Stay at Park Plaza where they let you check in 3pm and free hours of late check out (I've been in & out of hotels the whole year in the UK I thought this 3pm 11am thing is a thing of the past), where bathrooms are bigger and the tub not cracked

The property has a key-less system but nowhere is it mentioned that you still need to go to reception to get a keycard to work the electricity in the room.

Coat hooks in the room would have been good but otherwise it was a great stay

We liked the location which was a small walk close to the train station & the theatre & shopping malls. The room was very comfortable & the breakfast was exceptional value.

The room was not cleaned to a great standard. Long hairs and dust found in desk. Cups were stained. I didn’t like the light fixtures in the room. The lamps by the bed were very oddly placed

beautiful clean and quiet iconic hotel in Leeds railway station! had a very restful sleep and was delighted the hotel switched out hypoalergenic bedding for me; made a huge difference! lovely staff, amazing food!

the website says this hotel offers room service, but they do not for breakfast, also rather lacking in accessibility awareness; when it comes to disabled travellers, but the staff were lovely and did their best to accommodate, would definitely stay again as location and comfort were off the scale wonderful!

Staff were hit and miss, the receptionist when we arrived was awful - no smile, no greeting. Other receptionists were much better. The maitre d at breakfast not overly welcoming.

The property was absolutely stunning from the moment you walked through the doors, it has a very friendly and warm aroma like your at home, the scent of the entrance to the reception smelled very luxurious. Upon arrival we was greeted with friendly staff, unfortunately we did have a hiccup where our room was double booked due to a glitch in the system and unfortunately we did walk in on a couple on what room we was given, we went down to reception and explained to the staff what happened and within 5 minutes we had a updraded room and the staff were full of apologies, although the upgrade was not necessary we were very appreciative of the kind gesture and this just elivated our stay. So truly a thank you to the staff for making our trip extra special.

Late check in. As I only stayed for one day, it meant I was not there for 24 hours. I was unable to work shower. Meal options.

It was right in the city, next to the railway station and close to the theatre where we wanted to go.

We didn’t like the fact there was no telephone in the rooms. We were next to the lift and was woken in the early hours of the morning with some very high spirited people shouting in the corridors. We were disappointed we couldn’t have dinner in the hotel as it was Indian themed, would have been nice to have had more of a varied menu.

Rude member of staff not giving the room I paid for and told I didn't book that room not having my room service after I been out came back to un maid bed no clean towels tea

The staff were very helpful especially as my husbands mobility is poor and was helped to his table at breakfast. The restaurant was good ,tasty food and good service.

The room..109, where the bed was against the wall, so as a senior citizen it wasn't very convenient to use the bathroom at night time without doing a "commando" crawl to get off the bed! Also I found opening the door very hard to open. The view wasn't appealing!

The facility were great and so close to what me and my had booked.

The room was not clean. The room was rather dusty. The bin under the desk had rubbish in. The paint on the bathroom ceiling was damaged and flaking.

No car parking available. H9tel d9es 30% off local carpark but can only apply discount when booked online and downloaded app. We weren't aware of this and carpark cost £36 for 24hours .

Road works going on outside the room all night. We were unable to sleep. We weren't pre informed, or told this would be the case and on speaking to reception after getting on sleep all night they clearly knew the road works were an ongoing thing. We should have been informed on check in and then we xould have asked for a different room, this was our weedi6ng anniversary and we paid extra for the particular room, to not get a wink of sleep!

This was about my fifth visit to this hotel, my go-to place in Leeds. We were there to celebrate a graduation and both rooms were very good with comfortable beds. We really like the bar and breakfast in this hotel, which are cool and upmarket.

Reception very helpful when we asked to leave bags before we could check in. Liked the key via the app we could share with the group (4 in 1 room). Water available in reception & reception staff offered to fill up our bottles with iced water. Rooms clean & modern. Comfortable bed.

The button to switch the water off/on on the shower was stiff and hard to turn off. The lobby area was very dark at night (8pm) when I arrived, and it was not automatically obvious where reception was. The online check-in did not work.

Perfect location which is why I picked the hotel. Late evening reception staff were brilliant compared to check in. Happy they were the same staff both nights I stayed. Lovely room. The lobby was amazing and seats were comfortable.

No information about the hotel facilities when I checked. No information about direct access to station or if there was a gym. Fridge in the room didn’t work so food was wasted. Was later informed none of the fridges in the rooms work. I appreciated the honesty of the staff. Bathroom was small. AC was difficult to work but once the night manager set the correct temp it was fab. Why is check in at 3 and check out 11. Usually check in 2 and check out 12.

The location is fantastic, next to leeds centre train station. The hotel staff were very pleasant and accommodating, we arrived 2 hours before check in time and was expecting to leave our bags whilst we went for a wonder but our rooms were ready (I did email to tell them the time we would arrive). Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and loved the pillows. We looked out onto the square and the Thor tipi was opposite but we wasnt disturbed by noise.

After a quick clothes change we decided to go to the hotel bar for a drink before hitting the town, the service was great but alittle slow. Maybe to do with the people in front ordering cocktails and there being only 2 members of staff on. Not a problem, im just being picky as there was nothing wrong with this place.
