Super Spot für Familien. Wir sind zu dritt gereist mit einem Mietwagen. Es gab einen kostenlosen Parkplatz direkt neben dem Hotel. Die Aussicht war traumhaft und das Zimmer war recht groß. Leider war zum Abendessen immer das Selbe. Die Qualität war top und wir haben ubseeeen Aufenthalt genossen

早餐種類算豐福，以日式為主 大家應該都是看到大滑梯才選的，但實際上只適合國小以下孩童，池水都約只到成人膝蓋及腰附近 小小孩友善，會玩得很開心 但國中以上會覺得無聊

The staff and facilities were great and the beach access on the doorstep. Breakfast was excellent with an enormous amount of variety.

No podiamos usar el elevador, por la cantidad de gente que habia. Demasiado lleno de gente, para poder estar en alguna reposera en la pileta. Una mañana no pudimos desayunar porque el buffet estaba colapsado. El hotel esta MUY viejo. Se nota que es de 1988. Calidad precio, dado que fue realmente costoso… muy mala relacion.

大浴場の洗い場にゴキブリが出て足に止まり、最悪でした。 ウォーターアスレチックの開始時間が14時30分が一番遅い時間でもっと17時くらいまでやってほしい。

The property is nice but it is very isolated from other things to enjoy on the island.

The pool and beach hours are terrible. I booked this location thinking it would be a fun place to come back and swim at after doing sightseeing and activities along the island. The pool closes at 6pm and The beach activities close at 5:20p so we didn’t even get to enjoy the main reason I booked this location.

一進飯店就被台灣藉的員工熱情接待，備感溫暖，飯店設施很多，房間非常大很舒適，停車場位子也很多，但因為是老飯店翻新的，所以電梯數量感覺不太夠，尖峰時段上下樓要等很久。

沒有小孩想要享受度假的不建議來這，這邊太多小孩了，半夜一兩點還聽得到四面八方的小孩發瘋的聲音，但有小孩的家庭來應該很開心，然後飯店枕頭太硬了，睡的很不舒服。 大門入口處旁邊就是吸菸區，進出大門都會聞到很濃二手菸味，感受很差！

飯店回復訊息超級慢.... 這飯店原本就要靠飯店設施,但下大雨天你又泳池不開放,海邊不開放,泳池也只到18點 飯店室內能玩設施超少<只有桌球室2桌> 泳池工作人員不友善,漂漂河泳圈超少,浴巾<藍色>不能換<就下雨天了,還不能換要怎擦乾,> 海邊工作人員不友善, 飯店距離商店都開車10分鐘起跳

The location (you need a car) and I thought the hotel needed a revamp. Breakfast also seemed a little chaotic the staff did their best.

従業員の人員不足によって、サービスレベルが著しく低い。意識も実業務も。 また、朝食のブッフェの質も低い。目玉料理といえば、カリカリベーコンくらい。

上の階が23時過ぎまで子供の足音が酷く、従業員に伝えても改善されず。 また、敷地内で盗難にあったが、フロントからは「プールのことはプールの係に聞いてください」と他人事。明らかに人員不足。

部屋が清潔

壁が薄いのかうるさい。 どこにいっても人おおすぎ。部屋数に比べて施設が狭い エレベーター少ない エアコン古いので、細かく調整できない。 スタッフ少ない、待たされる 朝ごはんいまいち

飯店步行到海灘約5分鐘，提供免費的玩沙工具與浴巾。 適合親子同遊。大廳提供行李推車好方便。

日式房間老舊，牆面、浴室看起來陳舊，相較於關閉的西式房落差很大，不建議訂日式房。

Everything was great - the room was spacious and comfortable, the selection of food at the restaurant was very big and the outdoor pool and swimming are was also good with many facilities for everyone to use.

Beautiful location, resort has everything. Dinner and breakfast buffet was divine, and the lounge area was also super great. The room is spacious and modern with beautiful views and everything presented so well.

Obviously this is the kind of accomodation to stay with young children due to the huge slide and kiddy pools etc, so as a couple who were travelling just us with no children, the children running and screaming through the hallways at night time wasn’t ideal, however this is in no way a default to the resort itself. The walls and doors are obviously not soundproof and some larger families I assume had a few of the rooms surrounding ours so it was just bad luck.

Lovely pool area and great access to the beach. Even though the days we were there were impacted by the typhoon and then a tsunami warning that closed down access to the beach.

Dinner was going to be $90 per adult which I think is a bit extravagant. The resort is quite isolated so I guess they hold the monopoly in terms of easy to access restaurant. Our hallway on the third floor reeked of cigarette smoke, even though there’s supposed to be no smoking in the building. It was very crowded and seems popular with Chinese tourists who would come in to reception from the pool area dripping wet and cause the floor to become slippery. I saw 2 young girls slip over in other people’s wet mess and hurt themselves near the lounge area. A lot of the hotel seems un used and large sections are cornered off. There are lots of creepy empty meeting rooms that I think they could probably better use being re purposed as maybe an arcade or more facilities for kids and families, a theatre room would be cool.l and handy for when weather is not favourable during your stay.

The double rooms at Grand Mercure Okinawa Cape Zanpa are spacious and comfortable, and the bathrooms are excellent. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end for us.

The entire resort feels overrun with children running and screaming at all hours, and there are crowds of inconsiderate guests everywhere. If you're looking for a peaceful, relaxing holiday, this is definitely not the place. Noise was a constant issue during our stay. There was continual banging and thumping from surrounding rooms, particularly from around 6:00 pm through until 11:00 pm most nights. To make matters worse, the public microwave area was in frequent use from early morning until around midnight, with the constant beeping carrying through nearby areas and could be heard from our rooms, adding to the overall disturbance. Even enjoying the balcony was frustrating. Whenever the balcony door was opened, the room filled with a loud whistling noise caused by the backdraft through the ventilation system. The noise was so irritating that we were forced to keep the door closed, defeating much of the purpose of having a balcony room in the first place. But one of the biggest disappointments was that the pools close at 6:00 pm, even during summer. Okinawa's warm evenings are perfect for a late swim, yet this isn't possible. It seems like a missed opportunity for guests wanting to enjoy the beautiful weather after sunset. The restaurant is also ridiculously expensive for the quality of food on offer. We expected much better given the prices being charged. And the resort is very remote, so hiring a car is almost essential. There isn't even a convenience store within easy walking distance, which makes the location quite inconvenient if you don't want to be tied to the resort. Another issue is the lack of guest facilities relative to the size of the resort. There are only eight washing machines and dryers available for more than 465 guest rooms, resulting in constant demand and difficulty accessing laundry facilities.

We absolutely loved our stay! The facility was great, all pools were fun for the kids, dining superb, beach nice, we can only recomend for famillies w. little kids

Honestamente la comida, recomiendo que coman el desayuno en el hotel porque hay mucha variedad. Y también las horas de bebidas y snacks gratis que ofrece el establecimiento.

Lo único que no nos gustó es que tengamos que irnos. Es un lugar muy acogedor y demasiado bonito.

Our whole floor and room had a terrible smell and there where lots of empty rooms and spaces where there could have been restaurants or shops

The staff was really helpful, we had a little problem with our luggage and they did everything they could and more for us

It was about an hour and a half away from the city and the airport

The rooms and the beds were big and comfortable.

The staff was not to nice and didn’t speak English well, breakfast was more japanese and not a lot of other options, if you have tattoos you cant enter inside pools, there is a long line for breakfast, the beach is average. For dinner there is not any a la carte options (just pizza) and the buffet is overpriced, if you don’t have a car you cant really go anywhere else. The stay wasn’t too bad but for this price it could definitely be better

L’hôtel est très beau. La plage est sympa aussi avec le parcours dans l’eau très chouette pour toute la famille. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent et très complet. Les toboggans aquatiques et la petite rivière avec les bouées sont super cool.

L’hôtel est vraiment loin de tout ! Ça limite beaucoup pour faire les activités car les prix des transports sont vite chers. Dommage.

The resort surrounding is beautiful with pools and it is near to the ocean too! The view from the room is so lovely and the overall size of the room is huge. It has quite a huge toilet and dressing area. The tatami floor and the bed are very comfortable. Free parking is provided at the premises. Good stay here indeed!

The furniture of the room might be a bit dated.

I love the vibe of the whole hotel, the breakfast and dinner buffet were grand, lots of varieties. The large communal bath was great too.

I didn't like that I fell sick on day 2 and missed the chance to enjoy the full buffet spread and the pool facilities. The Aircon wasn't if it is working properly, there is a remote to control 1 to 3 but it does not feel any adjustment in the room. I had to open the window to allow the chilling natural air flows in to keep the room cool.

The room itself was amazing along with the Sento!

The breakfast was amazing! The Okinawa-style room was very cool.

There were blood stains on the mattress. The elevators were so busy that we couldn’t get on with our luggage and had to take the stairs.

海まで距離が近くてすぐに観光に行ける 中心地から少し離れていて落ち着きがあっていい 必要なものがあればすぐに車で買いに行ける距離でいい

あまりないのですが大浴場からあがった後に館内のパジャマでないもので移動しないといけないので部屋着などを持っていくといいと思いました

no change in breakfast menu for my entire 4 day stay. executive suite unfortunately has a musty smell that didnt go away throughout my stay. Aircon not cold enough

ビュッフェ・ラウンジ・プール・大浴場等、オールインクルーシブになっているところ。また、残波ビーチまで歩いて行けてロケーションも最高。

エレベーターが混んでいて中々乗れない

ガーデンプールのロケーションが最高でした。スライダーや温水プール、ホットエリアまで寒くても遊べて有難いです。卓球施設も良かったです。サップやカヌー30分サービスも嬉しかったです。

女風呂の脱衣所が毛だらけで気持ち悪かったです。

We really enjoyed our stay at Grand Mercure Okinawa Cape Zanpa Resort. Large car park so no trouble finding a space (could be hard in the peak season though). We arrived just before the designated check in time of 3PM, but no issues proceeding with check in. Check in is "manual" as in you have to line up at the front desk (no self check in kiosks that I could see), so a bit of a wait, but otherwise check in was easy and staff were pleasant. Our room was very spacious, which I always find to be a nice luxury when travelling in Japan. We also had a nice view of the coast and cape. Beds were comfy, bathroom clean and modern (just a shower). Plenty of space to put luggage. Quite a few souvenir type shops within the hotel itself so you can get bits and pieces (we bought ice cream for dessert). There is a large Japanese style bath, my wife said it was good but I didn't get to check it out as our boy chickened out at the last minute (it did seem quite busy as a big travel group had just checked in). There is a great pool area but as we were staying in winter (mid to late January), we didn't get to make full use of it. Very cool looking water slides but since it was windy and rainy we didn't end up trying these. As our boy loves the water, we went with the lazy river, which was "heated" but only to a very luke-warm degree... so beware to anyone swimming in winter! Sadly the big main pool is not heated so missed out. There is also an adults only (18+) pool area which I understand is heated but we didn't go in there. We didn't book with out package, but decided to go with the buffet breakfast the next morning. Quite busy even in the middle of winter but plenty of seating (might be a fight for a table in peak season). Lots of breakfast options, with a lot of local fare. Price-wise, I believe this was a reasonable option that is value for money. Would definitely stay again when travelling to Okinawa.

No real faults with our stay. Staff on pool patrol duty seemed a bit depressed but I guess that happens when you have to be outside in the wind and rain. We didn't feel like eating at the hotel restaurant, but there were no real room service options except pizza. We ended up going downstairs to the pizza bar/restaurant to eat which was fine, food was good but limited choices. Just something to be aware of if you are arriving after a long day travelling and don't feel like going out.

The water park was fantastic, and the pools and slides were great - perfect for older kids. Both were extremely clean and well staffed with lifeguards. The Adults pool was great. The public baths were stunning - again, so clean The complementary happy hour (3pm to 9pm) is nice however people hit the alcohol hard, particularly the spirits in the later evening.

- The food - options and quality. There’s only one buffet restaurant, it’s very expensive ($100 pp for dinner and they charge minors for all you can drink alcohol) and it is absolute chaos. People are lining hallways for hours to get in for breakfast. The pool bar only serves beer, strange mojitos and sugary soft drinks, and the only food available there is fries (good) pizzas (basic, not good) and burgers (not good, stale buns). Suggest booking well rated restaurants nearby (before your trip - they book up quickly) and taking taxis. Getting supermarket sushi or meals (closest one is 15 mins away) was much nicer for lunches. - There was no gym (even though the website claims there is one) - Rooms are tired - Lifts frequently stop working/take too long so often you are trekking up stairs

プールエリアのパラソルと椅子の量が客の割合に対して少なすぎる。もっと増やして欲しい。 また女性大浴場のドライヤーの数も少なすぎる。 今回利用したが、ドライヤーでかなり待ちました。

プールや、飲み放題、オヤツなど子供から大人まで楽しめました。

エレベーターに時間がかかった。 売店も早く閉まるなら お酒の自販機があったら良い。 夜遅くまで利用できるコンビニがあると助かる。
