Het hotel is zeer gehorig. Voor lichte slapers zijn oordoppen een must. Het ontbijt is eerder beperkt.

Very clean and comfortable bedrooms. There is no parking for the hotel but there is a very good parking only two minutes from the hotel - with reasonable prices. Very tasty breakfast and very convenient restuarant in the hotel . Staff are very nice

Room was large and spacious with bathroom with a bath and shower over the bath. It was pretty central and we walked into main city centre streets.

Can't say there was anything we didn't like. It met all our expectations, perfect cheap hotel getaway for a night in Aberdeen.

The area is good with a car park across the road and lots of good restaurants and wine bars in close vicinity.

Our only problem was no air conditioning. There was a fan and a small window but it was too hot to get a decent sleep.

Staff were efficient, polite and informative. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, all the facilities were excellent. Breakfast buffet was delicious.

They only have one small lift which can be a bit frustrating waiting to fit in 2 go up 1 floor because you cant use the stairs.

Location, its in town next to a car park. The club room has great king size bed and I like that that TV connects to your phone. Would take club 100 times over as standard room double feels small. The free drink voucher was nice touch. Breakfast basic but fine. Late check out time is great.

I think bathrooms could be updated. I dont like how the handle in shower is so wide it makes tough to stand under water. Should be narrower. Leads to water on floor. The blinds also could be more blackout. Minor points

L’hotel è molto bello, praticamente in centro ad Aberdeen. La nostra stanza era davvero grande e pulita. Abbiamo anche cenato al ristorante dell’hotel, e ci è piaciuto quello che abbiamo assaggiato.

L’esperienza è stata rovinata da un allarme antincendio suonato alle 6:30 del mattino; dopo che siamo usciti in strada, rispettando le regole di sicurezza, in pigiama e lasciando tutto in camera, nessuno dello staff si è minimamente preoccupato di informare noi o gli altri ospiti di cosa fosse successo né si è scusato per l’accaduto. Un individuo - che pensiamo fosse un tecnico dell’hotel ma non si è in alcun modo qualificato - ha semplicemente detto a chi come noi era nella hall confuso e un po’ spaventato che “era tutto ok”, senza neanche specificare se potessimo o meno rientrare. Un incidente può capitare (la mattina dopo ci hanno detto che era stata aperta una porta allarmata) ma la gestione della situazione è stata, a dir poco, pessima considerando il disturbo arrecato.

Buen lugar tranquilo y frente a un parking con tarifas muy buenas., bebidas de vienvenida, un hôtel ideal para 2 o 3 noches.

El desayuno fue bueno pero creo que se puede mejorar en cuanto a varieda, pero para 2 o 3 dias esta bien.

Staff extremely helpful, our flight was very delayed and they checked us in before we arrived. Very helpful the next day with advice about sightseeing and transfer to ferry terminal.

Room was very clean and had everything I needed for my stay. The staff were friendly and very efficient. The Hotel was in a good location.

There were signs of poor repairs to holes etc in the bathroom, there were no three pin plugs either side of the bed for phone chqargers etc and I had trouble with picture quality at certain times and channels on the TV

Rooms were too hot as was the whole hotel

On entering Copthorne Hotel you are met with a bright modern foyer, lady on reception was very helpful and polite, We had booked a twin room with two double beds, the room again was bright and welcoming, nice large tv and usual coffee/tea and biscuits on hand.. Bathroom was huge, bath with shower, amazing water pressure from shower, very invigorating. Bar and restaurant staff helpfully and very nice, We had a Macaroni cheese and, Belly pork for dinner both very tasty. Overall the Copthorne Hotel was bright and spotlessly clean, friendly staff and good value. Have already recommended it and will stay again.

The only down side was no on site parking, but less than 50m across the road is a well lit multi-story carpark and We only paid £7 for overnight parking

central location was great room was spacious and well cleaned and the fridge was superb as i tend to bring extra milk and things for my daughter.

Sadly had a very noisy couple next door to us who were having an argument and kept banging doors and shouting which kept my daughter awake till the early hours, until i made them aware they were disturbing us.

The hotel is clean and fresh. The rooms are nicely decorated and the bed is very comfortable. The hotel is in a great city centre location and the staff are very helpful.

There is no air conditioning in the bedrooms and the window only opens partially which meant it was hot at night. There was a fan in the cupboard though if you don't mind the noise and the draught it creates.

The room was spotless and the amenities were excellent and all the staff were polite and helpful. Excellent food and overall great value for money .

The room although very spacious was just little dated and had not USP charging ports which did cause my quite an issue as in 2026 this is very much a given expectation . If not for those issue I would have given 10 out 10 from value for money point of view . Finally a special mention to both the check in and check out staff who where absolutely superb and huge difference to the other hotel in Aberdeen I usually stayed in , that alone means the Copthorne will be my preferred option now and going forward.

No USP port in the rooms , this did cause me an issue and shame as all other aspects where very good .

Breakfast wasnt early enough, but i understand i probably could have ordered something for the morning in a packup.

Beds are large and comfortable, showers great pressure and food was very good. The location is quiet but very central . Staff are helpful and polite and with our rooms we got free drink vouchers.

The window is rather small for size of room and the blinds are heavy Venetian ….good for blocking light in early morning but the cords were broken and it was hard to get them raised and locked up. Rooms have no temp control so it was quite hot in the nice weather we had but there was a fan which was ideal. During dinner first night the kitchen closed and we weren’t able to have a dessert but nobody warned us beforehand.

Really nice hotel, was impressed with my room & cleanliness, will stay again! Was sorry I only had one night there!

Good location with Union Street a 5 minute walk away. Looks nothing from the outside but larger than it first appears.

No parking although there is a car park across the street. No discount whilst staying at the hotel.

It was a warm room for the night

Having to carry our heavy luggage up the stairs from the road and no access to onsite parking. We couldn’t believe the reception staff told us no tissues are provided and we should use toilet paper for tissues. Ridiculous

10 minutes walking distance from the city center. Clean room, big & comfy bed. We paid breakfast extra and it was good, with staff also catering for gluten intolerance - by providing gf bread. They also provided almond milk and cooked eggs separately, catering for dairy allergens.

The hotel has no parking facilities, nor an arrangement with the opposite car park, which we had to pay additionally & separately.

Lovely room with a nice en-suite. Hotel was clean and modern and we appreciated the lift to our floor as we had a lot of baggage. The food at breakfast was very nice and the evening meal in the restaurant was good too with plenty of choice on the menu.

Breakfast bar was very cramped, only one coffee machine led to long queues. Staff pleasant and did their best but were clearly overwhelmed at busy times and struggled to keep up bringing fresh food out or cleaning and preparing tables for arriving guests.

Friendly and helpful staff, and a good hotel overall. A special highlight was the parking garage located directly opposite the hotel, which made arriving and parking our rental car extremely convenient.

Staye here a couple of times. Staff are very nice in this hotel. Bedroom spacious and clean and comfy bed. Pillows could be more better as find them thin and not comfortable. Iron and iron table in room also a fan if to hot. Food was nice aswell.

Clean and modern, everything worked as it should. Staff welcoming, engaging and informative. Room was spacious, bright and comfortable. Bed was brilliant and firm without being hard...good night sleep was had. Breakfast was more than adequate with good choice of cereals, fruit, cheeses & cold meats, cooked items and drinks. While the hotel was busy we never felt like we were ignored, and nothing was ever too much trouble for the staff

The TV! Ok, so the hotel has many international visitors and they want to cater for their tastes and make them feel at home. But the number of channels was overwhelming - hundreds, for sure. But could we find the normal UK terrestrial networks like BBC or ITV to get some news? Nope. But we could get it for France, US, Middle East, etc in fact we were spoilt for choice. And endless kids channels, reality TV, trashy American dramas and how to create your dream home. It really was a disappointment that we could not get basic TV channels we get at home. And as for Scottish focussed content...forget it.

The doors are very heavy so it is impossible not to be startled by people leaving their room. The doors slam very loudly at all times if the morning and night. We had a late check out for a lie in but the cleaner in the room next door was bashing the hoover off the wall from 7:30/8am

Was unceremoniously woken at 6.30am by the fire alarm, which of course is great it's working. I had noticed a sign at the toaster in the restaurant, 'only put bread through once'. On asking at reception on checkout I asked what caused the fire and apparently someone burnt the toast. C'mon guys one toaster shouldn't be holding the whole hotel to ransom.. replacement required perhaps?

Hotel had every evening a very large group of guests from a tour. They dominated the restaurant for dinner and breakfast.
