Bed was comfy

My room was located at the front and the street was very loud. I did not get to sleep to around 4 in the morning due to the noise. The windows did not block it out very well.

Breakfasts are very good and staff are lovely. Beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. The hotel is in a great location for the city centre with a 10/15 min walk to Union Square.

I booked 3 rooms to be at the back of the hotel and close together. One, the single-bed room requested was on the top floor farthest away. One was on 2nd floor at the front and third room was on the 1st floor again at the front. We all couldn't be as far apart if we had tried. We were not there to make noise. And in fact were in bed by 10pm. It seemed to be that the hotel assumed that the room with single beds were for me, which was not the case. Therefore, our names were wrong during the stay. We have stayed at the hotel many times over the years and have always requested rooms at the back because the front is very noisy, especially at the weekend. So the window had to be kept closed which I do not like.

I liked the location, as we arrived by train from Edinburgh. Our twin room was comfortable and the shower was excellent. The room was perfect for an overnight stay. Breakfast was very good with many hot and cold choices. The staff worked hard keeping everything topped up and were quick to clear tables.

Beliggenheten var god, men et godt stykke å gå til busstasjonen om en velger å ta buss t/r flyplassen. Fin lobby og grei frokostsal. Hyggelige ansatte. HC rom i 4. etg, så nok av plass. Tilgang til kaffe & te. God seng. TV-en funket :-)

Frokosten var ikke noen "høydare", var klar over at det var enkelt, men eggerøren virket "utvannet", baconet "halvstekt" og pølsene var smakløse. Hadde vært greit med litt ost & skinke og kanskje kokte egg/speilegg. Badet var slitt, flisene på badet i stykker, dusjforheng er utdatert, lenge siden noen har vasket "rørene" under vasken,fulle av støv. Stort rom, så en stol til hadde vært ok, og et rack til å legge kofferten på.

Absolutely nothing. It was dirty, the hallways smelt. To get in you have to walk through a cloud of smoke due to guests just standing at the door. The hallways are filthy, our room was dirty, one shelf had been put back together with pallet wood and silicone. I ripped open my foot on the floor of the disabled bathroom, . It was just gross

Great location, right in the centre of the village, with convenient parking available. The staff were very kind, friendly and always happy to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was included and was very good, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The only downside was that the room could have been a little cleaner. Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay!

Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage mit guten Restaurants in der Umgebung.

Parkmöglichkeiten waren nicht so überzeugend. Es gab wenig Plätze und es war sehr eng gestaltet.

Very warm, no free parking, no 3rd mug/towels, we were 2 adults and one child

was extremely disappointed with the treatment I received upon arrival. Although the breakfast was good, the hotel night manager was rude, hostile, and unwelcoming from the moment I arrived. I felt that assumptions were made about me without any reason, and I was treated as though I would be a problem guest. This behaviour was unprofessional and left a very negative impression of the hotel.

As on previous stays, the staff were friendly, professional and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfasts were copious and good.

On the second to last day of my stay, the housekeeping was forgotten for my room which surprised me but wasn't a big problem.

Es war vom Bahnhof sehr gut zu erreichen. Vom Hotel aus konnte man alles sehr gut erlaufen. Check in- Check out sehr schnell und einfach. Betten waren gut.

Kein Schrank im Zimmer, man muss aus dem Koffer leben. Keine Klobürste vorhanden. Duschkabine hatte deutliche Gebrauchsspuren. Wofür das Hotel nichts kann, die Zimmer zur Straße raus sind viel zu laut. Trotz geschlossenen Fenster.

Firstly the car park is tiny , thankfully there is a car park nearby , 8-20 paid 20-8 free. Another thing hotel charges for a pet £30 which is ridiculous in my opinion, well overpriced. Breakfast is very poor and tasteless. I will definitely avoid it when I visit Aberdeen next time. I'd rather pay a little more and have pleasant stay

The room and the hotel were clean, the staff was kind, early breakfast is worth noting for people with busy schedules.

Breakfast didn't offer too much of a choice, it could be improved a bit. It wasn't bad though, as vegetarians we still found something to eat.
