Neighbors slam doors at night. Of course that's not the hotel's fault. I'm just disappointed in people.

Breakfast was wonderful Staff was very accommodating, when we requested a different room.

Our first room had a buzzing noise and we found out that our room was over the laundry room. Also we did not like the idea that we had to pay $12.00 for parking each day.

I slept on the pull out bed the blanket was unbearably itchy and I was kept awake all night because somehow god damn mosquitoes kept getting in and I wish I stayed home

The breakfast was excellent especially the omelets, bacon, etc. We enjoyed the happy hour too. The staff was friendly and helpful. They made sure all my family was on the same floor near each other. The staff also help with getting early morning transportation to the airport.

Exceptional service from start to finish. Front desk team took care of us as we arrived early after a long travel day. Rooms were recently updated and clean. Food was fantastic and breakfast is to celebrate. Will definitely be back again.

We had a quiet King bed suite. The bedroom and front room were spacious. The bathroom needed more light as did the hall and the front room. However the shower was an excellent walk-in. We unfortunately encountered numerous problems with our room: safe didn't work. the light switches were not apparent in the living room or the bedroom, air conditioning wasn't working properly ruining our first night's sleep. Fortunately we had Amber at the front desk that took responsibility for every problem and managed to get everything fixed within 20 minutes of notifying her. She also provided towels and coffee when the maid skipped our room or didn't supply it properly, which happened 3 of the 6 days we were there. Amber truly made everything right. She was also helpful with good recommendations for places to visit and for dinner outside the hotel. We have to give Amber 6 stars, and suggest management give her a bonus and a raise. We would have left the hotel after the first night had it now been for her taking care of everything.

Nita is the best. I’ve been visiting her over 3 years. It’s always a pleasure! Thank you.

It’s a busy hotel not enough staff. The pool area kept running out of towels, kept asking for pool towels and regulars it took an good hour to get towels delivered, the phone don’t work inside the room to call the front desk, the staff that worked that night was rude and aggressive if I had thin blonde hair I would be mad at the world as well, the room could be cleaner, the room didn’t have extra blankets when asked for an extra blanket the front desk lady with blonde long thin slammed the blanket down on the counter with an attitude you have an extra blanket in the drawer in your room the blanket was also thin so you need a couple to stay warm. Not enough staff for the restaurant waited about 15 minutes no acknowledge me to take my order so I just left

Came for a business trip, this was my first visit and was blown away by the size of the rooms, cleanliness throughout the facility, breakfast options, and friendliness of the staff.

Room was good. Although you could hear alot of people in the halls. Beds were OK. Seemed like the mattresses weren't at firm as they should have been.

Breakfast. We had to be out the door at 6:15 most mornings and weren't back before 6:30 to enjoy the amenities. I was sent a text from Savannah asking how our stay was. So I commented to her about missing out on the breakfasts. She told me there was a grab bag to go that we could take at 6:15 AM. We checked the front desk and the people setting up the breakfast the next morning and they knew nothing about the "grab bag" breakfast. That was disappointing. So we asked at the front desk and they said they do not do this so not sure what happened but we did not get any help with that. No breakfast at all the entire stay. That was one of the reasons why we stayed there. But we lived. So either the staff isn't aware of the "grab bag" policy or they didn't want to do it.

Drove 14.5 hours from Canada with 3 kids under 6. We got there and were told they over booked and gave us a sheet to go stay at another hotel 10 minutes away. He then stated the hotel tried to call me three times…. Never got a call. Best part was I called the hotel at around 4pm to say I was not going to be checking in until around 1am, they said that was totally fine! The staff member was terrible and could not care less about my frustrations. He then canceled my entire booking and I have yet to receive a refund. He canceled my stay through booking.com but stated I “no showed”. The next day I tried calling the front desk 4 times and no one answered. The front desk at the hotel I stayed at called and they answered right away. Terrible experience. Would never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel and we will certainly never be back.

Breakfast was great but hard to enjoy with overcrowding and no where to sit. We had to sit in the dark bar seating area because there was not enough seating and lines were so long for breakfast. We skipped it on the second day due to this reason.

Our room had a separate room with a kitchenette and pull out couch which was nice. The food was amazing!! We even enjoyed the complimentary evening snacks.

Wasn’t too far from the mall and the breakfast was amazing

When I first checked in, I had issues with my first room and had to get switched to another room at midnight when we got there and was put all the way on the sixth floor. I did not like that because the elevators moved very slow and very small.

Hotel provided everything I needed for a recent business trip to Edina. Suites, service, and breakfast were the highlights throughout my time.

Love the new look and feel, hotel is clean, modern and had all the right amenities for us traveling to the Twin Cities

The suite was really spacious with more than enough room for everyone. We also enjoyed the pool. Breakfast also had a variety of tasty offerings, something for everyone.

Towels were in short supply when we first arrived and wanted to swim and the courtyard design makes the 'front' room portion of the suite very loud.

I stayed at the embassy suites in Bloomington and hotel and service has been amazing. Nita at the bar gave me exceptional service and polite and friendly. She went out of her way for requests and made sure her customers including myself were well taken cared of!

When to the Bar and Grill with my friend and we were greeted with amazing service by Nita, she made everything enjoyable and quick; very refreshing for a customer.

Grand Sierra stayed for three days had a conference and Dan took excellent care of us during the concert never had to wait on drinks or anything exceptional service. TV

We work with Dan on a monthly basis, and is FANTASTIC to work with every single time (He is even a Swifty😄!) He is always very accommodating and gets us whatever we need for our event set up. I would highly recommend using Embassy Suites on American Blvd in Bloomington for your next gathering or event! :)

The woman at the front desk was super friendly and informative. My room was perfectly clean and larger than I expected. The bartender put together a huge to-go breakfast since my flight left so early. Target was a 5 minute walk away and the airport was less than a 10 minute drive in the morning.

The staff was awesome. They were attentive and focused in their service. Amber, front desk in the evening when we checked in was very friendly, courteous and polite. Very informative and always willing to help. The area around the hotel was clean and spacious. The floors in the bathroom are a little bit worn but they were clean. We rented a car and the parking per night was affordable. Everything was close by. It was a good fit for us with the location. They have a nice breakfast daily from 6:30am-9:30am. So when you come out of your hotel room, you can look down below and see everything. The lobby is right in the center. The overall feel of the place made our trip relaxing and comfortable. We would do it again. The renovations are nice. I don’t know what it was like before but it looked nice. The pool is in doors, nice little gym, we didn’t order in because everything was so close by. We will be back. They did an awesome job at hosting. All the common areas were clean. Thank you Embassy Suites. If you’re ever in Minnesota, book here.

Hotel is recently renovated. I enjoy the fresh, made-to-order omelets in the morning. On this visit, I had an issue with the first room and Amber at the front desk immediately offered options and got me moved to a new room. Amber's professionalism and efforts made my stay great, and she maintained the amazing service standard that the folks at this property continue to deliver.

Kids loved everything. The breakfast was the best we have ever had! Comfortable rooms and beds!

Housekeeping didn't leave bath towels every day even though we left used towels on floor. We had to request new towels everyday. Our room was extremely warm. We had thermostat set at 65 and our candy bars were still very melty.

Location was ideal for trip my husband & I made. Suburb location, right off the Interstate for easy visits & meals. They are in middle of renovations. Noise level HIGH. Room was clean. Breakfast satisfactory, no variation in items. They CHARGE FOR USING THEIR PARKING LOT! We stayed 7 nights and were charged $85.00 to park. How else would one get to the hotel without a vehicle? It's not downtown location, which I might expect paid parking at. No public transportation anywhere. Do they expect us to walk from Illinois? We did not fly in, so the airport van could not have been of any use. Should we have parked in an empty office building? Store parking lot? Why in the heck would they charge for using the parking lot surrounding the hotel building? Will never stay there again just for that reason!

The breakfast was definitely the favorite part for the kids! Happy hour was lots of fun as well! Despite construction, it was still very clean and comfortable.

I wished the pool had a hot tub! That woukd have made it the perfect stay!

Amber helped make our stay at Embassy Suites feel like a "home away from home". She was friendly and engaging and helped us straighten out the reservation. She made sure we had all our requests for :bedding, ice, coffee and the coffee machine as well as giving us advice about the food in the restaurant . She helped my son pick out the delectable Cheese cake slices and what was the best combination to combine the different flavors. She helped make our stay a delight.

The complimentary breakfast and drinks are 10/10 drinks are not watered down they give two per adult in a room definitely recommend. Not to far from the mall and other shopping areas target was around the corner my family and I enjoy the whole stay very comfortable!!

The building was under construction, so you can only use 1 side of the buildings elevators, and some of the stairs were closed as well. They charged me for parking when I’m a Hilton loyalty member. The pool was freezing.

The free breakfast was exceptional. The hotel is going thru remodeling but its quiet, clean, not a problem. Our room had been recently remodeled, it was clean and comfortable. We actually loved this place, easy to get to, good value. We will be back.

I like how friendly the front desk staff were. They were always super sweet. I enjoyed how I could just go down to the bar and have a drink and order food. Breakfast was okay.

They took the remotes out of the rooms that allow you to watch Netflix/other shows which resulted in you having to watch the shows live and there was NOTHING good on at all. I also didn’t like how the shower water was not hot at all. I had it all the way turned hot and it was not getting hot. The bartender did NOT seem to want to be there at all…

Please save yourself the trouble and do not go here! We had a horrible experience! The whole place was under construction, which we didn’t discover until we arrived. There was construction noise and debris everywhere and woke the children on a Sunday morning. We all ended up sneezing and coughing from all the dust. There was only one working elevator for part of our stay that cleaning staff with their carts and guests had to share. The front desk staff was incredibly rude as well. We were also double charged for parking after verifying that we only had one vehicle, but two rooms. When we tried to get ahold of the manager they never responded and just gave some extra points on our account, but didn’t refund our overcharges or anything. There are much better places to stay!

The reception hour was very nice and welcoming! The kids really enjoyed it!
