Service was great. Because of them, I will return. It was the night service and the breakfast staff.

The carpet smell humid. Seem the entire 7 floor needs a new paint job and deep clean.

La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, queda muy cerca del aeropuerto, y queda cerca de varios restaurantes y el SoFi Stadium. Las camas de las habitaciones son muy cómodas, y el staff es muy amigable, muy amable y colaborativo. Aunque está cerca del aeropuerto los aviones no se escuchan, dormimos muy cómodos. Además quedaba muy cerca del complejo de alquiler de autos por lo que nos facilitó mucho la entrega de nuestro auto alquilado.

Costos excesivos en parqueo (mas de $70) y además cobran el wifi. Siento exagerado que cobren por servicios que otros hoteles lo incluyen, especialmente por el precio que cuesta la noche en el hotel, que es mas de $500. Adicionalmente, nosotros ibamos a un concierto en el SoFi y vimos que el hotel estaba brindando un servicio de shuttle para ir a dejar y traer personas al estadio y cobraba $75 aproximadamente por persona, lo cual me parece excesivo considerando la cantidad de personas que iban en los shuttle y la cercanía del estadio. Mi percepción es que el hotel tiene cobros excesivos. El personal fue 10 de 10, fue personal muy amable, mi problema es más que todo con el hotel.

I wish the hotel would have provided bottled water for free in each room. I stayed at the Moxy in LA in 2025 and they gave each room 5 bottles of water every day. When you first arrive, you are dying of thirst and having free bottled water in the room or provided at checkin would be a pleasant surprise. Also, the shower is a little weird, but no markdowns for that. The water issue is the only reason I didn't give a full smiley face.

It was clean & they had a shuttle that took us to the concert. They let us check in early and check out late. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Don’t bother searching for anything else. This hits the spot just right. First off it’s definitely an older hotel but has had the full Westin upgrade. Nothing to fault, modern, clean, big room, good shower and of course the Westin beds! Solo 30 hour trip before a late flight out of LAX. Super easy to do a half day rate, perfect room to relax and re pack, shower, bed….a little touch of luxury before a long haul flight. Double windows, I could maybe hear a low hum of aircraft if I listened really hard. No room service but order at the restaurant down stairs and pick up. Burger pretty an average , good taste, but soggy lettuce and soggy fries. Didn’t have high hopes anyway so wasn’t disappointed. Hit the spot when I was starving. Pool is a perfect little spot with walled garden, well maintained, again some sun and fresh air before a flight. Note: I usually stay at the Fairmont century city if I have 30 hours in LA, but their prices have jumped ridiculously the past couple of years, and I can’t justify that much for a stop over and dealing with traffic to get to and from LAX. For having Fairmont standards, I wasn’t at all disappointed with the Westin LAX and would 100% stay again for this type of travel. Keep an eye on prices, they always drop closer to arrival.

Hotel and front desk staff were great. The airport shuttle service was horrible. We waited over an hour. When it finally arrived, the driver couldn’t be bothered to get out of her seat to put our bags in the bag in the back, so I had to struggle up the steps with it and ask her to give me a hand. “Hi. Can you give me a hand?” Her response was “ at least you said hi, that’s better than your husband or whatever he is did.”

Slowest shuttle service at the airport. Watched 4-5 shuttles for every other airport hotel come and go. Rude unhelpful driver.

Very upscale vibe without a huge sticker price. SO close to the airport it was amazingly convenient, especially for dropping off our rental car!

I liked the convenience of the car rental place being inside the hotel. I also like the fact my room had been attended to while I was out all day.

Had to pay for park which was not disclosed as an added cost. Our neighbor came home arguing with their kid in the middle of the night. Otherwise, was a great stay would go back.

We loved the entire hotel! It smelled WONDERFUL upon walking into any entrance! Checking in was a breeze, changing rooms and reservations was also a breeze. The ballroom where I had my warranty classes in were big and comfortable! The food that was served for breakfast and lunch for the classes was amazing!

I guess my only complaint would be that bed was a little too hard. But the feather pillows definitely made uo for it

Ponadto płatny internet w hotelu przy lotnisku gdzie goście odprawiają się na lot - to już szczyt szczytów. Na szczęście mam własny komórkowy internet i nie korzystałem z tego „luksusu” w dzisiejszym czasach płatny internet dla gości hotelu to już jest wyjątkowa chciwość właścicieli. Dlatego równowaga jakość do ceny, jeśli dodać parking, internet i śniadanie - jest już mocno zaburzona . Z całkiem taniego hotelu robi się jeden z droższych .

This is a lovely hotel. You can see it from blocks away. Conveniently located to some restaurants and public transportation. I drove in, and was not happy that the daily parking fee is $77? but did get a big discount because I was a guest. I guess that's par for the course in LA. The room was very spacious, including a couch, mini fridge, and the fitness center was great. It was nicely designed, and not just the room, but everything blended throughout the hotel. i only have one minor criticism, and that is they should wash their exterior windows, which are filthy.

The bed was amazing...best hotel bed I've ever experienced. Location is very convenient. Pool was really nice and the Daily Grill served delicious food. Staff (Patrick) was very helpful and kind.

The bathroom sink had zero water pressure. It was like a trickle of water. Also the shower/tub didn't drain at all. Pretty gross to stand in your dirty water as you were showering. We only stayed for a short time since we were in transit, or else I would have switched rooms.

The rooms were well sized. Extremely clean. The facilities excellent. Great location fo day trips in addition to being close to the airport. The staff at the restuarant/bar/cafe provided excellent service. Checking in staff super friendly and helpful.

Henry at the front desk made my stay at the Westin LAX even better. From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming, kind, and genuinely hospitable. The lobby was incredibly busy, yet he never made me feel like I was another person in line. He took the time to answer my questions, made sure everything was taken care of, and treated me with the same care and attention as if I were his only guest. Great customer service is about making people feel seen and valued, and Henry does exactly that. His professionalism, patience, and positive attitude stood out, especially during such a hectic time. The Westin is fortunate to have someone like him representing the hotel. Thank you, Henry, for making a long travel day so much more pleasant

You don't have free Wifi, no free parking. The parking would cost you more than 70usd. This feels like a scam. They bait you in and take away two most commonly known as free essentials so they can reclaim it from you with a staggering price. Be aware!

We stayed here for 1 night before our flight out of LAX. Super convenient because of its proximity to the airport. The hotel has a free airport shuttle that we took from the hotel to the airport. Our room was comfortable and included breakfast which had good options. Service was great, would recommend this hotel.

We were in town for two nights for a quick trip to see Rush at the Kia Forum. The location is close to the airport, and they have a free shuttle, which is nice. It does take some time for the shuttle to show up at the airport, so don't be in a hurry. When taking the shuttle back, the driver was talking on the radio to another shuttle driver who was incredibly upset and saying he was going to quit as he had no help that night. It seemed very unprofessional for us to hear the entire conversation. The hotel lobby is beautiful and welcoming. We had electronic keys and had checked in, so we went directly to our room...or so we thought. Our phones would not work in the elevator, so we had to go to the front desk to get physical keys. The good news is we saw a shuttle we could purchase to the concert, saving Uber surge pricing on the way back. The real disappointment was the room. They say this hotel was recently renovated, but if that is true they didn't do a great job. It seemed like the room had been used heavily and not taken care of at all. The worst was the windows. They were so dirty it seemed like they hadn't been washed in a very long time. We always considered the Westin a premium hotel brand, but the rooms in this location didn't live up to the name. Overall it was a mediocre experience at what we thought would be a more premium one.

They forget to clean the room but INES from front desk was soooo kind and she have us A dinner. We will return

As A single room, the size was adequate. Located close to the airport, it was convenient.

Airport shuttle timing is always slower than other hotel shuttles. 3 or 4 shuttles arrive from the Hilton or Hyatt hotels before 1 will show for the Westin. It is the primary reason I wouldn't consider using the hotel again.

It took forever to get their shuttle at the airport. I saw many shuttles from all the other hotels before one of theirs showed up. Disappointing after a long flight to LAX to then have to wait much longer than I would have if I had stayed at the Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, etc

I like staying here because it’s proximity to the airport, airport shuttle, and restaurant.

The timer on the bathroom light is too short. The lights kept going out during my shower and the motion sensor doesn’t work well enough to see that I’m still in the shower. It’s a minor issue and not something that would prevent me from coming back but if someone who works at the facilities reads this, I hope they’d considering raising the timer to at least 5 minutes or consider putting in more sensitive motion sensors to see that someone is showering

The Westin charges $66/night for parking, which is outrageous for guests. Internet is free only if booked directly through their website, otherwise it costs $14.95 or $17.95 per night. At an upscale hotel, free WiFi is expected.

The hotel is very nice and clean, with great facilities.

Bring back the complimentary bottle of water!!!! You charge $7.50 just to get a bottle of water after a long trip. Not about the money, it's the principle.
