The omelet at breakfast was superb. It was a professional performance. We had a small baby with us and generated a lot of trash, but they cleaned everything up neatly.

Die Parkplatzsituation, das ist allerdings kein Mangel des Hotels. Mitten in Waikiki muss man das einfach wissen. Sonst gibt es nichts auszusetzen.

We loved the location and the incredibly warm welcome by check in staff and the hug on our first morning at breakfast 😀 The room was a good size and had all that you need for a holiday.

Sorry to say but we really did not like the breakfast - it was not to the standard at other Hiltons we have stayed and we chose not to have breakfast for 4 of the 8 days. The food was average and not presented very well.

Close to the beach. Also close to a number of restaurants and ABC stores so never had to worry about where I am going to dine nor where to go to grab groceries, drinks and other necessities.

The AC on the bedroom can be loud if the fan is on max.A little upkeep on the elevator for clean up of leftover sand & re-marking of elevator number buttons like no.4 & LG are so faded.

Loved the lobby and valet area which was expedient service. The room was large and spacious and the pillows very comfortable. The rooms had big screen TV’s although we didn’t watch much.

1 ply toilet paper, really? Elevator wasn’t working properly with our key card. The first night the AC system was leaking bad and had to be serviced. One day our room was not cleaned til after 3:00 pm.

シャワーに関しては水圧が弱い。子連れとしてはシャワーの高さが変えられるとベストでした。部屋の清掃は人によってムラがあったかなとは思います。

Location was great. Easy walk to anything in Waikiki. Rooms and beds were comfortable.

Front desk didn't answer calls quickly. Snacks during happy hour were not the quality expected from embassy suites.

Hotel outdated, cleanliness overall, smells in the rooms, views. For what I paid for, not worth it at all. I would have left if they were to give me my money back once I checked in. Very disappointed by the hotel. Even the elevators were filthy.

Location is great, they also have room service with 10% off for the local restaurants Yardhouse and Giovanni Pastrami’s. Great to have a suite for more space. King bed very comfortable.

Breakfast was busy, often couldn’t get a table or lines out the door to get your food. I suggest going as early as possible. As was the evening happy hours for drinks by the pool. Understandable though- huge hotels with small spaces for the pool and common areas. Pity there was such strict rules in the pool as well. Our 6 year old wasn’t allowed an inflatable in there and we were reminded of the rules by a staff member quite sternly - no balls, no rough housing, no inflatables etc. swim and get out. At times the pool was so busy it wasn’t too inviting anyhow.

The people made this stay exceptional. Mahalo to Sue, Ernesto, Michael C., Gianna, and the valet team for treating our family with such warmth and care. We can’t wait to return!

We had an ocean view room which was really to set and relax on the balcony. Really easy access to the beach as well as to the main shopping eating area. Happy hour each evening was an added bonus.

Breakfast was crazy and chaotic and the only thing which we didnt like about our stay however the food was acceptable and welcomed to save a bit of money.

Bell hops at the Embassy are top notch. They went over the top for us. Way to go team!!!

​My party stayed at the Embassy Suites Waikiki Beach Walk from May 23rd to May 28th, 2026, and it was, without question, the worst experience I have ever had at an Embassy Suites property. ​The level of service and the condition of the room were entirely unacceptable. Upon arrival, we found that the room had not been cleaned properly. Throughout our stay, we dealt with repeated, unprofessional disturbances from the housekeeping staff, who were consistently rude and aggressive about us leaving the room each morning. ​Furthermore, we encountered large, flying cockroaches in our room, which is a severe hygiene concern that should never happen at a hotel of this caliber. When we attempted to address these issues with the front desk, the young woman on duty was dismissive and rude, showing no interest in resolving our concerns. ​To make matters worse, we had to depart one day early due to a family emergency. Instead of offering any understanding or assistance during a difficult time, the staff remained dismissive and rude throughout the checkout process. ​We chose this hotel expecting the standard of service associated with the Embassy Suites brand, but this experience fell far short in every category—from hygiene to basic human decency. I would strongly advise potential guests to look elsewhere

From check in (Eric) to check out, every piece of this stay was amazing. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Check in: 5 minutes in line, 5 minutes to check in. Eric was our initial staffer and he was fantastic. Even offered to look for an upgrade during our stay which was fulfilled on the 4th out of 7 nights. (1 bedroom premium corner suite) Valet: From providing the valet ticket to the valet desk, to getting car was always under 5 minutes (over 10 times) Pool: Excellent pool bar and PLENTY of seating. No chair hogs here. Breakfast: Quick and easy and always had a place to sit (even over 4th of July week). Managers reception: Did not attend any, so cannot comment Overall cleanliness of the resort was great and the location is amazing. Right on Lewers with 5 minute walk to beach. And don't forget the Waikiki Artisan fair on Monday's right outside on Lewers (featuring Joja's SMASH burger - line was over an hour). Definitely recommend and hope to stay there again soon!

The stay was amazing from beginning to end. Gianna was exceptional at check in. Carl was great with car retrieval and our housekeeper was amazing an attentive.

I stayed at Waikiki Embassy and D from the lobby was so wonderful upon arrival! He was positive, helpful, had a smile always, and overall made the experience even better than I anticipated! The rooms were always cleaned well and taken care of well!! Love the hotel and the amenities are 10/10 forever, aka drinks and breakfast! so good! Wonderful staff, location, and experience!

Our trip to Hawaii was filled with adventure, fun and relaxation. Upon arriving “D” was very helpful getting all our luggage and belongings up to our room. As we went on our excursions, if D was working when we left or returned, he always greeted us and ask if we needed anything. Many memories were made on this vacation!

Perfection location, rooms are a great size, overall hotel size is great - not too big and not too small, service is so friendly and accommodating. Love the daily breakfast buffet and happy hour. D was especially friendly and personable. Great hospitality!

Embassy Suites by Hilton Waikiki Beach Walk exceeded my expectations. The room was large and clean, and I appreciated the bedroom and main area being separate rooms. The included kitchenette with microwave and mini fridge was really handy. We had a city view room, but we could actually see the ocean from the side of our (very tiny) balcony - a nice surprise! The room was also really quiet at night (we were in the Aloha Tower on the 7th floor). The included hotel breakfast was great, if a little crowded. Sometimes we had to wait for an indoor table to open up. The evening reception was also nice since it included two free drinks per adult per night. I was disappointed with the evening snacks, as they were very light and sparse (chips and some kind of veggie and dip). The hotel is within close walking distance off a ton of restaurants and an ABC Store is right across the street. Because of its proximity to dining, you can Uber Eats almost anything and just meet the driver in the lobby. The hotel pool was nice although filled with kids (fine by us), and I especially enjoyed the hot tub. There are lots of tables in the pool area so you can have meals or drinks there. We rented a car and did the mandatory valet parking, which is expensive at $62/night. However, it was very convenient. Sometimes it took more than five minutes to get the car when we requested it, so build that time into your schedule. Really my only complaint about this hotel is the elevators. The wait for them could be long as there are only two elevators for a 21-story hotel. Sometimes the stairs were a lot faster.

This was the first trip to Hawaii for my boyfriend, my brother, and me, and choosing Oahu through Costco Travel was the best decision. Our 10-day vacation flew by- in the best way possible. From the friendly staff to the incredible island atmosphere, every moment made us wish we could stay longer. The hotel’s location was excellent, just a short walk to the beach, and our room was spacious and very clean. The only minor issue was that a few toiletries, like body wash, were missing, but one quick phone call resolved it immediately. A special thank you to Eric, the bellman, who greeted us upon arrival. His kindness and outstanding hospitality made a wonderful first impression that we won’t forget. Truly, every employee made us feel welcome, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The hotel is located in a very central location of the town. Super convenient to get to everything, including a short walk to the beach. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

One drawback regarding the hotel room was that the AC system fan was super noisy, fine adjustments was impossible. Also, the include breakfast was nothing to write home about, and coffee was "terrible" (since we're from the Pacific Northwest where we truly enjoy our coffee).

Location was amazing with quick access to shopping. Amazing service by the bellmen especially D helping load luggage into our car from storage.

D was so helpful with getting our bags out of the car and suggesting places to eat! He has the aloha spirit. The location is perfect. Love the view from our room on the 20th floor. Very quiet. Room was clean and the housekeeper was very friendly. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. Love having omelets. Such a great value for what you get! Embassy has a very friendly and nice atmosphere. Always love staying at Embassy!

Best staycation ever! Kind and friendly staff, breakfast inclusions, ocean facing views, complimentary drinks and evening snacks. Nothing can really beat this hotel because you really get your monies worth. If you are traveling with a large family I highly recommend that you stay here. I really want to recognize Kia and Kaiana at the front desk and Tyler from engineering for their warm hospitality. You folks were truly the highlight of our stay. Mahalo!!!

We had a view of the pool and a bit of the ocean. Close to walk to beaches. We were able to be close, room-wise, to our son and family.

The birds!! Flying like crazy over us while eating breakfast outside or happy hour. I'm sure there is not much you can do about that. Thought quicker cleaning up of the tables would help.

5, the hotel was lovely, clean our room was very comfortable the linens and pillows were fabulous. The breakfast had many great options and the staff was constantly being refreshed Aidrian one of the workers the breakfast buffet areas was especially attentive and courteous. At check out Dean from the bellhop dessert was very helpful as we had to walk two blocks from the hotel to get a taxi because of the Pacific Asian parade.

We had a 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms. Both showers were missing body soap dispensers. We had to pump soap from the sink to use in our showers. We had friends in another room who also said 1 of 2 bathrooms in their unit had missing body soap dispenser. For this inconvenience, I deducted my score from 9/10 to 8/10.

We love Embassy Suites Waikīkī!! This is our second time here and we appreciate the staff, amenities and location. Special shout out to Kaiana and Cindy for helping me find a quiet room for my family and I. We will definitely be back!

That was really really nice. Everybody was nice and helpful especially the guys parking valet Justin and Eric very helpful. Very nice Bell man. They took my little gel packs and put them in the freezer for my insulin and I picked them up the next day. They were so nice and very helpful.

The staff was excellent, especially Llezle Peralta. She made sure we had everything we needed for our room. Our room was always clean and the linen changed daily. She was so kind, friendly and attentive to our needs. Llezle greated us every morning with aloha and a big beautiful smile. She made our stay at Embassy suites an enjoyable experience. That's why we'll be be back next year. Thanks Llezle for taking such good care of us. She's a great asset to Embassy Suites.

This is a shout out to Jaymar. We had a room issue due to going from 2 rooms to 1. Jaymar was able to accommodate us superbly. He was so kind and considerate of our needs. Embassy/Hilton is lucky to have him!

First time visiting Waikiki/Embassy Suites by Hilton. Everything about the hotel turned out better than expected. Complimentary breakfast and evening cocktails with snacks, location a few feet from Royal Hawaiian Center and beach. Laundry mat, gym. Clean rooms. I can keep going. By far the best part of our stay is the staff. So friendly and attentive. We will never forget Dean at the Bell Desk from day 1 he has been nothing but accommodating especially toward our special needs daughter. We have made plans to come back in the near future and of course stay at the Embassy Suites.

We had our daughters 4th birthday over there and the staff organised some special cheese cake and surprised her and ourselves at the poolside area wi5h the cake and candles 🕯 We were only going to Hawaii once so we thought..... but now we are wanting to book a return trip back again soon. Rooms with King size beds all located beside loud elevators. Extremely loud beside elevators. No one letnus know all king size beds were beside elevators.Notified front desk with no remedy for issue besides moving into another room without King size room in a other section of hotel at 10pm. Food and beverages sub par and let alone the price per night was pretty outrageous. We checked out after that issue. We were scheduled for 3 more nights,however we went to another quality hotel.👹

Let me start by saying this is our third family trip here in the past 10 years, and just like our previous visits, this one was fantastic. One of the best things about this hotel is the location — restaurants, shopping, and beaches are all just minutes away within walking distance. The rooms are spacious enough to comfortably accommodate up to six people, and the room service and overall hospitality from the staff are outstanding. The buffet breakfast is also a huge bonus, especially when travelling with kids. It saves both money and the hassle of trying to find breakfast every morning. The happy hour drinks at night are a great way to wind down after a big day, and it’s not just the adults who enjoy it — the kids’ mocktails are always a huge hit too. A huge reason why we continue to come back to this amazing hotel is because of the incredible staff on the pool level — Otto, Keola, Maile, and Chelsea. You all go above and beyond with your customer service, not only for the adults but especially for the kids. You genuinely make our family vacations so much more enjoyable, and we truly appreciate everything you do. You are now our Hawaiian Ohana and a big reason why we keep coming back to the Embassy Suites. Thank you again, and we can’t wait to come back!

The lifts were a little slow but manageable.

Staff were generally fabulous and always willing to please . Full praise to them...the manager even phoned me after I made my displeasure known... but said there was nothing she could do...(Obviously ALL the rooms are equally poor)

1. The included morning breakfast reminds me of a camp cafeteria. It was so disgusting that my wife refused to go a second time and I just went and brought her a bowl of corn flakes. Noisy kids everywhere 2. Despite receiving an email the day before telling me the room number and advising that I just needed to stop by the desk and everything will be fine, we were still kept waiting 5 hours after arriving at the hotel....the front desk staff were officious and unhelpful. This was also after numerous emails in advance advising that my wife is recovering from surgery and I needed check-in to be expedited.... THEY COULDN'T CARE LESS 3. Then the room. Having paid $500 per night, I really didn't expect a grotty, aged, 1950s looking room... later found out the hotel is on 25- years old, but is poorly maintained....lift buttons often didn't work... chips in the wooden table...both balcony chairs badly stained.... USB charging point in the room was broken... when maintenance came and pointed out another one they couldn't be bothered fixing the other 4. Evening cocktails was also most unpleasant with the pool full of kids and their parents lining up for the free grog.... and peanuts and potato chips 5. I expected a classy 4+ star hotel but instead my $500 per night bought me an average 3 star hotel * I felt like walking straight out of the hotel but due to my wife's limited mobility it was difficult to inspect other options, so I reluctantly put up with it

Great location near the centre of Waikiki and the beach. We stayed in 2 bedroom partial ocean view. It was spacious enough for our family of 4. Room service was excellent. Having a free breakfast was a unbelievable helpfull. Also there was a daily reception in the afternoon with 2 free delicious cocktails. We are from Canada so stay was expensive due to weak Canadian buck but it was worth it, enjoyed the stay, recommended and will be back.

The front desk staff here is fantastic! They were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. A big thank you to Alaine for making our experience so pleasant. The room was spotless, conveniently located near the beach and Waikiki Strip, and it even comes with a complimentary buffet breakfast. I highly recommend this place! Mahalo!

Room furnishings were very tired. Very overpriced at AUD 500 per night including breakfast and evening drinks which we had to line up for and give in tickets The snacks were just potato chips, pretzels and carrots. The floor on dining area was dirty..

Mooie plek op ca 10 minuten lopen van het strand. Dichtbij horeca en winkeltjes. Redelijk simpel ontbijt maar voldeed aan onze verwachtingen. De suite die we hadden is erg ruim met 2 grote bedden , woonkamer en klein keukentje. Kinderen zijn gratis dus absoluut goede prijs als je met kinderen hierheen gaat zoals wij.

Parkeren kost, netals bij andere hotels in Waikiki, 60 dollar per nacht en dus erg duur. Gelukkig zitj er vlakbij een openbare grote parkeerplaats waar je voor 235 dollar een maand mag parkeren. Voor ons verblijf van 10 dagen dus prima alternatief.

Poor lighting in the room - only lamps. Constant beeping noise and road noise. General maintenance of room was substandard considering the price. Staff were great however. Coffee machine but no coffee pods provided. The instant coffee provided was a coffee tea blend so we had to go with our morning coffee.

We stayed at the Embassy Suites in March—perfect location, perfect room—then there was the Kona Low. Torrential rain, high winds, power outages—that’s where the staff of this hotel shone. The manager and staff did everything possible to try to mediate a terrible, vacation-destroying situation—from manager’s reception in the hallway, to helping with accommodations when flights were canceled, responding to every request. A special recognition to the kindest, most attentive, all round nicest housekeeper we’ve ever met—Ms. Chun. Our 20th floor lady kept us comfortable and well stocked, which was extremely important considering we couldn’t leave the hotel for two days. She was so pleasant through it all—a true asset to Hilton company. This staff made a terrible situation much more tolerable for their guests—we truly appreciated them.

Aside from being in the water, you're not likely to get this close to the beach. i was about a block away from the ocean. i walked there almost every morning at 530am to watch the beautiful sun rise over Diamond Head. The rooms are very well maintained, spacious and we had a small balcony in the living and bedroom areas. The dining area serves full breakfast buffet with custom egg station. Fresh fruit, juice, coffee, etc. The daily evening reception (happy hour) served the staple Hawaiian drinks, Mai Tai, Blue Hawaiian and rum punch amongst other spirits, beverages and snacks. Family friendly - we saw many families with children of all ages, parents & grandparents enjoying the pool and hot tub. Towels were supplied for all. I can't speak to the value because my mother booked and paid for the stay, however whatever the price, it was worth it! Aside from being close to shops, transportation and restaurants. the staff was impeccable. It starts at the top with manager Kia. We had a medical emergency while there and he and his staff we on hand to assist the whole time. When mom was released from the hospital and couldn't attend some excursions, they looked after her and made sure she was doing okay. While I wasn't able to learn all their names, I do want to make a point to mention our lovely, bubbly pool attendant Mahina - she was the absolute sweetest! The location was the best. Pur housekeeper was great, we stayed for 4 nights, she made sure to change and clean everything needed! We appreciated that very much! Valet was excellent, it might feel pricey, but the time we were getting our car was like 2-5 minutes max. The staff in valet were rotating, but all of them were super friendly and nice!

Carey, breakfast attendant was very attentive and was very informative with things to do while visiting Waikīkī. Thank you Carey for your help and giving us options.

Very close to great shopping and restaurants. A short stroll to the beach. Lots of seating in the room: A comfy couch in addition to the sofa, so that we could keep the sofa bed made up. Chairs on the balcony and also at the dining table. Excellent breakfast and great drinks each evening at the soiree.

Nothing to improve on, However, some nearby hotels offer complimentary beach chair hire. This might be worth including in the resort fee
