Wonderful team, friendly service and good looking hotel

The bar/restaurant is too small for the hotel size, the team do an amazing job given the limitations - but there are no other nearby alternatives to eat (and other hotel’s guests come here to eat too). Expand the food options and get some revenue in, it’s a great place to be!

£12 per head breakfast was disappointing, bacon, pancakes and sausages were like bark. Don’t bother with it because clearly the chief can’t be. Being in room 115, the window faced straight to the busy restaurant so you have zero privacy.

The bed was very hard and we both found it very uncomfortable. The mirror in the bathroom was so far behind the sink and a shelf that it was unless for doing make up and there was no make up mirror. The full length mirror I. Their bedroom was behind the sofa bed so we couldn’t use that either. The room had a sofa bed made up which we hadn’t requested - it was impossible to put it back to a sofa so we couldn’t use it as a sofa. Overall an expensive yet disappointing room and we won’t be coming back.

Both the evening meal and breakfast were excellent. Room was very well equipped and clean.

Great location if you arrive after a late flight or have an early flight next morning. Right next to the station and very close to Terminal 2. Everything was clean, staff was nice, breakfast was decent (just normal, nothing spectacular).

No kettle in the rooms. There was a fancy coffee machine, but ours wouldn’t work and the cup was too big to use with it. Just keep it simple and add a kettle!

Some people were commenting on the lack of scrambled eggs - that is not something I worry about, however. the sausages could have been higher quality but were fine. I would have liked some of those little marmite pots.

The location was great for what we needed being right beside the train/bus station at the airport and could easily walk to our terminal. The breakfast was great. Having tons of sockets and usb ports in the room was appreciated.

Our room wasn't as clean as we would have liked. Tons of smudge marks on surfaces, walls of the bathroom and doors especially didn't appear freshly cleaned.

La verdad esq pagar un hotel “aeropuerto” y que luego te cobren el shuttle del aeropuerto hasta el hotel, para un hotel de 3/4 estrellas nos pareció bastante cutre. El desayuno tampoco era muy allá, típico hotel inglés pero no para un 3/4 estrellas.

On checking in the receptionist said I could NOT stay unless I gave her my email address. I asked to see her supervisor and I was allowed to keep my paid reservation. Poor rude receptionist needing extra training and a smile would be a nice welcome too.

Room tiny, painted black with small window into courtyard. No Accor points when using Booking - new since I last stayed at an Accor hotel. Overall layout, black everywhere, a bar right by the entrance with a queue snaking outside just downright depressing. I felt sorry for the cabin crew staying there.

Rooms were great and the beds very comfortable. Hotel was quiet, despite being busy. Staff were really friendly and the food/dining experience was lovely. Would definitely book again and highly recommend.

Das Zimmer hatte den Namen "Tribe Essential Accessible". Aus der Beschreibung des Zimmers auf Booking.com - ich habe gerade nochmal nachgelesen - geht ncht hervor, dass es sich um das barrierefreie / behindertengerechte Zimmer des Hotels handelt, das hätte man aus dem Namen schließen müssen. Beim Check-In wurde ich gefragt, ob diese Buchung beabsichtigt sei, gleichzeitig wurde mir aber gesagt, dass meine Antwort nicht ändern würde, denn man habe sowieso nichts anderes frei. Das Zimmer sei wie jedes andere auch - nur größer. Das stimmt so nicht. Insbesondere das Waschbecken ist auf einer Höhe, in der man es nur in gebeugt / in der Hocke benutzen kann. Das Waschbecken ist sehr klein und es gibt keine Ablagefläche. Di Toilette ist viel zu nah am Waschbecken. Besonders gestört hat mich, dass das Geräusch des Lüftungssystems ziemlich stark war, selbst, wenn man die Klimasteuereung / Ventilator für das Zimmer ausgeschaltet hatte. Sehr laut!

Location was excellent. There is construction opposite the hotel that we looked out on to but our room was totally silent. The hotel was clean, smart and our room was lovely. The restaurant was good. Only issue was that the bar was understaffed for the volume of customers: they were unable to keep up with the demand of drinkers and diners. Apart from this, no issues.

Booking a meal was a little Disappointing. Was asked on arrival if we wanted to book the restaurant, but nothing was confirmed and earliest availability when we went down to the restaurant was 2.5hrs

Instead of sending numerous marketing messages through Booking.com after room booking, would be much more appropriate to send instructions on how to walk to the hotel from the airport terminals. Had to ring and ask for the directions. The black interiors look quite oppressive and show all the dust and dirt. The room was not as spacious as expected. The rug looked and felt dirty. Windows were dirty. There was water underneath the bathroom tiles which came out from between the joints. There was only one set of towels for 2 people, had to ask for another set.

I was put in an accessible disabled room for some reason and I was not keen on that. I was too tired when I arrived to move rooms and I had also to be up awake at 3am so I did not ask for it to be rectified. I travel a lot from Manchester Airport and normally stay at The Holiday Inn or Radison Blue but decided to give the Tribe a try as the ratings were good. Disabled room which was completely the opposite end of the building from the elevators so not ideal for a disabled person. Would I stay there again? Possibly, if I had a normal room.

Phoned before staying to ask a question. Got cut off twice. Meal mix up. My wife had nearly finished her meal before staff were alerted. Turns out they thought my meal was my wifes second dish. Ordered a havana club rum. Bar had run out.

The room had one towel to share between people, and the room reeked of cigarette smoke. Both not acceptable especially the latter. As I was leaving the hotel the morning after at 5+ am I was unable to fully raise my concerns other than mention it to the girl who signed me out.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a lovely overnight stay at the TRIBE Hotel Manchester Airport. The hotel was modern, clean and very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Perfect location for the airport, especially for an early flight. ✈️

I got a glass of Prosecco and it was measured out 125 MLS never have I seen that and it was very expensive not even half a glass.

The location of the hotel was great for the rail station and airport.

The walk from the car park to the hotel was a bit of a pain with heavy cases, as it's detoured around the back of the new Premier Inn they're building next door. Not sure if that will change in the future as I believe it used to be different, but it's hard to see how.

Location is obviously very convenient, the lady on check out and the breakfast staff were lovely.

The staff on check-in - the blonde lady was unpleasant. The room was not cleaned properly - the sink was not cleaned at all, and the amount of dust in the whole room was literally insane, I've never seen anything like it in a hotel room, I think someone with a condition like asthma would really struggle(the pic is a screenshot of the amount of dust flying in the air). All surfaces scraped, scratched and overall heavily used, a tile on the bathroom floor was coming off as well. The breakfast was horrendous, very little choice and poor quality, nowhere NEAR a 4-star mark which seems crazy to me.
