Excelentisimas atenciones de todo el personal, ubicacion a unos pasos del mall Galleria, nuestra habitación super comoda y amplia, ademas el area de alberca nos gustó bastante ya que cuenta con salitas en las cuales puedes descansar y pasar un rato muy agradable. Quiero destacar que me apoyaron enormemente con un desperfecto de mi coche y despues se me quedaron olvidados documentos importantes en la habitación cuando ya estaba en mi ciudad y obtuve una cordialidad y apoyo inmejorable. GRACIAS!!! Sin duda regreso en mi proxima visita a Houston

Staff was AWESOME !

Parking is awful, rooms and Hotel needs MAJOR updating ! The place is old and some of the guest on the floor(18th flr) that I was on was smoking marijuana. It was so strong you could smell it as soon as the elevator doors opened.

Great staff who were very helpful. The reception staff gave us such a wonderful welcome and the breakfast was great too

Ginita P who works at the front desk was a marvelous help to me, she help me sign up for a Hilton member ship, told me where to find everything and was wonderful and pleasant the whole time , she made me feel like a special guest and I am definitely returning thanks too her help

I had a wonderful stay at the DoubleTree in Houston. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and my room exceeded my expectations. The highlight of my stay was the outstanding service from Ginita P. and Carsyn. They were both incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Ginita went above and beyond by giving me an amazing room with a spectacular view, and both of them made sure I felt valued and well taken care of throughout my stay. Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and, unfortunately, one of the worst hotel experiences we have had. First, we were told that room service was available until 10:00 PM. However, when we tried to order food at 9:00 PM, nobody was willing to serve us. Providing incorrect information to guests is unacceptable, especially after a long day of travel. The customer service throughout our stay was poor. A bartender working the evening shift was rude and dismissive, making us feel unwelcome. We also had a very negative experience with the valet service, particularly with one of the night-shift attendants, whose attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful. The hotel itself looks nothing like the photos online. The property feels old, outdated, and poorly maintained. There was constant noise, making it difficult to rest, and one day our room was not cleaned at all. To make matters worse, I experienced skin irritation and allergy-like symptoms during the stay, which raised concerns about the cleanliness and condition of the room. We travel frequently and stay in hotels around the world, and this was honestly one of the most disappointing stays we have ever had. The service, facilities, food, and overall guest experience were far below expectations. We will not be returning and cannot recommend this hotel.

Carson made our stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Houston Galleria truly special! From the moment we arrived, she was kind, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. I am currently staying at the DoubleTree by Hilton Houston Downtown (5353 Westheimer Rd), and I felt compelled to leave a review specifically for Carsyn. She provided absolutely exceptional service from the moment we arrived. The hospitality of the hotel especially by the front desk staff person - Eric is good. He is professional and tries to fit in our requirements.

Traveling for business brings you across many hotel doors and after a very long day, it is such a pleasure to encounter friendly, welcoming and helpful Front Desk members. Today that was Eric! He was super friendly and made sure I had the best accommodations available. He also slipped me 2 cookies which I delightfully appreciated! However my great encounter was not just Eric but the person I spoke to on the phone earlier in the day when I was having issues checking in online. I just wish I had written her name down! You can tell the management here at the Doubletree expects high levels of service and the staff delivers it. In closing in cannot leave out my room was clean and cool after coming out the Houston heat. Great job!

We stayed at the Doubletree Hotel & Suites Galleria Houston while in town for a World Cup game. The hotel is in need of complete renovations, rooms are very tired and dated - I understood it was renovated but it appears not all the rooms are completed (room 2015 was not finished). Wonderful location close to the Galleria for shopping and dining. Best of all was the staff who were awesome, particularly Ginita P, at the front desk who was so friendly and thorough. I highly recommend this hotel once the room renovations are completed.

I was met with warmth greetings as soon as I pulled up to the hotel. Everyone had “sweet and pleasant vibes, like they REALLY ENJOYED THEIR JOBS!” I look forward to my next Staycation at The Doubletree Galleria Hotel-Houston TX! Overall very good experience. Eric helped my bride and I to an upgraded room with parking covered and covered breakfast. It was awesome. Cons - valet carts were all taken. Was told there were only 4 carts. Luckily I had my own wagon.

The chef at this establishment is an amazing cook. The flavors were perfect and everything I had was cooked to perfection. I have tried almost all items on the menu and I recommend everything. Don’t miss out on a good meal and drink. Go to the bar order your meal and have a good drink from a professional bartender.

It was my first time staying at the Double Tree and I can certainly say I will be back! From start to finish the staff were warm and inviting especially Eric. He gifted us the delicious cookies advertised when you call the hotel. Please, do yourself a favor and ask for them.

The staff at this hotel is OUTSTANDING! The hotel however needs some serious attention. Stained carpets, broken appliances. It was very disappointing . BUT, I want to reemphasize the staff was wonderful.

Was helped at checkin by Eric and Carsyn and both were very friendly and made sure we have what we needed. I asked if we can switch to a 2 bed room and Eric was very accommodating. Explained the parking lot instructions very well and made sure I didn’t walk away without the cookies. All in all, very pleased with how we were greeted and stay was great!- Leny

During my stay at Double Tree Houston, Eric and Kyrus went above and beyond to ensure me and my family had an amazing experience. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Eric and Kyrus are outstanding employees and treated us like family, made our stay rememberable.

Top tier service from the front desk! Specifically, Michael and Pinky. They were very accommodating and made sure we had everything that we needed. Michael even provided excellent advice on how to navigate Houston concert traffic! The rooms were spacious and very well maintained. I will absolutely be back!!

Eric was a great host, warm cookies as soon as we walked in. Also a pleasant smile throughout and great timing for check in!

Mr. Eric was extremely professional and accommodating. After a long travel day, Eric greeted me and ensured all of my requested accommodations were met without an issue. I typically do no like to stay on the first floor and I always request extra towels. When I arrived to my room, the towels were brought shortly after. To make it even better, Eric remembered me the next day and even remembered my last name, addressing me as Ms every time. Eric definitely made my stay worth while. I will definitely be coming back to stay again.

The check in process was super easy thanks to Eric. We got our room upgraded and also got free warm cookies.

Highly recommended for the clean, quiet rooms and wonderful staff! The text-request service was a game-changer for getting a forgotten toothbrush and securing an extended checkout. Note on Parking: There are no free options. Self-parking is $32 and valet is $46. Aside from the steep parking fees, it was a fantastic experience!

My experience at this particular Double Tree was good. The customer service was Great. I thought that the parking was a bit pricey….. but everything is a bit pricey these days. I did pay a little more for the convenience of Valet. I stayed on the 26th floor. The view was great, the room was clean but outdated. Like I said, overall, my stay was good. I’d stay again!

Good morning, felt compelled to write this review. Over the weekend, the young lady in valet was very kind,funny and helpful. My group was there for a prom and on such a stressful night,her energy and enthusiasm made our stay so enjoyable. Her name was Ayana, and I look forward to seeing her on our next visit! She gives top tier service.

I had an amazing experience here and I usually don’t do reviews just not a review girl lol but I really had to give recognition to Ayana she helped me out for my daughters prom she was very nice and supportive.

Beautiful hotel and the staff were very kind. Comfortable beds, the restaurant was passable but nothing to rave about.

During my stay, I encountered several issues. However, Courtney, the night supervisor, was exceptionally helpful, attentive, and compassionate throughout. She not only assisted me with professionalism and care but also demonstrated the same level of dedication to every guest she interacted with. Her outstanding hospitality and customer service significantly improved my overall experience.

Check in was a breeze! Hospitality was 12/10! Micheal, the front desk manger is nothing short of spectacular at his job expediting the process and doing it with grace and class. Hotel is well situated, bar in the lobby (with the best bartender (Hsu), comfortable rooms and great location. Def recommend.
