Having to pay extra £25 for parking for the night we were staying at the hotel. The cleanliness has gone down hill and the rooms are dated. Used to stay a lot. Won’t stay again.

I don't like empty Mini Bars..and I've messaged on numerous occasions that covid was years ago...get back to giving first class service and put some wine...beers..spirits and soft drinks in them...you won't regret it...take it to boardroom level...

The room was clean, good view of the runway, air con and the lay out of the hotel itself was great, plenty of sockets and usb ports. Liked they had the bar and restaurant too. Although the prices were over the top, it helped.

The room needed a bit of TLC, worn in parts of the room, when you relate a brand like the Radisson, you expect the room to be in top condition. The price for the Superior Room was a little on the highest side for a runway view. And it didn't feel like you get your money's worth. Although the hotel was conviennent for our stay, i just feel we over paid. Also check out, we had a early flight and our check out was super early. In one way its good that you don't have to wait for somebody at the desk to check out and leave your card in the box at the desk, i still had to find staff to ask. It may be me but i didn't see anything to help me with that. Also as you can imagine travelling with a Child who has special needs, its hard carrying all your baggage etc. I had to ask for help, instead of it being offered. Luckily there was a cart for the suitcases i could use but again it was not offered to me.

I would like to thank the hotel for letting me change my booking due to a family emergency in May. The booking was non refundable but they moved the date without any questions. Thank you it was really appreciated

Linked to the airport, executive lounge is brill, so relaxing.

A little disappointed with the breakfast, as i do like an english breakfast in the morning the hash browns were soggy due to being steamed for a long time in the bowls, the mackerel was dried up, scrambled egg had also dried up.

Location, cleanliness of the room, and comfort were brilliant

Could have had more coffee sachets and milk, that's the only issue.

We upgraded to the executive room with lounge access. We got into the lounge at 6.15pm to sample the free nibbles and drinks. The food was cold even though in warmer trays?at bang on 8pm all the food which was still available to eat was promptly taken away by the staff despite pleas not to do so, who the Didnt re appear again until 8 pm to clear away the used plates and left over food. In between The lounge was a disgrace and left like a tip. Absolutely no soft drinks such as juice for those who didn’t want tonic or coke. A very poor experience and one which I will never have again

The location was perfect for our flight, staff were very helpful and friendly, and very quick to fix any problems or issues, would definitely and will be staying again.

Location is excellent being next to both the railway station and the airport terminal. Facility is to a high standard with food availability to suit arrival/departure times.

The location of the front door wasn’t obvious resulting in walking round the wrong way first.

How close the hotel was to the train station and the airport

I'm pretty sure the aircon I'm my room was leaking refrigerated gas as there was a stong smell of acetone from the machine I just switched it off and I totally forgot about it until this question

It is a lovely hotel and staff are very friendly and most of all we can walk to terminal 2!

I had to pay £200 for a Superior room as nothing else was offered, a lot to pay for a room that we arrived at about 5pm and left at 3.15am to catch our flight.

Proximity to Manchester Airport is excellent. There is a walkway direct to the terminals. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bar served good food.

Its perhaps a little expensive per night for what is required.

As always, comfortable room. Clean with a comfy bed. Just never there long enough due to early morning flights. Good meal the night before.

Very convenient for early morning flight, stayed in executive room and was worth the money bed was so comfy so woke up feeling very refreshed for long flight.

Member of staff asking if I was on the correct floor when I got out of the lift on 9th.....almost as if I shouldn't be, only when I gave my room number I felt like I was then allowed out of the lift apart from that everything else was lovely

The hotel needs a refit it looks very tired and needs modernising rooms ok but now need upgrade. Restaurant food was ok but all areas need refit. Location for flight in t2 is excellent and the big selling point. Overall does need some TLC

The location is amazing, the rooms are luxurious, the executive lounge is fabulous and the staff were about of this world! The beautiful aroma when you walk into reception should be bottled and sold!!!

Our booking was for room with the executive lounge access. For how many people were in the lounge there needed to be more than 1 staff on. The poor girl was run off her feet and couldn't get things out fast enough for everybody. Think people had to go down to reception to report the problem of the drinks not being out out quick enough when empty and things not being topped up. We have stayed here before and this is not the first time this has happened. Some people even had to stand up as there was no room for them to sit down. Dont think you should over book like that . Everyone should be entitled to a relaxing enjoyable experience and there should be seating for everybody

I liked all about the a hotel.

Extremely clean and modern. Great location for airport travel. Comfy large size bed.

Minor items were, shower leaked water thru a gap where the shower glass met the door hinge. Tv app was not very easy to use. I usually watch my own Netflix when away and most hotel tv's allow this but couldn't get it here. Only 2 small sugar packets provided in room.
