Comfortable beds, nice location.

So many reasons to not stay here! I booked the room in advance for $300, the day of my booking the room price was actually $236, they refused to refund the difference or give me the lower cost. When we got to the room, the bathroom smelled like urine, and the bathtub was full of hair. I had to give my babies a bath, and the water would not drain, globs of hair were stuck in the drain. My booking said breakfast was included. However, their breakfast is à la cart and cost money. Including drip coffee. When I talked to the front desk, they gave me two $15 breakfast vouchers, however this did not cover much more than a bagel or muffin with drip coffee. I said there are four people in my party, and I asked if we could get four vouchers, but was denied. I got a muffin and a drip coffee, and it came to $12.50. She took my $15 voucher and refused to give me the $2.50 credit remaining. She said that balances were non-transferable even though I explained two of my family members still had not eaten. After already paying extra for the room, booking here because I needed breakfast included for my family, and very politely speaking to front desk staff I have decided this is likely the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. They do not care about customer service, nor are they family friendly.

We are 75. Mobile. However the shower did not have a grab bar. It was sketchy to get into shower.

The thermostat wasn’t working correctly in our room, which was frustrating because you can’t open windows and it was uncomfortable. Hair dryer didn’t work. And the lighting next to one of the beds was subpar for reading.

Loved that there was a place for meals throughout the day. Location was also ideal.

Parking prices are too high.

I never got my 50 refund

The hotel was described as a short walk to Autzen Stadium. This is inaccurate. The stadium is about 2 or more miles away that is not a short walk for someone with mobility issues. Our refrigerator was broken. They did replace this with a new refrigerator after 10:30 pm when I called. I have insulin that needed to be refrigerated. There was no hot tub. The toilet did not flush well. The AC did not work well. Everything was old. No free breakfast. Very limited times that the restaurant was open. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I have never paid this much for a hotel, and this was not luxury.

It's a great location

I was paying :$200 a night and staff wanted to charge me $22 extra for parking. Eugene isn't SEATTLE.

No breakfast. Coffee shop is located in the lobby, but they’re pretty expensive.

Flush handle on room 619 was loose and came Out - is a press fitting - one way fit Needs super glue and will be fixed for life

The hotel was very nice. Food was good. Valet parking was excellent. We were ther for a youth conference. The youth hung out with each other. There were no worries about the younger teens being by themselves with friends.

Valet was very helpful. Rooms are comfortable with plenty of space. Bar area was fun playing ping pong, darts and shuffle board.

Kind attentive staff, great customer service. Clean comfy rooms, although the bed was a little firm. On the morning of check out while having breakfast noticed valet bring my vehicle up so I didn’t have to call or wait while they retrieved my vehicle.

Love decor, great breakfast. Lots of history and tasty coffee. Amazing staycation.

If you have to drive up to a hotel, I hope you have Beau waiting for you. He was kind, welcoming, informative, not overbearing or too eager. Just kind and welcoming.

The location was great, we had a show to go to one block away and everything was within walking distance. It was very clean and quiet as well.

I didn't like that the bathroom fan didn't work, I was a bit worried about mold exposure due to this. I also didn't like how close the other rooms were to ours, although we were in a corner room we didn't get to pick the room or floor we reserved which was unfortunate.

I love the location, the amenities, the staff and the rooms. Plus, they have a great on-site restaurant.

They have super nice people working here. They are very well located. You can easily walk anywhere downtown and campus is only a mile away. There is a huge window in my room that allows me to look out at the beautiful green trees and the distance. On the negative side there is a rip in my couch, there are weird stains on the toilet that I'm not sure our permanent or whether it needs to be cleaned badly, there are almost no outlets that work with recent cords and adapters. For me the non-starter is there are no opening windows so you have the same air circulating inside all the time and your hair and skin get super dry because it's all weird circulating air with never any fresh air. Personally, I would stay at one of several other hotels in town before I would stay here again. Though I like it that people are nice and it is well located.

We were greeted by Charlie doing Valet. He took very good care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. He was super fast with getting our vehicle. The room came with a view. The beds are so comfy.

The location is perfect. We went to the Hult center for a performance. Close to great restaurants. It is a bit pricey, but you can't beat the location. The atmosphere is classy, fun , and eclectic. Clean rooms and comfy beds. . I have stayed here plenty of times and this was the first time we had to listen to a loud party going on, on the floor under us. And, There were kids running around the halls. Fortunately it stopped around 9:30. All in all... it's a lovely place to stay. The valet experience was wonderful!

Charlie our valet went above and beyond to help us get our forgotten dress shoes before the play. He also recommended all the places to eat around the hotel.

We came here to go see a show at the Hult Center so with the graduate being next-door it’s the perfect location. The atmosphere is fun and inviting. The rooms are nice and roomy and the value is great. We come back often.

The room was way bigger than expected! The views were nice. Walking distance to dining and coffee. We even hit up the farmers market a block away. Valet was very convenient. We ordered late night voodoo donuts that were delivered to the lobby within 15 mins. We’ve stayed at almost every hotel in Eugene and this is by far the best!!!

Visiting my daughter at Uo. Nice staff and clean hotel, but very weird vibes. Many times during my stay, supposed managers come over and start strange robotic conversations with me about my stay. The same manager would also be in the cafe openly berating the baristas about what they're doing wrong as there were guests sitting right behind them. As I said, I had nothing but great experiences with the staff, and it felt like she was trying to purposely embarrass them in front of the customers. Very weird, I tried to avoid being in the hotel as much as possible. I don't think it would come back here next time I visit Eugene.

Days before my business trip, I dislocated my knee, landing me on crutches and in a brace. I called The Graduaye regarding accommodations and they immediately made a plan for my stay to be simple and comfortable. From up front valet for my oversized truck, concierge service of my bags to/from my room, a quiet room away from the hustle and bustle of the conference, and the offer to come make ice runs for me if it was too difficult on crutches. They were lovely and really considerate of my unique situation. The hotel doesn't have the best sound dampening, so you can hear a lot room to room. However, when a room near me was carry on into the night, the hotel management promptly took care of the noise. Overall, I'm so grateful for The Graduates support, so I could still make my conference.

Valet attendants are always so friendly and quick. Literally the best valet service I’ve ever experienced.

I really am so happy with my stay. I am grateful for the kindness and amazing service. Everybody was dog friendly. Valet- maybe the best part. Although I did not use their service, they respectfully helped me figure out the parking garage and they were always there to help me and answer questions. I hope to stay here again.

What an intriguing vibe at Graduate in Eugene. I would only say the outlets in the rooms are hard to find, the pool should be “swim at your own risk” for early morning workouts, and minor drawback of sour coffee in the rooms. Staff were phenomenal. Bed was comfy. OSTC was well-oiled. Fare in the Trophy Room exceeded my expectations.

I want to lead this review talking about the fantastic staff. Unfailingly friendly, genuinely helpful, they knock it out of the park for this place. However, it pains me to say that the rest of the hotel is now running a losing race against Father Time's ravages. Our room, a Junior Suite, was dated and tired, giving off a strong "ski lodge" vibe. The shower and sink ran only hot water unless I ran the water for over 5 minutes...and then it only ran cold water unless I ran it 5 minutes again. The closet door is right in front of the bathroom and when it is folded open, it blocks access to the bathroom. The mattress was hard and a tad uncomfortable. And the frame that houses the box springs and mattress sticks out from the bed and posed a danger, as I repeatedly didn't see it and banged my leg on it. There was no chest of drawers, and the nightstands on either side of the bed didn't have drawers, but rather opened onto a shelving unit that was literally ridiculous to put clothing on. We were forced to leave our clothes in our luggage. The "workout facility" simply was a huge fail. There were only 2 bikes, EACH ONE an upright bike...no recumbent bike for anyone who has arthritis but still wanted a workout. The 2 bikes were ridiculously spindly and teetery, and one even had its saddle tweaked so the nose pointed up at about a 60 degree angle...this could only be adjusted with tools. The door to our room had several loose screws The lighting was poor and tawdry in nature. The artwork was mediocre wall decor, not art. In short, this place was a bit like a nice dorm room. It's a great place for a conference...but for lodging, I would recommend one of the nicer places nearby.

The staff at the Graduate is fabulous. The valet was so kind when I brought my grandson who was having surgery. Helped with our bags and everything.

I've been to this location over 10 times. Every time I've been here I've always been greeted as soon as I come thru the door and they always make sure to hold the doors open for us and be extremely respectful.

Great hotel, great valet parking. They are quick in getting your car and easy to communicate via text. Everyone is so nice here. And the hotel is so fun looking and comfortable. With a nice restaurant and good food options that are not expensive.

Great c location for visiting our son at UO. Great vibe n character when talking and greeting the greeters. Nice size and spacious. It was well worth the value to stay at the Graduate. It was well maintened and clean. Could hear doors shutting n guests talking in the hall, overall its expected and we enjoyed the privacy. All you need now is a microwave, the mini fridge was great, breafast n the gym very nice.

The valet service is fantastic at the graduate in Eugene. They are very friendly, and they are very prompt in getting your car.

Stay at the Graduate pretty often and I love it every time. Great rooms, great staff, great restaurants, and really great location.

Here for hockey camp. Clean room and unique. Lamp made out of an old waffle iron is pretty cool. Quiet rooms and the parking garage access is easy to get in and out of.

Amazing service. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, especially the valets. Hotel is in a nice central location, easy to walk to shopping and restaurants.

We came for a show at the Hult Theater, not knowing it was right next door which made it so convenient to park & walk right over. The rooms were so eclectic yet clean. Even though there was a riot from protesting a block away, we felt safe the whole time. The valet was very quick & friendly.

Great location good parking definitely will stay here again. The rooms are beautifully decorated! The lady messed up my drink downstairs but she fixed it asap, good service. Friendly door man I see him going places.

Staff is super friendly and outgoing. This hotel has really good valet team that is fast and friend. The rooms are so comfy and have such a unique design. 100% would recomend.

It's got a cool "GO DUCKS" vibe, a Sports Bar Hotel. Your room cards are student ID cards. It has a Top Golf Suite as part of the hotel activities. Bar and food are great. Location is great for downtown walking to attractions, and Eugene is a clean, safe town. Keep in mind it's all about the University of Oregon.

It's just too much 70s. No room services. Water pressure was way too low. (Probably an eco thing) The temperature in the common areas was freezing Mr. Bigglesworth! Everyone on staff was dressed like it was a ski lodge. Turn up the dang heat in there. Dang!

the cleaning ness of the room There was hair in the shower on the wall, there was sticky stuff on the light switch in the bathroom and when my husband opened the door to the refrigerator there was someone else's food left in there, Maids should always check that stuff, i felt the room was dirty after that , very uncomfortable feeling
