Tony who checked us In was excellent. The concierge lounge was awesome. Comfortable beds. Generous supply of bathroom towels.

Air conditioning in the room didn’t seem to cool the space well enough.

Super close to the airport, central location. Very easy to get around town. The room were nice,clean and very quiet. The food was great at the daily grill. We had both breakfast and dinner and both were delicious. There is also a shuttle that takes you to the airport so that was a nice touch. They do shuttles to universal studios but it does get full fast.

We used to love eating at the bar and grill at the daily grille but staffing needs to be addressed. You had a convention or something going on not enough staff to help with drink or dinner orders. Staff did the best they could but you can see they were not happy either with staffing shortage.

It was an okay stay. Easy to find parking.

I was not offered water like the person before me.I had to ask. My room was not cleaned everyday. The room was old looking needs Upgrade. Ac made some noises after awhile. Toilet did not flush well. I just expected more for the price.

They made good use of the space for outdoor seating. Ashley at the front desk was wonderful! So helpful and kind. And it is in walking distance from the Burbank airport. Easy walk. (They also have a shuttle.) Also, great AC.

The room was smaller than expected but comfortable. The coffee bar needs to stay open longer! The outlets didn’t all work.

This stay was a complete nightmare and SHOCKING for the price, which I would expect would get you at least a basic level of peace, quiet, and cleanliness. The place was absolutely filthy first of all, run down and the carpets are disgusting. But the main issue is the noise level and vibrations from the old, outdated generators and AC units. The entire hotel is VIBRATING to the point that your room literally shakes like you are in a club. We kept trying to move rooms to get away from it and it turns out it's just the entire hotel that they feel is acceptable to have deep pulsing vibrations all through the night and then blasting bass if you dare to turn your AC unit on. It felt like I was trying to sleep in a washing machine or a freight train. Genuinely unbelievable experience. We were both in tears. To their credit the hotel staff were generally nice and accommodating. We just felt like it was a horrible value overall, it looked and sounded like a $70 motel with sub par, overpriced food. Would certainly not listen to any of the reviews talking about soundproofing or quiet, it was literally the loudest hotel I've ever stayed in

I immediately engaged by phone, provided full confirmation details, and clarified that the guests were my immediate family, as noted in the reservation. I have stayed here several times. I like staying in the Tower and it was very nice Room with the pool in the airport. It was large it was clean. The bed is comfortable and the bath towels are light but nice and large.

The front desk could not find reservation booked through you. Even though we all had email confirmations right there on our phone, it was as if they have nothing to do with you. It took 20 minutes at 9 at night as I was checking son in for his vacation.

All locations, disavow you whenever there is an issue and put the blame on you.

The staff was so unhelpful, distracted, and told me they had no electric vehicle charging stations, although I ended up seeing some once I parked elsewhere.

It’s very outdated and not cleaned although they apparently have cleaning staff.

The AC Compressor was so loud I couldn’t sleep. Had the technician look at it at 11pm and he just said. ‘That’s the compressor doing its job” I asked to be moved and wasn’t offered the opportunity.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and nice! Every staff person I had contact with from the front desk to the restaurant were so friendly and eager to help. I had been given a room key to an occupied room and the staff, as well as the front desk manager, Martin, were extremely apologetic and accommodating in getting it straightened out. Martin was very customer service oriented around the mixup and went to great lengths to make sure I was a happy guest, even though I wasn’t upset about the mixup. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and I would stay there again. The bed was comfortable, room was very clean and the place had a great outdoor restaurant and bar area.

The room was a little stuffy but other than that it was good and I would recommend.

Next to a hotel convention center. Noisy, rooms next doors very noisy, door slams, my rest wasnt well. Would not stay here again. Noce place but not with alot going on around. And parking 30 dollars. Nope. Thats a first for me.

Room 522. Elevator noise sometimes, undersea sounds in the bathroom constantly, as though you were on the submarine ride at a theme park. Baseboard tiles in the bathroom were sharp, sloppy, and unfinished. The art in the room was out of focus and low quality, with the same out of focus Graumans Chinese Theater art in the bathroom and hotel room. The curtains do not fully cover the windows, and the room is bright no matter the curtains position. Concrete sidewalks outside were chipped and cracking, and the restaurant and starbucks are rarely open or staffed when you need them. For this kind of rack rate you could stay in a nice suite at the palazzo or wynn in vegas, where this is just a brlow average small hotel room.

I consider Burbank Marriott to be a good value. Level of service is always, in my experience, been top notch. Since my last visit a new amenity has been added. Free use of a bicycle! My 19 y.o. kid really enjoyed pedaling around the neighborhood, and opted for that instead of a dip in one of the two pools on the Burbank property. Rates vary acc. to availability, so I always check the rate at Burbank Marriott first, if it's in my price range I book there by preference.

I like that the hotel is next to the Burbank Airport. Very quiet considering you’re right across the street. Eatery places across the street walking distance. Easy access to the freeway.

On Friday when I checked in I noticed on my Chase app that the hotel changed me for the room again. I was well aware that I would be charged for parking and a security deposit, but I didn't expect to be charged for the room a second time. I went down to the front desk to explain that last month on August 21st I had already paid for the room with my credit card ahead of time so I wouldn't have to worry about paying it that weekend. I don't know if this was a mistake on Booking.com themselves for not informing the property that I already made the payment last month, but I'm hoping I received a refund for the second transaction the property charged me with.

Quiet property with a nice bar, restaurant and pool area. Some of the furnishings in the lobby and throughout the hotel are a little worn but overall it was a nice stay. The hotel does need to keep quarters in stock because I was unable to do my laundry.

My arrival was one of the most difficult and disappointing experiences I have ever had in all the years I’ve stayed at Marriott hotels. The moment I checked in, the employee assisting me told me I had booked the wrong hotel. That single comment caused my sugar level to spike so badly that I now need to see a doctor, as I have not been able to stabilize it since. I was truly frightened—after such an early flight, all I wanted was to cross the street and get some rest, not face unnecessary stress. Instead, I was left with a severe headache and a terrible feeling. Honestly, I didn’t even want to stay in that hotel anymore. If it were possible, I would absolutely demand a refund. What I went through was no minor inconvenience; it was a cruel and careless joke at my expense. Truly unacceptable.

This was perfect for our short stay. Great location. We were able to just walk from the Burbank airport. Super nice staff, great customer service! Nice dining options. The only thing I'd add is that, while the room was nice and clean, it could use some updating.
