Location was ideal. Breakfast is average.

We had to call few times for amenities as they didn't refill them during cleaning.

I've stayed here numerous times,this time I was in room 1502 on the 15th floor,the view's were brilliant.Definately stay here in the future.

Basically nothing to dislike, it's very central,near to the train station.

the room,considering this was supposed to be a superior twin room it fell well short of expectations, and as for the city view, well looking out onto s shop wall was not a city view

Lifts did not work which is a challenge on the 12 floor Breakfast room was extremely busy with staff struggling to keep up Layout meant food in numerous locations so a little challenging to navigate when it's busy

The complimentary upgrade was a lovely surprise and been put on top floor

Comfortable room, well equipped, good breakfast with plenty of variety, very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent city centre location.

My room was on the 17th floor and there was a problem on one day of my stay when only 1 lift appeared to be working. I had to wait 10 minutes for the lift which was a problem as I was leaving to attend a wedding and the delay in getting out of the hotel was highly inconvenient. The bathroom, whilst otherwise good, had no shower gel/cream in the dispenser.

I have lost 400 GBP My and my employee have stayed in this hotel for two days, 1-3 Sep, rooms 1103 and 1104 It was a business trip that we have to provide all the bills after to be refunded. As you do on a business trip. You pay for things and collect bills and invoices. When made a booking I have emailed you my company details and confirmed that I will need invoice issued for my company. You have comfirmed. When checking in I have also double checked that you have my company details when checking out I was given invoice that shows my name only as a recipient not mu company I have asked why since I have provided all the company details. Front desk lade didn't not know, confirmed that they have received the details but said she's unable to change it and I have to sort it myself. What's the funniest - last year I have also stayed at the same hotel and had the same problem. As a result I had to cover my stay at your place from my private money even though I was on a business trip. I wont stay there ever again. And I wont use Booking com ever again

Great location to trai station. Lovley massive spacious room for 3 people. Staff were friendly and the leacing of bag facility was well managed.

During our stay there was only 1 operational lift. Staying on the 15th floor it took a very long time to get up and down when needed. Having to resort to taking the stairs on multiple occasions.

Location is great, and really central to access Leeds. The value for what we paid was good, staff were friendly and efficient at check in. They also were able to allocate our rooms on the same floor, reasonably close to each other. The rooms were spacious, and the complimentary water, tea and coffee was appreciated.

The rooms definitely would benefit from refurbishment. They felt slightly dated and more mirrors would be better. The beds weren’t particularly comfy, especially the sofa bed. There was also a lot of outside noise from early in the morning, and better sound proofing would be beneficial.

The lifts were very.slow. we waited 7 minutes for a lift! Room was dated. Carpets need changing.

It was the hottest day of the year and the air con was fabulous. Nice big room and bathroom.

Interior is very tired…. Only one lift worked, so it took ages to get up and down. Shower gel had been ripped off the shower wall and had to ask for it to be replaced… Air con in the room was sporadic so it was boiling. Stains on carpet.

Asked for a room on ground floor was assured I would get one on 4th.floor ended on 5th. floor.Asked for a pizza at midnight but was told I couldn’t have one as there was no cheese!…..really!Also one lift out of 3 was operational so reported it to reception but was told “Oh yes we know!”The toilet in our room was filthy!

It is a little tired, in need of renovation. The lifts are always out of order and very slow. Lots of noise from the water pipes from other rooms, carpets are dirty, the rooms are a little dull.

Friendly and professional staff. Excellent breakfast which was helpfully served until a late time at the weekend. The best thing about the Park Plaza was the central location, next to the train station, shopping centre, restaurants and nightlife.

One lift was out of order throughout our stay which resulting in long waits.

There was only one lift operating in the morning meaning that we had to climb a lot of stairs or wait a very long time!

We checked in online and didn’t have to wait in a queue at reception which saved time

Unfortunately I had an issue with a lot of mosquitoes in my room despite not opening the windows at all during my stay. When phoning reception the response from reception was very rude. I asked for at least some bug spray which they said would be provided but this never arrived.

The service is very nice, room cleaning is very good. stuff are kind and nice. view is good.

Inside sound proof is not very good, I was woken up by the alarm vibration from neighbour room, I can also hear sound of switch on / off and sound of open / close the closet. Another thing I felt bad is the lift, I don't know why it took so long time to wait for the lift, sometimes even more than 10 mins. There are three but it seems only 2 were functioned. And stuff also used it for transport cleaning stuff, maybe that's the reason why it took so long time

All I touched and saw

The only disappointing part is all about the lift. There are delinquent on the part of the lift. They aren't effective. I even believe that one one of the life is functional, which carries all the burdens. Whether gong up or coming down, this lift stops at every junction necessary. If all the lifts were functional, this wouldn't have happened. It wastes time and caused lots of unnecessary delays with the lift accmmodating every one on the way until jam packed to the point, others will have to wait..

The car park we were told it was next to hotel and then to arrive to be told we should pre book and it was a walk away

No lamps in the room, only big lights. Scruffy furniture, carpets and paint on the walls The lift takes a good 5 minutes especially if you’re on the higher floors

The staff were very friendly and helpful, lovely big bed and great bathroom with everything you needed. No problems at all with lifts. Perfect location right in the city centre, short walk to everything, great choice of restaurants.

Pillows were lumpy and bedding felt cheap quality.

The mattress I suspect has not been changed in many years with the people shaped indentations on it. Curtains didn’t fit windows properly. Reception staff not warm and friendly, however restaurant lady was lovely and helpful.

The room was a little shabby to say its a 4 star hotel. The beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows too. The pillowcases smelt stale as if the machine machines have not be cleaned out properly.

One lift working on arrival which reception failed to mention. Room on 7th floor. Massive queue of people gathered all cramming (eventually) into the one lift. Discovered the aircon was faulty during the night so sleep was awful Lifts still not fully functioning the following morning and the two that were were full of cleaners and their equipment or other guests meaning almost 15 mins to get to reception from the room

It is the first time being at this hotel. It is slightly above my budget, but I decided to try it. The check-in was online The room had an excellent view and large windows and I did not hear any noise from outside Very good, providing a coffee machine and a refrigerator with a couple of bottles. Not to forget - ironing facility

The "phone-key" was playing and every time I needed to enter, I was struggling. I was expecting the towels to be more "fragranced", but they smell on cheap washing or improper storing.

Brilliant location, directly opposite the station. Room (twin) was very comfortable and clean. Staff were all friendly and helpful including the team on front desk and breakfast.

During our stay there was an issue with the lifts (2 out of 3 not working) but we were warned at check-in and then compensated with free breakfast. Good service and allowed us to make sure we knew there may be a delay waiting for the lift and to plan accordingly.

The hot chocolate drinks were extremely watery and very poorly made despite having to pay £4.50 per cup. Could have walked a few minutes to chocolate stores around for very good and better quality at a similar price. One USB charging point did not work. The strange and uncomfortable one was the bedside lights on both rooms. The switch on the left light5the bulb on the right and vice versa. So, you're cannot control your bedside light. The other person had to. If the other person is asleep, you will have to get up and walk to the other side to switch your light on or off.

It’s a new building I think but could doo with a revamp you now carpets needs changing. Baby cot could be better was to low for my child

When the booking was made I specifically requested a kettle in the room so we could make baby feeds during the night kettle was given and it was not working. Luckily we had boiling water in the flask

Having to wait way too long for a lift. I did walk down the stairs, but we were on the 9th floor and even that was a bit annoying, since the stairs were pretty depressing!
