The location is fantastic. My room had incredible views. The space was large and clean and the bed was really comfortable. The room got nice and dark so it was easy to sleep in. Even though my room was just outside the elevator, I heard almost nothing. The a/c worked great.

There were four lights next to the bed. The two reading lights which were both broken and loose in the socket. Of the two regular lights next to the bed, one was flickering like a strobe.

Liked the location. The lobby made it feel high-class, the staff were wonderful.

The room didn't feel like the lobby presented its self. The Lobby, the price, the staff, all made it seem like a high end hotel. The rooms were poorly painted, the corners were dirty with missing trim. I wanted to have access to the balcony, but the door was locked. There was no small fridge in the room to keep food.

L'hotel est bien situé (proche d'une station de métro), la propreté et la taille de la chambre, la gentillesse du personnel avec un accueil très agréable.

La salle de bain (manque de crochet pour accrocher les serviettes pour une famille de 4) mais ce n'est qu'un détail sans importance.

Location…was easy to get to subway and close to Yonge Street

Way too expensive…really dated hotel. The shower never got hot and the water wouldn’t drain. No outlets on both sides of bed. One remote was dead and didn’t work. Offers a fully functional kitchen, but no dish towels or napkins. Elevators are extremely slow. Parking is outrageously priced. It should be included, considering the price we paid for the room. There is a balcony, but the door is locked. There is no way to access it.

The location was very convenient for getting around and for eateries, shopping, sites to see. The room was near perfection, great bed, fantastic pillows, even had slippers, a safe, and washer/dryer (detergent available at front desk) not listed in the description.

AC/Heater was a bit loud and only in the main room. We were told there was a dining table in the room, but there wasn't, just the usual coffee table. Not enough places to hang towels (the hook on the back of the bathroom door was missing).

Die Zimmer waren total verdreckt. Im Bad hingen mich die Haare der (hoffentlich) vorherigen Gäste. Die Fenster haben nicht richtig geschlossen. Und obwohl wir im 10. Stock waren hatten wir bei geschlossenen Fenstern bei Nacht eine unfassbare Geräuschkulisse. Und leider waren die Betten unbequem. Die Zimmer sind in Summe total lieblos eingerichtet - eher kühl bis steril. In Summe ein schlechter Deal. Sehr schlechte Preis-Leistung.

the apartment we stayed in on the 26th floor was not renovated. Old wall outlets, outdated flooring, and holes in the ceiling in both the bathroom and the main room.

This is not a 'luxury' hotel, and it's not priced like one either. But the suite was very comfortable, clean and well appointed, with a large modern kitchen and bath, excellent shower and a plush, king-sized bed. The location is excellent and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. We love this place and hope to return.

Gros problème sur la literie : les lits annoncés pour deux personnes sont beaucoup trop petits . C'est impossible d'y dormir à deux adultes, la première nuit a été un cauchemar. Pour que ce soit vivable, nous avons dû séparer les adultes et les enfants (un adulte et un enfant par lit). De plus, il n'y avait que deux grandes serviettes de bain en chambre à notre arrivée et après chaque ménage, nous devions sans cesse en réclamer deux de plus.

The staff went above and beyond!!! Everyone was so helpful and kind we loved our time there!!!

The lobby was very modern and the guest lounge was unexpected but it had coffee/tea and a water machine. Very friendly and helpful staff and we were able to check in early. The room was spacious with a kitchen, dining area, living room, bathroom and bedroom. All the furniture looked pretty new and well maintained.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable as they were very soft and springy. Loud noises when getting into and out of the bed. When looked closely, the room showed a lot of wear and tear, with cracks and paint jobs needed.

The first suite I got was outdated and with appliances broken. I have to reclaim and they proceed to change me to another suite. If booking? Try to select a king suite or one in higher floors, they are likely to have been renovated.

El alojamiento es un apartamento con cocina-comer muy amplio, una habitación no muy grande y un baño pequeño pero con ducha que se agradece. Es muy amplio y cómodo, mejor que una habitación de hotel si te pilla la lluvia como a nosotros. Tiene lavandería de pago y un salón común para tomar café de Nespresso. Supermercado a 5 min caminando. El metro también a 5 min. Lo recomiendo mucho.

El que no se pudiese abrir el balcón, aunque ya lo sabíamos y el tamaño de las camas, un poco justas para dos adultos. El alojamiento está en el centro porque la calle de al lado es de la principales pero lejos para ir caminando a muchas partes. Con Uber solucionado.

Great location. Lots of good restaurants and quite close to a mall and subway station. Super nice staff.

Did not have full control of the A/C controls. It was a humid and slightly hot week, the heat wasn’t bad but the humidity made it worse. Because you cannot control the A/C yourself the humidity was still quite high making us slightly uncomfortable at night.

The room felt more like an apartment than a hotel room. We had so much space, separate rooms, big closets, all you need for an extended stay. With a room so big I guess a separate shower and bathroom would have been nice, it exceeded all expectations. Clean, close to the subway and plenty of places to eat.

Hotel molto comodo per posizione, si trova praticamente su Bloor st, si raggiunge a piedi il "centro" tranquillamente e per il resto ha metro e tram a pochi metri. La scelta a Toronto mi è sembrata molto ristretta e questo era il migliore per rapporto qualità\prezzo. E' praticamente un mini appartamento con un salone ampio e angolo cottura, bagno e camera. e con ampie finestre e balcone a cui non si può accedere. Molto comodo per la grandezza e la possibilità di gestirsi al meglio ma sicuramente un po' datato. Macchinetta Nespresso in cucina e pulizie quotidiane. Possibilità di parcheggio per chi ha necessità. Ottimo staff.

L'albergo è un po' datato e le suites avrebbero bisogno di una rinnovata, il bagno soprattutto. Le prese elettriche sono distribuite male e il televisore è solo in salotto.

Great location, close to plenty of shops and transit options. Located in a very lively neighbourhood and walking distance to plenty of interesting areas and parks. The rooms, kitchen and living spaces are very spacious. Room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of elevators, little to no waiting.

Some staff in desk right at the entrance were a bit unpleasant. That being said, I would still consider returning.

Very good location, just a 5-minute walk from Bloor–Yonge Station. The beds were comfortable, and the apartment had been recently renovated. All the kitchen equipment was new and in excellent condition.

The apartment had been recently renovated, but unfortunately, there was still a strong smell of fresh paint, which was quite bothersome. The air-conditioning unit is also quite old and very noisy, especially if you need to use it at night. This was particularly inconvenient during the very hot summer temperatures.

Location was good. Easy access to downtown and restaurants. Beds were decent. Lobby and common space on main floor seemed new and up to date.

The room was very old and has not been renovated. While surfaces are clean there were areas that are old and stained on the floors and walls and corners. There was pealing paint and caulking in the bathroom. It was on the second floor and the smell from the back (garbage or something) was terrible. With the windows closed it was stuffy and hot and the room had its own odour. Other than the beds, the furniture and cupboards were decades well worn and used. White towels were rough from over use and greying.

Update - Sebbene l'host abbia risposto alla recensione impegnandosi a rifondere le spese per la mancata colazione, posso confermare che a distanza di 2 mesi, nulla è stato rimbirsato. Pessimo. Ho prenotato una camera con colazione completa, per poi scoprire che le bevande (caffè, succo, te,....) non erano comprese. Colazione presso una struttura esterna che prevede un unico piattto tra 5 opzioni (solo salate). Alle mie rimostranze, sebbene la direzione si fosse impegnata a stornare parte dell'importo della colazione, non ho avuto alcun rimborso.

Cooking utensils and cutlery, hardly any and of poor quality. Some things didn’t work and had to be repaired after we checked in and reported it. I.e the air conditioner fan pumping cool air into the bedroom. Outside noise insulation could be better.

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were impressively spacious, with comfortable beds and fresh, clean sheets. The self-catering facilities were excellent and made the room particularly practical for a longer stay. Staff were generally attentive and helpful, including assisting us with our luggage, which we really appreciated. We experienced some genuinely thoughtful and proactive service during our stay. Stephanie was an excellent welcoming front of house staff, and anticipated our needs as guests, which we are so grateful for.

The main drawbacks for me were more about atmosphere. The lighting in our room was quite bright and fluorescent-white; personally, I would have preferred warmer lighting to create a cosier and more relaxing environment. The room was wonderfully large, but this also made it feel slightly echoey. Some additional sound-absorbing furnishings, such as luxurious rugs or carpeting, would make the space feel warmer, quieter and more inviting.

La posizione della struttura è molto comoda per raggiungere facilmente i maggiori luoghi di interesse di Toronto. Lo staff alla reception è stato molto disponibile nel cercare di risolvere i problemi che abbiamo riscontrato.

L'ultimo giorno ci siamo svegliati con segni di punture di insetto compatibili con cimici dei letti. In generale la pulizia era insufficiente, il pavimento era appiccicoso. Una parte della camera era stata dipinta recentemente e il pavimento era pieno di gocce di pittura e polvere. Le lenzuola erano macchiate. La nostra stanza non aveva le lampade da comodino, per spegnere la luce era necessario alzarsi dal letto e uscire dalla stanza per azionare l'interruttore esterno. Il frigo che abbiamo trovato in stanza non era utilizzabile perché la non era possibile aprire la porta a causa della presenza del muro. Entrambe queste cose sono state risolte dal personale gentile della reception. Non era possibile tenere il condizionatore acceso a causa del rumore che produceva. Per il costo della camera l'aspettativa era sicuramente diversa, abbiamo chiesto una nuova stanza ma non è stato possibile se non per l'ultima notte in quanto l'hotel era sold out.

Die Lage ist sehr angenehm. Direkt um die Ecke ist die Subway Station und auch mehrere Busse fahren dort. Das Zimmer ist eher eine Wohnung mit dem Komfort einer eigenen kleinen Küchenzeile und separatem Schlafzimmer.

Die Ausstattung ist etwas veraltet, besonders das Bett knarzt ziemlich und ist nicht super bequem. Die Steckdosen sind alles super ungünstig platziert und komplett belegt mit Lichtquellen oder Telefonen. Es hat dafür aber einige Lichtschalter, die absolut keine Funktion haben. Beim Checkin wurde ich leider nicht über alle Facilities informiert, wie z.b die Waschmöglichkeit im Keller.

The price was why we picked it. Having a kitchen and separate living room was a bonus. The staff are phenomenal. They are so responsive. There were a couple things not working in our room and the response time was incredibly fast. I loved that it was near the Pride district called Out On the Street. It was a nice surprize and made me happy.

The air conditioning to the bedroom was questionable. They have a a hole in the wall with a fan that draws the air in. If it had been warmer it could have been very hot in the room. The workmanship on the remodel is not high quality.
