The property was under construction and nobody told us when we booked it and at 7 o’clock in the morning all you heard was workers. It’s a very outdated and we were advised we would be close to our party. There was three rooms booked, and when we checked in, they said they didn’t have any notification of that which I spoke to a man on the phone regarding this. What was nice about the property was everything was within walking distance?

As we walked in to our room we noticed few stains on the bathroom floor. sheets had stains on them too and we requested to be changed. On the second day of our stay our room keys didn’t work so we couldn’t use them to leave the parking structure or to get into our room. They had to be replaced with new ones. TV also got signed out on the second day!

One tower was under construction & it was very noisy! The main pool was murky & the other on was shut down! Instructions for the Luau was very confusing & needed better instructions on exactly where to line up for the premier seating & Diamond seating!

The noise from the construction site was unbearable, we couldn't sit by the pool or on the balcony it was that noisy. We did to move however it would cost another £70 a night and it would still be noisy. We paid extra for an ocean view see photos

Overall nice for Waikiki. The room was large and nice. The outside terrace and table were nice for breakfast. Close to walking for places to eat. Beach accessible.

Granted, we arrived after the hurricane, yet the air conditioning and elevators were not working properly. The pools were not very large for adults only.

Peccato che zero non sia un’opzione. Se cercate un hotel dove pagare di più per NON ricevere ciò che avete prenotato, sentirvi chiedere soldi per qualsiasi cosa e avere la possibilità di condividere il letto con uno scarafaggio, complimenti: avete trovato il posto giusto. Avevamo scelto e PAGATO DI PIÙ per una specifica tipologia di camera. Evidentemente qui la parola “prenotazione” ha un significato tutto suo, perché ci è stata assegnata una camera diversa, con LETTI SINGOLI. Fantastico. Il supplemento, però, quello sì che è stato preso senza problemi. Poi inizia il meraviglioso festival dei costi extra. Qui sembra che qualsiasi cosa abbia un prezzo. Probabilmente siamo stati fortunati che al check-out non ci abbiano presentato anche il conteggio dei respiri effettuati durante il soggiorno. E quando pensavamo di aver già visto abbastanza, è arrivato il servizio VIP della casa: UNO SCARAFAGGIO NEL LETTO. Sì, avete letto bene. NEL LETTO. A quel punto mancava soltanto chiedergli se anche lui avesse pagato il supplemento per la camera. Personale che non ti dà retta , totalmente non ti aiuta per nessun bisogno . Ricapitolando: camera pagata e non ricevuta, letti diversi da quelli richiesti, extra praticamente ovunque e uno scarafaggio come compagno di stanza. Il tutto pagando cifre che rendono questa esperienza ancora più assurda. Non è stato un soggiorno: è stato un corso intensivo su quanto si possa rimpiangere una prenotazione. Il miglior servizio offerto da questo hotel? Il check-out. Mai più. E se state pensando di prenotare, il mio consiglio è semplicissimo: CONTINUATE A CERCARE.

- piscinas lotadas, super sujas - imenso barulho - não há sombras nas piscinas, mas na praia se quiserem tem de pagar 100 dólares por dia - infra-estruturas decadentes - elevadores com vários problemas, e vários sustos - encostamos a nossa porta da casa de banho do quarto e ela simplesmente se trancou. Teve de vir alguém arromba la - funcionários arrogastes e nada prestáveis - o chão do quarto estava inclinado para um dos lados, que até custava andar - praia em frente ao hotel SUJÍSSIMA - lagoa do hotel parece um pântano quando metes um pé da dentro

Good location, friendly and helpful staff.

Room not as advertised, the "balcony" straight on a roof full of AC units making a lot of noise and smelling like McDonald's. Not worth the extra money ! Also the room furniture was old with some holes in the cushions... Big crowd everywhere, long queue for check-in.... Is this really a Hilton ?

Pools are very small for the amount of people. No swim up bar, the pools close at 9pm! What a joke!! When we first arrived they gave us a “ complementary upgrade” lol it was no upgrade. Let me tell you it was a shitty room that we had to call and complain and then wait till the next day to get put into a room that I had originally paid for the king size ocean view room that was a little bit better but beds were hard.

Great location and beach access, tons of amenities on property. Clean, comfortable, well-appointed room. Everything was convenient and easy.

Definitely a crowded resort and full of families, pool chairs filled up fast so you had to stake your spots early. Unfortunately there was construction on one of the towers happening the whole weekend of our stay so it made beach and pool time really noisy.

The lifts were crazy crowded

Teh location is great! beach is right in front of us. I loved the ocean front room. 2 balconies, one facing the water and the other one facing the city. There were a lot of things going on in the hotel.

The room wasn't cleaned well. There were crumbs on the table and some on the small coffee bar outside the washrooms. There was a piece of hair in one of the curtain/towel holders in the washroom. I had to sanitize everything ! I took videos and photos of it. The pools were overcrowded. the people there did not follow spa pool capacity. there was clearly as sign that said 9 people max. I wish there was someone who regulated pool traffic.

I really liked my stay here. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. My room and the pool area was always clean and I liked the daily live night music at the Tapa bar restaurant. I wish it was more lively night activities like that but really I will say my only negative was I feel the food options are a little limited especially for breakfast. I expected more variety but it forced us off the resort and we saw that as a good and bad thing depending on how tired we were. I think maybe if we opted for the buffet at $50 a person maybe we would have felt differently but with me paying for myself and two others $150 for breakfast everyday sounded ridiculous. The daily resort credit was a nice perk that I appreciated but definitely goes quick. All and All we had a great trip!

I got three rooms for my family. I felt that if your paying over $2300 you should get a high floor. Not the 5th floor. The rainbow building was nice but I got stuck in the Diamond section .. everything looked old the blankets looked old and worn out.Just an ugly room .. The extra resort fee is a rip off.

The one we picked ocean view but I wish I was closer to the water two buildings ahead of us building block the sunset but can see the water it was beautiful up there in the 24th floor!!

The room intererior looks very old; besides, no view looking out to resort area from the balcony. My booking description listed view, but no view was observed! I was disappointed about this. Food and drink for sale inside the Wiki wiki market and some other stores (except ABC stores) and coffee shops from within the Hilton Village are way too expensive as compared to local stores outside the village.

So conveniently located to so many things nearby! So family friendly, and the amenities were perfect.

Hotel credit only worked on 2 buildings out of the multiple towers, bar closed at 10:30pm & parking cost an arm and a leg.

The property is located at the beach. Which is good to access the beach. The property is 25 mins away from the airport. Hilton Hawaiian village Waikīkī Beach Resort, is the last place on earth I would ever go again.

The property is absolutely appalling in the rooms it’s words then Ramada. The expectations that I had is below. I would rate negative. It would be better to pay a bit extra and stay at the Marriott Group hotels. Hilton’s staff at check-in did not guide us where the building was and there was no person to assist with the luggage. The expectation is that you are paying over $2000 and yet you receive an extremely poor service. My recommendation is never to stay in this hotel or any of the Hilton hotel. Very disappointed.

The ambiance of the Hilton Hawaiian Village was awesome. The restaurants, were great. The staff was very helpful, checking in and checking out. I'm definitely going back there...

Très bon séjour à Hawaï ! L’emplacement de l’hôtel est top et très pratique. Malgré le monde qu’il y a dans l’établissement, tout est bien organisé. Les infrastructures sont très bonnes, notamment les différentes piscines. Le village de l’hôtel est également très agréable, avec plein de petites boutiques, de restaurants et de services à proximité. C’est vraiment pratique et cela permet de profiter pleinement du séjour sans avoir besoin d’aller loin.

Le principal point négatif est l’insonorisation des chambres. On entend assez facilement les voisins lorsqu’ils parlent ou font du bruit, ce qui peut parfois être gênant. Il y avait également un peu d’attente pour les ascenseurs, parfois jusqu’à environ cinq minutes, mais ce n’était pas non plus excessif. L’hôtel accueille beaucoup de monde, mais c’est aussi un véritable village avec de nombreuses infrastructures, donc cela reste compréhensible.

I rented 2 rooms. They were dirty and in need need of repairs. My son's room had ants running all over the counters. Faucets leaked. I overlooked construction And a dirty roof.

Location was excellent. The shops on site were great. The room was comfortable with a good view of the sea. The pools were great. The food was of a good standard in all restaurants. The hotel grounds looks absolutely beautiful.

The level of noise during my stay was completely unacceptable. The Ali Tower was undergoing renovations directly below my balcony, and while sitting at the pool I was hit with constant noise from both the Ali Tower and the Rainbow Tower. The construction was so loud that I ended up leaving the pool with a headache. When I checked into the Kalia Tower, the room was dated and there was visible black dampness above the air‑conditioning vent. I requested a room change, but the next room’s air‑conditioning wasn’t working. After asking to move again, I was placed in the Diamond Head Tower, which was a better room, but the builders were working until midnight and starting again at 5am. It was impossible to relax. I raised all of this at checkout and was given only a $195 refund, despite paying $390 per night for eight nights. To make matters worse, once I returned home I discovered I had been charged three separate times on my credit card — over $6,600 in total — even though the final bill should have been $5,043. I’m now waiting for the finance team to resolve this.

Die Zimmer bzw. die Hotels sind aus den 60-80er Jahren und es ist ständig eine Baustelle inkl. Lärm. Wir mussten unser Zimmer innerhalb von 5 Tagen, 3 mal wechseln, weil entweder der Kühlschrank nicht funktioniert hat, eine Baustelle unmittelbar vor unserem Balkon war oder die Klimaanlagenicht funktionierte. Der Poolbereich ist auch viel zu klein für die Anlage, wenn man nicht zeitig in der Früh sich Liegen verschafft, hat man keine Chance, dass man ein Platz findet. Es ist auch ständiges Kinder-Geschrei Teil des Ambiente. Einen Erwachsenen-/Ruhebereich gibt es nicht. Das Gym hat weniger als 5 Geräte und ist mindestens 20 Jahre alt. Schreckliches Preisleistungsverhältnis.

Really noisy construction on two of main towers, next to a main pool, which we were not made aware of upon or after booking, meant constant noise 7 days a week. Our room was overlooking very noisy live music bar at night and could also hear construction during day. The aircon units were old and also noisy and not very effective. I even enquired about an upgrade option multiple times but no timely reply or advice given. Checkin queues were very long every day, making it very discouraging to try and go talk to a duty manager to explain our frustrations. Facilities not enough to cater for the quantity of guests, leading to a constant overpopulated busy feel. I’m sure those in the higher priced towers had better experience but our stay was not cheap and we feel very disappointed in the value for money.

Beach is the backyard. So many pools around the facility. Don’t really need to venture off much. Has everything you need.

Property is far from everything. Parking at the property is overpriced as well as all the food, (Starbucks grande $8.75 for a Carmel machiato)!! We were placed at the Diamond Head tower upon arriving. Soon as we walked in a piece of the floorboard was coming apart. I asked immediately to be switched to a different tower. I had to call to ask for new towels, and took out our own trash from the room.

Piękne usytuowanie. Bardzo miła obsługa. Fajne dodatkowe atrakcje jak na przykład lekcje gry na ukulele. Sklepiki blisko hotelu i poczta. Pokoje były sprzątane codziennie. Ręczniki wymieniane. Dobrze usytuowany hotel z fajną plażą.

Basen był niestety brudny. Jednak najgorsze były windy na które prawie zawsze czekaliśmy około 10-20 minut. Pomyślicie że powinnam pójść schodami zamiast tyle czekać? Bład - drzwi na schody były zablokowane! Mieszkańcy poszczególnych pięter są uwięzieni na swoich piętrach dopóki nie przyjedzie winda. Raz nam się udało że drzwi na schody były otwarte ale pachniało tam moczem ... Gdyby był pożar to lepiej zamówcie pokoje na niższych piętrach! Restauracje hotelowe średnie ale można było coś dobrego znaleźć.

The local people are respectful, considerate and treat you as family! We enjoyed Oahu for this reason! The Location of this Hotel was perfect for nearby shopping, within walking distance. Checking out was easy. Numerous pools available! There are other hotels nearby to also enjoy!

At check in I learned the Alii Tower which was the Tower I Booked for those amenities was being closed for upgrades, we were put in the Rainbow Tower, which was not a Tower I selected at the time I made my reservations. The sliding glass door, makeup mirror and shower glass had smears from previous guests and kids. Sand was in the base of the shower, & no top sheet on the bed, so we slept under the duvet bed spread. No complimentary water, which is generally provided in Hilton rooms and when asked about water we were told we weren't Silver rated guests so water vouchers weren't available to us. I asked if we could purchase a breakfast package & was told no. The air-conditioner didn't cool, which kept the room at 78 degrees. We had just arrived a couple of hours ahead of tropical storm LaLa & the entire complex experienced power outage for almost 7 hours. Several announcements were made that the elevators and the phone systems were inoperable, but that the situation was being monitored. We were on the 22nd. Floor with no food, drinking water & without electricity & advised to shelter in place. My husband was prepared to make the 22 floor trip down the stairs for water to take his medication to learn 1 elevator was actually in use the entire time. A family offered him 2 large bottles of water, they had in a cooler. Hours earlier I had attempted to contact "Tony" via text from his previous sent welcoming text, asking for water to be sent to our room, during the crises but his response came several hours after the crises had been over. This resort is not exclusive & open to the public in every aspect, so the pools, property & beaches were extremely overcrowded, even the fireworks weren't exclusive to the resort guests & it too was extremely overcrowded. The lagoon had 2 posted notices on trees on the opposite side of the lagoon stating it was contaminated and not for swimming and could make you sick.

I liked the location and the room cleanliness.

They closed restaurants without warning, Round Table worker had a terrible attitude (female, shorter), slipped and hurt myself on marble outside (poor design for an area with pools/humidity/rain), and they were not prepared at all for a power outage. Also Tapas workers were rude from the beginning. All 3 different people... woman who told us we cannot sit at a table, man who kept us waiting for 20 mins to tell is they closed in that moment he chose to acknowledge us, and the server who took forever to take an order that we didn't want anything by the time it came. Wrist bands for pool area was a dumb system that inconvenienced us guests.

Behalve de ligging viel de rest enorm tegen. Prijs voor wat je krijgt is veel te hoog. Kamers stonken enorm. Verouderde kamers. Heel veel lawaai overal van de verbouwingen helemaal bij het zwembad. Overal moet je de hoofdprijs voor betalen. Strandbedjes met parasol voor 100 dollar. Auto parkeren 65 dollar per dag. Eten overal slecht. Zwembaden veel te vol incl alle ballen en opblaasbaar speelgoed. Daarnaast hadden wij een late vlucht maar moesten in de ochtend uitchecken en nergens kon je nog even douchen. Kamer langer aanhouden was ook geen optie. We hebben 4000 dollar betaald voor een week en dit was het totaal niet waard. Wij komem nooit weer!

Location was great, on site restaurants actually had good food (my experience at other resorts has been that the food quality is low because the guests are a captive customer). View from the room was better than expected. Overall the hotel was really nice.

Hotel lost power for 12 hours due to hurricane Lala. We had to bring our patio furniture into the room which severely restricted the space. Due to the strong winds the AC vent was spitting out chunks of black dust all over the bed as we slept. Elevators were also out so going up and down all the stairs was a massive pain. All of the negatives were situational though. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone considering it.

The views were amazing! Everything was very clean, lovely employees and very responsive staff. I also loved how many shops and restaurants were right there. Digital check-in was a game changer!!

Elevator lines could be frustrating at peak times, room service was confusing. More info in the room about amenities would be really helpful and appreciated.

There was construction right outside our window and it was quite noisy in the morning and the hotel was a crush so overwhelmingly busy it took over 20 minutes to get to the elevator to our rooms. We asked for a microwave for our room since we have baby formula to heat up and one of the ladies at the desk was so rude about it. We did get the microwave but because I called another person later.

The location, it is close to restaurants, shops.

The room was old. Bed was not as comfortable, same as the sofa bed. The bathroom faucet had mold in it.

Es hat uns nichts gefallen. Die Fotos auf Booking.com haben absolut nichts mit dem tatsächlichen Zustand der Zimmer zu tun. Veraltetes Zimmer direkt über einer riesigen Baustelle.

Schon beim Check in wurden wir enttäuscht. Der Hotel komplex besteht aus mehreren Hochgauskomplexen für die es nur eine Rezeption gibt. Wir haben in einer Schlange gestanden für den Check in und konnten erst nach 45 Minuten einchecken. Das Zimmer war katastrophal. Es hat absolut nichts mit einem Hilton Hotel zu tun. Eher ein billiges 2 Sterne Hotel in Spanien . Für alles muss man in der Schlange stehen und warten. Angefangen morgens beim Frühstück bis abends beim Abendessen.

The Hilton Hawaiian Village truly feels like a mini-city on its own, with multiple pools, dining spots, bars, and cafes. We loved the hotel's beautiful design and its vibrant atmosphere. The hotel's location is great, directly along a gorgeous stretch of Waikiki Beach and right beside the Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon.

The hotel experience comes with a premium price tag. The overall rates are higher than other strong alternatives in the Waikiki area. Additionally, while mandatory resort fees and paid parking are standard across Waikiki, the nightly parking rates here felt particularly high.

We were downgraded from oceanfront room on Rainbow Tower to partial ocean view in Tapa tower without asking for our opinion. Not standard we expected from Hilton.

The prices on rentals. I could go to Costco and buy a lounge chair and umbrella for less. It is ridiculous and you should be embarrassed by what you charge for an umbrella and a lounge chair. Furthermore the food and drink prices are ridiculous as well.
