Fantastic location near shopping, restaurants, transportation. Very clean. Looks like the pictures. Comfortable room.

The location is great. It is close to the office I wanted to go to, and everything else is nearby.

I thought $500 CAD could have bought much more; apparently, I was wrong. As my flight arrived late at night, I checked in almost at midnight. Since I had a meeting at 9:30 am the next morning, I hoped to get back to my room for some rest afterward. I needed it after taking a 20-hour long-haul flight, so I asked the hotel if I could have a late check-out. The answer was a cold "late check-out fee is $30 per half hour." Really?! After the TV remote didn't work and I complained about almost everything in the room, this was what I got?! No, this is not how a hospitality business should be. Especially when I have travelled so much. Anyways, I would say this facility does not meet Hyatt standards.

Mooi hotel met fijne sfeer en een leuk restaurant.

Ontbijt in het weekend start pas om 9:30 uur. Bediening in de bar kon wat beter (waren soms niet duidelijk) en de bediening in het restaurant was daarentegen heel erg goed en vriendelijk.

It’s lovely modern and clean. We enjoyed the stay. It was close to the tube and shops.

It was near to the homeless gathering.

La posizione, la pulizia e la grandezza della stanza, la cordialità del personale soprattutto della ragazza italiana al momento del check-in.

Ci sono stati un po’ di equivoci circa possibilità di un late check-out con susseguirsi di info contrastanti da parte di varie persone dello staff. Avremmo gradito maggior chiarezza dall’inizio e maggior flessibilità al momento dell’eventuale late check-out.

Cama cómoda, recepción con habla en español, estética cuidada, todo muy limpio.

Beautiful hotel, very stylish and comfortable. Great decor, felt luxurious and practical at the same time. Easy walk to all downtown amenities. There’s a great little gelato place opposite too!

We were a little bit disappointed with the restaurant. We only ate one meal there but it was expensive, the service was slow & the food a bit disappointing. My husband had a pasta arrabiata dish which was so spicy it was unpleasant. The waiter who cleared our table said he usually advises about this but the server who took our order didn’t do this.

Good sized clean rooms! Lovely, friendly staff particularly the breakfast staff! Good food options! The woodfired pizzas were superb! Brilliant location! Lots of surrounding restaurants.

Can't fault our stay apart from the member of staff who checked us in! He didn't explain the facilities clearly and forgot to give us the breakfast coupons!

Great location and price.

The cleanliness left something to be desired, the in room minibar was empty, and there was no way to contact the front desk via the room phone, only via WhatsApp or mobile phone. The WiFi setup was confusing, I couldn't buy sparkling water at the hotel despite it having a restaurant, and there was no room service either.

i paid for a breakfast for me and my son and the restaurant was under maintenance so we got one banana one croissant and a cup of yoghurt and we have dietary restrictions.. i paid to get a proper breakfast cause my son had an exam.. it was a major disappointment. i would have booked somewhere else!! i paid for nothing

It was very noisy. They even had earplugs on our bed side with a note saying” If gets noisy use these” I find it a bit absurd for an hotel to acknowledge the noise but offer earplugs as a solution! And!yes, it was noisy!! It felt like an airplane!!

Nothing as the hotel was not able to deliver the promised service.

Last minute the hotel redirected me to stay in another hotel. I paid the same price but without being able to compare the service and standards expected to be offered by Anndore House and the other hotel. There was no complimentary offer or discount for the inconvenience caused to me.

We had a very pleasant stay at The Anndore House. The hotel is very well located in an excellent area for exploring Toronto, and the room was spacious and comfortable. A special highlight was the friendliness of the staff, who kindly upgraded our room free of charge, a gesture we truly appreciated.

The only aspects that could be improved were the air conditioning unit, which was a bit noisy during the night, and the television in the room, which was not a Smart TV.

check in was not very friendly and did not give basic guidelines, although the breakfast was included the check in staff did not explain how it worked and missed to give the vouchers. The breakfast is in a restaurant not a buffet as usual

A bit overpriced. Breakfast was not amazing (but OK). I also wish they had some breakfast to-go boxes for early birds that are starting their day early, especially in weekends where they start serving breakfast very late.

The building is beautiful inside, the rooms were so comfortable, didn't feel like I was in a regular hotel room. We absolutely loved that they provided free reusable containers of water and very prompt when bringing up extra towels that they suggested at checking. Checking in and out was very quick. Security cards for the elevators was nice.

The restaurant was a bit pricey and not a lot of options for us when it came to brunch. Would have liked room service for brunch but couldn't figure out how to do it so we just ordered out and had it delivered.

I chose this hotel based on guest reviews recommending it for solo travelers, particularly praising the friendly, helpful staff. Unfortunately, I was underwhelmed. Every time I asked for something, the staff made me feel like a nuisance. Given the price and the lack of any warm, welcoming feeling, I’d rather book a larger chain hotel in downtown Toronto next time.

Great hotel, with some of the best staff we have encountered in Ontario. Quality breakfast, very comfy beds and easy access to subway to downtown.

Excellent central location with restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby, and just a short walk to my workplace, making it ideal for a work trip. I really appreciated the thoughtful attention to detail, including the microwave and fridge, delicious tea and coffee, complimentary earplugs, free yoga mat rental, and luxurious bathrobes. The bed was very comfortable with spotless bedding, and despite the central location, the room was surprisingly quiet.

Nothing to complain about. Everything was clean, comfortable, thoughtfully equipped, and exactly as described. I would happily stay here again.

Nicely located and friendly staff

The room was dirty, I only had 10 hours there so didn’t bother asking for another one but I’ve been in budget hotels that were cleaner than this. The noice insulation from the room was also very poor, you could anything from the corridor and neighboring rooms.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Both the hotel and the room were beautifully decorated, creating a stylish and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always happy to help with anything I needed. Their hospitality really made my stay even more enjoyable. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable experience.

Location, cleanliness.

Visited for the first 2 nights of our honeymoon trip. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Gorgeous bathroom and comfy bed. The staff left some wine and chocolates with a lovely note wishing us a happy honeymoon which we really appreciated❤️

No fault of the hotel but the area surrounding felt a bit unsafe. Wouldn’t walk around the street at night.

Spacious rooms, tastefully decorated. Loved the retro, boutique look. Bed was super comfy. Close to the subway, so easy access to the rest of the city.

The décor was stylish and full of character, a refreshing change from the typical bland, colourless hotel interiors. The location was excellent, and the room was spacious and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of shelving for storage. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the staff. Every member of the team was warm, friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. Their outstanding service made a great stay even more memorable.

There were a couple of minor drawbacks. The wardrobe was on the small side, and we would have appreciated having an in-room safe. The lighting at night was rather dim, although the large windows filled the room with plenty of natural light during the day.

We arrived three hours early but they made a room available for us.

The staff were splendid. When I had severe trouble with getting the Wifi to work on my work laptop, they kindly let me use their work wifi which offers a secure hot spot. The location is close to a variety of shops and pubs and the food is good - albeit expensive

The window shutters didn't really open well, sp it was perpetually dark in the room and the heating released only cold air

We had a wonderful stay. The location was excellent, and the hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The room was comfortable and thoughtfully designed, and everything felt fresh and welcoming. We also appreciated having a bar, restaurant, and café on site, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations, and we would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended.

Honestly, there wasn’t much to dislike. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The only downside was that the hotel felt a bit overpriced for what it offered.

The way it was simply perfect. The Constantine restaurant on the main floor is fabulous.

Some parts of the area feel not as safe as you would like. However that is most big cities.

Great little hotel. I was very surprised by the size of the rooms and all the little things that are in there like a record player for example. I really enjoyed my stay and the staff is amazing.

Very comfortable room with nice area for dining, and lounging and separated sleeping area. Had a fridge. Useful to have microwave. Located near station and near village. Bar and reception area are very stylish. Loved the record player and my selection of records. The labelled light switches were a fantastic touch and if you forgot any you had a panel in each bit of the room which was great.

As it had a microwave some cutlery would've been useful. This is not hotel's fault, but it's very central location is next to a homeless shelter and injection site. Nobody there caused any trouble at all but I imagine some people finding this difficult.

Great location but can be noisy, rooms were stunning including the lobby bar and restaurant.

The staff were ok, I felt a bit rushed. The bar lady especially seemed to be in a hurry to close. People are paying a lot of money to stay there and should feel more welcomed!

Transport zum Flughafen war am Flughafen dann doch plötzlich deutlich teurer als vorher angegeben, Aussage: grösserer Wagen und viel Gepäck, was ich vorher extra erwähnt hatte Hotel hat leider auf Nachricht bei Booking nicht mehr geantwortet.

Loved the art & design elements and all the retro cool fun details. Safe valet parking was a great option and electric charger was a big plus. Appreciated that you could open a window for ventilation.

No coffee or coffee maker in our room, but that was minor, we just went down to the cafe.
