Room cleaned every day. Excellent buffet breakfast.

Jenny the receptionist was really helpful the bed was comfortable it was very clean

We booked a room with a sea view - this could only been seen by standing at the right hand side of the window and looking diagonally out to see a bit of sea (viewed through a dirty window). The room was reasonably decorated but carpet worn and stained, furniture chipped, remote control for TV didn't work. The bathroom door was warped and not easy to open and close. Inside ceiling tiles stained and badly fitted, hot water from shower after running it for a while, no shelf for toiletries - small 10ml plastic sachets provided by hotel impossible to open without scissors (bought our own next day). Small plastic beakers provided here but no glasses for other drinks. Dusty pipes and petal bin which was dented and rusty as was the chrome legs of the washstand. Breakfast consisted of the usual items, all of which were only lukewarm including the plates. Milk and juices not labelled so pot luck with identifying them. Breakfast room light and airy but large black marks visible on the floor. This establishment is not a hotel but functioning as a bed and breakfast only. It looked shabby and unloved, needing some serious TLC in all areas. Finally, even the "Do not Disturb" sign was taped together with sellotape! All in all the experience was very disappointing and the room overpriced.

Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Room size was good. Check in was fine. Everywhere was clean. Close to amenities.

The room containing the breakfast food was too small, especially if there were quite a few people eating at the same time. Chairs in the conservatory area need replacing. Receptionist was always chatting away and was not very attentive. The draft lager was off with a horrible taste, probably because not many people were using the bar. The beds were very hard, no bounce at all,very difficult to sleep in. Will not return to this hotel again.

We booked for 3 nights and only stayed 1 the first room they gave us was dirty plastering on walls missing, wallpaper hanging off the bed had hairs in. We complained and they gave us another room we had to sleep in our clothes

The veiw was not good but we dud ask for a ground floor room which was what we had, it was nice and quiet very clean and comfortable beds.

This is the second time we have had a short break at this hotel and as before we found all areas to be very clean and tidy. The staff are very friendly and helpful and they serve a brilliant buffet breakfast with plenty of choices of cooked and continental. It is ideally situated, a stone's throw from the seafront and the main shopping area. The lift to all floors is marvellous if you cannot manage the stairs, no queues and very little wait. We love the regular bus services which can take you to many of the North Wales towns and villages and is very good value for money when purchasing a day ticket. A hint for any English old age pensioners wishing to travel all day on the bus, on your first journey of the day, ask the driver for an OA day ticket and show your English bus pass.

Although the room was adequately spacious, the bathroom was quite small but there's nothing the hotel can do about that.

The location was excellent. The town centre is literally on the doorstep. Plus the fact it has a lift was very helpful.

The room for two people it was very very small. One bedside cabinet in a twin room. No dressing table. A single wardrobe. Wallpaper was hanging off in places. A non smoking hotel, had guests smoking on the fire escape. Pigeons outside the window droppings everywhere. Cigarette smoke coming into the room we had to have the window open.floor was loose as we had to walk to the very small bathroom. Pigeons had us awake at 5 am

The hotel is a little dated in decor and design and old school,but the cleanliness and the rooms where lovely.The staff where extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast which was included was very good with a choice if continental,English breakfast and cereals fruit and meat.plus the hotel had a singer on too who was great

We grew increasingly fond of the White Heather Hotel the longer we stayed there. The room we booked was quite small, but it featured two good single beds that we could push together; this allowed us to place two chairs in front of the TV instead of just one, and also gave us space to stow our large number of bags. The breakfast was fantastic! There was a wide selection of food, and supplies were constantly replenished until 8:50 AM (breakfast ends at 9 AM), so no one went without. The coffee, however, was not quite as good. There are supermarkets nearby, as are various cafés and lunchrooms. Indian restaurants and other eateries are within a short walk. The hotel doesn't have its own dedicated parking lot. We managed to park right in front of the building 75% of the time, which is free for 90 minutes between 9AM and 5PM; after that, you aren't allowed to return to the street for two hours. You can maximize your parking time by parking from 5PM until 10:30 AM the next day. The rules are similar on the café side of the street, while parking on the beach side requires payment 10AM - 4PM (10 pounds a day). The beach stretches out along a promenade lined with benches, so there is plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy the sea view. Near the pier on the left, there is a row of tourist shops, including various snack stalls (offering more than just fish and chips) and kiosks selling souvenirs, as well as a fairground for children, a Ferris wheel, and a pub and arcade at the far end. Hotels with live music are situated along the beach, where you can simply walk in and have a dance. If you walk for 20 minutes in the opposite direction from the hotel, you reach a wilder beach with impressive tidal action and more relaxation and quietness.

The shower was the worst part of the room: it was very tiny/small, and the water was either hot or cold—nothing in between. Let's say, in the end, it did the job and you can get clean ;-)

Nice and tidy, excellent location. Our room was at the back which usually comes without a view, not in this case, we had a full view of the Great Orme.

A little dated, but still very clean

The location, breakfast, the helpful man on reception, the price. The spacious twin room. The bedding was clean and the room wasn't too bad either.

The decor needs updating and the wall paper was coming off the walls in parts. Our TV didn't work. Our twin room was quite spacious however, two of my friends shared a double room but it definitely wasn't a double bed, much too small and the whole room was much to small as was the bathroom and shower space.

The location was fantastic central to everywhere. The rooms are nice,tidy and spacious. The breakfast was expertly run. No queues and plenty of food to chose from.

Great reception staff, lovely room, seemed newly decorated.. Unfortunately I brought a lot of sand in from the beach to the shower/bathroom but they did a wonderful job of cleaning it up. Decent vegan breakfast, sausages cooked fresh.

We were there during a heatwave so it was hot. It would've been hot at home I'm sure. Being on the ground floor may have helped a little with that.

staff were OK pleasant enough but most were foreign so difficult to ask for anything as reception staff particularly had very broken English. Old facilities very small tv not smart so had weather been bad wouldn't have been able to stay in hotel for length of time either a 7 year old. Hotel felt very unloved bits and bobs damaged limited car parking passes available so added stress to visit as had to find somewhere to park as is case in most of Llandudno parking charges quite expensive too. Would have been nice to have little fridge in room as only breakfast available not lunches or evening meals

Property is close to the sea front & to all local amenities.

The only downside was the lack of shelving in the bathroom & no where to put soap. However for the time we were there it didn’t bother us too much.

I was in a very small single room for 7 nights - as usual over the back, so was woken up by the glass emptying and bin emptying vehicles three times in total very early in the morning - shame!

Breakfast was really good no problems, location was really good.

Our room was at the back of the hotel room 2 and we had to go through another room which still had Christmas decorations up too me this is a sign of laziness
