Seats on the balcony but something is better than nothing and when ready they cleaned off easy.

The only hotel in the world where check-in and checkout takes 14 pieces of paper and over half an hour. So outdated.. . Please. ..get it together

Mes enfants aiment les omelette le matin et il fallait payer USD20 pour une petite omelette. Vraiment incomprehensible. Un prix elévé pour le buffet/dnîer pour les enfants.

The receptionist Suzanne took care of us with her sincerity and her hospitality with smiles was very good. So as well the concierge Chassi. Thank you so much. I would like to stay longer next time.

The hotel had a cafe, restaurant, bar, swimming pool and tennis courts. Also the guest laundry was very handy.

My stay was short

I like the proximity to the Emancipation Park and the New Kingston town centre.

Facility and property was great

The breakfast buffet which the Pegasus is known for has really declined. I was told that if I wanted the national dish (ackee and salt fish) I had to purchase separately. There was also way too much dinner items on the buffet. One day they didn’t even have fruits.

Breakfast was great, the bacon is very good, I had to ask what brand it was.

The slowness of the kitchen. At lunch time (between 2:30 - 3:45) It took over 45 mins to get 2 sandwiches and a burger and we had to get it to-go as we ran out of time to eat. There were only 3 occupied tables in the restaurant at the time so it was far from busy. The prior night it took nearly an hour to get a serving of pasta in the evening, granted this was around 8pm. but still not very late.

I want to rest a little to clear my head and so I did I will definitely be visiting again thank you guys for accommodating me

I loved everything apart from the fact that my other half is scared of the elevator and so I had the back and forth to come get him at all times

The variety and that it was Buffett so I could choose what I desired and return for more or something else.

So far very good and I enjoy the energy here. Ackeem has been a very good help here as well and he’s very funny- I like how joyful he is. The view is quite nice too and the meal is very rich here, especially the cheesecake.

Ackeem Is such a courteous and patient young man who attended to us to get us properly settled in our room . Remembered us immediately as soon as we pulled up on the lobby to check out . Joel at the front desk was very courteous and efficient . Alwyn on my first check in took the time to ensure that our room was fully prepared and waited for housekeeping to make some Minor adjustments .

Pegasus is always my first option when staying in Kingston Jamaica.

Ackeem and Shanae are excellent workers. Shanae made sure I got nice room with an excellent view of the pool and the city and Mr Ackeem with his top notch customer service great greetings and all. Over all it’s an excellent stay

Location was fine but the breakfast options were limited for persons with religious eating preferences.

logistics interms of the CUF conferences and its meals were a bit challenging. No fault of the hotel, I suppose.

I was surprised that the hotel didn’t have generators kick in when there is a power outage. Being stuck in the elevator was a horrible horrible experience.

Ackeeem, Ackeem Ackeem. From entering the building he greeted us with a smile took our bags and directed us to our checkin. He has been an absolutely pleasant and very helpful worker. He jumped to help with the kids when we were trying to bring our 3 sleeping kids from our excursions back to our room. Always willing to lend a helping hand and we are forever grateful to him and the entire AMAZING staff compliment at The Jamaica Pegasus. Our kids had a great time at the pool and the food was absolutely amazing! Love all the smiles and warmth. Thank you!!!!

Ackeem and Shuwana was very pleasant, professionals and welcoming. The room is beautiful, big and clean. I love the view from my bedroom window. Definitely looking forward to my stay.

Stop at food court in St Thomas Kingston Jamaica 🇯🇲 to get some food to eat for lunch and buy some milkshake to drinks and cool down your system and buy some sweet dessert and different types of ice cream what you like to eat

I like everything

I enjoyed my time here at the hotel. The majority of the staff was great, the location is good, the facilities are wonderful, and the room was great. I loved the little hidden park on the grounds. The lobby was great with seating pockets that allowed for people to still have their own space. The gift shop, though small, was well stocked. So why not 5 stars? I struggled with the food. I don't eat pork or seafood/shellfish. Several mornings for breakfast, I ended up with a cheese sandwich because the protein options does not cater much for folks like me. Pork/Bacon featured heavily. Never saw bacon wrapped plaintain until at this hotel. The lunch I received had fish, chicken AND shrimp all on the same plate and could not eat it. I am thankful there was a lot of fruits, yogurt, bread, vegetables and cheese. This probably wouldn't be an issue for others, so just take note.

The Lady at the frontdesk was extremly unfriendly.and the price for tthe night was appropriate high and the food in the cafe in the evening was actually not eatable. I come in this hotel siince mire than 30 yesrs.. What a bad development.

The location is excellent. The rooms were great. The staff was great with one or two exceptions.

The food...while there were options for breakfast, it had little to none for vegetarians most days. Ended up eating cheese sandwiches almost everyday for breakfast. The first day for lunch, I could not eat, as it was served with automatically with shrimp. So most instances, ended up buying food most days.

I recently spent seven days at the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel while attending the Caribbean Studies Association's 50th Annual Conference, and I had an excellent experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome. Special thanks to Loretta, Yolanda, the entire Front Desk team, and the Security team, who were always pleasant, attentive, responsive, and professional. Their friendliness and willingness to assist made a real difference throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were wonderful. I enjoyed the pool area, which provided a great space to relax between conference activities, and the Spa team deserves a special mention for helping me unwind after long days of meetings, presentations, and events. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job, ensuring that rooms and common areas remained clean and comfortable throughout the week. The food was another highlight. The banquet meals and conference catering were delicious, well-prepared, and consistently enjoyable. What stood out most was the professionalism of the staff during unexpected challenges, including the power outage that affected parts of the island during our stay. The team remained calm, helpful, and committed to providing excellent service despite the circumstances. The Jamaica Pegasus was a fantastic host venue for such an important conference. Thank you to the entire team for your hospitality and for helping make the CSA's 50th Anniversary Conference a memorable success. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend the hotel to both business and leisure travelers.

The Pegasus remains the best hotel in Kingston for any large business gathering. I stayed there for a week for the CSA Conference and the service was excellent. I could see how hard the staff worked at all levels to make us comfortable and to cater to our needs. Some of my colleagues stayed at the sister hotel, Courtleigh, and the team really came out strong. I also enjoyed the food - really lovely rice and peas! and the 24 hour Cafe at the front of Pegasus was such a joy and delight. Best Oatmeal cookies ever! I will definitely be back for Business and some pleasure!

There is nothing luxe about this hotel and check out my review of their sister hotel The Courtleigh. From the sad breakfast and if you're vegan all you're getting for breakfast is the fruit and tea. The ATM was clearly out of money and Patrice at the front desk told me she didn't have any complaints and therefore the issue didn't exist. Then proceeded to tell me to walk 15 min or take a 5 min taxi to the bank. Bizarre at best. The rooms are dated and the conference spaces used for the Caribbean Studies Association conference lacked audio visual staff, equipment and class. Our view was stunted by the ropes for painting using a scaffold and mold on bathrooms that need updating. Yuck, oh and this hotel is incapable of cash advances but thinks it's a leader in the hospitality. Get a room at the Four Seasons instead, for the money I wasted here you'd do better paying more.

Ackeem was very helpful pleasant great work hectic towards guest. He make sure I was okay with my stay. The room is very nice and clean definitely looking forward to wards a great stay.

The entire stay was awesome from check-in to check-out I would like to specifically recognize Renee' who took care of my room, her smile was bright and radiant, she had an amazing drive to provide excellent Customer service The food was fresh and delicious The entire property was very clean Thank you for making my first trip to New Kingston, Jamaica one I will never forget

Booked a single room here to relax and unwind after a busy day that culminated in a gala dinner which was conveniently held in the ballroom downstairs (which was fantastic btw) - by the time wifey and I checked in it was after 10pm and the manager on duty - Nichel was his name I believe, was super accommodating and even upgraded us to a suite as it was so late! We had drinks at the well stocked bar in the lobby before retiring to our plush suite for the night. Excellent service all round and will definitely return!
