Location exactly what we wanted .Courtesy bus was quick and very efficient.Self service check in and out was great.

Our room was in a very noisy place. Lots of other guests banging around during the night , slamming doors and shouting.

Comfortable beds. Clean. Staff friendly and accommodating.

The location and staff were great

The room was expensive for what it was although I had booked last minute. I was apparently given a "free upgrade" to a room which had wallpaper coming off the walls, a bottle of water that had already been opened and drunk from, and lamps with bulbs not working There was also no luggage rack, which I found surprising given that it is an airport hotel.

Great location, with convenient 24-hour shuttle bus, welcoming staff, great facilities.

We arrived on our late flight and the shuttle made it easy to get to the hotel. The hotel staff were very helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. We had no complaints

2 areas one for business and meetings and the other for general guests, when finding your room it’s easy to get both areas mixed up as there is no clear signs.

The food was over priced. I ordered parmesan fries and received chips with some indistinguishable cheese melted on the top 3. The pillows were lumpy and should have been replaced years ago The hotel is in need of an upgrade

Not clearly signposted from the station. Shuttle not reliable took ages to arrive so had to walk as wouldbhave missed check in times! Think the price was expensive for what you get

Ich war zwei mal in kurzer Zeit im Hotel. Das erste Zimmer war eher verwohnt. Die Badezimmertür wies große Feuchtigkeitsstellen und abgeplatzte Stellen auf. Das Zimmer roch modrig (ggf. früher ein Raucherzimmer?). Dafür war der Preis sehr hoch. Das Zweite Zimmer war in einem besseren Zustand und wies keine schlechten Gerüche auf (war laut Rezeption ein Upgrade).

The staff were outstanding for this type of hotel. They were not just efficient but genuinely friendly. Our room was spacious and the beds very comfortable. The evening meal was excellent. It was very close to the airport.

The bathroom basin was horrible. It had an open plug hole with nothing to stop quite big things disappearing down it. It was covered in black marks where all the surface had gone. It looked as though someone had been clog dancing in it! It let down the tone of our accommodation and needs seeing to pronto. The bath /shower was a bit slippy and difficult to get out of for oldies like us!

The toilet is ancient and the water system needed a lot of effort. The rug had obvious stains that has been attempted to wash. You have to rely on opening your windows for ventilation

Our room was apparently an upgraded room, which contained 2 very small double beds which weren't suitable for my husband and to sleep in together, so we had one each. Our toilet didn't flush so we were unable to use it, and the aircon didn't work so we had to have the window open, which meant we had a very nosiy night. Very disappointed.

The rooms were spacious . It’s clean and a good location.

The price of the parking is shocking. I was charged £30 from 8.30pm until 2.30am a totally if 6hrs. This would make me think twice about staying here again .

Parking and access to terminals not as straightforward as advertised

The QR-code ordering system wasn´t working properly in the restaurant. It took a long time to re-trying to get the order through. There was no service available only by the phone/tablet.

Bed was OK for 1but I found it quite hard, room got very hot as no ac. , Paid for B n B but didn't manage to get there as flight time changed to earlier had to be in airport at 6am and breakfast not served til 5.30am room at front of hotel so quite noisy due to 24hr shuttle bus

I woke up at 1 am because of itchiness at arms and back, appear rashes, I cannot sleep again. I found dust on the bed and some small pieces ? I’m not sure previous bedsheet was not changed or not.

The placement is good to get to the terminal quickly and the staff were nice.

The room was 'dirty', especially the bathroom, hair in the shower, mess in the loo, stains on the sink, bits of food on the floor and no liner in the bin. The duvet and pillows either had no cover or were just terrible quality, felt like sleeping on rigid paper, I know some people like that but not me. And for £85 quid for one night, it definitely didnt feel like a premium option.

Extremely poor service from the bus driver in the morning. Meant to be dropping us at the terminal but didn't visit our terminal and claimed to have asked if everyone was just terminal 2. When challenged that we were now at risk of missing our plane, he responded 'it's not my problem'. We had to then run to the terminal/

The shower over the bath. The shuttle bus wasn’t able to be booked and we were told to come down 20 mins before we needed to go, which is precious time when you’re flying at 6am. Other than that the room was comfortable and clean.

Good and efficient service

Had to stay here for an unexpected night after our flight was cancelled and we had to rebook a new flight leaving a day later. Excellent breakfast Good shuttle service

The room was really shabby. The washbasin surface was pitted and peeling. The door looked as though a chain lock has been ripped off. No coffee machine. We had stayed in a deluxe room 2 nights earlier and there was no comparison. We spoke to management and the gentleman said the room was due for refurbishment. This would have been acceptable except that we were charged a lot more than for the deluxe room on our previous visit 2 nights earlier so it was really poor value for money. Knowing the room requires refurbishment it should have been priced accordingly. It has put us off staying here again

Bar food was awful, cocktail poor and some [not all] of the staff obviously did not want to be there their body language and interaction said it all. Very slow to clear tables preferring to stand at the till and chatt to each other

Housekeeping staff were noisy at early in the morning, around 6 -7 am they were talking loudly in the hallways and making loud noises.

Firstly I made no request for a quiet room so that question could not be answered. The bathroom had 2 coloured unremovable marks one in the shower and one in the sink. One of the table lights had a broken bulb connection (not just new bulb needed).

The food menus excellent the vicinity to the airport and rental car.dropoff.

The hygiene, rooms really.dusty under beds, bathrooms. Gym needed a really.good. lean of the equipment and the floor requires cleaning - deep clean of the whole area is required.

The self check in process that was encouraged by an email from the hotel did moving for a feeling of good customer relations. I had no contact with the hotel staff during check in and even programmed my own room keys. This may be an effefficuent process but does disconnect the guest from the hotel staff.

The shower had low pressure and what let's it down is my phone was flat so couldn't use table service the woman behind the bar was leaning for at least 5 mins on her phone

The staff …first of all …were INCREDIBLE ! It was 8th sept …flights in chaos and they coped so well with an influx of guests. The bar staff worked so hard to look after everyone. Big shout out to the lovely gent & lady running the restaurant on the evening of the 8th. Fabulous service and so personable. The check in was swift (I love that) and overall I’d definitely recommend to any traveller. In fact it was the staff of the cancelled easyJet flight that recommended this hotel. Well done guys you are a credit to this hotel …wish I’d have got your names 🤷‍♀️😍

Perfect location for the early morning flight

The hotel was near the airport train station. Free shuttle if required. You can take a left coming out of the train station and walk to the hotel. Good for an early morning flight.

40 minute wait for the shuttle bus from the airport train station. If you want to pay in cash you have to have the exact money. No change available.

Very pedantic about not checking in until 3pm - even at 2.58pm!! One of the TVs in the family room did not work at all. The air - conditioning did not work Lots of marks on walls Bathroom door wood was peeling away Single bed slid away from wall Dust and filth at edges of carpet and skirting board was appalling once bed had moved. Obviously not cleaned for months.

Room battered by heavy traffic of people. Shower broken. Parking drop off difficult to obtain Info. To have had this included when we booked would have made it easy. Also to have a staff member assisting with questions would allow many to self serve on the check in machines. Breakfast not served until later in morning when early wake for flight.
