Sonesta ES Suites Houston Galleria

Location staff breakfast

AC loud sound

👍🏻

Location was good, but it wasn't what my girlfriend and I expected in the quality of where this hotel was.

Place felt old and smelled horrible on the floor where we had our room.

O hotel é super bem localizado. Fica a poucos mts do shopping Galeria. Estacionamento gratuito. A limpeza é nota 10.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The spool was clean. The location of the hotel is convenient. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

The cleanliness

Near to the Mall

The hotel is in a great location, with restaurants and a shopping plaza nearby. The room was truly spotless, although the hotel itself could use some renovation. It is basically a small apartment with a stove, coffee maker, and dishwasher. Coffee is also provided in the room, which is a very nice touch. Excellent value for the price! 🔥

Check-in is quite late, at 4:00 p.m., but they allowed me to check in earlier, which I really appreciated.

Nice clean functional facilties, lovely pool woth enough space to swim. Great room. Hotel manager always a great help, would definitely stay again

Everything

Breakfast is just ok

The room had a small kitchen, which was very convenient. The breakfast was included in the price and was delicious — I especially liked the breakfast patties, scrambled eggs, and waffles. Great value for the price!

The room was a bit cold, and we couldn’t adjust the temperature ourselves. It was also a little noisy. However, these things didn’t spoil our overall positive impression of the hotel.

Struttura pulita, camere fantastiche e posizione eccellente sicuramente tornerò

Good location

Images are way better than reality, rooms are small and ceilings are too low

Full kitchen; comfortable room; good price; clean; nice design; nice breakfast; next door to a major mall; centrally located; safe neighborhood; free parking; near ev charger;

Things that can’t be changed or don’t apply: better view; upscale design; upscale breakfast.

The location is very convenient , near to major highways so easy to get around

WiFi, you constantly needed to relogin if the device was not used for a few minutes, on my computer if you switched to a different browser you needed to login to use that browser

Great location. Good cleaning service. Great option of kitchen utensils in a hotel room.

The hotel room has a bad mold smell and sofa was really old. Also, we noticed as we assume a dead cockroach and some other live insects.

Location was great!

Needed some improvements.

The hotel staff is very friendly and professional. The lobby and breakfast area are nice and clean and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Very nice hotel for a family stay

A lot of selections

Hotel was a little dated.

The breakfast and the rooms

Custo benefício muito bom. Quarto, localização, café da manhã, estacionamento. Recomendo e voltaria.

Pool was great, loved the apartment style setup as well. Very close to the main mall which was a bonus, easy to get around via Uber as well. Would stay here again

Nothing, it's not a 5 star hotel but still great location and facilities

We got really good service from the lady at the reception: super early check-in and late check-out.

The hotel needs a facelift. Both public areas and rooms are run down and do not match the pictures. This includes the pool area. The pool area was also very loud, because of the AC machines perhaps.

Close to Galleria Good parking

The toaster in the kitchen dining room is broken. Will have been for some time

Everything was super clean and comfy and I loved that we could park in front and didn't have to search since it was downtown most definitely recommend

Breakfast, location, quiet , rooms were comfortable, moved the use of the kitchenette

The pool was not the same pool in the picture

Location was really good, staff is trying to make the best out of it

It’s a bit old and odd. And we gade a strange feeling on the 4th floor. It was like the floor was moving a bit like being on a ship

Location, basic amenities and neat. The receptionist guy who attended to me on arrival was helpful. I appreciated the fact that although the property didn’t have a business center, the receptionist was kind enough to print out a few pages for me from their system.

No complimentary water for guest and shower cap

Near to galleries, clean, spacious rooms, parking

Nothing

The location is great value for money. Walking distance from the galleria and overall, a very nice location in Houston. Rooms are decent and overall clean - having access to a kitchenette was nice.

The staff weren't the friendliest. They were all professional and in no way rude but did not give that vacation feel.

Bem localizado. Não cobra estacionamento

Banheiro sem barra para segurar

Clean and professional

All was good

Localização excelente, a região é ótima pertinho do shopping!

The room was not clean. carpet stained, room very dusty and dirty. And the air conditioner was LOUD. I reported my concerns to the front desk man and he not very willing to help.

The dirt room and uncaring staff

Location was perfect for us.

the breakfast, menu needs to upgrade to add green veggies

The breakfast was very good and the employees were very cordial and helpful.

The room was outdated and the king size mattress was lumpy. Due to the poor mattress, my wife and I had a hard time getting comfortable.

breakfest included

I think a bit of an upgrade to the bathroom could be done. A/C must be checked as room smelled to humidity when you come in.

Everything was perfect, very helpful amd courteous staff, breakfast had variety, we did not use the pool but they kept it clean, nice patio outside.location ideal as galleria mall very close

no complaints, i rate it a perfect stay.

The water system was bad hot water was bad had to take cold shower for 5 days

The bed and very clean

The breakfast very poor

Excelentes instalaciones

Gutes Frühstück, große Zimmer, gute Lage Nähe Galleria

Klimaanlage etwas laut

The location for the property was excellent in my opinion. It was in a quiet neighborhood, but walkable distance to everything needed.

The bathroom sink in our room (207) drained very slowly. It could be annoying. There also other maintenance going on during our stay as the main water had to be disconnected for most of the day Tuesday, May 12, 2026.

Breakfast was very complete. Great location

Good breakfast

What I liked: Everything was great, we had a very pleasant stay. The location is excellent — right next to a large shopping mall (Galleria) and the Museum of Illusions, which made our stay very convenient and enjoyable. The breakfast was really good with a wide variety of options for every taste — fresh fruits, dairy products, pastries, as well as tea and coffee. Everything was fresh and delicious. Overall, a great place to stay. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

I like our room.It is very clean.

I like everything I saw. Highly recommended hotel.
