Que es massa tranquil. No hi ha oferta gastronòmica com a d' altres hotels (no hi ha bar, restauració (fora dels horaris d' esmorzar), no hi ha activitats com a altres hotels (concerts, botigues...). Es un hotel just x anar-hi a dormir i a la piscina.

BAthroom is excellent, facilities are good, the pool was good, the staff are great, it's a quieter hotel which is great for two adults going on vacation.

Loved everything from your reservations staff, the room, cleanliness, housekeeping staff - all wonderful. The Concierge staff were brilliant also and we just loved being able to get a bag and towel and chair for the beach. That extra touch was really appreciated. Pool staff were mostly fantastic except for one guy who seemed a bit overworked! This was our second visit to Halepuna and we will definitely visit again.

A little annoying that two of the washing machines were out of order as this made clothes washing a little difficult, but otherwise nothing.

Location excellent. Being able to dine at the Halekulani restaurants and Tern was convenient.

The long pillows were super comfortable! The property was in an amazing location in the heart of it all, but very quiet. They had thoughtful activities each day, like ice cream in the lobby in a Friday. The rooms were really clean and there were lovely touches like reusable water bottles and filling stations to reduce plastic bottles of water. Also love having beach towels in a bag available each day. The pool staff and set up was perfect.

Nothing. We can’t wait to return! Perhaps having vanity kits and dressing gowns in each room rather having to ask for these, but staff were super responsive.

No air conditioning on the hallways was odd, some upkeep needed in rooms and hallways, entrance are backwards so confusing for Uber drivers, pool temp was too cold, spa was too hot, shower curtains in bathrooms cheapens the bathroom.

This hotel is within a 5 mins walk to the beach. You are also 5 mins walk away from a ABC store. There is an amazing bakery at the door step of the hotel open 6.30-11.30am each day. The room was a good size and we were lucky to get a balcony complete with sunlounges.

Great location close to the main beach at Waikiki. Turn around the other way and the shopping and restaurants is right there as well. At the same time so affordable with the benefits of both these things. Beach, pool, shopping, dinner. What else?

Die Lage in zweiter Strandreihe und in Zentrumslage mit Parkplatz (wenn auch teuer mit 60 Dollar pro Nacht) mit einem großartigen Ausblick vor allem in den obersten Stockwerken auf das Meer mit dem turtle cayon und das Feuerwerk sind großartig. Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine sowie kleiner Kühlschrank vorhanden. Es gibt Handtücher, Pooltücher und Strandtücher. Das Zimmer ist schön und groß auch für 3 Erwachsene. Pool und Whirlpool vorhanden. Die Lifte sind immer sehr schnell da.

Badewanne und Duschvorhang. Der Weg zum Parkplatz führt über einen Lift außerhalb des Hotels. Direkt vor dem Hotel sind nur 2 kleine, aber sehr schöne Strände.

以前宿泊しましたが、確かバスローブやスリッパなどリクエストしなくてもお部屋にありましたが、今回はリクエストしないと行けないところが少し変わっていたかと思います。 スリッパはとても履き心地のいいものでした。

ドライヤーは乾きが悪く、音がうるさすぎます。変えていただく事希望します。

This is my second stay at Halepuna and it is an excellent hotel! The staff are all really friendly and accommodating, happy to take care of anything you need. The rooms are modern and clean and the location is really handy but tucked away so there is little street noise to the rooms. My room attendant Jovie was so lovely, always smiling and offering great service - I stayed during Hurricane Lala and Jovie and the other room attendant were checking in with guests despite themselves also being impacted by the storm. They really made the stay special for me. Thank you

There is no Wi-Fi signal at the pool - that’s the only bad thing I could say.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Wir hatten Stadtblick. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig, wenn das Fenster geschlossen war. Ansonsten hört man die Geräusche der Stadt, war aber auch normal ist. Immerhin ist Honolulu die Hauptstadt. Schön nah am Waikiki Beach gelegen. Wasser zum Auffüllen verfügbar, z. B. im 8. Stock Nähe Fitnesscenter. Das Fitnesscenter ist sehr groß und reichhaltig mit Geräten ausgestattet, z. B. Klimmzugturm, Hanteln etc. Wir haben eine Flasche pro Person zum Nachfüllen bekommen, zum Nachhausenehmen. Pool ist vorhanden. Wir sind aber meist zu einem der wunderschönen Stränden von O'ahu gefahren.

Parken sehr teuer. Valetparken ist aber ohne Aufpreis möglich. In unserem Zimmer gab es nur einen Stuhl zum Sitzen, obwohl wir das Doppelzimmer für 2 Personen gebucht hatten.

Great hotel ideally situated in down town Waikiki, close to an array of bars, restaurants and the beach. Staff were very welcoming and happy to assist. Room was reasonably spacious and clean. Parking is adjacent to the hotel in a multi-storey, a little pricey but location location!, Would definitely recommend!

Loved the location, a little bit out of the crowds in Waikiki but still just around the corner, the infinity pool was relaxing with bar service poolside the staff super efficient and friendly. Rooms were sleek & modern, good size bathroom, complimentary slippers and water bottles. Also no resort fees!

The staff were friendly the rooms were comfortable and the pool was great. I liked that it was near a lot of places, great location. They let us stay in the garden area until our flight which was later in the evening.

Beautiful property and we loved that it wasn’t a big hotel. The pool and spa area is wonderful and again has an intimate boutique feel. Room was very quiet, clean and comfortable. It’s just perfect for a Waikiki stay!

Ocean view and balcony were a joke( it was dirty and people throwing things over as it is only semi covered”. Price! Was much!!! lower when we arrived?! Why? Breakfast at hotel… well the only positive was that we only had it once- after that we could use the hotel bakery where food smd coffee are actually good. Positive - staff at reception, concierge and housekeeping was professional.

Modern & classy

This hotel is across the street from the beach. So it tends to attract a lot less families. That makes it much quieter, both inside the lobby and in the room. The room is blissfully quiet, well sound insulated, and no screaming kids running up and down the hallway. The staff is very attentive, bringing up things that my wife needed. They refreshed our towels and did an excellent job cleaning the room everyday (by request).

The only complaint that I could make is that the self service parking garage, right next door to the hotel, has the first 4 levels reserved for hotel valet parking, so that self parking spaces are available only when you reach the 5th level of the garage. Not a big deal, but a lot of circling around the garage to park and to exit.

Everything was super convenient- location, check in, check out, amenities. I loved that it was very quiet and serene. Loved the free yoga classes as well.

Room layout was ok, location is ok and relatively close to the beach.

Just never felt welcome to the hotel, it feels cold. Need a room up high or all you see is other hotels. The water bottles are a gimmick and not sustainable at all - giving away low quality reusable bottles that get probably thrown out in days and the water refill stations are a mess.

The hotel felt very clean, spacious and well run. Our room was a great size and had lots of nice amenities. I enjoyed the 8th floor pool with a nice view and staff.

The beach nearest the hotel is quite small and there are no outdoor areas within the property. Otherwise it was a perfect location.

Being on the balcony, there was not too much privacy and the large building next to the hotel was very noisy. Strange smell in the lobby all the time.

The beauty and the beautiful hospitality. The bakery right out the croissants were divine. So fresh with eggs and bacon , you gotta try the chocolate Bread pudding all of was great. I had just lost a lot of weight but still considered eating.

This hotel is top notch in all areas. The hotel is very modern and clean. The staff is both knowledgeable and friendly. We stayed at 3 different Hawaiian hotels on this trip, and the Halepuna was by far, the best.

SITUATED AT A CONVENIENT LOCATION. EASY ACCESS TO THE BEACH AS WELL AS ROYAL HAWAIIAN CENTRE.

The rooms here are updated with a good bed and plenty of outlets. The hotel is clean, and has a bidet in the bathroom. However, for a $500 hotel room, there was a lot to be desired. Brewed coffee is not available in the mornings until 7 AM. For those visiting from a different time zone and up early, you have to leave the hotel to get coffee. Unless you are in a suite, the balcony is only the width of your feet and you can only stand there and look down. No chairs for drinks on the balcony. No concierge. No bar to meet friends and socialize, only a restaurant. There are no body lotion, robes or slippers waiting for you in the room. By chance I found a paper in a drawer in the bathroom, instructing me to order from room service if I desired them. FYI!

Excellent as a sister hotel to Halekulani. Clean, Hospitality, Isolated from the hustle and bustle. Well balanced location with close to the beach and to enjoy whole Waikiki.

Excellent stay in a perfect location with plenty of great eateries nearby and easy beach access. Friendly staff, a delicious bakery, and the added bonus of dining at the wonderful Halekulani restaurants just across the road made it even better!

This is the sister property of Waikiki's finest hotel, the Halekulani, and it is located directly across the street. Whereas the Halekulani is over the top in every single aspect -- location, view, amenities, price, the Halepuna is significantly less so. It is more of a boutique hotel with nice enough rooms, far fewer amenities, and a friendlier price point. It also affords its guests full access to the Halekulani property. It appeals to the Japanese traveler for sure, and for others wanting a prime location at a less ridiculous price. An additional major difference is that a stay at the Halepuna feels much more urban than the Halekulani. The main entrance is not across the street from the Halekulani entrance; rather, it is located on the other side of the building on Helumoa Rd., an oddly named one block long narrow alley. The entrance is directly opposite a heavily used Japanese tour bus depot, and next to the parking garage for the Sheraton. Once gotten used to, these are not negatives per se, just differences. In fact, the bus depot has a walkway to the Royal Hawaiian Center and the upscale Kalakaua Ave. retail stores. The valet and front desk staff are superb. The rooms come in ocean view and parking lot view, depending on which side of the building you're on. The pool is fine during the hours of the day it gets sun, and has good staff and a nice walk up bar. We enjoyed room charge privileges at both Orchids and Lewers Lounge at the Halekulani. Our only negative was the unpleasant cannabis odor in the hall from a nearby room that violated the no smoking policy. We're seasoned Halepuna vets and will continue to return.

Great hotel./ Service is awesome. Rooms and hotel very clean. Only negative is not being able to use pool chairs at Halekulani. I tried. Was asked to leave. Didn't want to use the pool, just sit. There were over 50 empty chairs
