Good location

proximité aéroport et car rental

rien de spécial

Helpful staff and great location

Not far from terminal 2 but gives the impression when u book it’s next to terminal 2. If we stay again recommend radisson blue for location

The room and bathroom smelled of smoke and the shower was broken

Perfect location

Nothing, it was perfect for an early flight

Always a friendly face to meet you after a long flight back to the uk (even at 3am)

Very clean and a great location, good range of food to order was checked in by orland who was very helpful and friendly

There was nothing I didn’t like

Room service delivery lady was lovely as was the gentleman in reception at check out.

Toilet didn’t flush - only discovered that at bed time. Only left one set of towels for an adult and a 17 year old.

To far to walk to hotel from train station should make this clear

Staff were excellent

Great location easy to get to T2 using the shuttle bus- given very quiet room as we had to be up early so great staff thank you

Nothing

Excellent welcome from Daniel on the desk. Bar staff really friendly and professional.

Staff the room and the facilities

It was so friendly and easily accessible

Easy to get to the T2 great restaurant , great room.

NA

Great service

Close to airport

Friendly staff with quick checkin

Needed a shuttle.to get to airport. No airlink like the other hotels

Breakfast and nice staff

Bit pricy for just a room, should have business rates and normal traveller rates

Location ok for T3

The room was not great for the price paid

Location in the airport so easy to access the terminals for early morning flights

Nothing

Great location near the terminal, clean and tidy.

Nothing

It was clean and comfortable. There were 2 choices of restaurant which was a lovely surprise and we ate at the Thai which was incredibly good! The staff we interacted with were attentive, polite and welcoming.

Lovely welcome by Michelle on the front desk.

All perfect

Location was ideal for dropping our daughter at the airport. It was an easy walk from the hotel to T2- about 12 minutes, so no need to bother about a shuttle bus.

The location is brilliant for Terminal 3 The food was lovely in the Thai restaurant.

Nice room with comfy bed. Resteraunt and bar was very good.

Close to terminal 2

Ok convenient

Expensive shuttle bus 7.95 each to and from terminal 2 should be 5.0 ponds max

Room and breakfsat

The price was a bit steep for a simple room

Great staff, very supportive, prime location for early morning flight

Right by the airport Great for 1 night

The shower over the “bath” took me 10 mins to figure out how to work. Food choice in the bar / restaurant was not very exciting

Easy check in, super clean room. Good location close to airport. Shuttle bus for transfer.

Handy location to Manchester airport. Breakfast was much improved since our last visit

Nothing really. It’s a transit stop

The hotel is very lovely with a wonderful lounge bar and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We were very impressed with the whole experience. The room is well thought out and exceptionally clean and comfortable.Would most definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nothing we could think of.

Profesjonalna obsługa, wygodny pokój

Comfortable bed, nice food and staff. All clean and good location.

Never had to pay for a shuttle bus from an airport hotel before.

Stayed twice now when have an early flight! It was great both times! Staff lovely and friendly! Also the rooms have been great! The food is a lil on the pricey side but have really enjoyed it both times!

The location near the hotel, the lounge bar area and the room was good.

Nothing really.

Staff were very pleasant

The television was broken - room service took over an hour to arrive and the order was incorrect. I booked an early morning alarm call at 3.30am which I didn't receive either,

Clean and friendly staff

My bath had a dirt rim on it so it wasn’t clean I showered instead

The shower was hard to work and I had to thump it a few times which at three in the morning I don’t think my neighbours appreciated the pressure from the water was not very good either. When all you want at three in the morning before an early flight is a quick shower this is not what you want and I probably wouldn’t stay here again solely for this.

The staff were amazing and super helpful. I wanted to change from a standard to a twin room and the staff couldn’t be more helpful.

Location great for Airport. Really friendly and helpful reception staff

Modern clean good restaurants and bar

Car parking spaces tight and limited on arrival

Restaurants on site.

There was no water at the reception desk.

Great location

Spacious, clean and modern room with easy access to the large on site bar and restaurant which had a great selection of food on the menu. Conveniently located in very close proximity to the airport terminals with a regular shuttle available for guests (charged per passenger, not FOC as we assumed). Will definitely be booking for family holidays in the future!

N/A

Comfortable and affordable.

We had an evening meal. There were only two staff taking orders and payment. Waited ages for drinks to arrive. The two staff worked hard, management needs to put more staff on. Too many covers for just two! Lousy coffee! Good selection for breakfast.

See above.

Friendly welcome

Zero.....All good

Great staff, friendly, helpful. Shuttle to the terminals.... fantastic

A very warm welcome from the staff Easy check in at front desk Room was well equipped Shower was lovely and hot Good value for money Lovely towels Nice toiletries

Bed was uncomfortable Bathroom needs updating

Der saubere, zentral in Flughafennähe gelegende Unterkunft. Freundliches Personal, Betten okay.

Frühstück passt vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht. Alles relativ fettig und keine besondere Auswahl. Der Kaffee war ziemlich schlecht. Ab dem frühen Morgen viel Lärm vom Flugplatz.

Room clean and spacious. Nice bar area to relax

Exactly as expected

Everything was great good menu at bar in the evening food was really good and reasonably priced

The staff were excellent

Had a problem wouldn't accept cash but a very friendly manager sorted it

Very convenient for terminal 3. Good price for an airport hotel.

Needs a bit of an update

Good location comfy bed very very clean and friendly staff

I’d probably stay closer to airport next time, shuttle guy said they were full and it was only a short walk to hotel I tried to walk there with huge case got totally lost no signs ended up back waiting for shuttle, an hour later got to hotel 🫤

Ideally located for the airport

Fantastic

Nothing

Staff were polite and helpful

Everything was great. Hospitality was excellent!

Nothing I can think about.

It is close to the airport, making it a good stay for a next day flight.

It’s a little pricey these days but not unduly so in comparison with other similar hotels. Surprised that you now have to pay £3.95 for each person to take the shuttle bus to the airport a few minutes away. With fish and chips for 2 costing £55 with a drink, it’s £230 for a nights stay just to avoid an early taxi journey ….. £400 with the taxi to get to the airport.

Exceptional standards! Clean throughout and staff incredible

I wasn’t there long enough

1. Great location for T3 - 3/4 min walk. 2. Nice open lobby and restaurant area. 3. Easy access to T3 Multi Storey CP 4. Fresh clean modern rooms

1. Bed was an ordinary double not King size as described 2. Bathroom water pressure was very low

Nice room, good breakfast and evening meal. Great as an airport hotel

The convenience of being so close to the airport for an early morning flight

Clean comfortable. Good place to stay

5 minutes walk from T3 yet it it is difficulty to find. No signs. Maze of car parks. When you eventually find it, the area is inadequately lit, there are no proper footpaths. Unsafe due to darkness and traffic

Everything, rooms lovely and just what’s needed for an overnight stay. Clean and comfortable. Restaurants -they had two, both looked lovely .

Nothing I didn’t like to be honest, just one member of staff was a little stand offish while serving, we can all have a bad day, but if you can’t be nice in hospitality don’t work in it. Everyone else from reception to dining was absolutely lovely so overall a great experience had by us both.

Perfectly located and very comfortable. Staff were lovely.

Despite paying for parking through the front desk, we were still given a parking ticket. As the hotel were able to cancel it, it seems to be their own system which doesn’t work. The staff member I spoke to was very helpful in resolving it but just a totally unnecessary inconvenience that we had to deal with post stay.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and it definitely won't be my last! The rooms are spotlessly clean, the food is delicious, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Even though they offer an airport shuttle, it’s actually just a few minutes' walk to the terminal, which is super convenient. I will definitely be back next time!

Nearness to airport

No early breakfast option or package offered for early flight... Some hotels do offer this.

Great for the airport. Lovely Asian restaurant

Room was freezing

Pulizia

Nulla

Only stayed overnight to access an early flight so didn’t make any use of the hotel facilities.

Wanted to access the shuttle bus back to terminal early morning. Stood by van for quite a while without a driver showing up! Chose to walk back in the end! Lack of key information in the room-either paper copy or on screen.

Loved everything we could check in late and check out latte

N/a

Super close to the airport. Good value for money. Comfy rooms. Perfect for early morning flight.

Shower pressure was very poor (staying on 4th floor).

We stayed here for a gig at wythenshawe park, was about 3 miles away but Would definitely stay there the food was lovely had a selection of starters, one of our group had the soup and another had a panini and we all enjoyed it, the bar was open till 12 so when we got back from the gig we could have a cheeky dusty before bed good selection of beer and ales (also good area for just eat and uber eats at night)

The wonderful receptionist, very helpful and could read that we were tired after train cancellations added hours onto our journey. Just a very good start to our holiday really

Possibly the tricky path to get to the hotel but that wasn't the hotels fault
