Heritage Place Houston Brookhollow

I loved how Ms. Rosa helped me out so much with my reservation. The room is nice and comfy. I feel safe there which is very important to me, I travel a lot. Thank you again.

The carpet in the room

Nothing really

The carpet and larger size of the room

Nothing

It was great. Hotel is enough old, but it is clean. The staff is very friendly and nice. Receptionist was excellent. Unfortunately I don’t remember her name

Honestly, it was a little more archaic than expected. But, the place was clean, my cat was allowed for only $40 for my stay, my friends were close enough to my room, and the staff?? 10000/10, extremely sweet and nice people. I truly enjoyed my stay there!

I just wish it was a little more modern and nicer on the eyes. But that wasn't a huge issue at all.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing. Conveniently located close to restaurants and shopping centers.

The swimming pool area was closed down due to maintenance issues.

Great experience every time we stay here. The facility is always clean, quiet, and comfortable. Rose at the front desk is very kind and professional. We'll be back.

They didn't advertise no breakfast.

The area was sketchy

It Didn’t have a breakfast? I like the bed! I’m very allergic to the smell of the hotel when you walk in. Very strong cleaning or room deodorizer . Room smelt fine. Would not stay there again because of the smell when you walk in and it in the hall ways too!

Smell

The carpet in the rooms.

Not a lot.

The location and lobby

Not much

The Heritage place Houston was spacious and clean.

Location

1. The sink was clogged, and black, dirty particles kept coming out during our stay (two days). 2. The shower had a leak, and the floor was wet and remained wet for two days. 3. The fridge stopped working after one day, and we lost my daughter's milk. 4. The pool was closed. 5. When we talked to the personnel, they offered me a different room; however, I told them that I could not move immediately because it was midnight and my daughter required some logistics, so they canceled the new room and told me to go back the next morning. The next day, I talked to a front desk person who was more focused on telling me that everything was my fault because I didn't move immediately when they offered me the new room. Since I had a tight schedule, I didn't follow her argument and just left. A couple of hours later, they called me to offer me a different room, but it was too late. I was returning to the hotel very late, and my check-out was scheduled for the next morning, so it wasn't worth the effort to move everything for just a couple of hours. For all of the above, I want to request a refund.

Clean staff were very nice and helpful and loved the check out time, didn’t feel rushed.

No breakfast or continental breakfast

there was no breakfast

Very clean. Nice staff.

Výborné ubytování a personál

Room was clean and the woman at the front desk (Rosa) was very friendly.

It has carpet in the rooms & is in a pretty good location

Josh put me in a room on the 2nd floor in which one could not get the shower to run because the metal piece was stuck.

The comfy bed.

The green pool, roaches, dirty/moldy bathroom, constant clogging toilet, ripped sheets, view of black dirty gutters and green pool.

The place should be shut down and condemned

Nothing the rooms were dirty and disgusting Ned bugs roaches water bugs blood and urine stains on mattresses toilet broken

Property was clean and so was the room.

The location was OK.

Piscine sympa.

Pas de machine à café...

Front desk perfect they helped a lot

Estuvimos solo 1 noche y nos encanto

Todo muy bien

I liked that it had a pool

It didn’t have breakfast though it was mentioned on the website

Clean!

Pool was nor superclean but nice.

Couldnt add a second night for the same price as the first.

The pool was nice when it was clean

We found bed bugs and had to switch rooms at midnight and pay for laundry to kill any bugs. The new room was smaller and on the first floor near the pool where all the noise was. There was water damage on the ceiling of the bathroom too.

The location was great, close to everything. The beds were comfy.

Not the cleanest but acceptable. Our first night there you could hear the people in the room next to ours screaming and fighting. Woke us up at 4am and the next morning the staff called our room to tell us to keep the noise down. That was upsetting, they didn't even tell the people who actually caused the disturbance anything. Other than that it wasn't terrible.

Comfortable quiet good location friendly staff good price

Had no trash bags on the trash bins no one came to clean room

Stay was nice, walking into lobby the building has a nice scent not sure what use but it smells really good throughout the hotel. Room was nice and roomy as well as clean with plenty of pillows and blankets.

Nothing at all , everything was perfect. I would definitely stay again.

I love staying here but lately ion return seems like it’s now always an issue. And the house keeper seems to be the issue. With her reporting me having a pet as if it was hidden. I’ve walked around all weekend and always pay a pet fee. Unless something occurred and I was advised it wasn’t needed.

Alles was goed

Perfect, huge room. It was spotless, nice and clean, we enjoyed staying there! Will be back, for sure!

Comfy room

Complicated to get around d

The rooms have carpet.

O quarto bom. Cama grande. Banheiro razoável. Gostei do quarto. Funcionários receptivos. Limpeza mediante solicitação e agendamento, achei diferente. Localização: achei longe do Centro.

The property itself appeared to be clean and conveniently located.

When I arrived, I was unable to pay the deposit because my card was not accepted. Unfortunately, the hotel did not offer any alternative payment options, nor was I given the possibility to cancel or reschedule my reservation for another date. As a result, I lost my money without receiving the service I expected, which I consider unfair and misleading

The location was perfect. Close to family. They live close by.

Attentiveness and fulfilling

Morning I didn't like

The carpet in the room
