The property was very clean and accommodating. Staff was really good.

The room was larger than most with an extra seating area. Shower was nice and hot, beds were comfortable. Breakfast on Sunday morning was delicious. Plenty of options.

For the size of the hotel the pool was pretty small but a nice option none the less. The parking fee per night of $60 is extremely high I hope they reduce that if you were staying multiple nights. They need to have affordable parking options.

The refrigerator didn’t work after it was replaced, the tv was simply horrible, please upgrade TVs in rooms, the rate for valet is insane, inside lounge closed early. Also ice machine on 5th floor held water at bottom of machine and needs more lighting in are, looks creepy.

Everything was amazing besides the AC not working appropriately. We made three different stops down to the front desk to mention this issue and it was never fixed. I am not sure if they sent staff to come look and address the issue but we were never asked to move rooms or even accommodated further than the initial acknowledgement of our issue. It’s far too hot in Georgia to not have a completely functioning AC unit.

Price of the room and also the $60 fee to park for guests staying in the Hotel. Mildew in the shower stall that could be easily cleaned with Clorox or another cleaner. Dirty spots or stains on the carpets, furniture and sofa pillows.

- Jedna pani z obsługi niezbyt przyjazna. - Drogi parking - zdecydowałem się na wykupienie innego parkingu za dużo niższą cenę niedaleko hotelu. - Niestety w trakcie naszego pobytu w hotelu przebywała jakaś pani dziećmi - głośne zachowanie pod hotelem, palenie haszyszu/marihuany; brak reakcji obsługi hotelowej. Na kartce, ktora dostaje sie przy zameldowaniu, są np. info o dresscodzie: jesli dobrze pamiętam, proszono o niechodzenie w klapkach (?!) - jest gorąco i są wczasy, jest to niezrozumiałe. Na miejscu zarządcy bardziej dopilnowalbym tego, zeby po hotelu nie chodzili goście pod wpływem narkotyków i nie zachowywali się głośno przed wejściem (na nas zrobiło to fatalne wrażenie), a nie czy ktoś na wyjeździe w grubo ponad 30 stopniach Celsjusza chodzi w klapkach.

I was charged $1500 for 5 nights and everyone else I talked to which were about 12 different people said they only paid $700 for 5 nights.

Our stay was great. The location was fantastic! We walked to the aquarium in a minute.

Location was great to the aquarium and walking distance to restraunts! However, the room was absolutely atrocious for the price we paid. There was a used contact on the bathroom floor, the toilet was not clean and the bathroom smelled like pee, there was hair all over the place. The shower was somewhat clean- the most clean area of the whole room minus the hair. We put towels on the bathroom floor just to walk on the floor, it was so gross. The main light above the sofa did not work. The pull out sofa bed was painful to sleep on, every bar could be felt through the mattress. The only positive thing that I have to say about our stay is the girl at the front when checking in was very nice and the beds were clean and actually very comfortable! The breakfast was basically non existent. It wasn't because it was busy- they just did not have a good breakfast. It consisted of bread, peanut butter, jelly, butter, syrup, very stale waffles that had no flavor and felt like cardboard. There were eggs that looked like foam. The grits were cold and stale. The apple juice was good! Overall, I would not stay here again! Especially for the price that we paid. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but checked out at 9:30 AM the next morning after staying 1 night. If we could've found another hotel with availability then we would not have stayed at all. Again, the staff at the front was very nice and the beds were clean and comfortable but that's about it! Parking cost is OUTRAGEOUS at 60 a day! Parking valet guys were extremely nice!

This is a great location. We walked out the door of the hotel and across the street to the aquarium. So many places to dine within walking distance. Security in the hotel made us feel very safe.

Location is perfect, right across from the Georgia Aquarium. Excellent and friendly service. Room was clean and comfortable. Noise level is a little high but is understandable since you are in downtown Altana. Pool is ok. The restaurant is not a formal restaurant. You order the food at the front desk, and they bring it to you. You may take it to your room, or you can sit at the tables in front of the bar.

Sometimes in life, you get what you pay for, and this was certainly the case for our family's stay at the Hyatt. We were close to all the attractions we wanted to experience in our day there - the World of Coca-Cola, SkyLine Atlanta Ferris wheel, and the big destination, directly across the street, the Georgia Aquarium. Parking IS pricey but, again, it's a convenient setup. We were able to access our vehicle (tip your porters!) to put in some purchases we made the night of our stay, and were able to be there until 3:00 without an additional charge. Six hours was enough for us to enjoy most of what the Aquarium had to offer, including the sea lion show, dolphin show, and the 30- minute behind-the-scenes tour.

Stayed here for a World Cup game in mid June. It is very conveniently located to many of the downtown areas and right next to the aquarium. Short walk to the stadium as well. Condition of the hotel was as expected for a high use hotel they are keeping it very clean. Breakfast is the standard you get at all Hyatt Places. We had a room on the 10 floor with a very nice view. I would stay here again if was going to a game. We are Hyatt Globalist staying on points so parking was included.

It was right across from the aquarium and near many other attractions and restaurants. Very clean property.

The only issue was the pillows were uncomfortable and the parking wasn’t available on site. We had to go over to the Hilton garage. Luckily it wasn’t far.

Overall, our stay was just okay. The room was much smaller than we expected, which was disappointing. One of the biggest frustrations was the parking situation. The required valet parking costs $60 per night, and that wasn’t clearly advertised when we booked. What made us even more uncomfortable were the multiple warnings stating that the hotel is not responsible for any damage to or theft from vehicles. Since valet parking was mandatory, those notices didn’t inspire much confidence. We ended up paying to park at the Georgia Aquarium during our visit instead because we felt more comfortable leaving our vehicle there, even though we specifically chose this hotel for its close proximity to the aquarium.

The breakfast was very disappointing. The room is standard but small things are missing, like no water at all available (free or with charge), no plastic bag for laundry, etc. Also don’t pay for a high floor view. It is not worth it. WiFi was not working. We could get connected but no images were downloading on the screen. Absolutely not what you can expect from a Hyatt hotel.

The hotel offers a clean environment with modern room and lobby decor. We spent two nights there with our two young children. The staff was friendly, and the location in downtown made it accessible. Traffic was manageable for our arrival. However, we found a couple of downsides: the complimentary breakfast was not very satisfying, and there were no convenience stores or grocery options nearby. On a positive note, the hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants.

Prepare for reheated breakfasts, eggo waffles, and an unavailable bar and restaurant. Awful experience. Not what you would expect from a four star hotel.

The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms are great, but the bath towels had a very strong smell of being stored for a long time.

1 - The night employee of the bar can’t fulfill my request to buy an espresso, because he said that the night only sells alcoholic beverages, even with the machine running in front of me. THAT WAS TERRIBLE, NOT BEING ABLE TO BUY A COFFEE AT THE HOTEL. 2 - The towels were not dirty, but the smell of chemicals or stored for a long time was very strong, to the point of leaving the smell on my body again).

Right next to the aquarium and World of Coca Cola, which was very convenient. Unfortunately we got caught up in World Cup events and traffic and rods to hotel were closed. Some services weren’t available when we stayed. Breakfast was so-so.
