NH City Centre Amsterdam

Nada. Todo muy bien

Location was unbeatable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Appreciated that breakfast went late and checkout wasn't until noon.

The room was pretty basic for the price, but that's Amsterdam. The shower was quite small, and difficult to keep the water from flooding the bathroom floor. Would be nice if it had a proper bar in the lobby.

Check-in and check-out facilities, lobby facilities, and situated in a prime location Friendly and helpful staff Free drinking water!!!!!

Posizione in centro perfetta

Location

Mi bueno

No tengo objeciones el lugar

A large room with good A/C which was much needed during the heatwave. Well situated overlooking a canal, and easy to walk to bars, restaurants etc from either the front or back doors. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice.

Nothing. However, there is no bar at the hotel for a drink or to relax before/after going out. This didn't deter from our enjoyment of the hotelm

Localização perfeita

Ar condicionando não funcionava, pouquíssima luz natural no quarto. Quartos pequenos

Tout rien à dire

Rien

Was very clean and staff were amazing

Check in time took quite some time, ideally should have more than 2 people at busy times

La cama grande

Nada todo ok

Great location and friendly staff

Nothing

Lage super, gute Garage direkt unterm Hotel.

Great location near tram and subways. Rooms are small but surprisingly very quiet.

My only complaint was we wanted to stay extra day but you all couldn’t accommodate us🙁

The location is awesome. The staff were very nice and the hotel was cozy.

I had THE BEST experience at NH City Centre Amsterdam Due to all the staff working there and especially Tania, Lidya, Elena Maria. All of you are GREAT! Thank you so very much. The best Hotel and The BEST staff you can wish for in Amsterdam. The room was Perfect. The location is PERFECT. The staff is Amazing!

All was PERFECT!

Location

No coffee in the lobby by 6 am

What a great spot. The location was so central, we walked everywhere. The rooms were clean and we appreciated the option to have cleaning every day or skip it to save water and in return for that we got a glass of wine. All staff we interacted with were very kind and helpful. Yes you can get a cheaper hotel away from this central location but staying here is good value and you get to enjoy more of your holiday rather than spending your time getting to places. We didn’t find it noisy at all even though there all cafes and pubs lining the streets all around you. Would definitely stay there again.

Frühstück war top

Recently, I stayed at the NH Hotel City Centre Amsterdam. Around 11 p.m., I was feeling bored in my room, so I went to the lobby and asked a staff member if I could use the restroom. She said it was fine. After I came out of the restroom, a man in the lobby approached me and shouted racist insults at me, including “Chinese bitch.” I sat down in the lobby, but he approached me again and said “Hi.” I ignored him, but he continued shouting loudly and made me feel as though I might be in danger. At the time, there appeared to be no staff present in the lobby to intervene. I felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe inside the hotel. Later, someone apparently reported the incident, and a staff member called my room to apologise. I don’t know exactly what happened or whether there was any connection to the hotel staff, so I don’t want to make assumptions. However, the experience was frightening and unacceptable. If you are an Asian traveller visiting Amsterdam, please stay alert and be careful, especially if you encounter aggressive or discriminatory behaviour.

Kahvaltısı çok güzeldi. Çok merkezi konum. Tek kişi iki kişilik odada kaldım oda gayet büyüktü. Hiçbir sorun yaşamadım. Açıkçası çok beğendim. Bir daha gitsem bir daha burda kalırım.

Location

During check in staff rudely insisted room would not be available until 3pm. After waiting 1.5 hrs in lobby I asked another staff person if I could take a cheaper room to get early check in. She indicated original booked room was in fact ready instead of waiting another 1.5. Original staff member was also inflexible about late check out. Terrible customer service!

Sicuramente la posizione Ottima la colazione Camere ampie

Merkezi konum

Resepsiyon büyük bir hata yaptı: oda ücreti check-in ‘den 2 gün önce alınmış olmasına rağmen check out sırasında tekrar oda ücretini almışlar.

Lift to garage

The hotel is located in the middle of everything you may want to visit that is never more than around 20 mins by foot. We traveled with our dog and encountered no issues in the property, the location also made it very easy to bring your pet along to visit Amsterdam. The staff was generally very friendly and helpful, although sometimes a bit swamped at the reception desk.

NH City Centre Amsterdam. I had a great time in the city and the hotel was very well located and I no pudo walk or take public transport within minutes walk. I came with 2 of my sisters and hotel gave me an upgrade for a larger room with 3 beds so we all slept perfectly and had more than enough room for all of us.

Close to the canals, wonderful staff, large elevator, large room

Res

Habitacions petites tipus “zulo”. No té ascensor.

Staff and Location

Inconvenient lift for luggage from entrance to lobby

Location was excellent - near the main train station. Hotel was super nice to allow us to check in around 9am in the morning when we arrived early. Really appreciated it.

Friendliest staff ever! We had some issues with our room and the staff was super kind and helpful. Breakfast was great, with the happiest “Good morning” from Sri and sweetest lady with red hair who didn’t only prepare really nice omelets but also brought the to the table. Guest relations manager Elena is just lovely and made us feel very welcome.

Great stay. Excellent service. SRI treated us well

Nada. Tudo ótimo.

Very clean. The staff were fabulous and shared lots of things about what to do in the city

The breakfast selection was fantastic. The roof terrace gave amazing views. All the staff were really pleasant and helpful.

The family room had a step up into the bathroom and so upon arrival my elderly mother took a fall. Luckily so significant injuries, just a shock.

Very clean hotel with a functional gym

We included breakfast in our stay...well worth it. Breakfast was great, fresh and plenty of choices. The location was great also.

Many reviews said snacks were provided in the libby, they really were not, water and candies were in the lobby, which is great, just curb your expectations

Natural location

Staff not always available

Location is the key reason for this hotel. Clean

We would have liked a double bed not twin. The one twin was broken noisy. And gowns don’t fit.

We had a truly wonderful stay at NH City Centre Amsterdam and would like to express our sincere gratitude to Elena Munaro and the entire team. From the very beginning, Elena personally took great care of our reservation and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. Everything she promised before our arrival was delivered, and the VIP treatment we received throughout our stay was truly exceptional. The room, location, service and, most importantly, the warm and attentive approach of the entire team made our stay in Amsterdam even more special. A heartfelt thank you to Elena and everyone at NH City Centre Amsterdam for making us feel not simply like guests, but truly welcomed and appreciated. We will definitely return and highly recommend NH City Centre Amsterdam to anyone looking for an exceptional stay in Amsterdam. Thank you for everything! ❤️

Location

Lovely hotel in a great location in Amsterdam. Staff very helpful. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. We had 3 nights and would recommend NH central Amsterdam

Alles was in orde.

Alles was in orde.

Great stay! Location is super convenient and easy to walk everywhere. Staff is very friendly. Shout out to Milena at the front desk who was very helpful

Clean friendly great location!

Late check-in could have been more efficient , 6am arrival 3pm checkin, we offered to pay for an extra day, but no good. Was given the wrong room until I complained, then we had a refund of 80 euros. I knew we had a late check in, but it’s not that hard to clean a room asap… is it! Overall nice

Cleanliness, modern , central location

Wheel chair accessible but a little awkward without assistance

Amazing location and wonderful experience! I made a mistake with my booking, and Francesca at reception and OB resolved it quickly and efficiently. They were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and kind. Thank you both for your outstanding hospitality!

Location, water machines, staff was wonderful.

Her sabah kanal manzarası eşliğinde kahve içmek çok güzeldi. Çok memnun kaldık.

Odalar biraz dar sadece.

The hotel is very well located, right in the city center and close to the Central Station. The facilities are excellent, modern, and offer great value for money. The breakfast is excellent. The hotel staff is friendly, especially Sri. I highly recommend this hotel.

We recently revisited this NH hotel and were once again impressed by its prime location. It’s conveniently situated near all the main attractions, shops and restaurants. The service was exceptional. The friendly and helpful front desk staff made our stay a real pleasure. The complimentary sweets in the lobby were a lovely touch, especially for kids. We booked a spacious three-bed room. This was overlooking the canal. It was modern, clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was a welcome relief in July. The breakfast was good but could be improved. We’d like to see more prepared fruit, granola and a quicker toaster. The breakfast greeter was incredibly friendly and welcoming too. If you’re looking for a central, and safe, family hotel in a great location this is the place to be!

Good location, but facilities and amenities are rudimentary; they have a system whereby you hang a sign at the door handle if you want to save the planet and skip housekeeping for that day. I did that on day 1, then removed the sign on day 2. However, over the 3 days/nights that I spent at the hotel, my room was never cleaned, bed never made, towels never changed...

Location ,location ,location is just what you need to stay .

Long waiting time for breakfast ,empty buffet plates , due to really not many staff doing everything at once,, overwellmed by the amount of guests. Worse I have ever seen in many hotels I have stayed .. they really need to hire more staff .

Location , staff in reception and restorant.

The floor in the room is everyday dirty. The room didn't even have slippers, which were necessary.

Oda manzarasını ve odanın genişliğini

Yataklar rahatsızdı.

Sehr nettes Personal, superzentrale Lage. Sehr sauber. Sehr hundefreundlich. Gutes Frühstück.

Der Preis war schon recht hoch.
