Propre et silencieuse Charmant petit bar-terrasse face au port.

Nous n'avons pas cessé de nous moucher dès que nous mettions les pieds dans la chambre. Certainement une réaction allergique à un produit de nettoyage.

The location was great and great Views.

The parking was confusing

The room was spacious and clean. The beds comfortable. We were on the fourth floor obtainable by elevator. The parking garage was an extra $18 for the night but attached directly to the hotel so no walking outside late at night. The staff were very busy but still so friendly and informative. It was close to many restaurant's and many things go on in the are just not Sunday night. LOLO I would definitely stay again. The breakfast was amazing all one could ask for with a server such a noce way to start a vacation.

Location was fantastic. The room was very pretty and we'll supplied, bed was quite comfortable. and the view was fabulous looking over the river.

Small thing, but upon arrival the staff on the desk gave extremely poor directions for the parking and how to enter the hotel from the garage which was part of a mall area across the street from the hotel with an under ground access. As well as she didn't explain to use the elevator to access the hotel room floors you needed to apply your room card to a access pad. Small thing but unnecessary frustration upon arrival.

Great location, right on the harbor.

The bed was very uncomfortable, the mattress sagged, and the down pillows gave no neck support. Combined they made getting a good nights sleep nearly impossible.

Nice location. Good room with all expected amenities. Solid restaurant and bar. Great breakfast.

Bus tourists strain the public areas.

Location excellent to explore waterfront area on foot, close to restaurants, easy check-in and out. Harbor view from room window. Fun to watch the tide roar in and see the harbor front activity with tugs and container ships.

Nous avons apprécié la chambre spacieuse ( nous avons eu la place de mettre nos 3 valises sans devoir les enjamber) l'emplacement permet de visiter sans prendre la voiture, la piscine était parfaite des vestiaires jusqu'à la température de l'eau.

Very nice breakfast.

We had to park in an underground garage across the street and pay $18 per night. It would have been nice to be notified of the extra charge ahead of time. The reception staff was not particularly friendly or helpful.

Beautiful view of the harbour and cruise ships coming and going. Comfortable room.

Had a hard time figuring out parking. For all those who ned the info, park in the underground parking acrooss the street from the entrance and take two rights to park near underground elevator to hotel.

It is a tired hotel and needs a complete refurb - that said it was clean and everyone was obviously trying to do their best. The breakfast was very busy, the staff were doing their best but the amount and quality the food was lacking.

I loved the location and the staff were phenomenal. Especially the breakfast waitresses, they work so hard!

The room felt worn even though it was clean, the shower grout felt dirty. The wallpaper looks shoddy and the headboard was damaged/peeling. The air vent had visible large dust bunnies and the metal on plate looked dirty.

Centrally located, spacious room, free breakfast with hot food with good servers who noticed my disability and pointed us toward a closer table to the buffet and they also helped a blind gentleman with his food

Room was old and worn down, towel rack on the bathroom was coming out of the wall, bathroom floor looked gross even though it was clean

Der Jacuzzi, did gesamte Außenanlagen.

Leider hatten wir ein sehr dunkles Zimmer. Mit Blick auf den Parkplatz . Wir hatten dass Zimmer neben Staff Räumen. Die linke Seite unseres Balkons grenzte fast an einer Mauer, die einige Meter lang war, was das Zimmer noch Dunker machte.

Locating the entrance road. We missed a turn which ultimately resulted in a police escort to get us to the entrance.

Cleaning quite sub-par, decor outdated and falling apart, musty smell in the room. Hotel could use a refresh, and a deep clean.

Excellent location ; clean, bright rooms ; pleasant staff. Food amenities not open between breakfast and dinner ; poor concierge skills ; long wait at front desk. Some hallway foyers are worse for wear. Breakfast buffet lacking in fresh fruit.

Room was not clean. The headboard of the bed had a big hole in it like someone punched it. The tub had mold all around it. The granite vanity had cracks in it as well as the sink. The coffee maker was not cleaned daily and clean glasses were not left daily. The corners of the room were not even clean and appeared black in color. We had dinner in the restaurant one evening and my husband ordered a $39.00 lobster roll which was dry and tasteless. Would not recommend this hotel restaurant for dinner. We also had to consistently ask for toilet paper.

While the hotel is in an older building, we found it to be clean, comfortable, and not nearly as rundown as some reviews suggested. The location was ideal for exploring Saint John, with restaurants and downtown attractions within easy walking distance, and Reversing Falls less than a 10-minute drive away. Parking was convenient at the Market Square garage attached to the hotel for $18 per night. The included hot breakfast was very good, and our 10th-floor room had a great view overlooking the harbor. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient place to stay for exploring Saint John.

I like the location of the hotel, the Harbour view and the access to parking connected to the hotel.

My husband didn't like the cold temperatue of the room. We had it set on 80⁰F but it was still cold. We couldn't even turn it off.

It is better to start breakfast at 6:00am, not 6:30am because we want to go Ferry terminal by driving the car around 6:30am and no time to get breakfast which included in our booking.

When I booked the room from Booking.com platform , the HST-room is 15%, but when I paied on site the HST-room is 15.53%. Also, the city fee ( MAT tax) I paid on site is higher than what I got from Booking platform. I don't know why ?

The room was laid out vey odd. Wasted space. Parking is a dis aster . They should up there rate 20 per day just give in and out parking. Our A/C did not work for a day of our stay and did not offer to compensate due to power outage called twice and nothing was done about this.

Room with a view of the Harbor, close to all different types of restaurants and pubs. There is a walking path along the harbor front that you can take right from the hotel. Underground passage to Market Square and Aquatic Center. Love this hotel and its location to everything, including driving around.

The hotel breakfast was quiet poor, however it was included in our stay. The first night we only had two towels (there were three of us), we called the front desk and asked for an extra, they never brought it up. Also the beds are advertised as queen but actually doubles. My mom asked them about the bed size and they said that’s what the hotel considers queens. They also missed cleaning our room we were out from 9-4pm and came back with still no towels changed or anything. We had to go to the front desk to ask for towels which they provided. They said they couldn’t do a full clean because it was too late and the hotel was full and somehow our room got missed. Room was stuffy and there was an electrical buzzing all night
