الاسرة غير مريحة خدمة تنظيف الغرفة ووجود عربات المناشف امام المصعد بشكل يومي عدم اخذ و ايصال الشنط من و الى الفندق و حتى الغرفة

الفندق من فئة 4 نجوم. قريب من سنتر المدينة. الغرفة واسعة. أحب أشكر الأخ اللبناني Marc من الاستقبال كان في قمة اللباقة والاحترام والخدمة. ممكن أكرر السكن فيه مستقبلا.

The staff are nice

The room was noisy and the bathroom was not clean, bathtub takes forever to drain so you shower in filthy water and the shower head was rusty or dirty. And nobody helped with my bags!

the room was clean but the houskeepers took a while to get to all the rooms even though the dnd was off and the please make up my room was on. In the morning, we'd leave and come back at around noon, assuming that our room would have gotten cleaned, but sometimes it wasn't even cleaned yet. That was my only gripe with the whole hotel. Otherwise, the stay was good.

Very helpful staff

Can’t say I disliked anything

The room was spacious as it was a family room but it didn't feel closed in by the various beds. We had a great view of the clock tower from our room and overall it was quiet but you did hear some noise from the street below. It provided easy access to public transportation and walking to all the sights.

The restaurant had a limited menu but the staff was all very pleasant and efficient. The hallways were very dark and moody and could have used more light.

Taxis can’t drop or pick you up right in front. Staff could be friendlier My booking altered because of a flight disruption and despite messaging the hotel through booking.com - the message didn’t get through

The location

Dark and low ceilings with no light - our ‘premium room’ was a dungeon. Next to the gym, we could hear weights being dropped. The shower (not always available), like other NH hotels was a trickle. I should have known when we received all kinds of missives about room choices.

A Localização do hotel é fabulosa. Permite conhecer todas as atrações a pé. Os funcionários são nota 10 com destaque para os do pequeno almoço. O pequeno almoço é de excelente qualidade e variedade e tem iguarias locais. As camas sao as mais confortáveis de todos os hotéis que já dormi. Quando regressar a Amesterdão ficarei certamente novamente neste hotel.

O nosso quarto era virado para uma rua barulhenta. Como estavamos cansados só ouviamos o barulho alguns minutos...

המלון נמצא ברחוב מרכזי וסואן. מתחת למלון נמצא רחוב עם הרבה ברים ומועדונים שמרעישים עד השעות הקטנות של הלילה, בעיקר בסופי השבוע. המלון מעוצב בהרבה פרחי פלסטיק שהיו מלאים באבק. את החדר שלנו ניקו במהלך כל השהות בסביבות השעה 5 אחר הצהריים. האמבטיה מאוד גבוהה ולכן קשה להיכנס לתוכה (ייתכן שיהיה קשה למבוגרים וילדים).

The hotels location is excellent. The hotel staff was extremely helpful, professional and kind. The rooms are very nice. The water that you have out for guests is in a great location.

The hotel on the far left side was in and out of operation so it made getting into the elevator when it was operating a little uneasy. If the other two elevators were operating, we would take those.

I really liked the location and the hotel itself. The staff were very friendly and the reception worked very efficiently. It was also a nice touch to have water and a small sweet treat available on arrival. We were very happy with our room. This was our third stay and, for the first time, we received exactly what we had requested: a quiet room facing the patio. Room was genuinely quiet and very comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and varied, with plenty of options for everyone. The coffee was also good, and it is possible to order an omelette from the staff.

There are just a few small things that could be improved. At breakfast, guests are not informed that they can order an omelette, so you simply have to know that this option is available. The hotel also offers drink vouchers when guests choose not to have their room cleaned. However, it would be helpful to explain more clearly that the relevant sign needs to be displayed from the previous evening rather than being put out in the morning. Because of this, we did not initially receive our voucher and had to ask for it at reception. We also experienced some minor Wi-Fi issues, although these were resolved. Overall, these were only small inconveniences and did not significantly affect our stay. We were very satisfied with the hotel, which is why we still gave for this stay a 10/10.

Bien ubicado. El último día pagamos el desayuno y la verdad que era espectacular, mucha variedad y de muy buena calidad.

La habitación era diminuta, apenas espacio para caminar por el costado de la cama y para abrir las valijas. El baño también sumamente chico. Pague casi usd 400 la noche (sin desayuno) habiendo reservado unos 9 meses antes de mi estancia, creo que buscaría otra opción si volviera a hospedarme en Amsterdam.

MUY IMPORTANTE: NO TIENE PERSONAL PARA AYUDAR CON EL EQUIPAJE Y HAY Q LLEVAR LAS MALETAS A LA ESQUINA DONDE ESPERA EL Uber o Taxi Las habitaciones no eran limpias y las toallas duras No lo recomiendo

Posizione centrale e strategica a breve distanza dalla stazione metro di Rokin (linea blu 52); staff efficiente, molto cordiale ed educato; camera e bagno spaziosi e pulitissimi; colazione varia di qualità eccellente. Consigliato senza riserve.

The reception staff (Marc ?) were brilliant, very helpful and passionate about there hotel, the city and making sure we got what we wanted

Nothing to complain about - getting the room cleaned was a bit odd, kept coming back to the hotel mid afternoon to find we hadn't be tidied yet, still not certain what the process was.

Location: The hotel is close to the Dam square and only 10-15 min walk to the central station. If you arrive by uber it will drop you off in a near by drop off point a block away. There is Tram, Metro, and bicycles for rental from the same hotel (19€ a day). There is multiple restaurants and cafes around the block. Room: We took 1 room for my partner and I which was clean, neat, and had most of what we need. The rooms are not very spacious, but acceptable. The bathroom was clean, and had all the necessities. Food: Our stay was breakfast included, the food was clean with wide verities. The name of each dish was clear and the allergens was noted. Staff: Staff very friendly and professional, prior to our arrival we requested a king size bed for our room, however it was not available, but they have provided an alternative with two single mattress joined with multiple sheets (same as king size bed) which is very appreciated from the staff as they are doing their best. Overall the hotel has good location, nice rooms, delicious food, and friendly staff

We would recommend adding more drawers in the bed side table (as it had none)

Op het ontbijt was er een ruime keuze, de locatie was goed.

De kamer was zeer klein, de badkamer had een enorm laag plafond , mijn echtgenoot kon zelfs niet rechtopstaand douchen moest met de kniëen gebogen in de douche staan, het personeel aan de receptie spreekt geen woord Nederlands. De matras van het bed was steenhard en oncomfortabel, en het hotel laat geen nette indruk na wanneer je binnen komt in de lobby, rond de draaideuren kan het properder, de handdoeken zijn aan vervanging toe en hadden geen frisse geur. Koffie in de kamer werd niet bijgevuld. We hadden toevallig contact met de house keeping omdat ik wat shopping wou in de kamer brengen , ze was niet echt zeer vriendelijk.

I am extremely disappointed by what happened during my stay at NH Hotel. Two of my Hermès bags went missing from my hotel room during my stay. These were not small valuables or jewellery that could reasonably have been placed in the room safe — they were handbags, and I had every expectation that my belongings would be secure inside my hotel room. The incident was reported immediately to hotel management and to the police. The Kuwaiti Embassy also became involved. The hotel reviewed the electronic door-lock records and CCTV footage, and management confirmed to me that the footage showed me entering the hotel with one of the bags on my shoulder and that I was not seen leaving the hotel with it. At the time of writing, the investigation is still ongoing and I have not received a satisfactory resolution. Regardless of the eventual outcome of the investigation, having two valuable personal belongings disappear from my hotel room has completely overshadowed my stay and left me extremely concerned about the security of guests’ belongings. I am sharing my experience because I believe future guests have a right to know what occurred during my stay.

Nothing really, the only thing I could comment on is they don’t have very many joining rooms so we ended up with 2 next to each other, no joining door. But this worked fine for us so I’m only being picky.

Очень хороший и достаточно просторный номер,удобной кроватью,просторной ванной комнатой. Каждый день ставили по две бутылки воды,также в номере есть кофе машина и чайник с чашками капсулами и тд.достаточно вместительный шкаф с сейфом.Небольшой холодильник. Тапочки тоже есть. Расположение хорошее,есть супермаркет недалеко,кафешки и макдональс. Общественный транспорт все рядом. Позднее заселение,не раньше трех часов,если прилетаете рано имейте это ввиду. Если отменяете уборку в номере дают купон в баре можно выпить пиво кофе ( коктейли нельзя)

Il room service un po altalenante, e poco preciso. Ok rifacevano i letti, ma i pavimenti non venivano passati, però in generale andava bene! I costi del parcheggio sono elevati, ma probabilmente è una cosa generalizzata an Amsterdam.

1. The front desk staff needs to be more experienced, we had an issue during our stay, and their reaction was keep saying they were sorry, which did not solve the problem, it took us talking to many people, and telling them what to do, until it was resolved. 2. The house keeping service was too slow, we would leave the ‘clean my room’ sign on, and we would return 5 hours later, and the room was not cleaned, on two days I had to contact the front desk to have house keeping service while we waited in the lobby.

I paid for the stay at NH Collections Amsterdam before our holiday even started even tho it said I could pay at the property. I have an email from NH saying nothing to pay yet when we arrive they demanded another £160 for taxes even tho the email states taxes were payed!

We had a really lovely stay! The staff were very kind, friendly, and welcoming throughout our visit. The breakfast was excellent and absolutely delicious, and everything in the room was very clean. The beds were also extremely comfortable. For an additional €5, you can have breakfast delivered to your room, which is a really nice option if you feel like having a more relaxed morning.

The only thing that bothered us was that, after having breakfast in the room, we called reception and asked if someone could collect the tray and plates, but unfortunately no one came. It’s possible there was some misunderstanding about which room we were calling from, but since staff members were passing by our room during the day, we expected that someone would eventually notice and collect it. Apart from that small issue, we had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed our stay.

The family room was a really good size, 2 twin beds and a super king-size bed. Also had 4 chairs for us as well. They had enough cups and glasses for us all to use (most hotels only have enough for 2 people in a family room) Breakfast was delicious - especially the scrambled eggs.

The hotel location is excellent: being centrally located it is within a short distance of nearly all Amsterdam's attractions. The staff were polite and courteous throughout our stay, and always ready with a d smile and a hello.

Das Zimmer war sehr dunkel, hatte nur ein kleines Fenster. Das Bad war klein, der Rand der Badewanne sehr hoch, daher schlecht einzusteigen.

I really appreciated the reception staff and their willingness to help me. They were friendly, professional, and did their best to assist me whenever I needed help.

I am very disappointed with the room service. When I came back to my room, I did not expect to find it in this condition. There was food left on the floor, the slippers had not been properly arranged, and the room had not been cleaned to the standard I expected. Unfortunately, the same issue happened twice, even after I had already made a complaint about it. I find this extremely disappointing, especially for a hotel of this standard. This experience has left me with a very bad impression of the hotel and has significantly affected my overall stay. I expected a much higher level of cleanliness and service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who expects their room to be properly cleaned and maintained.

- schwierig bedienbare Lichtanlage - unfreundliches bzw. kompliziertes Personal - keine Hotelbar vorhanden. Es gab eine kleine Lounge, aber ohne Getränke oder Bar. Ansonsten musste man auswärts in einer Bar sein, wenn man Abends noch etwas trinken wollte. - kleines Badezimmer, sodass die Tür am Klo anschlug beim Öffnen

Le camere avevano i soffitti molto bassi, inferiore a 2,4 metri, per levare la maglietta dovevo abbassarmi. La pulizia così così , insomma da un 4 stelle NH COLLECTION si pretendono standard all’altezza della catena e dei prezzi .

خدمة تنظيف الغرف ليست بالمستوى المطلوب لا يتم تنظيف الاكواب المستخدمه او الملاعق الفوط كذلك لبست نظيفه وطبيعي جدا ان تطلب تنظيف الغرف عند ال9 صباحا ولايتم تنظيفها الا 4 مساءا وهوا ما ازعجنا حقا
