Everything was very clean and well kept. It was a very bright place with colorful decor so it naturally made it uplifting. The breakfast was pretty good for a complementary one, and the pool area was nice as well. It was located near lots of Indian food restaurants that were walking distance away and were delicious!

Walls were kind of thin so we could hear every time someone was in the hallway or above our room. Wasn’t too bad though

They just implemented a $12 parking fee. They waived it for me this time. Booking.com needs to mention it in its comments about this Hotel.

It was a cute set up. The lobby was nice, the pool looked nice and we liked the outside hallways and the colors different

The beds were full size not to fit two people in each bed. We had major ant problem in our room

It was like a maze and finding our room was a bit of a pain but once we did it was smooth from there out

The room smelled like mold. The staff was not attentive to my concerns regarding my room. I explained to them that I have Health issues and cannot be in a room, smelling like mold. Very old facility, but still charging expensive rates. I paid the same as I would pay for a Marriott, but the quality is like a motel six. Took a long time to receive my refund from the facility. They didn’t want to approve my refund because I didn’t complete my stay. I left right after check in due to the quality of the rooms shown to me.

Needs a good cleaning, pressure wash outside, walls concrete and doors.

Very musty smell and when entering room very musty and mold in corner ceiling in shower. Definitely not of Hyatt quality was being presented.

Morgenmaden var ok for en amerikansk morgenmad, men ikke så varieret for langt ophold. Mærkeligt med ingen rengøring i weekenden. Lidt langt fra stationen, hvis man ikke har bil.

Very nice hotel. We loved the play room, made it very convenient and fun for our child. We love how colorful the hotel is. The front fest staff was always so nice, very pleasant to talk to.

Our tub took forever to drain. I think it’s needs to get cleaned for faster draining.

Both the tv and telephone were not functioning correctly. The staff could not fix them

The vibe was so much fun. My kids loved the pool and game room. Everyone was so kind and the hotel is nice once you get in the grounds.

The outside could use a little TLC but other than that it was all good.

Great standard breakfast. Staff is friendly. The alcohol drinks are fairly priced. I recommend for the affordability and amenities.

The rooms need some maintenance . Phone didn’t work. Some gaps between wall and carpets. Carpet needs shampooing .

I love the hotel and the pool, but the staff at the breakfast are incredibly lousy. Either fire them or train them properly. Each time I go there, all the trays are empty, there wasn’t even forks. I went there 3 times at different times in the morning and it’s always the same story. I left without being able to get any food. It’s completely innacceptable! I’ve never experience this at any hotel.

Really disappointed in my June stay. The pillows are HORRIBLE and when I enquired at front desk to have down/feather pillows, I was told that was not possible. As to the kitchen, waste of space inasmuch as there was not a lick of silverware/plates/bottle opener. Absolutely nothing. Again, I enquired at front desk thinking maybe the suite I was in just got overlooked as to supplying these items, but was told nope - none of the suites had anything at all in the kitchen. B'fast was what you'd expect from a Hampton Inn-type establshment or some such, but the fact the only cream for coffee was that fake stuff was seriously disappointing. Fortunately the 2% milk for cereal sufficed. Also, realizing I am old school, but what the heck? No pen/notepad in room. Arghhh. And last, the toiletries stink to high heaven and for someone sensitive to odors, I was unable to use any of them, inluding the bar soap. The upside? Pool and hot tub are sublime. I have been staying at Wild Palms for 10 + years. I am really saddened that it seems this establishment has fallen off Hyatt's radar as far as customer service and amenities. Very sadly, I will be looking elsewhere for accomodations in the Silicon Valley when I next travel.

Such a hidden gem! Walk through the door and step back into a vintage oasis with all the modern amenities. Rooms were clean and the pool area offered a wonderful place to unwind. Breakfast was delicious and staff was superb!

We had excellent customer service at this hotel. We needed to move in the middle of the night and Janell was on duty to help us document and move from one Hyatt property that had an issue- so Janell was able to make the 2am transfer smoothly. We got all the wonderful perks that Globalists get. The hotel was sold out due to the World Cup but Janell’s positive attitude and care made up for any cares about room upgrades etc. Sold out is Sold out. This property is a hidden Jewel. Heated pool, hot tub and ambiance that is a throw back to a summer palms spring vibe yet situated in the heart of Cupertino, close access to everything. If you are looking for a special occasion or a weekend at a pool I highly recommend Wild Palms in Sunnyvale. Lots of bang for your buck! I will definitely be looking to book here again in the summer!

This is a remodeled motel, which looks like it was originally built in the 1970s. They did a nice job on rooms, but a few things are lacking, such as a light switch reachable from the door when you enter, and hot water at the sink. The service at check-in was sub-par. Housekeeping staff made a lot of noise in the corridor in the afternoon. On the plus side, the rate was affordable, the location was convenient, and the room was comfortable.

Overall was good, staff was really nice.

The shower/ bath tube could be better. The bathtube handle was kinda jammed.

It was decent and cheap.

I have a heart condition and was told at check in there was no elevator. They originally tried giving us a king bed instead of two double beds. I literally had to walk all the way back after checking in to get it fixed. Or new room had scattered ants in the bathroom! They were coming in from the bathroom tub. Never again will I stay here!

It's an old motel 2 floors no elevator. Painted vibrant colors to make it feel cool. Is a decent place to stay but not exceptional like a resort or anything. Breakfast similar to hyatt place buffet. Has pool and hot tub..

Great location, Good breakfast, clean pool and jacuzzi.

Large gap around main door in room where I could almost fit my phone under. Large gap caused light to come in at night and noise as well. When brought up to front desk they mentioned all the rooms were that way and that there was nothing they could do about it. The gap made the stay uncomfortable as I had to put a pillow to cover the gap in order to block the light, noise, and possibly insects. A towel in bathroom also had black specs of some sort.

I had a great stay at the Wild Palms in Sunnyvale. It was a lovely experience, very hospitality. Since I was traveling solo, I felt very welcomed and safe.

It was colorful and it made it so lovely. Room was clean and the breakfast was good. Staff was so helpful. All in all it was a perfect stay for us.

Good deal. Inside pool, jacuzzi, clean restroom, super breakfast included. I would value the breakfast close to 25$ per person if I had to pay for the food somewhere else.

Breakfast was exceptional such an amazing variety. Pool was so relaxing and clean. Room was clean and good the beds a little hard but an amazing value.

This is our second stay at this hotel. The breakfast was wonderful, a variety items, great quality, and all day fruits, utensils are available. They have an outdoor pool, kids love it and you can hear their laughing and cheerful voice all the time. The bed is comfy and the room is clean, with a good size. Overall, we think overall the hotel offers great value for the money.

I really enjoyed the uniqueness of the space, they also had a pool and game room, making it a wonderful space to enjoy with others! I would definitely come back!

Don't be deceived by the outside. This hotel is great and affordable! Room was a bit small, but it said so when I booked. The room was clean and the beds were comfy. It was convenient to the train station for a day trip to San Fran! The pool area is great and was definitely utilized by multiple families. Would totally book again if we come back to the area!

L'attitude incroyablement irrespectueuse, arrogante et totalement inappropriée d'un jeune réceptionniste, alors même que l'hôtel nous avait fait perdre une heure d'attente dans le lobby pour un problème entre eux et Booking.com qui ne nous concernait pas, nous demandant de nous débrouiller avec Booking alors que nous avions prépayé notre chambre à l'avance. Du jamais vu. Absolument pas au niveau du standard Hyatt.

Excellent place. Fantastic stay. You will not be wrong to pick this place. World class. Book without a shred of doubt. I read sp.mamy reviews of so many places and finally picked Wild Palms. Pics dont do justice. The pool is gorgeous and heated through the night as well. Trust me and pick this place and you wont be disappointed.

I’ve stayed at Wild Palms many times over the last two years and usually had good experiences, which made this stay especially disappointing. This has never been a luxury property, the breakfast is mediocre and much of the hotel feels rundown. But the rates were fair, the staff was friendly, and I’ve generally slept well here. I’ve overlooked the flaws because I always felt well treated as a Hyatt Globalist. I booked this stay more than about 2 weeks in advance. After checking in online, I texted the hotel to ask about an upgrade and was told the property was sold out and nothing was available. Fair enough. When I arrived, I was assigned a ground-floor room adjacent to the lobby, sharing a wall with the fitness center, on the busiest corner facing the street. In addition to street noise, maintenance right outside my window, there was constant noise from either the plumbing or HVAC. It was clear immediately that this room wasn’t going to work for sleeping. At 4:48 PM I texted the hotel again, this time not asking for an upgrade but simply for a different room, anything not facing the street. I made clear that if nothing was available, I’d need to find somewhere else to stay. The reply came at 6:10 PM: nothing available, full house. Of all the rooms at this hotel, this is the one a Globalist and repeat guest gets assigned? If the property was truly sold out, fine, but I find it hard to reconcile that with the room I was given in the first place. What disappointed me most wasn’t the room itself, it was the complete absence of effort. No flexibility, no acknowledgment that loyalty meant anything, no attempt to make the situation better. The interaction felt entirely transactional. I checked out without spending the night and stayed elsewhere. Between experiences like this and the upcoming Hyatt points devaluation on May 20, I’m not sure I’ll be back.

Enjoyed the stay! It's older and on the smaller side but incredibly well-maintained. A crow comes to drink from the fountain by the hot tub every day and if you whistle or chatter at it it will notice! Beds were easily the most comfortable bed I've slept on in a Hyatt anywhere. I don't mind a smaller place if the sleep I get is good sleep! The seals aren't great and you can hear all outside noise from your front door, but surprisingly little road noise, considering that.

Looks like an upgraded Holiday Inn. Lobby is nice, room was comfortable. Bathroom was decent.

Matress was too soft. Breakfast was what you would expect at a Holiday Inn.

Lage ist für Autofahrer ideal. Das Hotel hat zudem mehrere Ausgänge und somit auch direkten Zugang zum Parkplatz. Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Safe im Zimmer.

Die Betten waren relativ klein, das Doppelbett 1.4m breit und 1.9m lang. Für uns jedoch kein wirkliches Problem.

Everything worked as expected as a business hotel. But the 10/10 Mbps internet is lower than normal demands for receiving mails or instant messages with photos/videos. As the internet access is the basic fundamental infrastructure now days, there would be much less disappointed if I am able to get complemental internet access with higher quality.

The property has a nice bright and festive decor when you walk in the lobby. The bed is comfortable and pillows are every good quality, toiletries provided are good quality, breakfast is good and complete. Price point is excellent.

Location to our destination was good. Hot breakfast offerings were good as well.

Breakfast area was small and the items weren’t refilled fast enough so lots of people were waiting for around for items. Walls are pretty darn thin and you can hear people running around.

We absolutely loved so many things about this hotel. It's definitely rare to get a hotel at this price point that has so much to offer. The rooms were clean, the pool was warm, my children loved the games room, the breakfast was good, the decor was unique and the staff were helpful and friendly. And the parking was free. No complaints at all. We stayed at this hotel because my son and husband were going to a 49ers game and this hotel was a short drive to the train station that brought them to the stadium. There's also a large park in the area with a fun playground that's on the same road you take to the train station (just a head's up though that it is too far to walk there from the hotel).

The property is beautiful and colorful, and the staff is always helpful and kind.

The property itself is nice, but I found three major drawbacks: 1. The breakfast (too simple, limited variety) 2. The absence of an elevator. 3 (For me, the most serious): the Wi-Fi, even the paid option was insufficient, and this prevented me from handling an important call (which I find unacceptable in 2026).

The Wild Palms Hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. The pool/ hot tub area was great; the hot tub was a perfect temperature, and we enjoyed it every night of our stay. We also enjoyed the variety of food at breakfast each day was a different menu and the food was good. It's nice that there is fresh fruit available all day long and there is a station to refill water bottles. If we ever return to the area, we will stay at Wild Palms again!

The location was good and the staff were very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.

The room was very noisy which made it difficult to sleep. Every night there were people talking loudly late into the night and what sounded like furniture being moved and dropped on the floor above me. The breakfast was sub par compared to what other hotels offer.

The decor is so cute and unique! The hotel, pool and hot tub are spotless. You can tell that the workers take pride in the upkeep. Breakfast is different every day so that’s a plus. Probably the most comfortable pillows I’ve ever slept on at a hotel, air conditioner was quiet and the towels were nice. The lady working at breakfast was awesome!! We would stay again if in the area!!
