Opted for a upgrade corner balcony Nile view got to see only construction sites.Whioe checking in clearly specified my upgrade to Esmaill but regretfully saw onlynconatruction sites will advice travellers be carwful on options of the Nile view. Amenities like basic tissue paper missing inspite of requesting and re requesting from staff. Follow up services from staff good but down the line implementation totally lacking. Would not go back for a stay again.

Alles war sehr schön traumhaft Rotel Essen ist sehr schön. Leute alle wirklich ich hab kein Wort zu sagen. Danke schön Ägypten und vielen Dank für Frau Hader

الفندق جميل والاطلاله رائعه والموظفون متعاونين ومبتسمين وشكر حاص للموظفه منه المحجبه لجميل اساوبها وبشاشتها مع نزلاء الفندق وايضاً الموظفه هدير لحسن اسلوبها وجاهزيتها في انهاء اجراءات دخول وخروج النزلاء

دورات المياه لايوجد بها شطافات البلكونه لا يوجد بها جلسات للاستمتاع بجمال الاطلاله

The room was very clean, and we really enjoyed the beautiful view. The staff were friendly, helpful, and cooperative throughout our stay

the reception area was very crowded, so the check-in process took longer than expected. However, special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Hassan, who was very helpful and assisted us in completing the check-in procedures quickly.

العوازل ومكان الفندق والنظام الأمني

لايوجد شطاف والغطاء حق السرير يحتاج نظافة اكثر لوجود بعض البقع عليه والمخاد يحتاج ان تكون افضل جوده

Location. Staff (Hilton Honours Hadeer and Fatma, as well as the housekeeping Mohamed and Yassine). They are all very professional and pleasant. The services in the hotel are outstanding and room service 24h.

Posizione centralissima, a poche centinaia di metri dal museo egizio di piazza Tahrir Colazione ottima e ovviamente splendida vista del Nilo e del museo egizio, dalla nostra camera al 16° piano

L'accesso pedonale all'hotel, dalle vie del centro, è disagevole a causa dell'enorme quantità di strade a rapido scorrimento che fronteggiano l'area privata dell'Hilton...il problema è l'attraversamento, che va fatto alla sperindio, perchè non ci sono semafori e bisogna augurarsi che gli automobilisti non siano distratti....

كنت مره مبسوط في الاقامه تعتبر اقامه ذهبيه وجميع الموظفين ممتازين ومتعاونين جدا وأخص بالذكر الاستاذه هدير والأستاذ إسماعيل وايه وأحمد كلهم كانوا جدا طيبين معانا ومهذبين وتساعدين بشكل كبير لايوصف وهذي الزياره ماحتكون آخر مره في دا الفندق صحيح كان لي الشرف في التعامل مع موظفي الأسبقيات الي ذكرتهم وشكرا لهم من القلب

لاشي كل شي تمام وعلى ذوقنا

لم يعجبني شيء كل خدمه يخدمونك فيها يدورون فيها فلوس والرائحة نتنه.

الفندق يحتوي عبارة عن دعارة استغلالية الله يعفو عنا وعن جميع ولا انصح العوائل بالإقامة في هذي الفنادق الوصخه.

I stayed at the Ramses Hilton Hotel & Casino for one night during a business trip to Cairo. My flight landed around 7:00 a.m., and I reached the hotel at approximately 8:00 a.m., which was quite early considering the standard check-in time of 3:00 p.m. However, I was extremely impressed by the exceptional hospitality and personal attention provided by Ms. Menna Hatem, Guest Relations Supervisor. She went out of her way to coordinate with the housekeeping team and arranged for a room to be prepared for me much earlier than the standard check-in time. To make the experience even better, I was given a room with a beautiful view of the Nile. Ms. Menna was also kind enough to offer me a late check-out the following afternoon, which I truly appreciated. Her thoughtful gesture gave me the opportunity to freshen up, change, and make the most of my Sunday after an early-morning arrival. This level of care and personalized service made a great impression on me. A special thanks to Ms. Menna Hatem for going the extra mile and making my stay so comfortable. **Highly recommended!**

Kahire'nin tam merkezinde yer alan bir otel. Odaları temiz ve bakımlı. 1823 nolu odamızda harika bir Kahire-Nil manzaramız vardı. Kahvaltı da güzel ve yeterliydi. Resepsiyondan Omneya hanıma ayrıca göstermiş olduğu yakın ilgi ve yardım sebebiyle teşekkür ediyoruz.

كانت إقامتي في الفندق رائعة، وأحب أشكر بشكل خاص الموظفة هدير على تعاملها الراقي والمميز. هدير كانت في قمة الاحترافية والذوق، بشوشة ومتعاونة جدًا، واهتمت بأدق التفاصيل وكانت دائمًا حريصة على أن تكون تجربتي مريحة ومميزة. بصراحة تعاملها كان استثنائيًا ويستحق كل الشكر والتقدير، وهي من أفضل الموظفين الذين تعاملت معهم في الفنادق. وأحب كذلك أشكر يحيى على تعامله الطيب وتعاونه، وكان جدًا محترم وخدوم. شكرًا لكم، وبالأخص هدير، على هذه التجربة الجميلة. بالتأكيد سأكرر الزيارة وأنصح بالفندق. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

الفندق أكتر من رائع نظيف السيد المحترم عمر فالاستقبال كان رجل شهم و علا طول مبتسم بشكرو و اشكر الجميع

Extremely busy hotel. Shoulder to shoulder in the lobby. Not much seating. Difficult to find table at breakfast during peak time. Fitness centre is very dated. Old equipment. Aircon wasn’t working.

I was extremely happy with my time at Ramses Hilton Hotel . Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and the housekeeping staff were all professional and always willing to help me with whatever I needed . Also the pool there was really delightful. . I also really enjoyed the room service and they went out of their way to procure whatever I needed. Also the included breakfast was absolutely delicious and the wait staff always helpful

The only thing I didn't like was the hotel was in the middle of a very busy street and I couldn't do my daily walk I usually did when on vacation. I had to use Uber any time I left the premises. Walking to the Nile the first time I tried was the last time I tried walking around.

Everything was perfect! The room, the food, the staff, facilities, all were perfect! Our reception personel Zeineb Mohammed was very kind and welcoming. She made us feel like we were home!

الموقع والمحلات بالطابق الارضي بنفس الفندق خلف المصاعد من بقاله كبيره ومحل قطن ومكاين ATM متعدده وفرع بنك . الاستقبال دايم مزدحم والموظفين 2 فقط سواء شيك ان او اوت تصف سرا . 6 مصاعد شغاله لذلك ماتطول بالانتظار المدير المناوب استاذ محمد قمه بالذوق والاحترام يستاهل الشكر على ماقام به .. الفندق قريب من ريتز كارلتون . سيارات اوبر من تطلبه اذا وصل ماينطر دقيقه ويلغي الحجز وياخذ زبون غيرك حجة المرور مايخليه ليش مايدخل الفندق طالما كاتب له بالرساله فندق رمسيس بقيمة الحجز هناك فنادق منافسه اخرى .. هدوء الممرات وعدم الازعاج

فيه مطاعم كثيره لكن ماتسوى محل القطن غالي ضعف ونص عن فروعه الاخرى خارج الفندق . الامن عند الباب مايخلي سيارتك تنتظر اجباري يطلعها برا سور الفندق واذا اعطاك كلمه بخليها بقدرة قادر يختفي ويطلع غيره يقول اللي كلمك مايلزمني وهكذا حتى موظف الشنط الترولي لو اكرمته مسبقا يغير نفسه ويجيبها موظف ثاني عشان كانك لم تعطي .. الاستقبال قديم لم يُجدد .. الغرف المجدده اسمها ديلوكس روم والقديمه مسماها غرفة الضيوف جيست روم .. الحذر ثم الحذر من عمل ترقيه لحجزك ببوكينق لان حصل لي بوكينق عرض علي ترقيه واخترت اطلالة نيل وتفاجات ان الفندق خفض حجزي داون قريد لغرفه قديمه على النيل بحجة الغرف الجديده حاليا لايوجد شي على النيل فكنسلت الحجز وحجزت حجز جديد غرفه مجدده ديلوكس على النيل .. الملحق اللي خلف الفندق مايسوى زيارته والمحلات فيه من دور 3 الى 6 وفاشل فقط في محل فوط زين .. الزحمه خارج الفندق والشحاتين واجد

A wonderful stay with exceptional staff and a great location The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly, and professional. A special thanks to Omnia, Hadeer, and Mohamed, who were incredibly positive, attentive, and went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and a lovely touch of authentic Egyptian flavors, which made it even more special. The location is very convenient, right in the heart of Cairo and close to Downtown, Talaat Harb, Zamalek, many tourist attractions, and the bus station for travelling to the North Coast. Having a 24-hour bank/currency exchange service was extremely useful. The supermarket was also excellent and had almost everything we needed, including Egyptian nuts, seeds, and traditional snacks that were perfect as gifts for family. It actually saved us the trouble of going to the market just to buy souvenirs and treats. The hair salon was also very good and convenient to have inside the hotel. Overall, the combination of the excellent location, facilities, authentic breakfast, and especially the warm hospitality of the staff made our stay very enjoyable

Hotel extremamente agradável, funcionários atenciosos, muitas opções de restaurantes dentro do próprio hotel. Vista para a cidade e Nilo incrível, camas confortáveis.

Por ser um hotel muito grande, há uma diversidade enorme de pessoas e muitos não respeitam as zonas de não fumantes, deparamos com muitas pessoas fumando dentro do hotel, mas não é culpa do hotel e sim de pessoas com falta de educação.

Şehrin merkezinde olması çok büyük bir artısı. Çalışanlar ilgili ve deneyimli. Otel biraz eskimiş ama odalar çok temiz.

Kahire de arabalar çok düdük çaldığından doğal bir ses kirliliği var ama otelin bunda bir suçu yok.
