didn’t get to use the revolving door, THERES NO PARKING literally you have to pay to park I’ve never had that kind of experience, my room didn’t look like the room I booked, the best thing in the room was the bathroom. Had a bad check in experience, people coming in yelling about being charged after they cancelled a booking, someone literally pooped in the only working elevator to get me to my floor. I was disappointed because I only seen good reviews about hotel indigo and I thought I’d have a better stay. Breakfast isn’t included you have to have a breakfast add on when you book, they also charged me an extra $200 holding fee that I personally wasn’t aware of. Even when I called to let them know I’d be arriving late, the woman I spoke with told me I’d only have to pay the difference. So communication wasn’t ideal. It was sprung on me when I got there & I drove 6 1/2 hours so I just wanted to lay down & everything was stopping me from doing that. They offer $60/night valet parking but I feel like paying $500 for this room with the view of a dirty parking garage, I shouldn’t have to pay for parking but I get it.

The shower was phenomena, the beds comfortable and the ac was spectacular. The location was absolutely perfect and everything was very clean. The staff was prompt in bringing more towels every time (The heat was intense outside so we were taking extra showers)

2 of the wall outlets were falling out of the wall and felt unsafe to us. The drink machine was never full.

That they didnt have microwave or fridges in the rooms.Im breast feeding so i had to fridge and i had to go down stairs for the microwave.And the AC went out and i switch to 3 rooms and still the unit was down.They didnt have emergency maintenance at all

The hotel was nice and we were walking distance to the concert we were attending.

We heard stomping all hours of the night from the room above us. I’m talking very loud like they were jumping around and you could hear people talking. The walls seemed to be very thin. We didn’t get much, if any sleep. The other thing we didn’t like was the loitering. Anytime we were standing in front of the hotel waiting for our car, people were coming by asking for money. Some of them acted aggressive if you didn’t give them money. It didn’t feel safe.

The lighting in the room is terrible. Needs more lights. Can’t see when putting on makeup and getting dressed. Room needs a deep clean. Shower has mold.

The cleanliness

I booked a double queen room and when I checked in they told me they have to give me a king bed bc they are sold out of queens. I had children with me a king room doesn't match my reservation and they basically said sorry nothing I can do.

The facilities were clean and modern. The shower was very slippery so had to be extremely careful. You must purchase the breakfast package and then let the staff know 15 minutes before going to breakfast that you will be having breakfast.

The parking is absolutely horrible. The parking is not on site as the website states. It is located in a parking garage belonging to a separate building behind the hotel. There is a connection walkway but that is a distance considering someone on a walker. Furthermore, if you booked through a third party like booking.com, the site is silent about the cost of the parking. I learned upon check in that the only parking guaranteed is valet at $60/day. This added an additional $600 to my bill. I was traveling with an elderly person and it was more convenient to valet instead of parking in a parking garage and having to walk the distance to the vehicle. Furthermore, the homeless population was really out in front of the hotel. There was a homeless man sleeping in the lobby when I checked in. I did not feel safe in that area so I only stayed one night before switching to a safer and closer area to my conference. I had to pay $120 in parking for an overnight stay and was told I could not recover any of my more for the room that totaled over $1400. I was advised that it was non-refundable and if I was to receive anything, I will need to speak with the third party I booked with. I called the third party service and was told it was up to the hotel to pro-rate or partially refund me not them. The third party called the hotel to ask the manager but says the call was ignored. I have tried calling multiple times to speak with a manager but to no avail. I only wanted a partial refund due to the unknown parking fees, but was refused and ignored.

Towels were old, torn, frayed which seemed crazy given how great the room and property was presented.

1) Old building and rooms feel very outdated. 2) windows are just a few yards away from a massive parking structure with bright lights on the whole night 3) extremely loud fan in the room that can’t be turned off as it’s central for the entire building - kept my family up at night. Personnel knows about it and their “solution” is earplugs that they have in the rooms ready for you - unbelievable! 4) Breakfast is literally the worst I have even had. Bacon fried into an ash - almost falling apart into pieces upon a slight touch.. All other items are of a really poor quality as well. Booked a 3 nights nonrefundable stay - ended up moving to another hotel nearby after first night losing the rest of it. Super uncomfortable. Highly recommend looking for other hotels in the area instead. I’ve been staying in Indigo hotels many times before and never had anything like this one. P.S. Don’t buy the nice pictures: their fancy glass stairways are closed - not even sure if they are functional or just built for taking pictures & attracting guests.

Great stay in downtown Atlanta. The hotel was clean, quiet, and about a 10-minute walk from the Georgia Aquarium and other attractions. The bed was very comfortable, the AC stayed cold, and the shower had great pressure with plenty of hot water. Staff were friendly and helpful, and I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast is not a buffet—it is a $50 daily credit to order from the menu. It worked well for the two of us, but larger groups may need to pay extra depending on what they order.

The staff could not have been nicer. Always upbeat and friendly at Breakfast and Dinner and a great asset. We had a King Suite and it was terrific in size and layout. Plus a perfect bed. Good central location.

The air conditioning was always on and could not be changed. Which seemed pretty silly especially as it was very noisy.

The room was a really interesting shape and the windows were nice with a good view of trees and downtown. Bathroom was a good size with nice lighting. The shower had really good water pressure.

Staff was very unhelpful. We had 6 luggages for 2 people and struggled through the revolving door, which was push only. I left my husband outside with the bags and walked into the lobby to ask the front desk staff to open the side walk through door, which was locked. They initially refused and told us to use the revolving door. After saying we had 6 bags, the lady reluctantly came up to the side door and unlocked it, and then left back to the front desk immediately without offering any help even tho we were clearly struggling. Disappointed. There is a 2 part elevator, one from level 1 lobby to level 2. Then one from level 2 up to guest rooms. This wasn't pleasant with the bags but was okay otherwise. But, the elevator doors closed extremely fast and I've witnessed it close on multiple people during my stay. Also, there is a beautiful winding double glass staircase going from the lobby to the level 2 elevators, but it's blocked off? It would be much more pleasant to be able to walk up the staircase and only take the guest room elevators up than wait/be in the lobby elevator for 1 second. The room was clean, but had some dust accumulating around and drapping off of the headboard lamps. The main thing was we accidentally pulled up the sheets when on the bed, but it revealed a massive brown stain on the mattress. Didn't dare to pull up the sheets further than the photo attached.

This is a beautiful hotel. My group and I have really enjoyed our trip. Of most important and exciting note, Aretha our bartender on Tuesday night was awesome. Really fun and accommodating. Took great care of us. Thank you.

Gabby in reservation, Ella, Calvin and Vincent were all great! Shaoqill and other guys at valet were very professional. Suite on the third floor was nice, clean and spacious.

The beds were one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on in a hotel. Also, the bath towels were so soft that even my kids noticed. Lastly, the temperature of the room was able to be adjusted- so many times I feel like we adjust the temperature but the room doesn't change. We were able to make the room comfortable for us which was very nice! A Waymo from this hotel to the Georgia Aquarium was about $10.

My only complaint is that when I messaged the hotel via Booking.com they weren't super responsive. I requested a fan for our room, and their reply (I had to follow up a few times) was a very flat "no." However, once we were there the staff was extremely kind and helpful so maybe this was an automated response.

Easy check in, rooms equiped with all you need, fridge can be delivered on request. Met Nicky at the lounge bar who created a signature cocktail for me, and it was perfect! Plenty of oprions for meals close by and a short taxi ride to the mall. Couldnt be happier with our choice of accomodation while in Atlanta

Chambre au 7ème étage vendue pour avoir une belle vue… sur l’immeuble d’en face. La chambre n’était pas très lumineuse.

La ventilation d’extraction d’air assez bruyante. Pas de mini bar. Le système des 2 ascenseurs ?? L’interdiction d’utiliser les escaliers vers le restaurant.

To have 50 USD allowance for breakfast and not a breakfast included without restrictions. A very light breakfast ended up by being 60 USD plus tip so I would recommend to take the room without breakfast option.

Air conditioner wouldn’t cool enough. It was mid 70’s all night. Called the front desk for new batteries for the remote but we had to wait till the next day to use out television.

Een zeer slechte locatie van de kamer (309). Ontzettend veel lawaai, van buitenaf. Daar dtonden alle aircokoelingen, tegen een blinde muur, die het geluid weerkaatste. Er lagen zelfs airplugs op de nachtkastjes. Maar de receptionist begreep onze klacht, helaas zat hotel vol. Dus wat korting op de rekening gehad.

Seemed a little disjointed though. Safety concerned us when the doors were propped open out front and when there was an alarm telling us to evacuate but noone seemed to know what was going on when asking. Then the housekeeping told us false alarm.

Absolutely worst stay. We arrived to a downpour. We pulled up and tried to get Valet to help us. The guys literally told us to get our stuff out and into hotel, once we're done they would park our car. Two guys stood at the valet stand talking as we got a cart and loaded our stuff in a down pour. $60 valet fee to be dismissed. When we finally got everything on a cart (no help at all) we were trying you get the stupid cart in the hotel, standing in the rain as the valets we're standing there talking! My husband finally got their attention and they pushed a button to open a door and let us in. I was soaked! Our luggage was soaked. Going to the elevator we weren't told we needed to use 2 to get to our room so we played around until another guest explained it to us. Thanks front desk! When we got to the room our luggage actually left a puddle of water because everything was soaked. We upgraded our room and expected a nice room. It was good but our view? A freaking wall! No lie! $360 for a wall view. I received a text (front desk) and expressed my displeasure with our arrival. Lady called and by the end of the conversation had the nerve to tell me "I was going to tell you about the elevator but..." literally blamed me for her forgetting to tell me about elevator puzzle. Nevertheless we had dinner plans and I had to dry my hair, try to re-style and change. All of my clothes were wet so had to hang and use blow dryer to get something dry enough to wear. At that point I just wanted to get the evening over and never stay at a Hotel Indigo again. Thanks for ruining my anniversary...

From the time I checked in until the time I checked out, the staff was absolutely amazing. Hibah checked us in and made sure that we were comfortable in our rooms. She was very knowledgeable about the area, and she was just super sweet. I didn't get the names of the valet guys but they were awesome. The room itself was just perfect. Clean, comfortable, and spacious! The location of the hotel was perfect for the event that my daughter and friends attended that night. Plus, there are restaurants and a CVS within walking distance. There is a restaurant in the hotel lobby and plus other amenities. If I ever have to come back to ATL, I would stay here.

I really don't have any complaints. I guess if I had to pick one thing, it would be the price of the valet ($60). However, I would happily pay it again because it was super convenient. Plus the guys were so helpful and friendly.
