Peaceful and quiet. Good sized well equipped room that had been well prepared for our arrival. Very friendly and informative staff.

We had an issue with one of the sinks not working on arrival. On departure no one was available requiring us to just leave the key on the desk.

First of all big thanks and appreciate to Zaklina for the great attention and hospitality. The place is perfect and it’s situated in a very beautiful and quiet neighborhood less than 10 minutes away from Puerto Banus walking from the beach access. The rooms are very clean and modern, you feel like you’re in your own villa. The pool is also really nice and honestly words can’t describe our stay and experience.

This is a place for those who want humble luxury. It is minimal , private , and feels like home. Thier quality is defined by the exceeding expectation in service, assistance with personal requests, and mindfulness between the balance of what is modern with what is natural. It is one of a kind.

That I did not stay longer and that there was no availability for extention. Even then they found a solution.

The property was beautiful! Perfect for me and the girls size wise also.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, groß und sauber. Es sind Lade Stationen für E-Autos vorhanden und gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Exzellentes Frühstück, war sehr lecker. 10 min Laufweg zum berühmten Yacht Hafen Puerto Banus. 5 min Laufweg zum Strand.

Außenanlage nicht sauber, Pool war schmutzig. Kaputte liege. Viele Ameisen und Vogel kacke wurde nicht weggemacht.

Excellent location. Lovely bedding. Property was Beautifully finished. Warm and welcoming. 24 hours reception. Peurta Banus 5 mins walk, beach 2 mins walk. Great for adults. Good A/C

No tea or coffee making facilities in room however the reception area did have which could be used by guests.

The villa was clean and new, the team was exceptional specially Dina and Zaklina.

Room space are great

The shower needed maintenance, and housekeeping was below expectations. They only made the beds and changed the towels without properly cleaning the room.

Bardzo podobał mi się wystrój wnętrza, przestrzeń w apartamencie, dobre śniadanie zjedzone w pięknych okolicznościach, czysto. Polecam dla najbardziej wymagających. Na pewno wrócimy.

Certainly! Here’s the updated review with that point included: The villas are absolutely beautiful and aesthetically pleasing, with a luxurious design that creates a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms themselves are one of the highlights of the stay. However, I was disappointed that the rooms advertised with private pools are not really as they appear in the photos. The “pool” is more like a paddling pool and is only really big enough to put your feet in rather than actually swim or relax in. The pictures make it look much larger than it is, which felt misleading. Unfortunately, the location isn’t ideal. Uber drivers and taxis struggle to find the hotel, which made getting around more difficult than expected. It’s about a five-minute walk to the beach and around 15 minutes to the port, so it’s not as conveniently located as I had hoped. For a hotel that markets itself as five-star luxury, the customer service was disappointing. It felt like there was a charge for absolutely everything. Charging around £40 per person, per day for breakfast is excessive, and I was shocked that even bottled water wasn’t complimentary. I’ve travelled extensively around the world and have never stayed at a five-star hotel that doesn’t provide guests with complimentary drinking water. I also asked if I could extend my checkout by just one hour, but I was told it would cost €150, which seemed unreasonable. Overall, while the villas are stunning and the property looks fantastic, the lack of flexibility, excessive extra charges, underwhelming customer service, and misleading presentation of the private pool rooms meant the experience didn’t live up to the expectations of a five-star hotel.

Nydelig vakkert, rent overalt og rolig. Store suiter. Nære både strand og havna. Personalet er helt helt fantastisk, har ikke opplevd maken til bra service. Kommer tilbake hit!

Nada ! Las fotos no tienen nada que ver con lo que es el hotel en realidad, la “piscina “ de la habitación un vergüenza. Pequeña y sucia ! Como si todo eso no fuera suficiente vimos una rata paseando por alrededor . Nos fuimos al día siguiente. No nos quisieron reembolsar el dinero pero aún así cogimos otro hotel por ahí cerca . No lo recomiendo en absoluto .

Some of the indoor and outdoor furniture is showing signs of wear and has stains.

It was good located, close to the beach and safe.

We had yellow water and sometimes even no water at all. Also, many ants in the room. There are many things that had to be fixed.

The reception staff was fantastic, friendly and courteous.

The property has s far from 5 stars establishment, lacking luxury and 5 stars feel. We were quite disappointed for the value of the money paid. Staff was great, however this is all about it. Overpriced and certainly not 5 stars.

Receptionists were all very friendly, and professiional Cristina was amazing, the entire place was very clean, location very discrete, in a gated community.

1. Please send email with a link for the red barrier entrance. The GPS is taking you somewhere else, you might loose 1 hour extra going in circles just trying to get there. The sink taps are a bit wierd, sonetimes they work, sometimes they don't (even if you press harder). They may be fancy, but are not fit for purpose

Tolle, moderne, hübsch gestaltete Unterkunft mit großzügigen Zimmern und tollem Pool. Super leckeres Frühstück und ausgesprochen freundliches & hilfsbereites Personal. (danke nochmals für'S Waschen unserer Wäsche, die gratis Flasche Wein und die Hilfe mit der Polizei bei unserem Kofferdienstahl :)

The breakfast was good, the location was great, 5 minute walk to the beach, and walking along the beach you can easily get to Puerto Banus in 10 minutes as well ass a number of restaurants, bars, and shops, room always smelled nice after being made up every day, overall great stay!

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer und der Poolbereich sehr geschmackvoll und neu.Sehr viel Platz. Beheiztes und beleuchtetes WC😀 Hochwertige Bettwäsche.Wohn/Essbereich gemeinschaftlich mit Nachbarsuite,aber sehr komfortabel.

Tolle Anlage, sauberes & großes Zimmer, schöner Pool, Frühstück

Die “Tür” zur Toilette (oben, unten offene Glastür), der Weg zum Strand war etwas abenteuerlich, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis von Extraleistungen war absolut übertrieben

Ruhig gelegen, sehr nah zum Strand, wunderbare Kommunikation mit dem sehr freundlichen Personal, vorzuheben hier Christine vom Empfang aber auch Alle anderen super bemüht und sehr nett. Villen sehr sauber, super Service (Frühstück) sehr reichlich und perfekt abgestimmt auf die eigenen Wünsche. Hunde kein Problem. Zimmer (wir hatten Premium Suiten) bieten viel Platz und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Rundum perfekt. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.
