Overall. very clean, neat and organized. Very nice building. we got a room with a view to the airport runway and downtown Toronto, so that was really cool.

The sound of the rooms' doors next to ours was too evident, as well as the bell sound of the elevator and we were not next to the elevator hall. That was odd. We can understand the airplanes noise as it is a airport location hotel, but noise from the hall is kinda weird. It wasn't terrible, but definitely louder than expected. There's no pathway from the parking lot to the hotel, you have to walk on the grass and with the cars to get to the entrance.

Check-in and check out was very smooth. Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were very helpful, kind and considerate. The gentleman at the reception was welcoming and accommodating. I didn't get his name, but he need to get a raise. He asked many times if I needed anything, if I am comfortable and offered assistance whenever i need anything.

We asked for slippers twice but we didn't receive any.

Room and bed were comfortable.

The hot tub was out of service when we went to pool. Shower in rooms need better curtain to stop water.

The staff was amazing especially the front desk staff.

My room was not very clean. There were nerds candy in one of the beds and we didn’t have any during our stay. The bathroom shower/tub needs a major deep clean.

The breakfast was below average. You realize the air traffic is loud when they give you complimentary ear plugs in your room.

Great location, close to YYZ and easy access to the 401. Some dining options within walking distance, more by vehicle. The staff were very disinterested, was never greeted when coming and going over our six day stay. Housekeeping did not replenish our towels one day, our first night saw the alarm going off at 3:52AM (housekeeping missed that when they turned over the room). The property itself is showing its age, paint can only do so much, but rooms are a decent size and very clean. Was surprised at how much you heard planes (which fly immediately overhead) much louder than other airport hotels I've stayed at previously. The hotel was one of the cheapest in the area, but obviously at quite the cost in other areas. I'd be hard pressed to stay here again.

si seulement la Mme de la navette est plus social et sympathique sa serait plus agréable Les portes de chambre qui claque le soir et le matin. La senteur dans les toilettes publiques.

We liked the pool and go tub facilities, the restaurants and store on sight were handy. The shuttle services were fantastic. We also liked our rooms bathroom, the mirror light was to die for. Starbucks on sight was another good addition.

When we originally checked in the employee was going too fast and made multiple errors in room, booking and, general attitude to helping. The “spare” room that we were put in was not what I ordered and it had a crappy view. Also the Breakfast employee who manned the desk also would not correct any errors with order. We were also made aware that the breakfast was not complete access and we only had one visit. The bar, although advertised to be open late decided since there was only one customer to close early making unable for my partner and friends to enjoy a drink late when we had to be up.

The location is convenient, when you are flying from Pearson s. The lobby is inviting. We visited a bar, which was decent and breakfast was ok. There a spa, coffee shop, restaurant and many event rooms as well as parking on site for 30cad.

The hotel is right next to the airport, so it is not super quiet. The noise from the traffic- both cars / planes can be definitely heard in the room, so use the provided ear plugs if you need a quiet to sleep. Our room seemed clean overall but could have been cleaner (long/short hair in the bathroom, crumbs on the carpet).

The room was comfortable and clean, and the whole experience was really good. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. There are many food options in the hotel. The pool is big, so it doesn't feel too crowded.

I was at this hotel for a conference and stayed three nights there. All the good - it's close to the airport, and there are other food options within an easy walking distance. The staff are great and every time I asked for something, it was not an issue. The parking is close to the hotel as opposed to most places. This is a huge property. Now...the parking...ugh, awful and so expensive. $30 a night My conference had about 200ppl or so, so when lunch time came, the immediate bar/lunch place was packed and we had 1.5 hours for lunch. Many people never got their food, and left to return to business. This includes two presenters that I know of. I don't know what the issue was, but thereafter I don't know anyone that went there for food. There are plenty of choices right across the street. The property needs a refurbishment - and soon. The bottom half of the bathroom door looks like my puppy was imprisoned there. The carpeting is exhausted. I didn't use the pool or the gym so cannot comment on those. I definitely would be okay staying there again - no excited, but okay, but I could only give it a C.

When we arrive there was a mix up with our rate as we here for a meeting and was to includebreakfastand parking as park of the package we booked. They man at front desk wasnt very helpful, keep saying there nothing he could do but then he did even up waving the parking fee. We here with our daughter and we ask if there be a better room then the last one in the halway as the plans come over to land and they "clam" there no other room that would be less noisy and basic imply to us, to suck it up. We said there no rooms less noise and he said nope the street side but its even louder. We stayed here before and the plans where not this bad. It cause we all the way on the end. So here hoping we sleep!

Cost of food was a little high

I was a bit disappointed of the room we were assigned for our stay from May 3-4, 2026. The phone was not working. The restroom needed updates and bit of love. The staff was not very helpful to assist all four of us (young ladies) with our bags to the room. The room was booked off points from my Platinum Elite status and frankly, I felt like I have been taking for granted with this booking. The Delta Hotels Toronto Airport & Conference Centre needs to do better.

I had a pleasant stay at this property. As a Titanium member, there were no rooms left for upgrades but was given breakfast, $10 voucher and access to the pantry which had more options than a Marriott/Sheraton Club Lounge. Oatmeal, Ramen, boiled eggs, cheese, hummus & crackers, juices, soda, coffee, chips and way more! The room was spacious and comfortable but showed slight signs of use, as well as the shower water pressure being slightly below par. Other than that, I'd definitely stay again!

I stayed at the Delta Hotel while attending a conference at the Toronto Congress Centre, which is directly across the street. The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Earplugs were provided in the room in case proximity to the airport caused noise issues, but I didn't experience any. There are a few restaurants and shops within walking distance, but the hotel offers a nice variety of dining options, so I didn't feel the need to go elsewhere. It is definitely the closest hotel to the Congress Centre. I also enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub, which were a pleasant way to unwind after long days on my feet. Additionally, the free airport shuttle was a great convenience, making transfers quick and easy.

The planes are SO LOUD they fly directly over the hotel all day and night. I'm exhausted. The toilet was broken so they gave us another room and a starbuck voucher. Our new room had a clogged shower drain. Will never stay here again!

j’ai été très déçue par le service à l’accueil. On m’a demandé une carte de crédit physique que je n’avais pas et lorsque j’ai demandé s’il existait une solution (voire une carte debit ou mastercard …), mais on m’a tout simplement dit de chercher un autre hôtel, sans aucune tentative d’aide ni explication. Après un long voyage de 7 heures, j’étais épuisée, et me retrouver dans une telle situation a été très inconfortable. De plus, la manière dont ils parlent aux clients manquait clairement de professionnalisme. C’est dommage car cela gâche l’expérience globale.

Le petit déjeuner. Le buffet n’était pas à la hauteur. Le chef n’était pas là pour les omelettes. Il n’y avait plus de saumon fumé ni de fruits. Les gaufres étaient secs.

Service was very poor. Television did not work and we called for maintenance 2 and noone showed up so we checked out a night early and they gave us no refund.

I am yet to receive my deposit paid, it is now 9 days since i checked out on the 21st December morning.

Room and common areas were very clean. Bed was comfortable. Pillows were comfortable. Decent size room. Coffee maker and complimentary water in the room. Bath robe and plenty of towels were provided..

Normally, there is a dental kit, shaving kit, shoe mitt and shower cap as amenities in the bathroom. All were not there. I had forgotten my toothbrush and toothpaste so the dental kit would have come in handy. Had to ask for the dental kit from the front desk.

Parking is all on one side of the property. Can not think of anything else. Overall stay was pleasurable.

Номер 6230 виглядає дуже старим і занедбаним, ванна з облізлою фарбою, всюди пил, старий ковролін, решітка вентиляції засмічена шматками пилюки, фурнітура у ванній кімнаті з іржою, вхідні двері та у санвузол виглядають жахливо та давно потребують ремонту чи заміни. Вентиляція взагалі не працює. Басейн жахливий. Вентиляція недостатня, стіни та вікна мокрі. На голову капає конденсат з іржавої вентиляційної труби. У роздягальні брудно і чимось смердить. Вода у басейні та душі не достатньо тепла.

The food was good and the staff was pleasant.

For the price of the hotel it really is not worth it. Overpriced room service, they charged 8% to deliver the food to the room, 18% gratuity then requested an additional tip, same thing with the breakfast. The food was pretty good. 28$ overnight parking. It was not very clean, was a little loud and the location was not very good, nothing around, very industrial area. The beds and rooms were comfy, but overall the hotel was dated and overpriced, TVs that were streaky, old coffee makers, showers didn't have good water pressure. The gym and the pool are a good walk from the rooms and the area is open to the public as there are lots of people coming in to the restaurant/bar which made it a little uncomfortable.
