Lovely hotel- very friendly staff and the facilities were great. Pool was lovely too! When we had a small issue with the sink in our suite on the first night they upgraded us to a bigger suite which was beautiful! Highly recommend

There was a horrible smell through the corridors and the room. I ended up having to wash my clean unused clothes as well, as they carried that horrible smell.

Schöne Lage und herzlicher Empfang – beim Service leider enttäuscht Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft an der Rezeption sehr herzlich begrüßt und aufgrund unserer Buchung sogar direkt in den VIP-Raum begleitet. Gerade angesichts des nicht gerade günstigen Zimmerpreises war das zunächst ein wirklich schöner und besonderer Empfang, über den wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Leider blieb dieser positive erste Eindruck während unseres weiteren Aufenthalts weitgehend aus. Das Personal erledigte zwar seine Aufgaben, allerdings fehlte es aus unserer Sicht deutlich an persönlicher Aufmerksamkeit und Herzlichkeit. Ein freundliches „Guten Morgen“ am Morgen oder ein kurzes „Hallo“ bei einer zufälligen Begegnung im Hotel hätten für uns einen großen Unterschied gemacht. Gerade in einem Haus dieser Preisklasse hätten wir uns hier einfach mehr Gastfreundschaft und persönliche Ansprache gewünscht.

Everything! We were given VIP check in and free sunbed upgrade. The staff are amazing, friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is gorgeous, the pool area is wonderful, the food very good. Can't fault it.

Second time here and our kids love it. Our original room was a bit too small for us so staff found an upgrade for us the next day. Buffet breakfast is great and swimming facilities so much fun. Plenty of parking if you have your own car (which is highly recommended in Marbella)

Rooms could be cleaner particularly the bathrooms. Also upon checking out we were charged extra for bar fridge items that we didn’t have however they removed those chargers instantly. Service and staff are lovely and so friendly

Stuff is not friendly speicaly reception desk officer . Not enough outlets in the hotel at all . Only 1 restaurant & 1 semi bar in middle of the lobby. Music in lobby is so high u can't even take a call. Rooms are old . Over all very commercial hotel for value of money.

Overall, I had a good stay. The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable, and the room service was very good and fast. The bed was very comfortable, and I also enjoyed having a balcony. The location is good and convenient. Parking was easy to find close to the hotel and was free of charge. Parking directly outside the hotel entrance is available for an additional fee of around €40.

There were a few downsides. I asked about a late checkout, but the hotel charges €30 for each additional hour, which I found quite expensive. Breakfast was quite basic and was almost the same every day during my stay, with no noticeable variation. The pools were also quite shallow. Another issue was noise from nearby rooms. Sound carries quite easily, and some guests were very loud, especially during quiet hours, which affected my comfort and sleep. I understand that this may not be entirely the hotel’s fault, as the main issue was the behavior of other guests, but better soundproofing could definitely improve the experience.

Las instalaciones se encuentran en muy buen estado, y la cama es muy confortable. A pesar de haberme alojado en verano cuando suele haber más ruido, lo cierto es que en la habitación no se escuchaba nada.

A mejorar, que la maquina de aire acondicionado era un poco ruidosa.

Suelo de la piscina infinity roto por varias partes y no se han molestado ni en recoger las piezas sueltas,barandillas y escaleras de piscina sueltas,bordes de la piscina llenos de mugre que no se limpia. Habitación con olor a humedad,vistas a la autopista,grifo del lavabo sin su cromado original,embellecedor del interruptor suelto que se me quedó en la mano (mandaron a una persona a repararlo pero se quedó igual), no había cápsulas de Nespresso al lado de la cafetera al llegar,las reclamé y las llevaron ya por la noche. Paredes de los pasillos hechas polvo y con embellecedores sueltos,algunas tazas del desayuno desportilladas en los bordes por donde se bebe (colocadas limpias para el uso del cliente),buffet del desayuno con productos baratos y muy mediocre. Un empleado de recepción al que, nada más entrar al hotel , le transmití mi descontento con la habitación, contestó a la defensiva: dijo que el olor a humedad era por el calor y me dijo "mira mi cara: estoy sudando".Su actitud tan poco profesional y maleducada, me dejó helada porque nunca me ha pasado en un hotel de estas características. De los hoteles que he contratado en esta plataforma en mi vida, que han sido muchísimos, ha sido la mayor decepción, porque a la cadena le tenemos mucho cariño, al haber visitado el maravilloso Hard Rock Hotel de Tenerife y dos veces el que ya han cerrado en Las Vegas. Afortunadamente ya hemos llegado a nuestra casa que huele bien,no hay nada roto ni viejo y la piscina de la urbanización limpia y bien mantenida.

The hotel is stylish and comfortable, and the facilities are generally good. I especially appreciated having access to a shower room after check-out. The reception team the following day were extremely professional, friendly and helpful—thank you very much to them.

For almost €500 per night, I expected a much higher standard. The breakfast was quite ordinary, and the coffee quality was particularly disappointing—it tasted like the cheapest available option. Service from the waiters on the terrace was also very poor. The reception staff during check-in did not seem very professional, although the team working the following day were excellent. The hotel does not have its own beach and is rather far from the main attractions. In my opinion, it is best suited to guests coming mainly for the casino; for a regular leisure trip to Marbella, it may not be the most convenient choice

There was a severe mould issue with our aircon unit. I reported it to management and all they offered was a complimentary dinner even though we had booked an all inclusive stay.

Hotel itself was lovely, cleanliness was great, facilities were also good and in a brilliant location

Upon check in it took a while as the receptionist tried to make us pay again even though we had already paid. I had to reach out to booking, as well as prove on my bank account it was paid. Even then they tried to make us pay. It was resolved in the end and they saw we had paid but it did put a stress to the beginning of the holiday

Flot morgenmad. Fint med rengøring og alle omkring var søde og venlige. Vi havde udfordringer den første nat med at fjernsynet tændte hele tiden. En forfærdelig nat. Om morgenen klagede min mand og der kom en tekniker. Så troede vi det var fint. Næste dag gjorde fjernsynet det samme så vi igen skulle have tekniker. Synes godt at I kunne kompensere for en frygtelig nat men nej personalet beklagede. Vi gav også 500 euro i depositum. Fik afvide da vi kom at det vi ikke brugte ville vi få retur. Men nu først efter 4-5 dage. Virkelig underligt.

Vores forfærdelig nat og højt musik i lobbyen så vi ikke kan tale ordentligt med reception og med hinanden da vi spiste.

Repetimos en este hotel este mismo mes un par de noches mas. Nos ha gustado mucho este hotel como plan de verano para la piscina por el ambiente, música y animación. Un 10 para Felipe y su equipo en la piscina. En general todo el staff estuvo de 10, recepción, desayuno, habitaciones, piscina, djs, animación, etc... de 10. Mi enhorabuena. 100% recomendable si se va en pareja o con amigos.

No hay nada que no me gustara, simplemente resaltar que aunque no es un hotel solo adultos como tal.. yo por lo que he vivido en las 2 veces que he estado en agosto, lo recomiendo sobre todo para ir en pareja o con amigos.

This is the second year in a row I've stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel in Marbella and both visits have been fantastic and memorable. It's a great location and only a short walk to local restaurants and the port in Banus. The room was spacious and the bed is extremely comfy. The bathroom has a really good walk-in shower and a double sink. The swimming pools are so much fun and although the pool area gets busy they are never over crowded. On both visits there has been a relaxed and fun atmosphere. The bar inside the hotel was welcoming and again never got over crowded. I never made it for breakfast but I was told it was good. It's not a cheap hotel but I think it offers value for money.

There was nothing I didn't like about the hotel.

Fijne kamer en inchecken als VIP ging lekker snel en kreeg ook gratis daybed aangeboden. Heb mijn verjaardag er gevierd aan de pool.

Jammer dat er niet echt een muziekinstallatie in de kamer aanwezig is. Dat verwacht je toch wel bij het hardrock. Zeker in de suites.

Staff was disaster!!!

Como aspectos positivos, la piscina está bien y resulta agradable, y la ubicación del hotel es bastante buena y cómoda para desplazarse. En general, la estancia fue correcta, pero creo que hay varios aspectos importantes que deberían mejorar, especialmente la limpieza y la relación calidad-precio.

La habitación y, especialmente, la limpieza dejaron bastante que desear. Considero que estos aspectos deberían mejorar considerablemente, ya que influyen mucho en la comodidad y en la experiencia general de la estancia. Por otro lado, los precios de las bebidas y consumiciones en la zona de la piscina me parecieron excesivamente elevados para lo que ofrecen. El desayuno es aceptable y está dentro de lo habitual en un hotel, aunque no destaca especialmente ni ofrece nada excepcional. Pagamos mucho para lo que realmente ofrecen.

We were a family and this hotel is not a reaaly child friendly one, it is more for adults; not a fault of this hotel, it was a bad chioce by ourside, otherwise hotel is really nice

Everything, the vibe at the pool, the food, the service, the bed which was super comfy, the room. The entertainment at the pool was super, DJ was great.

Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel und dem Zimmer sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war wirklich prima. Sehr abwechslungs- und umfangreich. Man sollte beachten das die Frühstücksrushhour ab 9:30 Uhr beginnt, vorher ist es entspannter. Das Personal war immer freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Besonders unser Zimmermädchen wollen wir ganz besonders hervorheben! Alle Hotelbereiche waren sehr sauber. Sehr schöner Poolbereich!

Leider hatten wir das vom Grundriss her kleinste Studio ganz am Ende des Ganges. Dadurch viel das Bad auch kleiner als bei den anderen Studios aus. Wenn man dieses Zimmer als normales Doppelzimmer zum Doppelzimmerpreis und nicht als Studio verkauft, wäre es absolut ok.

How stuff is and the facility.No one helps you with your luggages or bags even when you really need help,when you order food from room service they bring it to you as if you ordered it from uber,no plates ,in a bag inside box to go.House keeping never changed our bedsheets and pillows for our stay.We had cockroach in our room.Even when we were out the housekeeping cleaned our room ,but they did not clean and take the garbage.It was in the middle of room.

Czystość. Codziennie rano było widać jak ekipa czyści skrupulatnie basen, leżaki, całe obejście. Personel był niezwykle uprzejmy , pomocny i miły.

Nad jedzeniem niestety bym popracował . Było dużo lecz wolałbym mniej i super jakościowo podane. Jedzenie niestety jak na taki obiekt było słabe, nad samym pomieszczeniem gdzie były śniadania popracowałbym nad wystrojem wnętrza i meblami. Nie podobało mi się również że wokół basenu były duże leżaki płatne 200 euro - z butelką szampana. Będąc na urlopie z dziećmi to trochę nieporozumienie.

عند وصولي طلبت من الفندق ازالة المني بار لانني لا استخدمه وقامو بازالة المني بار من دون استخدام اي شي من طعام او شراب ،، وعند خروجي من الفندق تم ابلاغي بدفع 20 يورو!!! مع العلم ان الفندق لم يبلغني بالبدايه انه سوف يتم دفع 20 يورو فقط للازاله وهذا الامر لم يحصل لي طول حياتي

Although im pregnant 7 months, as i was late to breakfast, they refuse to give me even water! There was also no water in the rooms, their attitute was total disaster and not caring any needs of us. When the case was not working around 20-21 pm with our money inside, they did not send someone to open it and asked us to wait until 8.30 am nezt morning as there is only one person having keys and he will arrive in the morning. When i asked to talk with manager, i was asked to wait until 15.30- 16.00 as he will arrive this time to hotel and will be available. In any small requests were not welcomed by the team with a nice attitute. Even while giving us any information at the reception or at the pool bar, staff behaving like we are their employee, giving sharp directions like speking 5 years old children, and they have also no right to speak with a child staying in the hotel as a guest. Not just me, all of our friends group were so shocked all what happened in the hotel, having trouble with service everywhere. Waited for a clean towel 2 days was another funny detail. In this level hotel, they need to behave well and at least little bit polite while our requests and questions were this much polite. I recommended to no one this hotel, its not just about hospitality was at worst, their humanity is questionable. They are just speaking and behaving well to people who speak Spanish and this is racist.

From the moment we arrived, the service was disappointing. There was no one to help with our luggage, no one showed us where our room was, and no one explained anything. They simply took our passports, gave us the wristbands, and left us to figure everything out ourselves. The biggest issue, however, was the unacceptable noise throughout the night. There were constant noises after midnight — furniture being moved, people knocking on doors and running away, and other disturbances. And by “after midnight,” I mean after 2:00 a.m. This made it extremely difficult to sleep and completely ruined our stay. I reported the issue to the hotel and requested a room change. I complained about the noise for three consecutive nights, but there was very little response or effort to actually resolve the problem. We had two rooms next to each other because we were travelling as a family, yet the only alternatives they offered were the first room on one end of the floor and the last room on the other end, which obviously does not work for a family. To make things worse, while I was out on a trip far from the hotel, my mother found a note in the room telling us to go to reception “as soon as possible” because they had discovered an issue with our reservation. The message made it sound like there was a serious problem, so I had to turn back and return to the hotel just to find out what it was. In the end, it was simply about spa charges that needed to be paid, something that could easily have been handled at check-out instead of causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Overall, the lack of service, the extremely poor handling of the noise complaint, and the unnecessary way the hotel communicated with us made this a very disappointing stay. For a hotel of this level, I expected much better service, communication, and consideration for guests.

We were on floor 3 and there were several rooms that had lots of people in them late at night and were smoking - the smell was awful and lasted most of the week
