I experienced a power outage in my apartment complex near the hotel. I enjoyed my stay, but this morning I needed to go to work and walk down to the breakfast buffet. When I checked in last night, I was under the impression that breakfast was available starting at 6 AM. However, I was disappointed to learn that I required a voucher to dine, which I could have purchased. I was initially told that breakfast was included in my stay, and I was not aware of the voucher requirement. It should be communicated better that when checking in at the front desk, staff should inform guests that the breakfast buffet is not complimentary and that a voucher is required for breakfast.

The girls on reception were very friendly when checking us in. The room was clean and the beds comfy. Our room overlooked the pool. Parking was free and we were able to check in early at no extra cost.

The $50 room deposit has yet to be refunded and is still pending on my account nearly a month later.

What an exceptional dining experience! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The chef, Damian, created an absolutely incredible meal. Every dish was beautifully presented, full of flavor, and clearly prepared with great skill and attention to detail. You can truly tell there’s a passion for excellence behind every plate. The bartender, Celmy, also deserves special recognition for crafting amazing cocktails that were perfectly balanced, creative, and complemented our meal beautifully. It’s rare to find a hotel restaurant where the food, drinks, and service all exceed expectations, but this place absolutely delivered. I highly recommend dining here and will definitely be back!

My dining experience was truly a delight! The chef Damian made sure he frequently came out to make sure we were okay and enjoying our experience and food. That is exceptional service like no other let alone the food that was incredibly delicious. Not only did the food stand out but the drinks that the bartender Celmy made were also amazing and perfect! I overall had an experience that stood out compared to places that couldn’t compete with this one. I will definitely be back to dine here often!!!

The rooms have been updated and the suites are massive and well appointed and maintained. The price represents exceedingly good value. Housekeeping was great and the rooms are very clean and well maintained. The restaurant and its room service were equally good, although breakfast was oddly disappointing in comparison. Goes without saying you need a car to stay here, although hardcore transit users like me can make it work, even with luggage and even to the airport for $1.25 (it’s a 2 hour trek).

The hotel is clean and well managed. The room was spacious and clean. Parking was easy access.

I paid extra to have breakfast included. The breakfast buffet was NOT good. Honestly, probably the worst I have ever had. The food was not good at all and I am not picky about the food in general. For what I paid extra for this buffet was way over priced. very little selection. Bad eggs, potatoes, sausage and bacon, really rough looking french toast and some muffins. Even the smaller hotels do a much better job of a much bigger selection and quality. Waited a long time for a server to come by and get my drink order as well. Then, I guess they have issues with their satellite so my tv was non stop glitching, that is, once I was able to get the tv working. The remote had some issues so they sent someone to check the tv. After messing with it for a while and plugging and unplugging some things in the back, the remote finally responded and you could change the channel but you couldn't get all the channels. He went and got another remote but the same. Then the remote wouldn't respond about an hour or so later and I couldn't adjust the volume or change the channel again. When I checked out, I couldn't even turn off the tv because the remote or the tv wasn't working properly. Since I was there recuperating from a medical procedure, this was pretty bad and inconvenient. I expected much more from this hotel honestly.

Visited for a local event. Hotel was festive, well maintained, in a safe area and lively. Staff and patrons were kind and helpful. Rooms were exquisitely tailored and spacious for there costs. The wife and I had such a grate time we have already made plans to return and stay in this exact hotel because we saw the value in everything.

Upon checking in, I was pleasantly surprised the minute I walked into the beautiful lobby. It had been completely renovated and updated. It was breathtaking.!! I find it so heartwarming that they even remembered me from a previous visit… the staff here are always so sweet and accommodating. You could not ask for a better location. The hallways everything has been redone upon entering my room. Everything was modern and sparkling, clean with comfortable linens and very soft towels. I can’t believe I’m even writing a review before I’ve even completed my first night. I was not taken back by this property and how the renovations have elevated it that much. I absolutely love all of the tiny details, even like the plug-ins that have different outlets for different cords, such detail was put into this renovation. I already cannot wait to complete my visit and return.

Galeria à un quart d'heure, hyper centre à une demi heure et NASA visitors center à trois quarts d'heure, le tout en voiture bien entendu. Demander une chambre côté piscine, sinon on dort sur l'autoroute !

I've stayed at the hotel several times and it used to be a prime location for me and my friends.

It has taken 30 days for me to receive my $150 incidental charge back and they were responsive but stopped. We will be changing hotels going forward.

Easy access to and from the freeways, clean and quite. Now let's talk (Rave) about the food, it is by far the most wonderful surprise to be able to sit down and enjoy some 5 star dining for a regular easy to digest budget. We have to try a little bit of everything!!! You should too! Love it here

que el personal de recepción no hable varios idiomas, es lo mínimo que esperas, mas siendo un hotel con las estrellas que se mencionan, lo mínimo que esperas es que hablen una variedad de idiomas, en especial español, mas estando en texas, esta mucho mas capacitado el personal del restaurante que los de la recepción. Hablas en español y hasta se molestan, eso no me gusto, muy mala actitud en la gente de recepción

Location was good. Value was good. Staff was superb. The customer service was very friendly and accommodating. I explained to my daughter the value of great service and how it leads to future business. We will definitely stay here again.

I am visting from Austin for the next 4 weeks for a work project in the area. I was disappointed that the hotel does not offer complimentary breakfast for their guests, that is an additional charge, and the DISH tv absolutely sucks, only a few of the channels actually work, all the other channels are frozen blank screens, or have very choppy signal, always freezing what is showing, hard to watch tv, I attempted several times to call the front desk from my room to see about fixing the issue, but no one ever answered the phone. It would also have been nice to have a microwave in the rooms instead of 1 shared microwave on each floor in the ice machine areas. Wednesday the ice maker on my floor wasn't working, so I had to go to another floor just to get ice. I would leave the hotel at 4am daily to get to work, and there was no coffee available at that time if the day, this is also something that should be available all day for the guests. At least the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I will most likely not be returning as a guest.

I went with a group of friends for my birthday. The hotel was very accommodating very clean. The food was good and the service was great. I highlyrecommend it. We stayed four days quick access to everything freeways right there across over the freeway is a bunch of stores in Walmart. Great location.

My second time staying at this location. Really nice upgrades and very comfortable beds! The rooms are spacious and clean. The gym was under construction but I still used it. The front desk is very helpful and polite. That’s a great plus!

The hotel did not have hot water for 3 days and I had to go elsewhere to take a shower. I had to pay money to use an outside facility

Bad customer service from hotel management. The entire hotel was without water for over 6 hours while the boilers were being changed. Customers were told that it would be an hour or two without water.
