Perfectly Located. A room with a seafront view
Bit dated and tired
View
Breakfast
very nice breakfast and perfect view and quite comfy beds.
We both suffer from back problems and at home I usually get up about 4.30/5.0 and sit in a comfy chair with a blanket round me, but the only chairs in the room were dining style ones and not comfy for long term sitting on. Also the pillows were terrible, worst ever come across.
Very good
Was fine enjoyed
Location
No parking
Breakfast was good a lot of choice from cereals up to a full English location was good too close to the pier and the town
Nothing all good
It was very welcoming
Room was very basic for price and could use a refresh with the decor but was clean
Location was amazing, super central and close to every main attraction. Nice amenities left in the room. Breakfast was decent, it even had 2 egg options and fresh fruit (which I consider a plus for any British accomodation). You have to park in a paid parking lot: there's one very close, with more expensive fares, and another one just a couple blocks down the road, a bit cheaper, but both are affortable.
Bathroom was super weird - a huge shower, but with no lights (so you basically just shower in the dark), and the rest of the bathroom was just tiny, with not enough lights. I'd go come back to Baytree, but would deffo ask to be put in a room with better ligthining in the bathrrom.
Room very clean...bathroom small but spotless clean.. . Restaurant ladies we're brilliant very helpful even when really busy _there was only two of them we'd never stayed on the third floor before view was brilliant
TV far too small for room.... Although breakfast good scrambled egg very watery... Ramp at front needs to be put back in to use. My partner uses a four wheeled walking frame this we had to fold and carry up the steps that are quite high
Liked everything
The weather
Where it was. Facilities
Room had wall paper coming off walls, needed tlc
Nice warm welcome Bedding and bedroom very clean Nice hot shower
Nothing
It's In a very good location very close to the beach with good views and the rooms are good aswell
Very bad smells all around the hotel especially in the stairwell and in one of our rooms
Love this hotel ,all staff including cleaning staff very friendly
There is nothing about this property I don’t like I would definitely recommend
Was close to sea side
Friendly staffer
Bed was comfy
Room wasn't attended too over our 2 night stay There was little or no atmosphere Could do with live music
Location perfect
Room on top floor a bit dated and basic

Location was excellent. That's about all we could say.
This was for our 52nd wedding anniversary and my wife is practically wheelchair bound. Pictures of the hotel show a wheelchair ramp and was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. The Ramp was sealed off and had not been in use for some time. Staff was not helpful with us. Beds were like separated wooden bunkbeds and where really uncomfortable for a night's sleep. Breakfast experience was average. Booked for a three-night stay but because of the access steps on both sides of the hotel and no wheelchair access we left after only 2 nights. Sorry but not worth the price we paid.
Everything was fine 😊
There’s nothing I didn’t like 👍
The breakfast was fresh and lovely. The staff serving were a delight.
The walls that weren’t painted in the bedroom. Half is one colour- the other half they’ve moved things they’ve filled gaps in the walls and not put a lick of paint over it, The dirty stained (poss blood) curtains are disgusting- but do hide the view of the flat tops of the kitchen ? Maybe? And the extractor which stinks! This is the single room 102. The bedside table is behind the bed. It should be next to it! you can’t reach the switch to turn off the light! There no bedside light I did message on booking.com and ask for one - the light it’s a wall light, but it’s a switch is out of reach. While there’s a small cupboard for clothes there’s no counter to put clothes on. The small TV (which did work)and has a bracket, sits on the dressing table so if you want to watch it you can’t put anything in the dressing table or you can’t see the TV. The sink is in the bedroom not in the bathroom. And the glass shelf tilts so you can’t put any bits and bobs on the shelf. The bathroom is fine. The room next door has either a sliding wardrobe door or a sliding room door- and you can hear every single time they open the door. WIFI DOESNT WORK IN THE ROOM!
The location, the room was spotless and roomy bedding smelt fresh and clean
If I was to stay again (hopefully) I would take earplugs noisy seagulls, not the hotel fault
Friendly helpful staff
Room tired headboard not fixed to bed rubbish found behind side cupboard when trying to fix headboard. Shower innefective.
Clean sheets and view.
Very poor quality room. Terrible furniture and room very small. Shower fiixtures in the bathroom had broken bits on them. Cracked basin. Very expensive for the standard of room £270 for 2 nights, and the breakfast was not included. When we tried ringing 3 times in total, to ask about where they could suggest we parked, no one answered. When we arrived at reception 2 staff were just chatting to each other. Please do not stay and pay here unless you see the room first.
Cleanliness and a nice room. Lift was useful. Nice breakfast. Relaxing bar area. Close to sea front. Friendly staff.
Just one thing. Only one toaster working at breakfast. A long wait.
Near to everything,
The property is in the heart of Llandudno and just minutes away from the main attraction
Room was not similar to the photos of booking No AC in the room No flipflops or bathroom robes Room service was not available and our room was not made during my 3 days stay Towels were not replaced The shower was leaking the the bathroom was flooded There were no wheel chair access and the main entrance had 7 steps Reception was fully closed and shutdown on Sunday evening No fridge in the room Overall it wasn’t a good experience
The breakfast was good, and the location was excellent, the room was nice enough and had a decent view. Pretty good value for money
Generally a bit tatty, bed was a bit wonky so was leaning to one side, no double glazing so any noise outside seemed loud
Location was great
The location was good
The whole property is in need of updating
Location and breakfast very good.
No parking. Room 306, brilliant sea view but room too small and walls and ceiling had damp patches.
That’d had a good view
The waitresses moody and grumpy however were still helpful and the rooms were very hot couldn’t breath
Very enjoyable. Loved the yogurt and fruits of the forest. Would have liked hard boiled eggs but that's me being picky. Loved the carvery and the chef was very helpful with my garlic allergy. Staff were friendly and helpful
I would have preferred a double bed but the single one was very comfortable.
Location
Northing really in need of update
Local to shops and the pier
Nothing all very good
The room, breakfast room and bar area clean
The food. The rooms feel very dated and in need of a little TLC In my opinion the hotel is over priced for b&b compared to others in the immediate area.
Staff were really friendly Beds were comfortable Rooms were clean Location perfect
Not accessible for anyone with mobility issues Steps into hotel, steps inside hotel Shower cubicles really small Quite basic
Sea view rooms
Room not very clean, stained curtains, bathroom floors not clean. S lot of little steps difficult to move suitcases
Customer service from Jo at reception before arrival. Its nice to visit a hotel where the staff really show passion for the hotel and there customer is amazing I would highly recomend this hotel
There is nothing to dislike
great place and breakfgast
ckean place
Great location right on the seafront. One of our rooms had a sea view. There was a lift. The rooms were good quality. Although there was no parking, there was a 24-hour car park nearby.
A bit pricey, considering breakfast was not included.
Close from station, town Centre and beach
breakfast should have been included in this price and check in should d be a bit early
breakfast was very good a choice of hot and cold. room was very comfortable and met our requirements. great location we had everything on the door step.
no car park just pot luck if you get a parking space anywhere near the hotel.
Location perfect ,had to change room as disappointed with it ,not clean and felt like the floor was going to fall through (healthy and safety) ,changed room still wasn't that clean standard way below ,we had breakfast included which was nice but we had a table by the window ,shocked by the state of the window sill really dirty with flies and the amount of dust and fluff in the radiators was shocking to see in a restaurant
Communal areas were good. Location was excellent. Good breakfast, staff were really nice & helpful.
Room was very small. Room was very hot and you could only open the window 2 inches as there were nails stopping you opening it any further. Curtains were useless. Let all the light in at night, so was it was like daylight at night & so bright once it actually was daylight that you couldn’t sleep.
The Hotel is in a great location, Staff are lovely and friendly, very clean and Breakfast is really good 😋 will definitely stay again.
Rooms need updating
The hotel was on the seafront. The staff were very friendly.
We had a family room. It had a few scuffs and marks which i felt let the room down, probably because it often had young children in it. The shower water didn't drain away properly. I investigated and there was a block.of soap wedged in the plug hole. It was slightly better after that but not great.
Location was excellent. Hotel was very nice. Staff helpful.
Nothing really.
Great hotel with see view great room great staff
Parking in the town but thats nothin to do with the hotel
Location
Bit basic in room
The reception was easy to find, had a nice welcome and check in was nice and easy. The room was nicely sized with fantastic view over the bay. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom a nice size with a walk in shower.
Could have had a small table with a couple of easy chairs in the bay window. As for the shower itself was not great the head kept pointing away when on and do with updating.
Stayed here several times. Staff lovely and helpful. Food usually very good although I had a bad steak Saturday night. Rooms have gone tired, but clean. Beds comfy. Shower far to small, water pressure rubbish, no shelf or basket to put anything on in shower.
Shower, Steak one night out of two. Card key was temperamental.
Location Excellent.. Food Excellent..
Shower had broken..We had to use another Room
Sea view from room but had to pay a premium for it
Rooms are very small and not the cleanest. There are too many rooms on each floor it’s like going through a rabbit warren trying to find your room. Furniture outdated. Although we had a room with a sea view, the noise from outside kept us awake most of the night
Hotel position and view.
A small coffee table in room to pop our drinks on whilst enjoying the view.
Liked everything but the breakfast. Horrible coffee ! The hotel was all that it promised to be and a little more ! Room was basic but ideal for the purpose needed. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was very clean. Good choice for a hotel by the sea !
Breakfast was not fresh and the coffee wasn’t terrible !
Location was good.
The beds! And the room was small.
The staff were all spot on and very friendly , the breakfast was great and my 13 year old daughter loved the scramble eggs
Well my daughter ate the two biscuits and they didn't get replaced but my daughter was more bothered about them than me lol
Beds were comfortable and clean, location was great.
The hotel is very tired and you can imagine it being a welfare hotel in a couple of years if it doesn't have a major upgrade. The first thing you see is an A4 printed sign saying the check-in desk is in the bar, stuck to the peeling wallpaper with blue tape. The glass cabinets with cheap fancy goods for sale and the lolly machine in the entrance to the 'Bar and Grill' give it a very down market feel. There are dozens of hotels along the front and many of them look like they've seen better days but this felt like a place that hasn't been loved for a long time and where the owners have given up or are just relying on the location bringing in enough customers to keep going.
Staff were lovely, very helpful and attentive
It was handy for pier exploration on various buses and land train It was very warm and friendly a home from home
I cannot say there was nothing i did not like clean though out the hotel
Location
No car parking Not allowed to check in at 14.50 (we were allowed to leave luggage in safe place)
Facilities were okay and location great
Wasn’t clean. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned and stains in bathrooms. Beds were done as you’d expect but wasn’t cleaned thoroughly at all.
Its location .
The rooms were very hot and the shower was small.
The location and the view were brilliant. The windows were sea-facing. Overall quality was good
Shower water flow was hot, cold, and VERY hot (tried to put it in the accident book), but staff said it needed to be written in by the manager, who we could never find.
Near the sea
Needs to be cleaned very tired worn out
Really friendly staff. Great meal in the bar and grill. Lovely choice of breakfast. Room was lovely, clean and tidy. Comfy bed for a good nights sleep.
Nothing to dislike
Close to the seafront and amenities
It was clean
Dated, small rooms, really uncomfortable bed, backs onto a club so it was really noisy
Clean space. Friendly staff
Trouble finding parking
Good hotel good location
Location , and bar area, staff were friendly.
Room was not fully clean, used towels were in the bathroom, cups had not been replaced and had been left "used" bin not been emptied. Tv was too small and too close to the curtain.
Fantastic location very close to the pier. Decent size room with a comfy bed. Hotel very clean inside. Very friendly staff. Nice bar area and places to rest in the hotel. Lots of pictures in the hotel telling you about the history of Llandudno
Lovely food plenty of choice
No complaints but one male member of staff was doing all the work! He is a credit to your hotel.
The breakfast and service was excellent
Location
It states they have car parking , when we asked for directions they said we don’t have parking…I said it states on your website that you do she said yeah I meant to change it. The shower door was also filthy .there was no iron in the room again also stated on website. Cooked breakfast was buffet style and cold.
Spotlessly clean good location staff very good
There was nothing not to like. Clean close to everything we wanted
Liked everything about the hotel
