Das Frühstück im Hotel war ausgezeichnet und bot eine tolle Auswahl. Ein besonderes Lob geht an das freundliche Personal im Frühstücksrestaurant: Sie merken sich bereits nach wenigen Tagen die persönlichen Vorlieben der Gäste (wie Saft, Wasser oder heiße Schokolade) und bedienen sehr aufmerksam. Auch die Lage ist für einen kurzen Zwischenstopp am Flughafen Toronto Pearson sehr praktisch und der Shuttlebus vom Flughafen zum Hotel fährt pünktlich zweimal pro Stunde (auf dem Hinweg Flughafen -> Hotel kostenlos).

Für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel eine enorme Enttäuschung. Bei einer Buchung für 4 Personen gab es täglich nur 3 Handtücher, 2 Pappbecher für 4 Kaffees/Tees und eine 50cl-Wasserflasche zum Teilen. Duschgel wurde tagelang nicht aufgefüllt. Erst nach einer Notiz auf der Karton-Rückseite des Blocks bekamen wir mehr Wasser – bei den Handtüchern gab es null Lerneffekt. Das Badezimmer war veraltet und unhygienisch: Flecken in der Wanne, klebrige Türen, getrocknetes Nasensekret am Duschvorhang und eine abgelöste Spiegelfolie mit offener Verkabelung. Das WLAN war extrem langsam und brach ständig ab. Die Registrierung für schnelleres Mitglieds-WLAN schlug fehl, weil die Seite gar nicht erst lud. Beim Frühstück gab es trotz guter Qualität Chaos: Unsere Zimmernummer fehlte auf der Liste, weshalb wir nach langen Diskussionen Voucher an der Rezeption holen mussten. Skurril: Der Zimmerservice bot keinerlei normale Softdrinks, Wasser, Kaffee oder Tee an, sondern nur alkolische Getränke. Der Shuttle ist nur bei der Anreise gratis, für die Rückfahrt verlangt das Hotel 7–8 Dollar pro Zimmer. Zudem half der Fahrer nur Gästen in Business-Kleidung beim Gepäck, wir wurden komplett ignoriert.

Located near the airport which is nice & there’s a few restaurants nearby. The room is pretty soundproof, so we couldn’t hear next door neighbours. However, you can somewhat hear sirens outside and of course planes landing/taking off. The bed was pretty comfy. Happy the hotel was able to lend a microwave upon request. Check-in/check-out process went smoothly.

Bed sheet had a stain on it & I advised hotel staff of this , & then the sheet was changed. Room size is OK, but wish it were bigger since there were 2 beds in there. Also wish the washroom was much larger with extra counter space.

Not gated paid parking, no cameras on site, expect your car to be broken in or stolen. Thats what happened to me my 100k suv stolen.

The pool was great. The breakfast was very good. Using the key to use the elevator is a genius approach to keep undesired people from accessing your facility.

The front desk staff today a woman with a white shirt and ponytail, sour face who was rude and obnoxious. Didn't smile at all and visibly unhappy. Unhelpful and condecending tone that just makes me so annoyed even now. I emailed the manager and did not hear back.

Hotel was clean, comfortable and overall, good value for money. Food was ok - nothing to write home about but the wait staff were super friendly and helpful and made my son and I feel very welcome. My son and I also really enjoyed the pool and it was pretty cool to see the planes zooming overhead.

The only thing that I disliked and found very annoying was that the hotel was very busy and there was only ever one member of staff on the front desk, which meant a lot of standing around waiting. They need to have two or more staff on the desk when the hotel is fully booked and the conference centre is also busy. And , the 8 dollar airport shuttle was a bit much considering nearby hotels such as The Hilton provide a free service.

Parking lot is a mess. Hotel is disgusting and smells.

What a lovely hotel, the club lounge access with the 8th floor room was spectacular with a tasty and abundant breakfast, free drinks (water, juices, soda cans) and some snacks, great view of the golf course and airport as requested, air conditioned and clean room with large smart tv, heated pool was wonderful. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay again, reasonably priced for the amenities! The staff went above and beyond by providing a thoughtful birthday card for my partner and piece of succulent chocolate cake as I messaged before to let them know of the special occasion. Would highly rate!

The shower drain wasn’t working properly, water damage in the bathroom as well.

We are platimum members and We had been upgraded to the suite but this hotel is very old. The rooms need serious refreshing. The furniture is old and stained and the carpets are brown and dingy like the curtains. The food is mediocre even in the lounge. This hotel is also a convention centre so there are also weddings and such going on. The pool was so-so. At least they have Nespresso. Also, not all bonvoy lounges are created equal.

Parking fees were a bit too high for one overnight stay (30 $). I stayed two nights and parked only during the night hours and paid an excessive amount of 60$. It should have been managed differently by the hotel.

Room was clean, spacious and quiet. Staff were very helpful and our evening meal at the restaurant Olio was very good. We had a walk around the hotel and surrounding area in the morning before checking out which was nice as we had a long flight home ahead of us. We also made use of the airport shuttle service for an afternoon flight.

Wonderful place to stay because of cleanliness and perfect location

Even though it says airport in the name it is a half mile away from the airport. The shuttle to and from the airport is not free and runs every 30 minutes. You have to be downstairs and ready 5-10 minutes before the shuttle time because the 6am shuttle pulled away at 6am. The building is an older Sheraton poperty and is not as nice as other properties in the chain. Everything in the hallways is gray and dull. My room was on the 4th floor and was a bit musty. They had a small fan going at the end of the hallway. I found the staff to be kurt and stand-offish.

I did not like anything at all

I had a very disappointing experience staying at this hotel. When we first checked in, the room we were given was in terrible condition. It was extremely hot inside, especially during the heatwave, and it was almost impossible to stay in comfortably. We had to spend quite a while explaining the situation to the staff before they finally agreed to move us to a different room. The biggest issue, however, was the parking. During check-in, we were told that parking costs $30, but no one mentioned that this was per day. Naturally, we understood it as $30 for our entire two-night stay. When we checked out, we were shocked to find out we were being charged $30 per day. That information should have been made clear from the beginning so guests can make an informed decision. We spoke to the manager hoping to resolve the misunderstanding, but he was completely unhelpful. He just kept repeating the same response over and over without trying to understand the situation or offer any solution. It honestly felt like talking to a wall. The room itself was nothing special either. For the price we paid, I expected a lot better. We’ve stayed at Holiday Inn before, and it was cheaper, much cozier, and even had free parking. This hotel just wasn’t worth the money. Between the confusing parking charges, the poor communication, and the attitude we received from the staff, I definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

Have to pay for parking at the hotel, had to wait 30 minutes for a dolly and ended up carting our stuff out by hand.

Bed was comfortable as will as the pillow.

Do not care for the body wash soap etc. Rug in room dirty and needs to be updated. I paid over 300.00 dollars definitely not worth it.Requested a king bed and nice view at first the tired to put in me in a room 2nd floor queen bed and my view was the roof of the building that had worker working on something all day one day. Also did not get my pants for staying there yet they asked me if I had an account and they said they found my member number.

I wasn’t impressed by this hotel. They didn’t upgrade us although we are titanium members. Room was substandard. The free shuttle was good and our driver was really nice.

Staff were really nice, friendly and assisted as much as they could.

We stayed here as part of the Sheraton's arrangement with ClearPoint Surgical Solutions - it is literally across the street. Staff were well versed on this program and happy to accommodate any requests - like a raised toilet seat or a later checkout. They even put us right across from the ice machine, which was great. Room service was tremendous and quick (separate review made for Olio). Staff were excellent, especially our beautiful singing housekeeper. We were glad we stayed here. Two notes: (1) these are pet-friendly rooms. If you have allergies, bring your antihistamines and stay off the upholstered furniture. (2) The shower chair provided was actually a commode, and the shower was a bathtub, not a walk-in shower, so that part was a bit challenging. It was fine, just good to know in advance. All in all, a successful trip.

The hotel manager, Abdul Khan and the staff at the hotel were extremely welcoming of my family. they made them feel special. In spite of some initial confusion, the team figured out how to make everything work out putting their guests above all else. well done!!

The 3pm check-in time may not be suitable for travelers; although I encouraged myself to approach the staff at 12noon and was checked in. Also, the airport shuttle was fantastic but the bus stop 13 needs to be clearly stated in all advert - it took time before I got direction!

The hotel staff, without a single exception, were friendly, helpful and supportive. We required an accessible room and everyone went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. And the restaurant was surprisingly good; a bonus.

I have stayed here a couple of times, amd while the public areas are clean and tidy, the rooms are average and the service is variable. Staff ranged from uninformed to unhelpful. A great example of a Bonvoy location that seems happy to benefit from the advertising, but doesn't really like providing the "perks" of Bonvoy Status. Any request for the status perks that most properties provide happily, the excuse of being part of a group was used as a convenient way to deny the facilities that many other properties provide. I was advised to speak to a sales manager, and given her card, but she was, apparently, unwilling to answer the phone at any point

The hotel is acceptable, but not the highest quality. They’re clearly are some rough areas due to being an older property. For a single overnight while en route on a family trip it met our needs. The workout room is excellent, a real plus when I’m on work trips.

I like having a robe available in the room. The front desk said I could have requested it, but it wasn’t worth it. I was already on my way to the pool.

It was a treat to stay at the Sheraton in Toronto last week. I was there for a hip replacement surgery at Clearpoint Surgical Solutions across the street. The staff was so friendly, accommodating & made our stay awesome. They graciously allowed us to book in early & rest, had all the amenities to support surgery recovery. The gym was clean, good quality equipment & the pool was lovely with a bright dome ceiling to allow lots of light in. The restaurant staff were kind & helpful especially Ursula & Elif & Johanna. The food was delicious & fresh & never disappointed. We will stay here again.

We stayed here overnight before our flight to Vancouver. We had lunch in the restaurant and the service was amazing. We went there for dinner where the service dropped dramatically. The waitress walked past our table and totally ignored my empty glass she only asked if we wanted a drink when our meals were bought out. I needed the restroom and found there was a hastily directed sign on the women’s restroom saying it was gender neutral. Why wasn’t the same sign put on the men’s restroom. After our plates were removed she asked if we wanted dessert which we declined then offered coffee or tea which we declined she then said she would get the bill. No offer if we wanted another drink it was like she couldn’t wait to get rid of us. In the morning my husband went to get a coffee and the person who served him couldn’t understand that he wanted to pay for the coffee rather than charge it to the room.

Nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. Staff are so focused on customer satisfaction. They really like their jobs here. Our waitress, Urszula, went out her way to make each meal special. She has 22 years experience at this hotel. The fitness center has modern equipment and all equipment is clean and not out of service. The pool is beautiful with a glass dome that allows for lots of ilight. No mold or rust spots anywhere in the pool area. Spotlessly clean pool area. The pool water is salt based not chlorine based, which is much easier on skin and eyes. Rooms are spacious with modern and quality furnishings. Air handling is quiet and easy to adjust settings. Floor to ceiling windows with really neat venting to allow fresh air with room security. Attention to detail is obvious in all aspects of operations. I look forward to staying here in the future.

A bit uneven on the maintenance standards compared to our expectations. When we pointed out the problems on the USB connections and sloppy plugs, they gave us a credit which would give us a small meal perhaps. Our main reason to stay was to be close to the ClearPoint clinic for medical attention. It's right across the street. Very convenient for that. And ClearPoint can get you a corporate rate.

Comfy bed - pillowcases not crisp - spacious room and bathroom - ease of climate control in the room - restaurant offers a good breakfast spread - complimentary airport shuttle - a short 10-15 minute ride away from the airport

no water left in the bedroom this time - reception desk apologized and offered a bottle when we left - the breakfast food could be kept a little more warmer - we have been at this hotel 4 times since April 2025 - the dining menu hasn't changed much
