Very clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful

The air was not working in our room. Even after the maintenance crew worked on it. The room never cooled down to a comfortable temperature

THE STAFF!! From the informative valet to Tolkyn at the check-in who went above to make the stay fun memorable. We had the chance to run into Kearry who walked us around the property cause it was pouring out and he was committed to doing their best to keep us dry. The bartenders and the house keeping. It was lovely to be around a team that was engaged and care to me the experience a lovely experience. Oh and the obvious concierge she was just there that I didn’t seek out they seek us out to make sure that we knew what we were doing and where we’re going.

$75 PER night parking !! Blocking off main area around Restaurant, mini store around 10 every night to clean floors. It’s still too busy at that time & the bathrooms are in this area. Wait at least until restaurant closes - more around midnight when foot traffic is low

It was perfect location for our short walk to music concert at Mercedes Benz Stadium. Great Smash Burger & drinks at Top Draft Sports Lounge rooftop bar. Very comfortable bed, beautiful view of Centennial Park, awesome customer service everywhere!

Staff was great. Unfortunately downtown Atlanta has a homeless issue. I stayed at the Omni due to the fact that I wanted to be in walking distance to Mercedes Benz Stadium.

Food was not good. Not many good restaurants in the area.

That at the end of the concert we had to walk outside and around to get back into hotel! Instead of asking people for their room key and having the gate open we had to walk outside and around! What was the point of staying there and we could not get back into hotel the same way!

I had a very nice stay at this hotel. One of the main reasons I chose this location was because of its convenience and proximity to State Farm Arena. The hotel itself was extremely clean, modern, and up to date. It definitely had the look and feel of a luxury hotel. I also appreciated how well secured the property was, and I felt safe and comfortable throughout my entire stay.

I chose to stay at this hotel because of its convenient proximity and direct access to State Farm Arena. While I really appreciated this amenity, I was disappointed with the process of returning to the hotel after the event. As a registered hotel guest, I feel we should be able to return to the hotel through the inside of the building the same way we accessed State Farm Arena. It was inconvenient to be told that, even as hotel guests, we had to go outside and walk all the way around to the front entrance just to get back to our room. I believe the hotel should consider putting a system in place that allows guests to show proof of their room key or use a key-card scanner to re-enter the hotel through that area. This would make the experience much more convenient while still maintaining security. Overall, I still consider the direct access and proximity to State Farm Arena to be a great asset and amenity of the hotel. Improving the return access for hotel guests would make the experience even better, especially for those specifically choosing this hotel because of its connection to the arena.

Great location for attending a World Cup Match at the Atlanta Stadium. 5 minute walk. Clean, comfortable, spacious room. Great service and friendly staff.

This location is amazing if you're attending the any event at the State Farm Arena. The only place we'll stay if we'll be there. Really clean facilities and comfortable beds.

Indoor balconies are basically useless imo, would have rather had the space in the room. There also were not really enough elevators for the size of this hotel. The wait was long on a regular day and I swear we waited 15-20 minutes the morning of check out.

The location was fabulous for going to a concert at the arena.

Someone knocked on our door at 8:30 am. Then left before I could open it. Then a few minutes later a very loud long repetitive message about an emergency lifted was blasted over the intercom. When asked I was told it was just a test. That was a horrible way to wake up after a late concert. Especially being brushed off as no big deal from such a highly rated hotel.

It seems a little old, a little stale like it needs a little spruce up. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest.

It was in the center of everything we wanted to do. Did not have to drive at all and the walks were extremely short! And the food available on the property was good.

Valet is $70 a night. We paid it but still.

Clean and well organized. Everyone was very helpful. I loved the ease of getting to the stadium through the foot court.

The hotel’s location was perfect—just a short walk from the stadium, which made everything so convenient. Overall, everything was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our stay. The only thing that surprised me was that this was the first hotel I’ve ever stayed at that charged for the internet in the room. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

I cannot say enough about this property and the staff. Myself and friends felt beyond accommodated. Everyone greeted us with smiles and were beyond helpful directing us to the concert we attended, which was practically attached! I will come here again and again!! Thank you Omni staff for being the shining stars you are!! I had one issue that came up with cleaning the room, and they handled everything with grace and compassion.

There's a need for towel hangers in bathroom! There is one behind the bathroom door, but it's a knob, so the towel falls off each time someone opens or closes the door. Parking, at 70 dollars a day, is too expensive.

Location is fantastic, pretty much right in the middle of the city & a 5 minute walk from the stadium Room was excellent, very clean & comfortable, with working AC & the bathroom was very nice - I asked for a room on a higher floor & had a great view of the park, which had became the fan park during the World Cup Great Sports bar in the lobby area & very helpful friendly staff

Check-in took a while, they could have done with more staff to help with the crowd Can be a bit tricky to find the hotel initially, needs better signage outside

The staff and especially management are incompetent. They claimed they were unaware of an event right in front of the hotel(impossible to not know) which caused guests to not be able to park or even get to the hotel via car. They told everyone to park over a quarter mile away from the hotel and walk in the pouring rain. You also had to pay to park all the way down the road

The FIFA World Cup event was held next door and all the roads were blocked by police and you could not valet park and had to search for parking. Repetitive calls to the hotel to try and problem solve were met with a that is a you problem not our problem attitude. It was not till 4 hours after the multiple calls did the hotel post anything about the issue and basically washed their hands saying it was not in their control. Someone must have known of the event and no forethought or proactive measures were taken. This could not have been the first time an event affected the hotel. The hotel itself was great but driving in circulars for an hour was awful and tainted the trip. All the guests were talking about the impact it had on their plans for the evening. In the future the hotel higher ups need to develop a plan and relationship with the police department and come up with solutions versus stranding their guests.
