Reviewed Aug 31, 2026This is my go-to hotel before a flight because it is usually incredibly reliable. The room was great, the check-in process was seamless and staff welcoming and highly professional, and the restaurant was flawless—both the food quality and the service were impeccable.
The only issue was an unusual frustrating lack of accountability at checkout. I always request a 4:00 AM taxi the night before. This time, it wasn't there. When I asked the clerk, he told me he would call it right away. However, when I pointed out that it is normally waiting for me, he changed his story and claimed he had already called earlier. The oversight itself happens, but the contradictory excuses were disappointing and resulted in a 10-minute delay. When you are on a tight schedule for a flight, every minute matters

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026At true five star Hotel. Clean comfortable with all the modern amenities staff friendly and always willing to be helpful. Upgraded to a suite room something we really appreciated . The room was large comfortable and made our stay in Bologna perfect. An amazing stay. So well located , central , across the road from the station making it easy to commute and make out sightseeing so much easier. Double glazed windows kept the room quiet . Short stroll around the corner and down the road to all of the large Piazza and restaurants would definitely stay here again if I came back to Bologna and definitely recommend it.
Nothing at all.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026service was good, room was clean with lots of space, staff were friendly
The food in the restaurant wasn't great. Check out was very slow. We have a car waiting for us but our departure was delayed because there was such along queue to check out.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026The hotel is very close to the Bologna Centrale train station and it's also very easy to go downtown going straight on a nice boulevard. The room was large and clean, bathroom was nice also. I liked the breakfast.
Nothing to mention but I only stayed for one night, wish I have stayed more.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Location very convenient close to the station and 15 mins from Piazza Maggiore. Room clean and well appointed. Staff friendly and helpful.
Having an in room safe too small for a laptop is an odd lapse.
