fortunately, the room itself was clean and nice looking and the employees were very helpful.

We missed our flight at midnight to Taipei and needed a place to crash until the next day when we would resume travel again after midnight. As a platinum elite Bonvoy member, I chose this hotel near the airport. We checked in at 2 AM and were allowed a 4 PM late checkout. So far so good. First, there is no room service and no restaurant open at this time. In our room, (a balcony room over the pool,) the television did not work, and the coffee maker did not work. The breakfast offered on the 18th floor for platinum elite members was inedible and largely disgusting. They appear to purchase this breakfast food from ingredients rejected by the California prison system, worst food ever. The restaurants in the hotel offer limited selections of uninteresting menu items. Overall, the moral of the story here is, while at LAX, make sure to not miss your flight.
