Le petit déjeuner était très bien, les produits proposés étaient variés et bons. À notre arrivée, nous avons pu nous stationner sans problème, ce qui est un vrai plus.

The best was a sleep number bed. It was quite.

The staff wasn't friendly, the hot tub has been broken for over a year, the room carpet was dirty with multiple stains, the bathroom needs a lot of work, chipped paint, dark grout stained ceiling above the shower head, Breakfast was sad. Bar and restaurant was closed for the weekend.

The breakfast was nice, even though my buddy did not arrive early enough to get a cheese omelet. The TV, as in most hotels, didn't have the network stations I like to watch, although I didn't spend the time to look at evey one. I recall that there was no radio, so public radio listening was out, except in my defective earbuds. The lobby decor, carpets, and such were beautiful.

No radio in our room. The cheese omelets didn't last until 8;30 (as I recall the time). No locatable network television stations. Parking was a long, confusing walk, although property size limits such conveniece; more signage could make finding our car easier.

Our room window faces a wall and you can’t see anything. The breakfast food wasn’t the best, and Room 315 needs the door repaired. If you don’t slam the door behind you, it won’t close all the way, and anyone can enter while you’re out

Pool was not heated, jet tub in the hotel room extremely small, pool was inoperable…. Also, tub & sink drain were both clogged.

It’s such a beautiful hotel. It’s in a great location and the staff were wonderful. It was so comfy and I slept great. The breakfast was nice as well

I WAS SO GRATEFUL FOR THE FRONT DESK CLERK TO SWITCH ROOMS...THE 1ST ROOM HAD LIKE A MILDEW ODOR OR A SMELL OF SOME SORT BUT I WAS A HAPPY CAMPER WITH THE 2ND ROOM KIDDOS TO MAKING A CUSTOMER HAPPY ...... ALSO THE POOL WAS COLD BUT THATS OK THE BEST PART I HAD IT ALL TO MYSELF AND HOW I ENJOYED IT

We stayed in room 215. The bathroom stinked, same weird bad smell filled in the whole room once AC was turned on. Also, kept hearing loud thumping noises from above till late night. I have stayed with the domain on previous occasions and it was good, but this time was really bad.

The pool area was nice; the room was fairly clean.

I couldn’t use the tub to take a bath, it was not adequately cleaned and resurfacing material on tub was peeling up. Morning breakfast ran out of utensils, bowls, fruit, coffee cups and hot water - there was no staff attending two of the three breakfasts I used. Asking for help from front desk was dismissed. We tried to order dinner Saturday night from the restaurant, but the kitchen closed over an hour early so we had to leave to find dinner close to 9:00. The bartender, Daniel was very helpful, although. I still haven’t seen my $150 deposit that was supposed to be immediately refunded (it’s been almost a week).

Grand hotel très agréable Chambre bien équipé et propre. Calme malgré la grandeur de l'hotel et le nombre de chambre. Piscine propre et espace détente sympa. Petit dej compris. Attention il y a du monde le matin. Restaurants et commerces à proximité à pied ou en voiture.

Pas un point négatif mais une information. Pas de machine à laver et seche linge à disposition.

El resto de hoteles de mi estancia en California no tuvieron ningún problema en dármela e hice todas las reservas por el mismo medio. Booking. This is a nice hotel in a good location. The breakfast is absolutely outstanding. It is more like a breakfast in a European hotel, with a huge choice of entries, including vegetables. It's one of the best breakfasts I have ever seen in a hotel in the USA, and I stayed in hundreds of hotels here.

The hotel’s breakfast was good by American standards. The Wi-Fi and cleanliness were also very good. In addition, even though we arrived early, they allowed us to check in before the official check-in time, which we really appreciated. Thank you!

Noisy and ineffective air conditioner.

Th Open Buffet Breakfast is very satisfied If we compare American Hotel standards. The Room size is enough. Parking lot is a plus. Shampoo, Hair Cream and Shower gel was very quality stuff.

The Pool seems not clean enough Although I did swim as well. The water pressure was low in the rooms. There is mis-comminication between night shift and Morning shift of front desk team. Every night ı asked front desk to wake me up (wake up call) and they never called :):) The Rates were so high but I think due to World Cup demand. Otherwise It is obvious that It is not 300 USD / Per night hotel.

The main issue was the lack of follow-up from the hotel staff. The bathroom and bathtub in my room were leaking throughout my stay, and I reported the issue to the front desk three separate times. Each time I was told someone would come to inspect or fix it, but no one ever did. I also had an issue with breakfast service. On one morning, I went down at around 6:15 a.m., after the stated breakfast start time of 6:00 a.m., but I was told breakfast would not be available until 7:00 a.m. This was frustrating, especially with a tight schedule. What made the experience more disappointing is that I had stayed at this hotel before and had a very positive experience. This time, however, the service felt much less responsive and the overall standard was not what I expected. The hotel may be convenient in terms of location, but based on this stay, the lack of maintenance follow-up and poor communication made the experience disappointing.

The overall ambiance and decor were pleasant. The breakfast had a variety of options. The pool was refreshing and relaxing. Staff were helpful in switching our room to a room with more comfortable beds.

Sleep number beds were uncomfortable at all numbers. They seemed worn down and didn't adjust properly. The toilet in the 1st room ran constantly, the slide lock on the door in the 2nd room was broken, and multiple facilities appeared to be in need of repair.

The air conditioning worked well

The inside rooms stay light all night. They have a roll down blind that is hidden behind the wooden blinds but they are not even close to blackout. And they do not tell you this when they assign rooms. Also, they have sleep number beds. Not comfortable for me. Some people like them.

Wir waren von den durchgehend freundlichen Menschen an der Rezeption begeistert, die Kommunikation war sehr angenehm, sehr hilfreich, schöner Pool, gute Lage, ruhiges Zimmer; schade, dass es so weit weg ist, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Good location, friendly staff, hotel is clean

They clearly is short of resources, sometimes no one comes to clean the room especially during weekend, breakfast foods not restock and ends up people are waiting (milk, eggs, even utensils).

This is a very old Hotel repainted to look better but cosmetically falls short. Walls and baseboards are scratched and skuffed. Pool is old,⁷ pool area looks like a neglected space they added nice furniture to. , concrete floor, ZERO SHADE FOR THE LOUNGE BEDS. Pool is not heated as claimed. No food service by the pool. The view sitting around the pool is gross Looks like a hotel that could be on the verge of closing.

Cheap! Decent beds. Good bar. Breakfast was decent when they finally served it (15 mins late and they left a cold pot of coffee out)

Room smelled like feet. Street facing rooms were a little noisy. Black out curtains didn’t cover the whole window. Room furniture was damaged some outlets didn’t work.

The hotel refused to issue an invoice for my 6 day stay!! This is unacceptable.

The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. There was stray hair on the bathroom walls, and hair styling tools were left out on the chairs. While the bed appeared clean, the shower was quite cold, even after we turned it to the maximum temperature setting

Shower and bathtub were having some issue like; loose fittings and need to keep the valve open for 20 seconds to get the hot water. also, toilet sink was using more water for each time flush and not cleaning in first flush.

I really do like this hotel- shout out to Ken that was super personable and helped my fix a reservation I screwed up- HOWEVER- they do have a hot water problem- I have to run the water for almost an hour- I encountered a corp traveler referring to his contract and he was also complaining to the front desk guy this morning at 9:20 am- Sunday the 26- this guy ruins stays! Claimed he was just a front desk supervisor and telling the hotels “client” to call back tomorrow to lodge his complaint -these are employees the ruin good businesses! Thanks Ken- screw yiu front desk guy that doesn’t care!

Bestes Hotel unserer Rundreise! Tolle Zimmer, tolle Betten. Super Frühstück, ohne Einwegbesteck und Einweggeschirr! Bei einer Buchung über booking.com kostet der Parkplatz 12$. Muss man kurz rechnen was günstiger ist. ;-) Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, sieht aber sehr schön aus! Personal war freundlich und Hilfsbereit.

I adk for my room to be cleaned every day they never cleaned in Wednesday before I left i wad out allday they didn't clean my room I called down stairs and I was told oh we must of forget we had to leave the room for what we thought was going to be cleaned and our dinner was now cold because we had to wait they didn't replace any clean wash clothes and didn't put on fresh laundry dint clean the shower Also you charged me for two gueen bed suite and it was two full size beds for the price you guys suck will never stay there again not even for free nasty unsanitary

My husband and I stayed here with our two kids and we chose the property based on location, reviews, pool, and the included breakfast. The breakfast was perfect for our family each morning and allowed us to get out the door at a reasonable time with little ones without the fuss of figuring out what to feed them.

The room and hotel are clearly old and I was disappointed with our room. The carpet was stained and dirty, the bathroom was not cleaned well(I actually attempted to clean it myself after we arrived so my kids could have a clean bathroom) and the tub shower was old, damaged, and filled with water as we showered. House keeping came one of the days (we opted for every other day and then declined the second time they were scheduled to come) and the only thing I could tell that they did was make the beds. They didn’t refill conditioner in shower that was empty, the didn’t replace tissues in the bathroom, they didn’t give us more toilet paper. I had to call down to the front desk for these things after the fact. We declined having them come a second time because it seemed like a waste of time. We checked out the pool, but immediately decided no because it looked old and dirty. Everyone was nice and I have no complaints about the kindness of the staff, but the hotel and our room were old, dirty, and in need of repairs.

I just hosted another trade show at the Domain Hotel. The staff was very friendly and when I needed some support they were very flexible. They helped make my event go smoothly. The event space is next to the elevators so access was easy whether you came from a guest room or the parking garage. My guest room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of amenities as well. I'm a big fan of the lobby cantina menu. Tasty food and the presentation is eye catching.
