Clean, and close to Union square and all around the downtown area, very easy to drive or get dropped off at. Would gladly stay there again!!

Elevator access from parking garage to lobby. Assistance with getting luggage from parking garage to room. Room floors were not clean. Toliet paper holder broken. Pillows were very flat. The hotel carpets desperately need cleaning. The privacy door sign was very torn in several places and hung on by a thread. The buffet at Poached for two $89.00 seems overpriced. Disappointed stay at Hilton. Expected a lot more from Hilton 😔

The room was spacy and clean. Very convenient to stay, work and rest. The hotel is located in the financial district and close to the center of San Francisco

No view, but it wasn't critical. Extra payments for packages that arrived to the hotel (I think that for such hotel, it isn't necessary) Extra high price for parking!

The location is fantastic. We could get to most tourist places on foot or by public transport other than things further out which required driving. There are a lot of eating options around there as well. My kids used the swimming pool, which they liked.

I had to take an early work call while the family were sleeping so went to the lobby but the Wifi is relatively poor there. The double bed is really not meant for two adults; it dropped off on the sides so both my wife and I felt like we were going to roll off the bed. Parking costs over $80 a day including taxes. Ouch!

Everything was near. Did not have to walk to far to get where we needed to go. The staff went above and beyond when my kid left her swimsuit and dress in the room after checkout.

I have a yearly appointment with a specialist at Davies Medical Center. Very easy to get there from the Hilton.

I wish Market Street would be reopened and the triangle cleaned up. I don’t have the answers to the drug and homeless problems but…..

When we visit SF our go to stay is The Hilton Union Square. As always, the facilities and location is great.

We opted for the junior suite this time and were surprised to find them on the lower levels and in a "not so" scenic area of the hotel.

Le quartier est moyen. Pas loin de Tenderloin… pas mal de gens qui traînent sur les trottoirs… Très gros hôtel donc beaucoup de monde partout. Vue sur un parking depuis la chambre.

Good room size and good location as long as you waled in the right direction. If you walked a block the wrong way you'd be right in the heart of the Tenderloin district which doesn't feel very safe. We had a bathroom door handle that kept falling off which didn't get fixed during the duration of our stay but everything else was very good.

My room was not available with outside space, old fashioned hotel. Apart from the rooftop bar which was very busy, there was no relaxing area to sit around. The lobby bar was very busy, basically just an extension of the reception area and the shop was ridiculously expensive.

Many things not open or out of order. Room was very dirty and dated. Side tables and coffee were sticky. Dust all over. Bath room floors were not clean. Door to bathroom was broken. Carpets not swept. Purchased a two queen beds, room not available, kids slept in filthy pull out couch.

The location was great also they provided free tooth paste and service was quick and good

De locatie vlakbij Union Square, vriendelijk personeel en heerlijke zachte bedden!

Kan een update gebruiken, vooral de vloerbedekking in de gangen. San Fransisco kampt nou eenmaal met een daklozen probleem, dat zie je overal dus ook hier in de buurt van het hotel. We hebben ons met de kinderen nooit onveilig gevoeld.

I love the view from the balcony of higher level rooms staff is always very friendly and attentive one of my favorite places to stay when I’m in San Francisco

The location is great, the rooms was clean, the grocery was just perfect.

We arrived at the hotel and parked in the hotel parking lot. We left the hotel after about 30 minutes and asked the staff if there would be a parking space available when we returned. We were told that there would be no problem and that, at worst, we could use the valet parking. When we returned, there were no parking spaces available at the hotel. The staff directed us to an external parking lot, but when we got there, there were no available spaces there either. We spent about an hour and 15 minutes looking for parking, with three young children in the car. This was extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable, especially since we had specifically asked the hotel staff about parking beforehand and were assured that there would be no problem. The hotel should not assure guests that parking will be available if it cannot actually provide it. This experience caused us significant inconvenience and stress.

היה מים קרים במקלחת. לא היה נוף לחדר (פנה לגג פנימי) . כינסות דרך מדרגות וחניה, מחירים יקרים של מזון בחנות, מעליות מסובכות..לא היה קומקום חשמלי בחדר (אני שותה תה ולא קפה).

Non n avons pas pris le petit déjeuner sur place. Pour un Hilton aucune bouteille d’eau n’est donné dans la chambre. L hotel est dans un quartier pas très rassurant

This is a large and busy hotel, but they seemed like they were staffed up to be able to handle it. I had a 12th floor room in Tower 1 which was clean and well maintained. The noise level from the street was higher that I expected being that high. Mind the Gap! - - the desk/credenza unit in the room had about a 4 inch gap between it and the wall. My cell phone fell into the gap where I couldn't reach it. The furniture unit was too heavy to move, I ended up pulling the refrigerator out of its cabinet underneath and crawling through the hole to retrive the phone. Definately make sure you visit the top floor bar for a great view of the city.

Location and staff were excellent

Our bed had hair and a dirty pillow. Bathroom was out of body wash. Wasn't expecting this for such an expensive room. Lastly, our room was cleaned the morning of our departure but BEFORE we left. I really hope that wasn't the final clean before the next guests. Explains why ours was so dirty on arrival.

Het ontbijtrestaurant en de kiosk zijn veel te duur. De variatie in afmetingen van de bedden: de bedden in de eerste kamer waren te smal voor een queen size, na ruilen van kamer wegens kapotte A/C waren de bedden in de bieuwe kamet veel breder!

As Hilton Honors member, we expected nice rooms and specially paying premium prices for the union square location. I have stayed at many other Hilton properties and had a wonderful experience. But this one was a disappointment. When you enter, the hotel looks nice - beautiful lobby, common areas are well kept, etc. but when you enter the room - they are outdated, bed skirts are torn, things falling apart, shower curtain was dirty, etc. (couple photos attached). When i booked the room, it said it will have a seating area, there was NO seating area - there was one chair in the room and that's it. I did talk to the front desk and they said we are booked so cannot change the room. Couple of months ago, I stayed at a boutique hotel and that was much better than this. We were in Tower 2 - 7th floor - I wish i had picked another hotel.

The neighborhood is horrible, DO NOT walk around or break down in this area. Many homeless and drugged out people walking around and lying around on the streets. I was in the old tower by the looks of it. The very long hallways were dingy with dirty carpet. My room was just a basic room with a small bathroom and a tub shower. The room was disappointing, certainly not what I picture a Hilton to be like.

Front man gave us excellent view high room so my kids were so excited about the view and room. Also, we went to th epool and gym, which were so convenient for us.

My kids were so excited too much, so they could not sleep well. The night I went to the first floor to buy sleep aid but the vending machine was broken. I tried twice but I could not get the medicine for my kids.. That was sad.

Booked this Hilton online through Booking.com. No option for “breakfast included” at booking. Upon arrival we were informed of the 85.00 per night damage deposit (which should have been advertised at the point of booking). + Free WiFi, access to gym. Central location Comfortable room and beds Clean bathroom - Damage deposit not advertised & took a week to return to my card after check out Coffee making facilities not topped up daily with cleaning & no actual CUPS provided (had to ask for these AND for extra coffee after used on day 1) Small grab-and-go restaurant downstairs where a granola pot is 15.00!! Starbucks around the corner is a better option for breakfast! Sky bar looks amazing but is 20.00 for a glass of wine! Dragged bags out to our rental car on our departure day and not one of the designated staff outside offered to help us! Thought that’s what their job was!! On the whole this Hilton made its money on all of the very expensive extras and didn’t feel like Hilton quality that would be found in the UK.

Front desk 2 I felt the customer service was lacking and they did not care if guests returned. Bell Hop 4 Quickly stored our luggage as we waited to get our room keys for quite sometime even after bringing told rooms were ready. Doormen 5 the doormen were always ready, quick, polite and friendly. Concierge 5+ What could have been a less than acceptable experience turned into a good experience. The concierge was fabulous. He went above and beyond to answer questions and understand the pros and cons. He gave us great directions and recommendations. Driving into city from airport made me a little skeptical. We drove through a seedy area of town very close to hotel. After walking around noticed if you walked in the other direction towards Union Square the area was safe. We did a lot of walking and felt comfortable but do not recommend going southwest of hotel

Stayed here for three days this week. A stunning view from floor 43. Super friendly checking in from che and she helped me with a few queries I had over the days. I agree with other reviews, the area above the hotel is one to be aware of, I did feel uncomfortable at times, as a solo traveller. Lovely room, large and comfortable

Exceptional service. Truly exquisite. Honestly sensational. Jun was very attentive and phenomenal. Truly made me feel welcomed, i’m from out of town, but she made me feel like this hotel was home.

I stayed four nights at this hotel during a conference and found the faculties and pe5rsonnel to be pleasant and accommodating. Room was comfortable with good views of the cots/. It's a large hotel so one can get quite disoriented lookin for meeting rooms. Rooftop bar was fabulous. Pricey drinks but well worth it. Skip the buffet breakfast-- at $35 it was a major disappointment. They also have a barista and smaller food store on the lobby level. Good coffee but better to walk a block and a half to Starbucks. Not many good areas around the hotel. I talked a few blocks to Fresh Market within Neiman Marcus and was not disappointed. I'd stay here again if another conference calls.

- Hotel, Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen - sehr alt - Zimmer zu klein . Keine Ablage unserer 2 Koffer möglich . Zudem verstaubt - Frühstück war das einzige Highlight , aber der Frühstücksraum ähnelte einer Bahnhofshalle . Überhaupt keine Atmosphäre, auch viel zu dunkel . - Pool / Poolumgebung - wie auf einem betonierten Parkplatz - Preis / Leistung passte nicht

Our room was beautiful. Our towels and sheets were spotlessly clean. We were very comfortable, and it was definitely worth every penny. You can plan your entire itinerary using the iPad provided in the room. The products at the cafe downstairs were incredibly fresh and delicious. We also had an amazing check-in experience; the receptionist was extremely helpful, welcoming, and friendly.

The only thing that bothered us was that the long hallways were filled with the smell of cigarettes and that infamous substance found all over the city. Walking to our room felt very unpleasant because of this. Perhaps if we had been on a designated non-smoking floor, we wouldn't have experienced this issue.

הצוות מאוד משתדל. העסק עובד יחסית כמו מכונה משומנת. זהו מלון ענק של אלפי חדרים ( לא טעות מעל אלף) ,השירות בסדר גמור לכל בעיה. הציק אין והאוט מתקתקים למרות הגודל. בריכה מחוממת ומתוזקת וגקוזי, בחוץ 14 מעלות והשחיה כיפית.

ארוחת בוקר יקרה מעל 50$ אכלנו בחוץ ב 20 בערך. המיקום מטריד, בסמוך המון הומלסים, למרות שניכר מאמץ משטרתי להזיז אותם.

Reserva para 4 adultos pero sólo hubo durante toda la estancia 3 juegos de toallas. La ubicación aunque céntrica es una zona muy degradada con muchos indigentes y personas con problemas de adicción. Si vuelvo a San Francisco elegiré otra zona.

Llegamos antes de lo esperado pero dejamos las valijas a resguardo del hotel y luego hicimos el check in, el personal muy amable. La ubicación fue perfecta y las camas es un tema que tendrían que mejorar.

El ultimo día se olvidaron de hacer la habitación, pero nos entregaron cuando hicimos el reclamos toallas y café.
