クラブラウンジをいつでも利用できるのは、非常に快適でした。朝食で利用したレストランもおいしくて大満足です。

到着日　チェックインが遅かったので荷物を預けて市内を観光できました。日本語対応もでき快適でした。

ワイキキビーチを中心に観光していたのでビーチから少し距離があるので不便でした。

When I'm on my way to arrive at the hotel, I was sent a letter from Waikiki Prince hotel stating they were experiencing power outage with only one elevator, no power in the rooms and only Cold water. In the heat at the airport, I realized being in dark room, unable to recharge phones, take a hot shower. I also wondered how the key would work. We called our agent and found another hotel room for the next two nights. we were not refunded anything from the hotel.

Sehr angenehm, dass das Hotel am Rand von Waikiki liegt und nicht direkt im Trubel. Fussläufig ist der schöne und nicht so volle Ala Moana Beach. Executive Lounge ist angenehm mit kleinen Snacks und Drinks. Wir hatten Zimmer im 33. Stock mit tollem Blick aufs Meer.

The clean pool, and the helpful staff. Great parking location, and very clean and comfy beds. There are attached restaurant and grab-and-go spot in the lobby. Will stay here again.

Location was great. It was right next to Ala Moana center. The view was pretty good too. Room conditions were overall clean too.

I always stay at the Prince Waikiki when visiting family on Oahu. The staff are fantastic, the rooms are spacious and the view of the harbor/ocean is the best! I had a special request noted on my reservation and it was honored without any problems. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel for comfort and location.

This is a hotel without balcony, so you have to be creative when trying to dry your swim suits after having fun at the beach or a swimming pool. It has a great view of the yacht marina and the ocean, as well as an infinite pool. But again, kids cannot play at the infiniti pool for the right reason. It was really windy, and kids could be blown away to the edge of the pool and beyond. So perhaps it’s good for a couple and grown-ups.

Peter was a very good waiter. He was very helpful and served us well. Prince is fortunate to have such a hardworking and good worker. He made our dinner very special and enjoyable.

Great location for access to Alo Moana shopping, Waikiki beach and Magic Island. The tour of the hotel artwork was a real bonus. It is a MUST DO. And the evening 100 Sails happy hour is also not to be missed.

This hotel is 8 mins walk to the main shopping centre. The breakfast buffet was good value and the coffee shop had great coffee.

I had the best meal that I have had in recent nemory at Sails. The buffet is an outstanding, high quality feast. The variety was broad, the service was exemplary, the atmosphere was elegant. My server, John, was prompt, helpful and kind. The ladies at receprion were delightful. Hotel room is tasteful and well appointed. Easy ride from airport, close to everything without being swamped by downtown Waikiki.

The location is good which near to the shopping center and magic island.

All good except when the key card did not work twice and you will have to go back to check with front desk.

I've been staying at this hotel since 2008 and it's been my favorite place to stay in Waikiki. We usually stay at here at least, twice a year. I like the convenient location, walking distance to Ala Moana Shopping Center and ease of getting in and out of Waikiki. The hotel staff provides excellent service. The rooms are always cleaned and comfortable. My Son loves this hotel for the AC and comfortable bed. He has requested to celebrate his 21st birthday at the 100 Sails Restaurant next February with his college classmates. It's not a cheap place to stay but you get what you paid for. I've always felt safe and relax staying here.

My first stay at the Prince Waikiki was wonderful! I particularly enjoyed seeing so many visitors from Japan staying in the hotel. This morning a guest wished me "ohayou gosaimasu" and I was reminded of the genuine kindness I experienced while living in Japan decades ago. We enjoyed our oceanfront room, the comfortable beds, the quiet AC, and the bidet from Japan. I hope I can.stay there again in the future. We were able to walk to the Hawaii Visitor Cenrer and the Ala Moana Shopping Center. Great location!

We went for my wife’s 30th birthday and our server Willene was AMAZING!

Food was excellent, especially the prime rib and crab legs. Our server, John, was very attentive and accommodating.

Five star experience. Would give it ten stars if I could. Food was good. The tender prime rib was especially tasty, like it was infused with herbs. California roll had real crab meat—yum! Seafood pasta was tasty as well as the shrimp, multiple salads provided great variety, in general, great food. We had a private dining room that was awesome. Our waitress, Grace, served us well foreseeing and attending to our needs in a timely manner. Her warm and welcoming personality helped make this experience a great one as I celebrated a milestone birthday. Thank you, Grace, for working so hard to make our dinner so enjoyable.

We made a reservation online for 7:30pm but arrived about 30 minutes early. Lucky for us it wasn’t too crowded so we were seated immediately. Our server Willene was excellent, attentive without hovering and my water glass was never empty. I love this buffet for the crab legs and kiawe smoked roast beef, a pleasant surprise being seated near the window on a Friday night was a beautiful view of the Waikiki fireworks show.

A good hotel in an excellent location, with very good service. The breakfast could use a few more Western-style options, but everything else was great.

Every employee was cheerful and helpful. Plenty of space to get alone early in the morning. When we needed something, the request was fulfilled quickly.

As an older couple, two upholstered chairs would have helped. The rattan chair was not comfortable.

The restaurant had tasty food, great views, great atmosphere, great cleanliness, and great service. Our server’s name is John and he was very courteous and helpful. The only cons were that I expected more food options for the buffet and if you’re someone with peanut or fish allergy your options in the buffet are very limited, for example all fried foods and desserts aren’t recommended for such people beacuse of cross contamination risk. However, if you aren’t allergic to fish or peanuts the buffet has tasty food, mainly sea food as that seems to be the main focus of the buffet. The views of the harbor were great, especially during sunset when we went.

Food was good. Crab legs were relatively large. John, the server was very attentive. He refilled my soda before I could even ask and cleared the table very quickly.

We were at 100 Sails to celebrate my husband's birthday. We had the Prime Rib Seafood buffet. Food at was excellent. Except for the prime rib tonight was cooked on yhe well done side. John was our server tonight. His service was exceptional. He kept on checking if we were okay. Thank you 100 Sails for a great night.

Location is a bit out of the way. Post hurrican Lala, so will give them the benefit of the doubt, but it seemed pretty tired and untidy, lifts not working etc.

The noise as we were right by the pool. Felt people can watch us unless we had the blinds/curtains down. Also there was a roach the first night.

Unclean room when arriving - first time staying here and it was recommended by a friend. When I arrived there was 4 dirty beach towels that were still wet and one of the beds had been layed on/ used. Sheets and pillows were moved around. I slept on the second bed and didn’t ask for staff to clean as they did the next day and just got off a 6 hour flight and was tired. Elevators were slow, crowded to max capacity at busier times of the day with no air conditioning. No personal space.

I had a wonderful stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was great. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Front Desk & Valet Experience Kristyn checked us in when we arrived late. It was clear she was tired, and although she tried to appear energetic, her body language suggested she was ready for her shift to end. The actual check-in process was smooth until I asked about the complimentary activities and amenities included with the resort fee. She responded by saying that because our resort fee had been waived as part of the gift certificate, we were not eligible for those amenities. This didn't seem right. My understanding is that resort fees cover access to amenities like the pool and other included activities. Based on what she told us, it sounded as though we couldn't use any of those amenities simply because the fee had been waived, which didn't make sense. 4 hours before checkout, I inquired if a one-hour late checkout was available. The older front desk agent immediately said no without even checking the system. It gave the impression that she simply didn't want to accommodate the request rather than confirming whether it was actually unavailable. The biggest issue, however, involved valet parking. Our gift certificate included complimentary self-parking, so that was our original plan. Unfortunately, our truck could not fit into the parking garage because the clearance is only 6'1". Our truck is completely stock with no modifications, yet it was still too tall. When we pulled up to valet, the valet attendant told us not to worry. He explained that because we couldn't use the self-parking garage, they would valet the truck but only charge the self-parking rate—which, according to our gift certificate, was complimentary for our stay. At checkout, however, I noticed a $26 valet charge on my bill. I explained the situation to Kristyn, who was also handling checkout. She appeared unsure of what to do and seemed to communicate with valet through the internal chat, even though the valet staff were only a few steps away. She eventually told me that the valet attendant should not have made that promise and that the charge would remain. Her only solution was to tell me I could dispute the charge by email, we all know how slow and frustrating this process is. What disappointed me most was the lack of ownership Kristyn showed. Rather than speaking directly with the valet attendant or taking a few steps to involve a manager and resolve the issue, the response was essentially, "You'll have to email us." By that point, I was frustrated and said no need that i would just pay for it. The issue was never about paying the $26 it was about if an employee of yours made a promise(showing that he/she is empowered) you as a hotel should honor that and it wasn't like i was asking to honor a $1000 promise was only $26. Prine Waikiki needs to do better, train your stuff on what it means to be empowered to own a problem and resolve an issue. OR are your employees not given that freedom, and are scared to get written up or worse terminated to resolve guest issues? than that is a management issue and needs to be addressed.

Really needed good night sleep and working facilities. Fridge wasn’t getting cold so anything I had in their spoiled that I needed for an early morning. Needed engineering twice. Room service didn’t open till 7. Toilet handle broke and wasn’t working so had to wait for engineering again. At least the engineers were nice. Bed wasn’t that comfortable. Couldn’t get a hold of front desk and had to call repeatedly at certain times. Valet folks were great. Everyone always seemed in a rush. Just really needed this to be an easy and good night rest for business and it was anything but and was a total waste of money.

I love the happy hour here. Food is amazing and staff is really attentive.

We're locals but every time we need a place to go relax or the kids to enjoy we go to Prince. Kids enjoy the pool, the side pool ordering and the service is pretty sweet.

John was awesome. Celebrated our 10yr Anniversary and he went above and beyond to make it a special meal.

This was our 4th or 5th time staying at the Prince. The service, as usual, was excellent. From the valets, check-in staff, the housekeeping staff, restaurant and bar staff, everyone was friendly and welcoming. It's really nice to see so many of the same friendly faces of employees when we return year after year. This was the first trip to the Prince for my daughter and friend, and they loved spending time at the infinity pool and we had several delicious lunches at the pool bar. We look foward to our next visit, hopefully sometime soon.

The buffet was great quality, and we ate so much! John, our server, was extremely friendly and helped us celebrate my daughter’s birthday! A great view as well. Amazing time!

Our stay at Prince was wonderful! The rooms were comfortable, and, of course, the location was about as perfect as you can get. We had beach, marina views and being able to open up the large windows and feeling the ocean breezes in the room was fantastic. Two things to note: One, the self-parking and valet can be a challenge especially at nights and when there is a special event at the hotel. Both are expensive and at times both are full so definitely factor that in. Two, the elevators don't always run efficiently and at times there was at least one that was out of commission--that adds up on waiting for one. But service at the hotel was amazing and the staff was always friendly and full of smiles.

We’ve been to 100 Sails several times, and Lai Jin is consistently friendly, attentive, and always has a warm smile on her face. She made our lunch experience even more enjoyable with her positive attitude and genuine hospitality. Even when the restaurant was busy, she made us feel like valued guests and never missed a detail. If you’re visiting 100 Sails for lunch or Sunday brunch, I hope you’re lucky enough to have Lai Jin as your server. She is a true asset to the restaurant, and we’ll definitely be back!

The hotel is very clean. Our suite very nice and clean. Some signs of wear and tear. Excellent service. Great location if you do not want the crowd at Waikiki beach area. Florence, our ambassador was helpful, kind and kept our room tidy. Room would be better without rugs in every room.

Room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The location was excellent, walking distance to Waikiki and Ala Moana Shopping Center / Magic Island. Gym is small but well appointed and not heavily used. Love the abundance of chilled filtered water dispensers. Nice pool. Friendly staff at check in (not so much the concierge).

Prince Waikiki is a hidden gem. The hotel is really nice and clean. Service is exceptional. Location is great if you want to be close to Ala Moana and Waikiki without the Waikiki traffic and noise. The Club Lounge is great and the food and service is exceptional. Nagiho from the Club Lounge took care of us during our stay and provided great service.

What an amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome with their warm hospitality and outstanding customer service. the hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, our room was very spacious, quiet and clean. The highlight of our stay is definitely the stunning infinity pool. The view was absolutely stunning and it was the perfect way to relax, unwind, and watch the sunset, it truly made our vacation feel extra special.

We had dinner at 100 Sails during our stay in Waikiki and had mixed feelings about the experience. First, I want to highlight the service. Our waitress, Willene, was absolutely amazing. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a good experience. She was definitely the highlight of our evening. Unfortunately, the buffet food itself was disappointing. Several items, including the Korean ribs, brisket, baked beans, and mac and cheese, were noticeably cold. To their credit, the staff acknowledged the issue and went above and beyond to make things right. Willene and the team brought out a freshly prepared plate for us personally, and it was excellent—hot, flavorful, and showed how good the food could be when served properly. While we truly appreciated the effort to correct the issue and were impressed by the level of customer service, it was still disappointing that a buffet of this caliber and price point had so many dishes sitting cold. In the end, the service was outstanding and deserving of five stars, but the food temperature issues kept the overall experience from reaching that level. We would consider returning because of the wonderful staff and hope the kitchen and buffet execution improve in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Prince Waikiki! The staff was friendly, the location was great, and the views were beautiful. A little more consistency with housekeeping and restocking amenities would make the experience even better. Overall, we had a great time and would happily stay here again.

We celebrated our Son’s graduation on May 29,2026 and Mr. Wilson and his team serviced our party. They were very accommodating and helpful in ensuring our guests party were taken care of. Highly recommend to anyone if they want to have a private dinner party. Fun fact, may 29th was our 3rd private party we had in the Naio Room.

Food and service at the 100 Sails Restaurant was fabulous! We had a family reunion of 50 people and everyone enjoyed themselves. The service provided by Mary Grace and her partner (so sorry we couldn’t remember his name) was exceptional. They really went above and beyond for our party.

I had an unplanned, extended stay at The Prince during a difficult family caregiving situation, and the staff made a meaningful difference. I ended up staying for two weeks in May 2026. That’s a long time to be in one hotel. I think it speaks volumes that I don’t think I could have been more comfortable anywhere else. In addition to service, the quality of the room and amenities are the reasons I recommend them 10/10— this property is at the top of my list for future return stays. The front desk team—especially Lori, Pamie, and Anela—were compassionate, flexible, and incredibly helpful. In particular, Noah and Kodee were instrumental with last-minute bookings, extensions, and navigating a third-party booking service. All while helping me secure the best possible rate. Working with them to extend my stay was such a relief—the last thing I needed during that time was worrying about where I would be staying. The location is excellent—easy to get in and out of Waikiki without dealing with the heavy traffic on the main streets. The lobby was consistently tidy, the rooms were spacious and very clean, and the hotel was quiet and peaceful in the evenings. General and 1:1 communication were excellent. There was ample notice regarding special events both on the property and nearby (e.g. the city’s annual floating lantern festival at the nearby harbor, a free event during Memorial Day weekend, not to be missed) that both invited guests to participate, and be aware of temporary traffic disruptions. What stood out most was the service. Even during busy times, requests were handled promptly and with genuine warmth—whether retrieving my car from valet, assisting with luggage, or connecting with front desk and housekeeping. The front entrance staff were always welcoming and ready to help, and housekeeping was thorough and attentive throughout my stay. I’m very grateful for the care and professionalism shown by the entire team. Staying as long as I did, I noticed that, by and large, guests always appeared relaxed and comfortable, as everyone (both staff and guests) were always warm and pleasant. Highly recommend.
