Aloft’s rooms have been some of the more comfortable and this one was not horrible but not as good as other locations I’ve been to

The lobby area is decorated perfect to match the area and we love the breakfast selection !! We were able to shoot a little pool at the pool table and also eat our breakfast in our own private nook. The fruit water was fresh every morning that is a big seller for us !! The rooms were quite and comfy !!

There was not a whole lot that I didn't like. This was a well-kept area. The hotel was as advertised. The only thing I was disappointed about and it is because I am in the trade. The building mounted outdoor LED bulbs going down the building were a huge eye grabber for me in the pre-hotel photos that I saw. The pink LEDs around the pool on the building had a bit of outage and so did the highway side of the building. The LEDS sell the exterior as do the signs so would def get that serviced and we work with Texas Republic / Baker Signs locally in TX if you have any issue with sign vendor.

It was very close to everywhere I planned to go.

There wasn't much water pressure in the shower.

Paid for a 2 bed queen.. got a 1 bed king and my kids had to sleep on an air mattress. Very poor service!

The staff was great. The bartender was very friendly and talkative if you wanted to chat. Pool was an excellent temperature. Very convenient location.

I paid for breakfast during the booking thinking there was a restaurant or continental breakfast. Breakfast ended up being a convenience section where I grabbed a bagel and scone and a couple drinks for $20. That was disappointing.

No real breakfast is served Room has no slippers. For the overpriced room I paid for the quality to price ratio is very bad . Reception rude and never pick up the phone . Especially one receptionist, her reply about every of my grievances is : I am only working here , I can't change anything , take it with the company. Went back to my room at 7 pm , it was not made up and housekeeping never came , I called the reception, that's the only time they ever pick the phone , the answer we are very busy that's why no house keeping was done. The complementary coffee tastes like colored water . Maybe I have the Dubai standard , but this hotel for the price we paid is a totally bad experience. It's a highway motel that suddenly gets important because of the world cup and approximation to the match stadium. Will definitely never come back .

The location is fairly close to the stadium. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and quiet. The pool was a little small but still nice to cool off. The pool table was very fun for the kids.

It would be nice if they had a restaurant, but there were quite a few in the buildings next door that were walkable.

Colorful, modern style lobby and rooms. Well kept gym and pool area. Overall, nice place to stay for the price.

Hotel wouldn't allow me to use my Cashapp Visa to pay. It is an FDIC insured account that collects interest in savings just like any other bank account. Backed by Wells Fargo. So I don't understand. I get why they dont accept cashapp transfers for payment. But to not accept the debit card is ridiculous. I can buy a car or house with that card but not book a hotel? Come on. Get with it guys.

Check out was noon but house keeping knocked on our door at 9am while we were still sleeping and before could even get up to answer the door they just came on in

Location is close to entertainment. The family atmosphere of the hotel is great; pool table, card games, and various other games around on tables for all to enjoy! The free morning coffee was a bonus as well!

Only good thing to this hotel was for its location.

Had waited for a hour after 3pm check in for a room to get cleaned, booked two rooms and requested to be close and weren't even on the same floor. Not to mention i have a baby and needed a room asap. Staff is unpleasant, facilities are dirty. The smoke or co2 alarm that was directly above the bed kept flashing. Coffee isn't free all day, only at breakfast.

The property is centrally located which is nice close to six flags and stadiums.

Walls are very thin. We stayed on the second floor, and someone was literally bouncing up and down running the whole night in the room above us, which was very hard to be able to get comfortable and sleep. They also say that they have breakfast while the only thing is that they give you a voucher card and you can use that to buy things from their little market so it’s not a true breakfast like pancakes and eggs and bacon. It’s just muffins, yogurt and drinks.

Mo shower gel in the shower. Went to the front desk and requested more, was told they would bring some up, but they never did. Room was not made up after the first night. Navigation app had great difficulty getting me to the hotel. Too many roads.

I liked how close it was to the venue

The key cards didn’t work, I had to constantly get an escort to my room, even after midnight. Housekeeping came knocking at 8 am. I didn’t ask for my room to be cleaned early. The housekeeper was loud in the hallway singing. It was just a very uncomfortable, unprofessional, stay and I wasn’t able to relax. I had to reclean my shower because there was hair in it.

We stayed here for the proximity of the AT&T Stadium. The rooms were nice (small) and the staff very friendly but for the money we spent for two rooms for two nights it definitely wasn't worth it.
