スタッフ一人一人の対応がとても良く 彼の誕生日で泊まりましたが、シャンパンを準備しててくれたりととてもホスピタリティーに溢れてました^^

The staff are wonderful, it is expensive but worth it when you consider what is included. Loved the fact that pool did not have operating hours and you can help yourself to the included bar and snacks

Would be nice if the daily snacks at the pool changed daily but this is a minor comment

False advertising on the lounge access room needed to pay extra but as we found out, all room types have access to all lounges with free flow and snacks all day long. The checkout is weirdly early at 10:30am and the hotel rejected my request to even extend the checkout time by 30 mins and asked me to pay. We stayed for 4 nights and thought that was not a good experience. I had also my 45 bday while staying there and again though I have checked but the hotel does not provide any complementary arrangement as most hotels do

It’s pricey but worth it. Central location with convenient driving to Naha and other places in Okinawa. Staff super friendly and helpful. Spacious room and open brunch until 2pm so plenty of time for breakfast even if you sleep late. Excellent restaurant inside which can be booked for the night.

Nothing substantial. There could have been more shelf space in the wardrobe. Only hangers is not enough.

Quality hotel and excellent staff

The only thing the hotel was missing was a gym. It rained whilst we were there so a gym would have helped. Breakfast menu would be better if it was varied every other day

The interior aesthetics are modern. The adults-only environment provides a quiet atmosphere.

Communication breakdown: Don't bother emailing them. It took over seven days to receive a reply, and despite my specific request being 'approved' via email, it was completely ignored upon arrival. This seems to be a recurring issue for both international and Japanese guests. Over-hyped lounge: The '24-hour lounge' is a gimmick. The drink selection is generic, with no decent whisky. The snacks are inconsistent; arriving at 11 pm to find only nuts when ham and salmon were expected was disappointing. I would prefer clear serving times to an empty 24-hour promise. Incompetent service: I requested the laundry service, and the front desk said they would 'check availability', but they never got back to me. I had to follow up myself, and worse still, I had to ask for my clothes back proactively. They might as well replace the staff with robots, as guests would probably receive a better service. Design flaws & odours: The 'heated' infinity pool is far too cold to use and has no view. Occasionally, the outdoor atmosphere is ruined by a strong smell of manure from the neighbourhood. Bilingual gaps: Many self-service areas lack English signage. While guests can use AI to translate, it is the hotel's fundamental responsibility to provide basic bilingual instructions.

As a couple, we had the pleasure of staying at this hotel – and it is easily one of the most luxurious places we’ve ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, everything felt special. We were warmly welcomed, offered a seat, and the staff immediately took care of our luggage while explaining everything in a calm and friendly way. The lobby itself is beautifully designed and sets the tone for a relaxing, high-end stay. Our room was absolutely stunning – stylish, high-quality, and thoughtfully designed. Located on the ground floor, it had a unique jungle-like atmosphere, a private balcony with a comfortable sofa lounge, and a glass-enclosed bathroom that made the whole space feel very open and special. The hotel offers several bars with excellent cocktails and small, refined snacks throughout the day. The infinity pool is another highlight – perfect for relaxing and soaking in the atmosphere. Overall, you feel so well taken care of that you could easily spend your entire stay just enjoying the hotel. Breakfast was of very high quality with a great selection, paired with exceptionally attentive and friendly service – very much in line with the high standards you’d expect in Japan. A small downside: we didn’t manage to find or access the spa area easily. And yes, it’s definitely on the pricier side – but in this case, it genuinely feels worth it. Conclusion: An exceptional adults-only boutique hotel with beautiful design, outstanding service, and a true sense of calm luxury. Perfect for couples looking to treat themselves and fully unwind.

屋内アロマの香りで心まで満たされる。 HILLTOP SUITE with loungeaccessで2泊でしたが、朝ごはんも夜のバーも最高でした。プールは3月で温水でしたが、1日目は疲れ果ててすぐ寝たし、2日目は強風かつ、意外とぬるく感じて結局ライトアップだけ外から楽しみました。ジャグジーはあったかく感じだけど、風がなければ入ってましたかね。

無いですが、強いて言えば目の前が墓地と雑木林なところ。でもオーシャンビューも少し見えるから良し！

前スタッフの方が笑顔での対応が素晴らしかったです。また、朝食美味しくて最高でした。

The bars offered a great selection of alcohols and allows guests to make all kinds of cocktails which was really fun. The in-room coffee experience was also great. Service staff was super polite and friendly.

1. The entrance was between two large graves and can be missed easily. 2. We waited for 30 min for breakfast to be served and the burger was missing beef patty.

The hotel is in Yomitan village, about an hour from the center of Naha. By car, there is a good connection to both the north and south of the island on the highway. It is about a 30-minute drive to the American village. The hotel is very quiet and its 3 lounges provide exceptional comfort for spending free time. The hot tub and heated pool are a very pleasant addition to the services. Brunch (from 7:00 to 14:00) offers a wide variety of dishes, mainly Japanese cuisine. Unfortunately, during my stay, I was not able to use all the wellness offers that the hotel offers.

The hotel was very clean and tidy. The rooms are large and spacious but the location of the hotel was not great to say the least. Inside a cemetery, you could see the graves from both the room's small balcony and the pool. About an hour from the main city and about 10 minutes from the sea.

The lounge is indulgent with alcohol, besides there is coffee and dry cookies. There are no sandwiches or anything to snack on...so it's not exactly a lounge. In addition, there is no spa in the hotel, if you want, you can order a massage to your room Feedback

館内全体がaromaで満たされていて好きな香りでしたので癒されました。 部屋も清潔感がありスィートを選んで満足しています。スタッフの笑顔と対応に安心感もあり素敵な時間を過ごすことが出来ました！

とにかく静かです。一人で宿泊しましたがのんびり出来ました。

Everything is awesome. Since the design and the atmosphere you breath into the hotel to the treatment received by the staff that it is unbeatable. Nana, the manager is always caring about your stay. She gave us some tips to explore the island. Thank you for such an amazing stay

清掃は行き届いていたが、部屋のカビ臭いにおいが少し気になりました。サービスや食事はとても良いです。

施設は最高でした。プール、3種のバー。 朝食は想像以上に美味しく、メイン料理の量もちょうど良かった！ スムージーをまた帰ることができたので、チェックアウトして次の目的地までのお供にしました！

ホテルがいい香りで清潔感があり、室内も大変広いです。バーも3ヶ所あり、カクテルやワイン、焼酎などの色々なお酒が楽しめます。プールサイドでお酒をいただき、非日常な1日で大満足でした。朝ごはんに数種類のメインから中華粥を頼みましたが、そちらの味がとても美味しかったです。

全く思いつきません

Great hotel and the restaurant is lovely. It is great having the help yourself lounge and pool bar but would be nice to have the option to have a serviced bar too with a larger selection / more premium selection of drinks as there is little open late around in the local area. Especially as the staff were very accommodating in areas where they were working and very kind and helpful!

The ambiance is glamorous yet cozy, creating a welcoming environment. The staff are exceptionally thoughtful, providing outstanding service. Unlike many 5-6 star hotels, their approach feels more personal and human.

The room was amazing!!!!! So large and so well decorated. It had everything we needed and more. Free lounge was great too. We also really really enjoyed the brunch and the restaurant. I have tattoos and was a bit anxious to use the pool area but it was perfectly fine. There were no issues at all.

Wonderful staff and place to stay. Pool was heated so even enjoyed it in the light rain and cool days in late March. Great food in the restaurant and snacks at the Chill pool lounge. Also good restaurants nearby if you want to try something different. Pottery Mecca well worth a visit and about 90 minutes north to the aquarium.

The diversity of meal and heart-warming service really amaze me. For breakfast, except for the salad buffet and bread(their local-characteristic jams are delicious!), they also offer menu with various dishes for you to order. Staffs are incredibly friendly and polite, they assist you with respect and hospitality. And the rooms are spacious and comfortable, seperated toilet and shower, balcony with lounge chair and mini bar.(ALL BRAVO!)

Exquisitely designed boutique hotel, tasteful decor. Our room is spacious, bath and all complimentary toiletry are very nice. And do try out the onsite restaurant, food is great and reasonably priced for the quality. All staff were friendly and helpful. We wish we could stay for more days.

Not sure about public transport but we drove there.

When you get the lounge access addition you get so many free drinks and alcohol. Everything was very pretty. 3rd floor is the best floor to stay since it’s most convenient to the pool and lounges.

The only complaint was that the pool is open 24/7 but they shut down the jacuzzi around midnight - morning.

Wonderful hotel where the entire experience felt special and luxurious. The staff are amazing and the service is excellent and attentive. The variety of food and drink on offer was great. The hotel is located in a nice quiet location but a short distance from beaches and other attractions.

チェックインからチェックアウトまで手続きは滞りなく行えて、必要なレンタル品の貸出などの対応も迅速で助かりました。部屋のアメニティもとても充実しており、特にカクテルコーナーは非日常感を味わうには十分でした。ラウンジは自由に利用可能で、屋外プールでもお酒を楽しむことができます。内容は割愛しますが、レストランは是非利用をオススメします。 オーシャンビューの部屋になりますが、海からやや距離があり、泡盛の蒸溜所などが見えますので、感じ方は人それぞれかもしれません。

They offer 24 hour treat in their pool bar & lounge, which is generous, infinity pool was very relaxing The breakfast was good too, and hotel offered 7:00 to 14:00 brunch - so no need to get up early for breakfast- felt very relaxing The most memorable moment was that after I checked out in the very early morning and joined a snorkelling tour, after coming returning from tour, hotel agreed to let me return to my room to get shower upon my request, and hotel offered breakfast too. That’s so very nice of them. Compared with most of the luxurious hotels/resorts, Glamday style resort is was the best, in terms of services, generosity, kindness, and hospitality!

The breakfast was delicious but it would be great to have more options and variety of the buffet choices.

They charged me quite expensive amount as they said that I booked two rooms for two people only. It was a bit misleading since I've booked two rooms already.

家族３人で利用 予約の事前確認もあり チェックインなど落ち着いて 丁寧な対応 又、ラウンジ、プールバーなども快適 飲めるお酒の種類も多く 最近流行りのクラフトジンも数多くありました 泊まるためのホテルというか 過ごすためのホテルという感じ ただ残念だったのが、 朝食 会場のミニのビュッフェ会場みたいなところには、サラダなどほとんどの食材がなく それをスタッフが確認も出来ていなかったり こちらは３人での利用だったのですが 席と席の間があいているのに、 二人と一人で離れて座るようにご案内される、 朝食のお粥セットを頼んだのですが、 おかゆのお供は来たのに、 お粥の方が一向に来ない、、、 人手不足なのか？研修不足なのか？ ここだけ本当に残念でした あと、これはしょうがないのですが 自然に囲まれている為 居室バルコニースペースに 大きめのクモが何匹か 施設の人に駆除を頼んだのですが、 どこか奥に逃してしまい失敗 次出たらまた呼んでくださいと言われましたが 殺虫剤など貸してくれたら良かったのにな と、思いました

毎回利用させて頂いてます。日常を忘れて過ごせる場所です。大型ホテルとは違い人が少なく落ち着いて利用できます。

ホテル内で1日過ごせてしまうほど、大人が嬉しいサービスの充実とゆったりした空間が最高でした。沖縄の代表的な高級ホテルにも負けないリゾートステイがこの価格で楽しめるのは素晴らしいと思います。正直他の人に教えたくない程でした。

施設、部屋は清潔で、ラウンジが利用出来るなど、サービスがいき届いていた。 スタッフの方々も丁寧でしっかり教育されている感じでした。

Everything is perfect!

ホテルはキレイでアジアンな雰囲気がとても良く過ごしやすかったです。 ただ、周辺は思いのほか街中でリゾート感があまり感じられず残念でした。

到着後のラウンジ利用のウェルカムドリンクがとても充実していて、ついて早々ワクワクしました。 お部屋も素晴らしい。 今回食事は利用しませんでしたが、良さそうです。

Everything was just perfect! Staffs are friendly, professional. Parking lot is big enough. A room is spacious, clean and nice view. Swimming pool was warm so we could swim in cold weather😁. Lounge foods are soooo tasty. there are also lots of kind of beverage and liqour. Highly Recommend!

最初に来た時の入り口の見つけにくさ以外は非の打ち所がないホテルでした。施設内及び部屋のデザインと雰囲気、お風呂の快適さはこれまで泊まったホテルで最高、室内の大画面テレビは各種動画配信に対応、なんとb&oの高品質ブルツーススピーカー、インルームダイニングの質と量と価格、どこにいるスタッフも親切対応、すぐそばにローソンと居酒屋、最高にうまいパン屋さん、無料でここまでやるかというラウンジサービス等々。文字通りお値段以上の滞在価値。今回2泊だったが次回もっとロングステイしたい。

スタッフの皆様の対応が素晴らしかったです。 夕食も量が少なかったって口コミもあったのですが僕たちには多かったくらいでした！ 朝食も14:00まで可能だったのでチェックアウト後にゆっくり食べる事が出来ました！ 大満足です！ インフィニティプールは早い時間は子供達で埋まってたのでゆっくりは入らず、(今は家族連れも宿泊可能になったのを見落としてしまってた) プールサイドでフリードリンク(アルコール)飲んでました！ 18時以降の時間は大人のみでナイトプールになるので良かったです、 明るい時間で色々写真撮りたかったなーってのが少し心残り。 部屋は本当にセンス良くて最高でした！！ Bluetoothスピーカーがもう少しコードが長いか充電式か延長コードとか置いてあればベランダでも使用できて、より良かったかなと！ でも総合的には大満足です！！！

部屋もバルコニーも広く、とても居心地が良かったです。 18:00にチェックインをしたのにもかかわらず、ラウンジを使用させてくださり、ありがたかったです。 沖縄料理のコースも美味しく、レストランの雰囲気もよかったです。

滞在型リゾート。友人の勧めでコーナースイートに2泊。部屋の快適さは申し分なし。食事もAll-In　ラウンジも悪くない。 近くのレストランやCafeも次回は試してみたい。 海辺のリゾートではないけれど、これはこれで価値があると思った。 スタッフも親切で素晴らしい。 お墓に囲まれたホテル、というのがお墓を身近な存在としてリスペクトする沖縄文化らしいなと。好き嫌いはあるだろうが。僕は全く気にならなかった。

部屋が広く清潔で、インテリアや内装のセンスも良く、エキストラベッドの寝心地も十分快適。 のんびり滞在型の旅行に最高です。 プールから海は見えるものの、ビーチフロントのホテルからの眺めや解放感には遠く及びません。 部屋でくつろいで、ラウンジでお酒をゆっくり楽しんで、ちょこっとプールやジャグジーに入って、レストランで美味しい食事とお酒を楽しんで、部屋で珈琲（豆から挽けます）入れてゲームしたり本を読んで過ごす。 いつも大体そんな風にホテルから一歩も出ずに過ごす我が家の旅行スタイルにはピッタリでした。 ただプレミアムセントラルスイートを連泊で予約していたのに、手違いでプレミアムコーナースイートの予約になっていて、一泊はコーナースイート、一泊はセントラルスイートになりました。 ホテルとしては致命的なミスではあると思いますが、その後の誠意あるご対応は評価したいと思います。

２回目の利用です。前回利用した時のことも覚えていただき、スタッフ全員から気持ちの良い対応をいただきました。是非、次回も利用したいホテルです。

スタッフの皆さんの対応がとても良かったです。 プールもすごく綺麗で、日中のフリードリンクも充実しておりパイナップルジュースがとても美味しかったです。 ホテル全体的に少し寒いかなと思ったので、羽織れるものを持っていった方がいいと思います。

素晴らしいホテル＆サービスです。 しいて言えば 部屋の作りが少々、どこかのマンションっぽかった。

今回は緊急事態宣言渦だったので、サンセットタイムのバーのサービスなどがついていなくて、有料にてノンアルコールドリンクを飲みましたがとても残念でした。 お部屋のテラスやプールからはお墓も沢山見えますし、口コミ程では無かったような、、、 沖縄のリゾートホテルと言われる場所はほぼ宿泊しておりますが、こちらはまぁまぁ位ですかね？
